Donald Master’s: Now introducing he weighs in tonight at 205 pounds, he hails from CHICAGO, ILLINOS…..HE IS THE WGWF TV CHAMPION…NATHAN LUCAS!!!!!”
“Ladies & Gentlemen” by Saliva blasts over the speakers as the ACC faithful rise up and cheer as the LONGEST reigning TV Champion…Nathan Lucas makes his way towards the ring. Nothing flashy whatsoever as Nathan walks down holding the gold over his head.
As the two opponents go eye-to-eye, the referee heads over to the ropes to ring the bell and hands the belt off. Momentarily dropping his guard, Guru’s gaze follows the referee across the ring, and Nathan drills him with a huge right hand. The crowd cheers the actions of the wily champion, as Lucas backs Guru into the corner with a series of blows, including a stinging European Uppercut across his jaw. The referee rushes back over to try and separate the two men, but Nathan seems rather relentless in his assault. The champion goes for another elbow, but Guru shows his speed and drives his knee right into his mid section, knocking him backwards.
Diamond “Early on its Nathan, a man VERY focused on a successful retain here and now.”
Shaking the cobwebs away and regaining his intensity, Guru rushes after Lucas and drives his knee into the mid section yet again. The Champion drops to his knees as Gary rains down some fierce blows across his spine. Before Nathan can begin to cover up, Gary drives his shoulder into his stomach and forces him into the corner. Gary draws back and delivers a brutal right hand, rocking Nathan in his boots. ‘The Grappling Guru ‘seethes, as he takes Lucas’s arm and sends him across the ring with a hard Irish Whip. Nathan slams into the opposite corner spine-first and stumbles back out, wincing in pain. He walks right into the arms of Gary, who scoops the Champion up high over his shoulder in a devastating TORTURE RACK. The crowd pops at the impressive strength of Gary, who walks around the ring with a 230-pound man easily over his shoulders. The Guru waits for a few moments in the centre of the ring, really cinching in the pain on the helpless Lucas, before dropping down with a huge TORTURE RACK BACKBREAKER!
Diamond “WHAT STRENGTH BY THE CHALLENGER”
Rotten “Well you’d be strong to Derrick, if you hit your wife every night.”
Nathan goes down hard, clutching at his spine Guru covers Nathan half-heartedly. 1 … 2 … NO! The Champ easily kicks out at this early stage, and Gary does not appear too surprised. Guru climbs back up, as he lifts Nathan back up, applies the front face lock and nails a stinging SNAP SUPLEX! Quickly back to his feet, Gary does not even bother to go for a cover and instead just stares down at the writhing TV Champion. The Guru walks slowly towards his opponent, showing off his impressive physique. Taking Nathan by the head, he brings him back up and holds him in position, showing off his incredible strength with a DELAYED VERTICAL SUPLEX, before finally bringing the Champion crashing down into the mat! 1 … 2 … NO! Nathan kicks out!!!!!!
Diamond “The Guru with ALL the momentum on his side.”
Fans are surprised as Nathan backs into a corner as Gary charges in, only to be leg tripped via the champion as Guru lands face first into the second turnbuckle pad. Now it’s Gary sitting in the corner as Lucas reaches a vertical base, now it’s the champion the attack, putting the boot to the challenger over and over again, as Gary sits in the corner. The challenger begins to cover up, as the crowd cheers Nathan on for the majority. He pulls Gary back up to his feet and sends him across the ring with an Irish Whip. Gary hits the turnbuckles hard and Lucas charges, but the Guru gets his boots up, catching the Champ in the face. Nathan staggers away clutching his jaw, and Gary sees his chance by charging out … but Nathan catches him and connects with an OVERHEAD BELLY-TO-BELLY SUPLEX!
Rotten “OUT OF NOWHERE!!!!!”
Gary goes down hard, clutching his spine in agony, as Nathan roars with intensity. Visibly shaken by the assault, Gary begins to pull himself back up to his feet, whilst Nathan watches him from across the ring. Gary hugs the top rope and slowly turns around, just in time as Lucas charges and CLOTHESLINES FINLAY TO THE OUTSIDE! Gary hits the floor below hard, whilst Lucas quickly clambers through the ropes and heads after his rival. Lucas quickly picks Gary back up, driving his knee into the ribs of the challenger before pounding away with furious blows to his back. Taking him by the arm, he SENDS GARY CRASHING INTO THE STEEL STEPS KNEES & SKULL FIRST!
Rotten “VERY NICE….The Champion showing a mean streak…ME LIKEY”
The crowd groans with “Oooooos” as Nathan catches his breath. Guru rolls around on the floor, clutching his knees in agony. The camera closes in on Gary’s face, and it can be seen that he has been BUSTED OPEN above his left eye. Lucas lifts Gary back up and drills him with a European Uppercut, sending him staggering to the floor. Gary is clearly disorientated by the wound over his eye, as he tries to wipe it away, but the Champ does not give him the time to tend to it. The Champion pulls Gary back up and throws him back into the ring under the bottom rope. He follows quickly too, before Gary can even sit up, driving his knee across his jaw and shoulders for an old school cover. 1 … 2 … NO! Gary forces his shoulders up quickly, throwing Nathan away. Lucas does not seem deterred, as he climbs back up to his feet. He grabs Gary’s left leg and lifts it up, before aiming a kick to the inside of the knee.
Diamond “Business just picked up we will see if Gary can overcome his own blood to win a championship.”
