Andre "The King" Dixon and a Mystery Partner vs R.J. Palmer and Fire
- - Tag Team Title Tournament; Round One - -
RJ Palmer and Fire are already in the ring as Andre Dixon makes his way out onto the stage, a shower of gold sparks and a cloud of black smoke announcing the presence of Genesis. "Gangsta Music" by Young Jeezy blares over the speakers as Andre storms down the ramp, pounding his chest menacingly and shouting at his opponents. Finally he reaches the base of the ramp and slides under the bottom rope and into the ring, retreating instantly to his corner and shouting for the referee to start the match as his music fades away. The referee looks at him in confusion, then looks to the top of the ramp, and then back at Andre.
Referee: Your partner?
Andre: I don't need him, ring the damn bell!
Referee: Andre, it's a tag team match, you need a partner to-
Andre: Well until his punk as shows up, its a handicap match... now RING THE DAMN BELL!
The referee shrugs his shoulders and looks at Fire and Palmer as RJ steps out onto the apron, leaving Fire in the ring to face The King. The referee asks if Fire is ready, and he quickly nods his head.
DING! DING! DING!
Andre Dixon sprints full speed across the mat, unleashing a gigantic spear on Fire that folds him literally in half and drops him to the mat. The crowd lets out a collective gasp of shock, and Fire doesn't move a muscle as Dixon quickly hooks the leg and looks for an early pinfall.
Diamond: Holy Crap! I felt the wind shooting from his lungs over here!
ONE!
TWO!
THRE-
RJ Palmer leaps over the top rope and rushes over to Dixon, throwing a heavy boot down on his spine to break the pinfall in what should have been an incredibly quick and easy victory for the lone Andre Dixon. Palmer looks down at Fire and screams at him to "get his shit" together before making his way back to the apron. Dixon slowly gets back to his feet, glaring angrily at Palmer and shouting wildly.
Diamond: HA! The referee just told Dixon to focus on the match.
Rotten: That's his job, Derrick, if they want to have a measuring contest do it in the showers, not the ring.
Diamond: ... Ew.
Dixon leans down and grabs Fire by the neck, lifting him to his feet before lifting him straight up in the air, over his head. SIDEWALK SLAM! Dixon puts Fire back down on the canvas with authority! Dixon sprints off of the ropes, quickly dropping an elbow on Fire and looking for another quick pin. The referee slides across the mat, slapping the canvas quickly.
ONE!
TWO!
The count is broken again, this time without the help of Palmer as Fire gets his arm up off of the canvas.
Diamond: Dixon sure is looking to finish this quickly.
Rotten: Of course, he has no partner. The longer it goes, the deeper shit he'll get into.
Dixon throws several rapid fire punches to the face of Fire, giving the tag team icon no choice but to cover up until finally the referee pulls Dixon away and gives Fire a chance to breathe. The two men slowly stand up and Dixon is immediately on the attack again, hitting a knee to Fire's midsection and doubling him over, and then he irish whips Fire into the ropes and catches him on the rebound with a nice scoop slam. GREAT move by Dixon! Without pause, he looks for yet another pin!
ONE!
TWO!
Rotten: Fire got his arm up... hooray, I get to keep watching this massacre.
Diamond: Sarcasm?
Rotten: No, I'm legitimately excited, my alcoholism just prevents me from showing any emotion.
Dixon rolls his eyes and gets back to his feet, sprinting off the far ropes and looking for another elbow drop, but Palmer sends a knee through the ropes and drives it into the spine of Dixon, dropping him to a single knee. The referee didn't see it, and Palmer lifts his hands in the air innocently, a grin on his face as he knows that he got away with one. Before Dixon can get to his feet, Fire dives across the mat with a lariat that takes Dixon down. Fire senses the opportunity to gain some revenge, and he quickly lifts Dixon to his feet before sending him flying with a belly to belly suplex. Fire rushes to the turnbuckle and hops to the top rope... flying leg drop! Fire drops a thigh on the skull of Dixon, smashing it down into the canvas, and now it's his turn to look for a pin fall!
ONE!
TW-
Kickout by Dixon!