Gary yells out in pain, as the murmuring amongst the crowd begins, Nathan brings Gary’s left leg up and holds it in place, as he kicks at the knee viciously. Clearly now in discomfort, Gary tries to fight Nathan away, but the Champion is now relentless, as he drags Gary over to the ropes by the ankle. He props Gary’s left leg on the bottom rope and drops his full weight onto the fragile knee, causing Gary to wince in visible pain. Keeping his leg in position, Nathan jumps up and crashes across the knee again, all 205-pounds of pure championship spirit. Quickly he pulls Gary away from the ropes and stomps on the knee again. Gary writhes in agony, but Nathan wastes absolutely no time, giving Gary no time to recover, and instead raises the leg of ‘The Grappling Guru’ and drops an elbow into the knee. Pulling his leg back desperately, Gary trying to get his limbs away from the ruthless TV Champion. Gary pulls on the top turnbuckle and tries to stagger back up to his feet; Nathan jumps on him and hammers down with a series of blows, before taking him by the arm and sending him crashing across the ring with an Irish Whip. Gary hits the turnbuckle spine first and Nathan charges, but only gets an elbow to the face. Wincing in agony, Gary limps out of the corner and drives a knee into Nathan’s mid section, before taking the Champions arm and going for an Irish Whip. Nathan ducks under it though, keeping hold of Gary’s arm, and taking him out with a SHORT ARM CLOTHESLINE! Nathan drops down on top of Gary for a cover.…1.. …2...….. NO!
Diamond “A great series of methodical moves that has given Nathan the LONGEST TV Title reign to date in the WGWF”
Gary gets his shoulder up defiantly, as he blinks through the bloody side of his face. Nathan grimaces in frustration as he grabs Gary’s left leg and pulls him into the centre of the ring, where he applies the HALF BOSTON CRAB! Putting an extraordinary amount of taught on the leg, knee and lower back of Gary, Lucas wrenches back hard. The Challenger grimaces in pain and looks towards the ropes, which are a good distance away. Blinking through his bloody complexion, Gary begins to inch, scratch and claw his way towards the bottom rope. scowls, as the powerful Guru drags him across the canvas, but there is little the Champion can do to prevent it. Using his impressive upper body strength, Gary gives one final heave and GRABS THE BOTTOM ROPE!
Rotten “THAT WAS THREE”
The crowd cheers, whilst Nathan looks on in disbelief and frustration. He bends down and drags the hurting Gary back up to a vertical base, drilling him in the jaw with a European Uppercut. The Guru backs into the ropes, and Nathan takes his arm, going for the Irish Whip. Gary reverses it though, and sends Lucas into the ropes, lowering his head for a Back Body Drop!!!! Lucas is sent hard onto the canvas but quickly picks himself up as The Champion glares at Gary, who is barely up to his feet in a groggy fashion, and charges, full ahead … right into a SPINEBUSTER!!! Gary falls on top of his opponent.
Rotten “ONE….TWO…NO…YES…NATHAN KICKED OUT!!!!”
Nathan throws his shoulder up at the last moment! Gary closes his eyes in disbelief and rolls away from the Champion, whilst the crowd buzzes in excitement. The two combatants begin to clamber back up to their feet, with a bloody ‘Grappling” Gary clutching at his knee, and Nathan holding his lower back. The Champion moves towards Gary, but ‘The Guru’ slugs him in the ribs with a high knee, driving it in there several times, but Nathan connects with a JAWBREAKER! Gary staggers around in no man’s land, holding his head, and Nathan drills him with a SHORT ARM CLOTHESLINE! Another quick cover. …1...…2...….. NO! Gary kicks out yet again, to cheers from the fans, whilst Nathan holds his head in dismay. Meanwhile, Gary is pulling himself up against the ropes behind Nathan’s back. After regaining himself the Champion turns around and walks over towards Gary … right into a SPEAR!!!
Diamond “SPEAR….SPEAR…I THINK NATHAN IS BROKEN IN HALF”
The arena erupts, as Gary has just exploded out of the blue, almost cutting his opponent clean in half. Both men lie flat on their backs on the canvas, Guru breathing heavily, whilst Lucas is barely moving. The referee checks on both men, before deciding to start the count. 1 … 2 … 3 … 4 … 5 … 6 … but Gary begin to stir. He grimaces in pain, as he rolls over and covers….. …1…2...… THREE NO!!!
Diamond “NATHAN KICKS OUT!!! The shock does not even seem to register on Gary’s face”
Rotten “Of course not Derrick his face is covered in blood.”
‘The Guru’ rolls over, blinking through the pain, but so does Lucas, the Champion seemingly given too much time to recover. They crawl towards opposite sides of the ring, but it is Gary who is the first to make it up to his feet, as he does so against the ropes. The Challenger stares and intensely waiting for the Champion to get back up, which he slowly does. Gary levels him with a CLOTHESLINE! He hits the deck and bounces back up wearily, almost on instinct, and is nailed by a second CLOTHESLINE! Almost completely out of it, Nathan rebounds onto his feet in a daze, and meets a THIRD CLOTHESLINE! The crowd is behind Gary’s explosiveness now, as Nathan brings himself back up to his feet yet again. Gary tries and goes for a fourth Clothesline, but the Champion ducks and runs off the ropes … but gets caught and nailed by a T-BONE SUPLEX!!! Gary hooks the far leg…1……2.… THREE NO!!!
Rotten “NATHAN HAS A FOOT ON THE ROPES!!!”
Gary slams his fist into the mat in frustration, wasting little time though, Gary drags Nathan back up to his feet and throws him back into the corner, before putting the pain to him with some more devastating Shoulder Thrusts. Nathan is visibly gasping for breath right now, as the Guru takes his arm, going for the Irish Whip across the ring, but yet again Lucas reverses it and brings Gary back the way he came, crashing sternum first into the top turnbuckle. Gary staggers backwards and Nathan gets a SCHOOL BOY!…1……2...… THREE NO!!! Gary kicks out desperately to the relief of those in the crowd still behind him. Lucas wearily rolls away, slapping the mat. He staggers up to his feet, as Gary begins to do the same. The first one completely up to his feet, Lucas heads behind the doubled over Guru, brings him up, and nails a SIDE RUSSIAN LEG SWEEP!!! Another hook of the leg…1…2...…… THREE NO!!! Gary kicks out, Nathan picks Gary up. Nathan leaps forwards, looking for a diving clothesline. Gary sees it coming, however, and steps out of the way watching as the Television Champion crashes to the canvas in pain. Gary kneels down, grabbing the rookie by the hair and lifting him to his feet, throwing a heavy elbow into his gut and lifting him into the air before putting him down with a massive spine buster.
ROTTEN: Damn! Nathan practically went through the canvas there!
DIAMOND: True story; and it looks like it seriously hurt him. He’s clutching at those injured ribs he’s bee nursing for the past week, and he doesn’t seem to be moving.
ROTTEN: Perfect opportunity for Double G to finish him off, if you ask me.
Double G sits up on his knees, looking down at Nathan and grinning wildly like a shark that smells blood in the water. He quickly hooks Nathans leg, attempting to pick up the early pin fall and upset victory. The referee makes the count and Nathan struggles furiously to kick the much larger man off of him.
ONE!
TWO!
THR-
DIAMOND: Nathan Lucas kicks out!
ROTTEN: Oh, goodie.
Gary grins again, even more maliciously this time. He stands slowly, dropping back to the canvas and throwing a heavy elbow into the chest of Nathan and doing even more damage to the ribs. Nathan tries to roll away from Gary, moving towards the ropes and trying to get out of the ring. Unfortunately the Television champion doesn’t make it far before Gary grabs him by the foot and drags him back into the center of the mat. Lucas barely even struggles, clutching his torso in agony as Gary forces him back up to his feet. Double G opens his arms wide and then wraps them tightly in an anaconda-like grip around Nathans chest, lifting him several inches off of the air in a massive bear-hug.
DIAMOND: OH MY GOD! Gary has that locked in tightly, and he’s looking to crush the already injured ribs of Nathan Lucas!
Nathan screams in pain, Gary shaking him viciously from side to side. The champions face turns a deep purple as he screams, his arms pressing desperately against Double G’s shoulder as he tries to free himself. After a moment, the struggle dies down and Nathan begins to go limp, Gary still shaking violently.
ROTTEN: I think Lucas is out cold!
The referee makes his way behind Gary, grabbing Nathans wrist and lifting it into the air before letting it drop. He does is a second time, and still Nathan is unable to keep his hand in the air. There’s a loud crack, possibly the break of another rib, and the pain appears to wake Nathan up just long enough for him to keep his hand high the third time to the delight of several fans. With one last desperation attempt at survival, Nathan hooks him arm around Gary’s neck, locking in a guillotine choke with a loose grip. Gary tries to shake his head loose and almost succeeds, but the more he shakes his head the more open his neck is, and finally Nathan gets a tighter grip.
ROTTEN: GOD DAMN IT! Protect your shit, Gary!
DIAMOND: He barely defended that at all, Flash, and now Lucas is more then likely going to escape the bear-hug! That’s a sign of inexperience, ladies and gentlemen, the lack of that killer instinct!
Gary and Lucas each tighten their respective holds, Gary cracking another of Nathans ribs and Lucas choking Double G until his face is a deep purple and he begins to foam at the mouth.
DIAMOND: Gary looks to be getting the worse of this stand off! His knees are wobbly, and it looks like his grip is weakening!
Finally Double G lets go of Nathan, dropping the champion back down to his feet, but Lucas keeps the grip and uses his momentum to pull guard flat on his back, dragging Gary with him! He’s got a traditional guillotine in place now! Gary is struggling, desperately trying to pull out, but soon he has no choice but to tap out!
DING! DING! DING!
MASTERS: The winner of this match, and stiiiiiiiiiiiiill WGWF Television Champion… NATHAN LUCAS!
The referee grabs the Television Championship from ringside, carrying it over to Nathan who does his best to roll Double G off of him and get to his feet. The referee helps him stand up, Lucas wincing the entire time as he holds his title belt proudly around his waist.
ROTTEN: You’ve got to be kidding me! How the hell does this kid keep winning?
DIAMOND: It’s called talent.
ROTTEN: Are you looking for your business, Derrick? ‘Cause there’s none of that over here…
Lucas takes a few steps towards the turnbuckle, but before he gets even three feet he collapses to one knee, his eyes tightening in a wince of pain as he grunts aggressively. He tries to stand once more, but another bolt of pain shoots up his body and he collapses flat on his face and motionless. The title belt slides across the canvas, and immediately paramedics rush the ring with a back board, quickly loading Nathan on top and strapping him down.
DIAMOND: Nathan Lucas has retained his title yet again, but at what cost? Everyone in the building is wondering if the rookie champion is even alive…
ROTTEN: “Everyone”? Screw that, I HOPE the kid is dead. I just wish he had felt the sting of losing his title first…
Diamond says nothing, in fact nobody does. They simply watch in shocked silence as the medics continue to work, Nathan Lucas never so much as fluttering an eyebrow. Slowly, the camera fades out.
THE MESSAGE HAS BEEN BROUGHT TO YOU BY PALMER AND DANTE...
We cut to the backstage area where the WGWF Tag Team Champions, Dante Anglais and RJ Palmer, are standing in the interview area. Palmer looks focused whilst Dante looks almost buoyant, a massive smile upon his face. The loud reaction from the crowd at the very sight of the Genesis members is negative to say the least; thousands of deafening boos and jeers.
Dante Anglais: Hello Toronto, how are you all doing tonight?
Crowd: Boo!!
Dante Anglais: Good, good. I’m glad to hear it. I’m doing pretty well myself, why wouldn’t I be? I’m the best wrestler in the world and I’m one half of the best tag team in the world and, on top of that, I’ve got a nice, easy title defense later tonight against Zach Rizza and Jason Mudd, the Bum Boys!
Crowd: Booo!! You suck!!
Dante Anglais: But that’s not what we’re here to talk about. You see, we’re in Toronto tonight and I believe it’s the home-town of not one, but TWO guys that are on tonight’s show!
RJ Palmer: Might I add, two guys who don't deserve to be on the show. What has either of them done, really? One cashed in a rematch, older than my entire career to get a World Title shot. The other got his panties so much in a bunch that Ranma Saotome decided to give the fucker what he wanted, just to shut his bitch ass up.