Diamond: This could be the turning point, Flash, Dixon has no one to bail him out of the trouble he currently finds himself in!
Rotten: I told you so.
Fire quickly makes his way to his corner, clutching his injured ribs every step of the way as he tags in RJ Palmer, the promising former XWF Champion. The crowd boos as Palmer steps into the ring, eyeing Dixon hungrily, but he doesn't seem to care. He quickly flips Dixon over on his stomach and targets the leg, locking Dixon into a sharp shooter. Dixon shouts out in pain, but makes his way across the mat with relative ease and grabs the bottom rope. Palmer waits the full five count before letting go, and he promptly drags Dixon back to the center of the mat and wraps the same leg up with a figure four. Dixon once more screams out in pain, but this time theres nothing the referee can do to save him.
Rotten: Punch him in the mouth, Andre!
As if on cue, Dixon does just that, throwing several heavy fists at Palmer, none of which do much damage. However, they do pester Palmer enough to get him to loosen the hold just enough for Dixon to pull free of. Slowly, Andre climbs to his feet, using the ropes for support, but a well placed kick to the inside thigh by Palmer sends him crashing right back down. Palmer grabs Dixon by the ankle and drags him to the corner Fire is waiting in, tugging roughly to hurt the leg some more, and he eventually places the ankle over the bottom rope and tags in his partner. Fire climbs to the top rope and drops down to the canvas, dropping his knee onto the elevated knee and elliciting a loud scream from Dixon. Fire turns right back around and tags Palmer back.
Diamond: Quick tags... who'd have thought this team could actually work?
Palmer lifts Dixon slowly, irish whipping him into the far ropes, but before Dixon even reaches them his knee gives out and he collapses to the canvas clutching his leg. RJ grins, loudly mocking his fallen opponent as he stalks up behind Dixon, slowly and carefully lifting him to his feet and measuring him up for the "Antagoinize".
Rotten: Ball game, I'm calling it!
Blackout.
The entire arena plunges into darkness as the fans come to full roar like the revving of an engine. Flash bulbs begin popping around the building like crazy, practically illuminating the arena on their own. Five seconds pass, and then ten, soon a full twenty seconds of pitch black and silence. The fans never stop cheering, never stop waiting for their home town hero to make his long awaited return to the ring.
Rotten: Everyone is on their feet!
Diamond: How can you tell in the blackout?
Rotten: Pure speculation!
Still nothing, no sign of anyone or hint of an arrival, but soon the fans begin to grow a bit restless and a chant brings out amongst them.
"MDK! MDK! MDK! MDK! MDK!"
"Freezin', rests his head on a pillow made of concrete, again
Oh, Feelin' maybe he'll see a little better, set a days, ooh yeah"
"Evenflow" by Pearl Jam hits the speakers and the lights return to full blast as the crowd literally goes insane. By far the loudest pop of the night, items thrown about the stands, even the men in the ring get caught up in it as they stare at the ramp waiting for a glimpse of the legend.
"MDK! MDK! MDK! MDK! MDK!"
Diamond: Here he comes!
Finally, after what seems like an eternity, he appears. He's dressed in a black tanktop, his lean muscle tensing and tightening as he poses atop the ramp. He wears black karate pants and black wrestling boots, but one particular accessory catches everyone off guard... a white plastic face mask with a giant question mark in the center, the words "mystery" and "partner" written on either side.
Rotten: HA! MDK! Always the joker.
Diamond: Are we thinking about the same guy? Not to mention, doesn't he look quite a bit skinner than the last time we saw him?
Rotten: Yeah, he must have lost weight not having you around to feed his ego every day.
MDK runs his hand through his spiky black hair and begins racing down to the ring, a noticeable limp in his left leg slowing him down. The fans continue to cheer as he reaches the ring, pulling himself onto the apron with some severe difficulty.
Diamond: What's wrong with MDK? It looks like he's already hurt?
Rotten: Barker probably kicked his ass for being late.