Dante Anglais: Obviously we’re talking about the “Canadian Cunt”, Paul Frost, who is still ducking me by the way...
RJ Palmer: And the master of all bitch fits, James Raven, who I actually already eliminated from the God damn tournament!
Dante Anglais: Between the two of them, they really make Canadians look like a bunch of whiney, sexist losers. Just ask the Canucks, they know all about losing!
Ooooh, cheap shot!
RJ Palmer: Exactly. Canada lost to America in a game of hockey, so they decided to throw a James Raven and fuck shit up. What is wrong with this country? It's more backwards than the Deep South. It's no wonder why no one likes this place and are constantly making jokes about it, aye.
Dante Anglais: Not that Raven’s complaining is going to get him anywhere. He’s gonna get hit by a freight-train that knocks him out cold. Of course, if you thought losing to America at Hockey was bad, Paul Frost is going to lose to a dyke!
RJ Palmer: Ah, Paul Frost, the man who gets upset when even he mentions the 'F' word. How do you like this, Frost and Camden? Faggot, faggoty, fag. Oh no, now I need to go wash my mouth out with maple syrup, since Canada doesn't believe in this thing called 'soap'.
Dante Anglais: But its ok Canada, it’s all good, because now you can be proud of someone. You’ve finally found a pair of superstars you can be proud to truly admire, your WGWF Tag Team Champions, me and RJ.
RJ Palmer: You know, an American and an Australian, two natural born winners. Yet, I'm still willing to bet that you'll still cheer for the two biggest in-the-closet wresters on the roster. Zach Rizza and Jason Mudd. I guess that's Canada for you, would rather back the losing team, just like they did for the Canucks. Ooooh, burn.
The camera cuts away to black but the audio still stays on for a split second.
Dante Anglais: You didn’t accuse me of being British!
We cut back ringside.
MATCH 6:
KENNY RADICAL vs CHRISTOPHER LUCAS
The camera returns to the ring where we see Christopher Lucas and Kenny Radical standing in the ring, eyeing each other with contempt as the referee stands between them and shouts out the rules. The fans cheer loudly, and Radical turns around to look at Chris Page who’s standing in his corner. Lucas turns around into his own corner where we see WGWF Television Champion.
DIAMOND: Ladies and gentlemen, this is a match that was born out of a special challenge made by Lucas, a man that never stepped in a wrestling ring before tonight…
ROTTEN: Just tell it like it is, Derrick. Chris Lucas is about to get pimp slapped.
DING! DING! DING!
The Lucas brothers are still chatting when Kenny Radical sprints across the ring, leaping through the air with a corkscrew elbow that sends Chris sliding across the mat. Lucas tries to scramble to his feet, but Radical is already on him throwing several right hands down on the TV Champions’ brother. Lucas tries to lift his leg up high enough to get a butterfly guard on Radical, but Kenny quickly pulls out of Chris’ reach and allows him to get to his feet. As soon as he does, Radical hits a nice dropkick that sends Chris sailing backwards into the turnbuckle, smashing his spine into the steel. Radical charges, hitting a high knee to Chris Lucas’ jaw and simultaneously hooking his head and charging out with a running bull dog. He spikes Christopher to the mat, quickly covering for a pin.
ONE!
TWO!
Chris kicks out quickly, rolling away from Kenny, visibly shaken.
ROTTEN: Pimp slapped! I told you!
Both competitors are on their feet again, and Radical sprints across the ring looking for a big clothesline. With quick reflexes Lucas rolls out of the way, regaining his balance in front of Chris Page who reaches under the bottom rope and trips up the debuting star. Radical quickly takes advantage, hooking the head of Lucas and sending him crashing to the mat with a big spinning neck breaker. He pounces on top of Chris and makes another cover.
ONE!
TW-
Lucas kicks out, climbing to his feet slowly as Radical climbs to a vertical base and bounces in excitement. Suddenly, Chris Page makes a big display of reaching under the apron and pulling out a steel chair, prompting the referee to slide outside the ring and pull the chair away from the Genesis Manager. Seeing his opportunity, Radical slides across the canvas, bringing his elbow up right between the legs of Lucas with a blatant low blow that the referee never sees.
DIAMOND: What the hell was that?!?!?
ROTTEN: A good game plan. I’m not surprised that it’s new to you, considering the guys on the roster that you root for.
Nathan explodes, leaping up through the ropes and trying to rush Kenny Radical in retaliation as his brother falls fetal to the mat. The referee, now having secured the weapon, sees what’s happening and leaps into the ring as well, intercepting the champion and backing him into the corner. As he’s struggling to free himself, Radical lifts Lucas in the air, throwing a heavy boot into his gut and…
ROTTEN: YES!
DIAMOND: The Radical Ride!
The referee turns in time to see Radical make the cover, and he slides across the mat to make the count.
ONE!
TWO!
THREE!
DING! DING! DING!
DIAMOND: Genesis picks up a cheap victory? Color me surprised…
ROTTEN: Drop the sarcasm! That was a flawless victory on Radical’s part!
Page slides into the ring to join Kenny, holding his hand up in the air and staring at Nathan with malicious grins on their faces. Nathan shouts at them furiously, but they don’t seem to care.
ROTTEN: I didn’t think coming into this match that Radical stood to gain anything from the victory, but he did… he’s put the entire roster on notice! Next stop, World title!
DIAMOND: Uh-huh, right…
Page and Radical exit the ring, making their way backstage to a chorus of boos as the Lucas brothers sit in the ring with no clue as to what’s going on. They pause on the ramp, pointing and posing, and slowly the camera fades out.
PAUL FROST PROMO...
Fans give a mixed reaction as we see Paul Frost standing backstage now in his wrestling attire which consists of a red & white trunk combo with black lettering & two maple leafs on either side of his trunks. Mic in hand Paul is ready to speak
Frost: I’ll keep this short, tonight…love me…hate me…whatever…it doesn’t matter. What matters is that I’m here…back in TORONTO...(POP)…BACK HOME (POP)…BACK AT THE MATER OF THE MAT (POP) AND BACK TO WIN A FOURTH WORLDS TITLE (POP)
Frost: See to me it doesn’t matter how I got here…I’m here and tonight in front of both the straight and no so straight world. I will go out there and give you al show like you have never seen before and one the current Champion most defiantly deservers. Jocelyn you have EARNED the right to hold that belt but NOT to keep it. I know my words haven’t been very nice but nice guys finish last and tonight Paul Frost is just NOT NICE.
Frost glares into the camera
Frost: But neither are you Champ you’re not a nice gal are you? That’s what this fight will be down and dirty but only one of us leaves champion and while you have been GREAT….tonight greatness takes a back seat. After the bell rings, I will grab one of those rainbow flags and drape it over our former GREAT Champion because after tonight HE’LL be just…..PERFECT!
MATCH 7:
WGWF TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP
JASON MUDD and ZACH RIZZA vs DANTE ANGLAIS and R.J. PALMER (c)
Masters: The follow match is scheduled for one fall and is for the WGWF Tag Team Championship! Introducing first, the challengers. Weighing in at a combined total of 502 pounds! They are the team of Jason Mudd and Zach Rizza!
SCREAM!
AIM!
FIRE!
OVER THE TOP! OVER THE TOP! RIGHT NOW IT'S KILLING TIME! OVER THE TOP! OVER THE TOP! RIGHT NOW IT'S KILLING TIME!
“Scream Aim Fire” explodes through the arena, cheers erupting from the crowd as Jason Mudd and Zach Rizza both walk out at the same time. Zach Rizza seems confused to why they are using Jason Mudd's entrance theme, but Mudd has a quick set of words with the man, getting Rizza focused. Rizza shrugs it off and grins as they walk down the ring, sliding in and awaiting for the arrival of the challenge laid before them tonight.
Masters: And their opponents. Representing Genesis, at a combined weight of 470 pounds. They ARE the WGWF Tag Team Champions! Dante Anglais and RJ Palmer!!!!
“Are You Ready?” by In Case of Fire begins to play, the crowd booing heavily toward the tag team champions. As the champs walk out, they give the crowd the finger, feeding on the hatred from everyone in attendance, loving every second of it! Finally they lock eyes with their challengers in the ring and begin to laugh to one another, finding this entire match to be a joke. Taking their time getting into the ring, they both kiss their tag team titles before handing them to the referee, who holds the titles into the air and hands them off. Dante and Jason are the starting men for the match while Rizza and Palmer take to their respective sides of the ring.
DING... DING... DING...
Diamond: As much as I hate to say it, Jason Mudd and Zach Rizza really have their work cut out for them tonight.
Rotten: Why do you hate to say it? Jason Mudd and Zach Rizza are SCREWED! Look at them, they hate each other AND this is their first time being in a match as a team. Palmer and Anglais have this, EASY!
Dante and Jason take their way to the center of the ring, getting face to face with one another. Jason Mudd simply grins as Dante starts mouthing off, no one able to catch what is being said. Jason Mudd rolls his eyes and goes to back up and turn when Dante slaps the taste right out of Jason Mudd's mouth, grinning fiercely! Jason Mudd stands there stunned, checking his mouth for blood for a few seconds. Gloating, Dante taunts Jason Mudd for a few seconds when suddenly, Jason Mudd turns and leaps out of no where!
JASON MUDD IS ATTEMPTING A DIVINE INTERVENTION!!!
Dante BARELY has enough time to push Jason Mudd away, whom lands on his feet in a kneeling position! Dante stumbles back, breathing heavy, looking like he's about to hyperventilate! Eyes wide, Dante just realized how CLOSE he was to getting taken out of this match before it even really began! Back in his teams corner, Dante stands there, getting his mind cleared when RJ Palmer tags himself in! RJ gets into the ring, telling Dante to get out and get his mind unclogged. Dante bitches out RJ for a few seconds before doing as told, pissed at himself making that big of a mistake.
Rotten: What is Jason Mudd trying to do? Get a quick one over the champs? NOT HAPPENING!
RJ Palmer and Jason Mudd circle one another, Jason grinning from the close call seconds prior with Dante. Finally the two lock up, RJ Palmer taking Jason instantly into a side head lock. Having none of it, Jason Mudd pushes RJ off and into the ropes. Bouncing back, JASON MUDD goes for a clothesline, but RJ Palmer ducks and goes off the ropes again. JASON MUDD drops to the mat, RJ leaping over him, but instead of bouncing, RJ goes for a quick elbow drop! JASON MUDD rolls out of the way, but RJ catches himself on his hands and pushes himself back up to a standing position as JASON MUDD stands as well! Stalemate!
JASON MUDD and RJ circle one another again, locking up once more. JASON MUDD takes initiative this time and sends a quick knee to RJ's gut, knocking the wind out of him, then hits a hard elbow to the between RJ's shoulders, sending him doubled over. Jason Mudd leads RJ to his team's corner, attempting a quick tag into Zach Rizza; however, RJ leans up and hits a quick eye rake on JASON MUDD, shocking him and sending him stepping away from both RJ and Zach Rizza! Jason Mudd turns around just in time to get floored by a huge round house kick.
Rotten: Nearly took his head clean off!
Jason rolls over onto his elbows and knees, quickly trying to get to a vertical base, but RJ sends a quick boot or three to the side of Jason's skull, dropping him to the mat again. Rolling over from the momentum of the kicks, Jason Mudd is stunned and on his back. Going to his submission tactics and roots, RJ Palmer quickly drops down and locks in a tight arm bar on the challenger! The pain quickly jolts Jason Mudd out of his stun, he rolling back on his shoulders and to his feet, loosening the grip and breaking the hold of the arm bar! RJ Palmer goes to get on his feet as well; however Jason Mudd sends a kick to the stomach of RJ, doubling him over again, with another kick going straight to the temple, dropping the man! Holding his arm, rotating the pain out, Jason Mudd quickly goes to tag in Zach Rizza, whom smiles as he enters the ring.