Palmer looks back to Dixon, still looking for the Antagonize, but Dixon has recovered and crushes RJ with a huge forearm smash to the face and dives across the ring, wasting no time in tagging MDK into the action. MDK steps through the ropes, slapping his left knee to reinforce it, and he watches as RJ stumbles towards him, catching the Australian with an atomic drop that sends him stumbling back in the direction he just came from. RJ falls to a knee and reaches over, slapping Fire on the chest and tagging him into the match up. Fire hesitates for a moment, but then leaps up to the top rope and tries to soar across the ring with an axe handle smash. MDK however has it scouted, and counters with a dropkick to the solar plexus that leaves Fire on the canvas gasping for air.
Diamond: Ouch... first Dixons spear, and now that? Fire's lungs may be deflated.
MDK stands slowly, his left leg once more buckling as he stands up.
Diamond: MDK is really having a hard time standing, Flash, something is seriously wrong.
Finally MDK makes a vertical base, and as Fire pulls himself up on the ropes, he does as well. The two men stare each other down, but MDK moves first... THE HELL SHOT!
Diamond: Good god it's been a long time since I've seen that! MDK hits the hell shot! He's looking for the cover!
ONE!
TWO!
THR-
Once more, RJ Palmer comes diving through the ropes to break up the count, tackling MDK off of his partner. RJ and MDK stand up, but before MDK can retaliate RJ lowers his shoulder into his gut and drives him back over the top rope and crashing to the floor below! MDK and Palmer are outside the ring!
Rotten: Did the referee just say that MDK made a tag?
Diamond: It looks like it... he's saying Dixon tagged himself in as MDK tumbled past him. Incredible awareness by Dixon, and he's got Fire all by himself!
Dixon lifts Fire to his feet, Fire groggy and unresponsive as Dixon grins like a hunter thats finally cornered his prey... DEADLY FORCE! A spine buster to Fire! Dixon hooks the leg!
ONE!
TWO!
THREE!
DING! DING! DING!
Dixon climbs to his feet victoriously, but outside the ring, MDK and Palmer are still going at it, throwing blows like Forest Griffen and Stephen Bonnar at their best. One particularly violent hook from Palmer sends MDK's mask sailing off of his face and into the first row...
...
...
...
Everyone in the arena falls silent, and all activity stops. Dixon quits his celebration, RJ Palmer pauses his attack, and even the hotdog vendor in section 317 stops squirting mustard onto his clients frankfurter.
Raven: What, you were expecting someone else?
James quickly leaps into the air, catching Palmer off guard with the Flight of the Raven and bringing him down hard on the concrete before rolling back to his feet, limping even worse than before. Slowly, he drags himself back to the ring and grabs the bottom rope, pulling himself back into the ring with the aid of Andre Dixon, his former and now seemingly current partner.
Diamond: Wait... so it's not MDK? He's not back?
Rotten: Ugh... I FREAKING HAAAAAAAATE THIS KID!
Diamond: But... but... the music, the Hell Shot... the promo he released... the information he leaked... we're in England for gods sake, how the HELL is it not MDK?!?!?
Raven climbs to his feet in the center of the ring, leaning on Dixon for support as everyone begins to piece it together. The limp, the pain he was fighting through, all because of Dean James' attack earlier tonight? Dixon and James lift their fists in the air, and Donald Masters makes it official.
Masters: The winners of this match, and advancing to round two of the tag team title tournament... ANNNNNNDRE DIXON, and... James... Raven...
It's right then that it sinks in, and it's right then that the fans let James know what they think. They hurl bottles and food into the ring, they throw tee shirts and signs that had been supporting James, and they turn their metaphorical backs as the boo birds rain down from the rafters.
"BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"
Raven covers his head as he's pelted with trash, and he and Dixon just look at each other and grin, bumping fists as they make their way out of the ring, James much more gingerly than Andre. They ignore the infuriated Manchester fans as they make their way up the ramp and towards the back, chanting "Murder Death Kill" loudly as they do.
Diamond: I don't know what to say folks... James Raven has single handedly turnd this place into a riot! We're going to take a short break while we clean things up, but your guess is as good as mine... what the hell did he just do, and more importantly, why'd he do it?
Slowly, the scene fades out.