Diamond: Looks like Rizza wants some pay back after the words these two men have spoken to one another the last week.
Rotten: Pay back? Rizza's only payment tonight will be LOSING this match.
As Rizza gets to RJ, Palmer is getting to his feet, still blurry-eyed from the kick Jason Mudd sent to his face a second prior. Grappling the prone man, Rizza easily picks the guy up and drops him down on a knee for a rib breaker. Turning Palmer over while still holding him, Rizza drops Palmer again down on a knee to do damage to the other side of his ribs! One more time, showing a display of strength, Rizza turns RJ in his arms and drops him down on a knee for a third time, a shattering back breaker! Done, Rizza tosses RJ away, whom looks to be in agonizing pain! Rizza goes for the pin!
One... Two... Kick out!
Rotten: The champ won't go down THAT easy.
Diamond: I would hope not. They are the champions, after all.
Grinning, Rizza takes his time picking RJ up, sending him over to a turnbuckle that's in neutral territory. Grabbing RJ, he Irish whips him with all his strength to the opposite turn buckle, RJ hitting back first and moaning in pain. Rizza charges him a second later, going for a Kamikazi roll! RJ MOVES! Using the ropes to walk himself, RJ catches a breather as Rizza goes face first into the turnbuckle, knocking his lights out! Rizza turns to follow after RJ, but the champion extends his leg out in a vicious super kick that drops Rizza, but sends Palmer to the ground as well, his lower back absolutely killing him after the three-hit combo Rizza worked him over with a minute ago.
Rotten: Palmer is just taking his time, working the kinks out.
Diamond: He looks like he's in real agony. He better get Dante in this match or things could get ugly if Rizza gets to his feet first.
And that's what RJ is doing, heading to his partner to tag him in. Rizza is heading to Jason Mudd as well, going for a tag of his own... but Dante is tagged in first! Dante goes to Rizza to try to break the tag by up grabbing Rizza by the boot! Zach gets to a standing position, reaching out for Jason Mudd, but can't reach! Rizza is being pulled back by one boot when suddenly... the boot slides right off Rizza's foot! Dante stumbles back in surprise as the momentum sends Rizza forward and tagging into Jason Mudd! The crowd roars in approval as Jason Mudd gets into the ring! Dante tries to throw the boot at Jason, but he ducks and the boot hits and slides out of the ring! Jason Mudd makes a line straight to Dante, going for a huge swing! Dante ducks! He comes up with a strike of his own! Nailing it, he tries to follow up, but Jason Mudd blocks and strikes back! They go into hits with one another, knocking each other back and forth; finally, however, Jason Mudd obtains momentum and sends Dante into the ropes. Whipping him off, Jason Mudd follows. Just as Dante bounces off the other ropes, Jason sends a knee straight into the stomach. Jason whips Dante into the ropes again, following with another knee! Jason Mudd looks to be setting Dante up for a suplex, but the man falls behind Jason as he is being held up, turns Jason around and hits a huge DDT! Jason Mudd is down and Dante covers, pulling back on a leg for the pin!
One! Two! KICK OUT!
Dante wastes no time, holding his ribs while getting Jason to a vertical base. Going behind his opponent, Dante locks Jason Mudd in for a German Suplex, dropping Jason square on his head, again! Following through, Dante hits another German suplex... and goes to hit a third! Releasing after the third German suplex, Dante goes for another pin...
ONE..TWO..TH..NO!
Dante gets to his feet, stomping away at Jason Mudd. Picking up his opponent, Dante begins to size up Jason Mudd... targeting... waiting... He goes for it! Dante goes for an Unnatural Selection to the shoulder blade of Jason Mudd, but Jason dodges the kick! Dante lands on his feet, uneven, and turns to Jason Mudd... BAM!!!
DIVINE INTERVENTION!!! THIS ONE CONNECTS!!!
During the connection, Jason Mudd cracked the back of his head on the mat, however, and stunned himself too! Zach Rizza has put his boot back on and is slamming his hand on the turnbuckle, trying to get Jason Mudd some motivation. RJ palmer is too! Both men root for their team mates as they slowly begin to stir, the referee starting for a double count attempt... but no need! Jason Mudd puts a boot on the chest of Dante! It's a pin attempt!
One! TWO!!! KICK OUT!!!
The wait was too long after the damage was done, Dante kicking out of the finisher! The crowd boos, Jason Mudd ignoring the failed attempt and rolling to his hands and knees. Dante does the same, getting to his feet first and slowly stumbling over to RJ. He gets tagged in first! Just as he reaches Jason Mudd, the tag is made and RJ back peddles.
Rizza gets into the ring, RJ and him staring one another down. After a few seconds of a stare down, Rizza and Palmer go at one another! Left! Right! Left! Right! They throw haymakers back and forth, neither getting the needed advantage! Finally, Rizza starts pumping more into his fists, getting the advantage on Palmer, but Palmer ducks down, smart enough to stop the fist fight and ducks behind Rizza. Blinking the cobwebs out, Palmer leaps up on Rizza's back and locks in the start of the Palmer Choke! He just needs to get him to the ground to lock it in... but he won't! Rizza uses his strength to push RJ back into a corner, knocking the wind out of him! RJ releases what he had on the hold, Rizza turning around, sending a knee to RJ's gut, pulling him out and setting him up for the Rizzatude Adjustment! Five seconds into the stall, however, RJ Palmer bends his back, sending Rizza off balance and lands behind Rizza... he goes for the Palmer Choke again, but Rizza doesn't let it get far, turning around to face RJ Palmer when BAM! Antagonize! MISS! Rizza goes for the Rizzaliner! MISS! RJ uses the momentum of ducking to get behind Zach Rizza one more time, kicking him in the back of the knee! Rizza drops to his knees from the sudden pain and RJ measures him up... SMACK! Kick right to the back of the head! Rizza falls to his hands and knees, struggling to try to force a vertical stances... SMACK! Another kick to the back of the head! Rizza tries to get up again... DROP KICK! SMACK! Rizza stays down, winching in pain. RJ Palmer goes to tag in Dante, Jason Mudd screaming for Rizza to get up... but it won't do no good! Just as soon as RJ tagged in Dante, he rushes across the ring and catapults himself over the rope, taking Jason Mudd out of the picture, they both colliding against the ring barricade out side!
Rotten: Talk about a sacrifice!
Dante is alone in the ring with a prone Zach Rizza! Rizza is trying to get to his feet, Dante measuring him. Dante brings Rizza over his shoulders... setting him up... going for the Armageddon Drop, but Rizza pushes his large body off Dante's shoulders and stumbles to his feet, Dante turns around... and gets CLOCKED with a Rizzaliner! But Rizza can't follow up! He can't follow up!On the outside of the ring, Jason Mudd and RJ Palmer are fighting with one another, trying to get to their feet to get to the ring. Jason goes to walk away, but RJ drop kicks Jason in the back, sending him face first into the ring post! Jason Mudd drops to the ground, RJ holding his rips from the suicide dive, having really messed himself up! Back in the ring, Zach Rizza and Dante are getting to their feet, Rizza measuring for the end of the match. Just as he's about to set Dante up for the Rizzatude Adjustment, Dante sends a knee into the stomach of Rizza and with the last of his own strength goes for it... HITTING IT QUICKLY! END OVER END! END OVER END! Rizza is out and Dante collapses on top of him, having just enough strength to lift a leg!
ONE...TWO...THREE! IT'S OVER!!!
Diamond: Jason Mudd and Zach Rizza tried, giving the champions every ounce of a fight they could take, but it wasn't enough.
Rotten: Of course not! No one beats these two men!
Masters: The winners of the match, and still WGWF WORLD TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS, R.J. PALMER AND DANTE ANGLAIS!
Diamond: What a incredible contest we just witnessed!
The scene fades back to the locker room area...

MATCH 8
6 MAN TAG
GENERALS OF DESTRUCTION: FAMINE OF THE VILE, DEAN JAMES, and JOHN STONE vs TEAM HUNTER: HUNTER RYAN, CONNOR DEMPSEY, and KEVIN JEWERT
Diamond: And if our show hasn't been filled with twists and turns already folks, it's time for six man tag team action.
Rotten: The highest of tensions between Famine of the Vile and Hunter Ryan, and they are on seperate sides of the coin and then you have combustible elements in John Stone and Dean James opposing Kevin Jewert and rising star, Connor Dempsey.
Diamond: Lot on the line in this one...the situation with Jodi Ryan being kidnapped by Famine, releasing her last week...it's...
Rotten: VERY personal, yeah, to say the least. This will be the first time these two will meet in the ring since this escalation and you can believe the referee is going to have one hell of a time seperating these men.
"Citizen Soldier" begins to play as Connor Dempsey makes his way out to the ring, Kevin Jewert flanks him, the two having an alliance of sorts over the past several weeks. While walking downthe ramp Connor and Jewert try to high five as many fans as they can. Once to the ring they walks up the steel steps and then leap over the top rope. They shake hands with one another before turning back to the entryway ramp.
Diamond: A formidable team as of late. Dempsey with a smattering of success early in his young career, we'd like to thank him for his service to the country.
Rotten: Probably a draft dodger, rumor has it he was released for being mentally unfit...
Diamond: Are you kidding me?! You'd defame a service man?! Have you no boundaries?
Rotten: No worse then the panty sniffer that is their partner.
Diamond: You are relentless!
"What I've Done" by Linkin Park hits the PA as the fans come unglued by the former world champion. All eyes are set upon the entryway ramp, but Hunter does not make his way out.
Diamond: Apparently we are having problems...
The music hits again as Hunter still doesn't make his way out to the ring.
Rotten: Probably backstage sniffing more undergarments!
Diamond: Ladies and gentlemen...one can only assume that...we'll continue along here, hopefully Hunter will...
Rotten: Coward probably realized that Famine had his number here tonight.
As "Step Up" by Drowning Pool begins to play, John Stone makes his way out of the back. He looks at the crowd and raises his hand in the air. He then begins to walk down the ramp with a cocky look on his face. The fans boo but John continues as if they didn't even exist. Once inside the ring John walks over to the turnbuckle, raises his hand in the air one more time before jumping off and looking towards both Dempsey and Jewert.
Diamond: John Stone ready for tag team action here tonight, of the 6 man sort!
Rotten: Don't you mean 5? Hunter tucked his tail, again, Famine has his number.
Diamond: That remains to be seen.
"The Antidote" by Story Of The Year hits as Dean James sprints to the ring, sliding in and joining John Stone at his side.
Diamond: Dean James ready for the bell to sound now!
Rotten: Musta had ants in his pants. Either way or Hunter tried to steal his...
Diamond: ENOUGH!
"This Fire" by Killswitch Engage begins to play as Famine makes his way out from backstage.
Rotten: HERE COMES THE MAN!
As he comes out of the back and onto the top of the ramp, fireworks go off to his left and his right. He stops for a moment and then starts walking down the ramp and toward the ring with purpose.
Diamond: Famine of the Vile ready to get this match...MERCY ME! THERE'S HUNTER! THERE'S HUNTER!
The crowd comes alive as Famine is flattened on the entryway ramp as Hunter drops him with a double ax handle to the back. Famine is yanked to a vertical base, hard rights repeatedly issued to his jaw from the combustible former world's champion. In the ring, John Stone and Kevin Jewert mix it up, spilling over the top rope and out onto the floor leaving Coonor Dempsey and Dean James inside the ring to start things off as the referee tries to restore some sort of order to the contest.
Diamond: Things getting out of hand very early here, and who can blame them?!
Rotten: Guess he got his juice from sniffing panty juice!
Diamond: Enough of your tomfoolery, Famine is being worked over like an 1850's strumpet here!