We cut backstage to the locker room. On the door is a large "I" signifying this is Initiative territory. The crowd pops as the camera pushes past the door and we see Hunter Ryan sitting alone in front of his locker. The camera crew approaches him and we see he seems quite pensive. Another huge pop as Nick Ryan comes into the shot and sits down next to his brother.
Nick: So we should talk about this.
Hunter: Suppose so.
Nick: Obviously this changes things a bit. We seem to be thrust into this match at Deadly Games now. Brother vs. Brother. World Title at stake.
Hunter: I know the details. What we need to talk about is logistics. What this means outside the obvious.
Nick: Ok. So let's talk. May the best man win. No hard feelings. Let's try not to spill too much blood in the process. Hug it out after the match no matter who wins.
Hunter: It's that simple, is it?
Nick is silent for a moment before turning back to his brother. He gets very serious.
Nick: Of course it's not that simple, Hunt. This is the World Championship we are talking about here. I'm two weeks removed from being champion and I fully plan on -
He stops...not sure if he really knew how to finish that sentence.
Hunter: Do you know how long it's been since I've been on top of this business, brother? Do you know how many times I've fallen just short? Hell Dome was my last chance and I had it in my grasp. But I listened to my conscious to save the life of a friend. I know how much this title means to you, Nick. Trust me. But do not by any means think it doesn't mean just as much to me.
Nick stands up and Hunter follows. The Ryan Brothers stand inches away from each other now and Nick extends his hand.
Nick: Understood. Glad we are on the same page.
Hunter shakes his brother's hand.
Hunter: Yeah. Me too.
The camera zooms in as both brothers stare each other down before Brawl fades to commercial.

The arena is black & the crowd roars with mixed excitement as the titiantron reads P-E-R-F-E-C-T-I-O-N as Downstait’s “ I ‘am Perfection” rips across the sound system. With blue & white lights flashing around, the shower of blue sparks falls from the rafters as fans await the arrival of Paul Frost.
Diamond “Well what would normally be an over the top response for the introduction of Paul Frost has turned into a mixed bag.”
Rotten “Of cource it has Derrick where in Bizzaro world….were in England. Where true talent is never really admired.”
After a few moments of waiting out steps Frost into a spot light. He grins before raising his arms in the air as a shower of blue sparking rains down from the rafters. After one or so moments Paul lowers his arms the shower stops. Frost slowly heads towards the ring with the Manchester faithful giving Paul more jeers then cheers but Paul walks down with a smile on his face anyways, before leaping onto the ring apron and staring out back to the ramp getting a good look at his video before entering the ring.
Diamond “This match should be a classic tonight folks.”
The spotlight follows Frost towards the turnbuckle before zooming out showing a small group of Canadian fans waving Frost’s native flag. Frost points to the group and grins before posing once again as his music finally dies down and the crowd comes to life.
Diamond “HERE WE GO.”
Donald Master’s “Introducing, she hails from Wimbledon….ENGLAND!!!!! She is the REGING and DEFENDING WGWF INTERCONTINETAL CHAMPION…….JOCEYLN CAMDEN!!!!!!!”
The Manchester Evening Arena becomes unglued as “Base down Low” by Dev hits the speakers as the lights flash all around as the thousands await their home town gal
Diamond “Well if you haven’t guessed yet I would say the IC Champion certainly has the home town advantage wouldn’t you Flash?”
In the ring Frost leans up against a corner eyes on the entrance way as seconds later a figure steps through…CENTURIAN, Camden’s manger walks down the ramp holding the IC Title high in the air.
Rotten “What did Jocelyn pull a CCP here? Where is she?
Frost with his hands up continues to yell “Where is she?” cameras catch a glimpse of Jocelyn Camden as she stands on the ring apron behind Frost. There’s a massive pop as Camden springs off the top rope and lands a hurricanrana. Frost quickly gets up looking for a close line but the IC Champ ducks under as she comes off the ropes into a tilt-a-whirl head scissors sending Paul back to the mat. Again Frost is up but Camden keeps the pace high offence with a drop kick knocking Paul right into the corner. Jocelyn then leaps up as she raises her hand in the air to anther massive pop from the crowd before Frost is sent half away across the ring with a monkey flip via the Intercontinental champion.