Hunter hoists Famine up for a gorilla press and drops him down across the steel guardrail. Famine while choking, slowly backs his way up the ramp, motioning for Hunter to cease and desist.
Diamond: For his brother, for Jodi...this is getting out of hand quickly.
Rotten: Meanwhile the draft dodger is working over Dean James in the ring with an armbar submission.
Connor shoots Dean James into the ropes and connects with a hard clothesline that hits its mark as Dean James leaves the ring to regroup. The referee restores momentary order getting Jewert and Stone back into their respective corners but all eyes are on Hunter and Famine heading up the ramp. James catches his breath as Hunter grabs Famine and throws him backstage through the entryway curtain. Hunter jams up Famine with a sharp right hand and he leaps onto him with a Lou Thesz press where he begins clubbing him with repeated blows.
Rotten: This is aggravated assault!
Diamond: You got the aggravated part right and this is certainly an assault of sorts. All this pent up frustration...Hunter is a house of fire!
A herd of striped shirts and a number of plainclothes intercede, pulling Hunter off of Famine as Hunter does everything in his power to free himself. He leaps over several referees, again mounting an assault on Famine. Again Hunter is pulled off while meanwhile Connor and Dean in the ring have engaged in a collar and elbow tie up where James gets the upper hand, drawing Dempsey into a side headlock.
Diamond: Very scientific inside the ring and anything but backstage!
Famine is finally pulled away to a safe distance and as Hunter yells at him frantically, Famine says the hell with it and waves off the opportunity to lock up. He heads towards the parking lot.
Diamond: is Famine...LEAVING?!
Rotten: He's looking out for his own safety. Is it the return of Hunter's roid rage?
Diamond: Would you relax?! You're getting out of hand with your relentless behavior. Hunter has every right to extract his revenge here tonight.
Rotten: Dean James just hit a beautiful suplex on Dempsey, Hunter needs to be more worried about helping his team get the victory!
The feed to the backstage area dies as Hunter turns away from Famine, having no alternative but to live to fight his foe another day. Back inside the ring, Jewert is cheering on his partner as John Stone is doing the same. Dean James shoots Dempsey into the ropes and meet him on the rebound with a boot to the gut.
Diamond: James signaling that he's going to hit the BELOW ZERO here early on in this matchup!
Looking for the double arm DDT, Dean James is about to deliver the move, but the raw strength of Coonor Dempsey shines through as Dempsey hits a back body drop to the delight of the crowd!
Diamond: This crowd electric for this rising star!
Dempsey waits for James to rise and he fires a straight right hand into the jaw as James falls back and John Stone tags himself in. Stone charges Dempsey, but Dempsey ducks and Stone nails Jewert with a right hand, knocking him off the apron and then smiling.
Rotten: Jewert getting a proper introduction from John Stone here tonight.
Diamond: He's certainly not winning any friends or influencing any people.
Jewert trying to get into the ring as the referee steps in between Jewert and his progress into the ring. Dempsey waits for Stone to turn around and he meets him with a beautiful dropkick, taking Stone off his feet. Dempsey out of nowhere, finds himself flattened at the hands of a Dean James tiger suplex. The veteran having stepped back into the ring. James smiles, proud of his work, but then the crowd comes unglued again as the referee still is fighting with Jewert to keep him out of the ring.
Diamond: DEAN JAMES BETTER NOT TURN AROUND!
Rotten: This is a travesty!
James is compeletely unaware of the fate about to befall him and he turns at the wrong time.
Diamond: HUNTER SPEAR! Hunter making his way back out here and taking his frustrations with Famine out on his stablemates here tonight!
The referee turns around and sees Hunter in the ring as Hunter yanks Dean James up and throws him through the ropes and out onto the floor. In the ring, John Stone is pulled up by Connor Dempsey and Dempsey holds Stone with a waistlock. Hunter hits the ropes and comes off, nailing Stone with a sliding yakuza kick.
Diamond: Stone laid out...wait...DEMPSEY ROLLING FORWARD...AND APPLYING HELL WEEK! WHAT A MOVE BY CONNOR DEMPSEY! IS HE...YES! YES! JOHN STONE TAPS AND THIS ONE IS OVER!
Rotten: Incredible, what a travesty of justice that this has actually been allowed to happen!
"What I've Done" by Linkin Park begins to blare over the loudspeakers once again as Hunter helps Connor Dempsey to a vertical base and Kevin Jewert joins them in the ring. The three men celebrate a huge victory for Jewert and Dempsey and a small victory for Hunter, having only gotten a taste of revenge, extracted from Famine's stablemates.
Diamond: A little justice here tonight for Hunter, but you can bet this one is FAR from over!
Rotten: Yeah, it should end with Hunter locked up for his assault tonight.
Hunter continues to celebrate with his teammates as the crowd supports the victory by the trio in the ring.

PETER GILMOUR CONFRONTS RANMA SAOTOME...
We cut back into the owners office where Ranma is shown sitting behind his desk, cup of coffee sitting on the desk. The crowd boo's as Peter Gilmour enters the office..
Ranma: They knock where I come from...
Gilmour slams his fist on the desk, nearly knocking Ranma's coffee.
Ranma: Easy there kiddo, what can I do for ya?
Gilmour: What CAN YOU DO for me! You SCRWEWD ME! YOU SCREWED ME OUT OF THE WORLD TITLE... I WANT A REMATCH, and I WANT IT TONIGHT!
Ranma cracks a smile, before standing up where he picks his cup of coffee up, takes a sip before placing it on the desk.
Ranma: Here's what we're going to do Big Fella, you want your shot at revenge? Here's your chance, LIVE next week on BRAWL you're going to see some Tag Team Action... It's going to be YOU and that vicious Playboy, Mic Ferrari, as you're going to take on JOCELYN CAMDEN.... and......
TERRY BORDEN!!
The crowd explodes as the announcement has been made! Gilmour stands looking angry towards Ranma as the scene cuts back to ringside.
MATCH 8