Diamond “Before you could say ding…ding the IC Champion and home town hero for most women anywhere. Has certainly set the pace early on in this match.”
Frost gets to his feet as Camden charges in only to receive a stiff elbow via Frost, knocking the champ back. Paul rushes in looking for a standing switch but Camden reverses looking for her own standing switch but Frost reaches underneath and grabs at Camden’s left ankle but Camden pushes Paul into the ropes. Frost bounces back as he leaps over the champ and grabs her ankle again and this time locks in an ankle lock around Jocelyn Camden. Fans cheer for their home town gal to break the hold and she does getting up onto one leg. Frost throws the IC Champ in the air and she lands on her feet. Everyone is shocked for a split second as Camden kicks Paul in the gut looking to whip him into the corner. But Frost’s strength comes into play as he reverses and sends Camden hard into the turnbuckle, Frost charging in is topped via a boot from the IC Champion who leaps to the top rope but Frost rolls out of the ring to a chorus of boos.
Rotten “Smart, that’s why he’s called perfection Derrick,…Frost doing the right thing and slowing this match to his pace…a WRESTLERS pace.”
Frost tries to regain his composure on the outside but the IC Champ looks for a baseball slide but she turns on her side as Paul pulls Jocelyn out of the ring and sends her head first into the padded guardrail as she crumbles to the mats. This draws nothing but shock, awe & boos from the fans as Frost almost looks stunned at his actions. But the Hall of Famer quickly picks up the Camden and slides her back into the ring looking for a cover….ONE…TW… Jocelyn kicks out!!!!! Frost takes his time as he targets the champs face with a few boots before Camden is sent back into the ropes with Frost nailing a kick into the gut and explodes into a T-Bone suplex into anther cover…ONE…TWO…TH…Camden again kicks out much to the delight of the fans. Now a little pissed off Frost again stomps away on the back of the Champ before Paul throws himself into a corner with a wicked grin on his face as Jocelyn begins to stir as she gets on her hands and knees.
Diamond “Oh no Flash, you don’t think?”
Rotten “Hey Manchseter Untined need a new striker? Because Paul Frost is just about to kick in the winning gaol with a perfect punt to the skul….NO….WHAT!?”
Diamond “ Camden ducked the punt and now just school girl or school boy…WHATEVER Camden has a cover.”
Fans cheer…ONE….TWO…TH…Frost kicks out sending Camden flying off the cover, Frost gets to his feet looking for a close line but Camden ducks and fires back with a standing drop kick knocking Paul back. Again the IC Champion bounces off the ropes looking for a cross body but Paul catches the champ and reverses with a Tilt-a-whirl back breaker into a cover…ONE…TWO… Jocelyn shoots the shoulder up. Now Frost looking for more offence again stomps away on Camden face as he sits the chap up before bouncing off the ropes and landing a sliding drop kick right to her head. Frost then takes the IC Champ by the hair again resulting in a “WANKER” chant from the crowd as Paul throws Camden up and over the top rope to the floor below. Adding insult to injury Frost claps his hands together mouthing “NOT IN MY RING”
Diamond “Well the IC Champ who’s been on fire from the word go maybe in trouble here. That mean streak of Paul Frost has earned him some victories over the greats before”
The ref gets to a count of six before Camden gets to her feet as she climbs back up on the apron, Frost is there to greet her with anther boot to the gut as Paul pulls Jocelyn through the middle rope looking for his “hangman” DDT but Jocelyn fights back forcing Frost to instead look for a suplex but Camden slides behind Frost as Paul is pulled down to the mat with a reverse DDT via the IC champ. Now the Manchester fans begins cheer as Camden repays Paul shot for shot to his face via her foot. Camden getting Paul to his knees shoots him the “bird” and then a nasty kick to the side of ‘Perfections” face into the cover…ONE…TWO….Frost kicks out!!!! As Paul tries to stand Jocelyn springs off the ropes looking for a reverse bulldog but Paul locks his arms around Camden’s waist as he brings her down with a HUGE German suplex!!!!! Frost looks for the pin but Camden rolls on to her stomach so Paul looks for anther German but Camden grabs the top rope holding on.
Rotten ‘What an impact mpove there by the next IC Champion Paul Frost.”
Diamond “I don’t think so Flash look at the current Champ a unique way to counter a German suplex if I’ve ever seen.”
Frost lands a few shots to Camden’s back looking for her to release and she does but rolls under Frost into a sunset flip…ONE…TWO…THR…Frost kicks out!!!!! Quickly Paul greets Camden with a nasty short arm close line sending her back to the canvas. Paul then drags Camden and lays her across the bottom rope, Frost then places his knee into the back of Camden as he pulls back on her neck in-between the ropes into a modified camel clutch submission move. Of course the ref counts to four as Frost gives the ref a clean break before going back into the illegal submission move breaking again at the count of four. The ref moves Frost back as Camden tries to catch her breath. Frost again shows his dominance as Jocelyn is THROWN into the corner as Paul unloads with a hard right to Camden head. Frost grins as he unloads anther back to back set of close fists to Camden’s head. Frost looks for a forth but the tables are turned as the IC Champ ducks and sends Paul into the corner as Camden unloads with a flurry of her own right hands as Paul is again sent into the corner but Frost reverses and sends Jocelyn instead but the IC Champ leaps off the ropes and into a moonsault into a cover…ONE….TWO….THRE…Frost kicks out just in time!!!!
Diamond “And just like that the IC Champion Jocelyn Camden is back in this thing Flash. In front of her sort of home town here in Manchester, Camden is hanging with a hall of famer and she springs off into the ropes…..”
Rotten “Straight into a BELLY TO BELLY throw via Paul Frost….ONE…TWO….THR….”
Diamond “CAMDEN KICKS OUT!!!!”
Frost signals for three but the ref only shows two fingers, upset Paul leaps onto the IC Champ as he turns Camden around as Frost locks in a half Boston Crab on Camden’s left leg. The camera does Jocelyn no justice as her back almost touches her head as Paul applies a ton of pressure. The Manchester crowd stomps their feet chanting ‘CAMDEN” over and over again in hopes she doesn’t tap out. The ref in perfect position asks Camden if she wants to quit but she replies “BUG OFF” as Paul grins as he leans back but Camden uses Frost’s weight for the upper hand as she rolls him over into a pin…ONE…TWO…..Frost reverses….ONE…TWO…THRE….CAMDEN KICKS OUT!!!!
Rotten “DMAN IT…..that was three Derrick.”
Frost hits the mat pounding away looking to step up the “Frost Bite” as Paul looks for his move Camden reverses and sends Frost into the canvas with an arm drag take down. Jocelyn leans up against the ropes as Paul comes charging in the IC Champ pulls down the top as Frost goes sailing over the top rope. The Manchester fans on their feet as Camden signals towards the ropes but the ref stops her from a high flying move drawing more heat from the crowd. The ref leans through the middle rope asking for Paul to enter the ring. Fans cheer as Camden springs off the ropes and leap frogs over the ref into a spinning senton OVER THE TOP ROPE right onto Paul Frost!!!!! “HOLY SHIT” is what is echoed throughout the Manchester arena as Jocelyn Camden can hardly believe her actions with Frost rolling around on the outside in pain. Camden wastes no time in tossing Paul back into the ring but instead of the cover Camden finds herself back on the apron as she springs off with a high leg drop to the back of Frost’s head into the cover….ONE….TWO….THRE…..FROST KICKS OUT!!!!
Diamond “HOW CLOSE….how close was Camden in retaining her title and pulling off an upset victory as well. What a series of high risk and high reward moves via the IC Champ.”
Rotten “Yeah, yeah…so she can fly….what about win Derrick….what about beating the best? Because she hasn’t done that yet but that MAN…Paul Frost has…I believe in perfection.”
Frost rolls away trying to get to his feet as Camden quickly unloads with a few kicks to Frot’s mid section as he reaches his feet. More hard shots via lefts & rights from Camden find there mark as Paul is backed into the ropes as Jocelyn looks for an Irish whip but again Paul throws her over the top rope but Camden lands on her feet. Frost turns around and ducks a right hand but gets slapped with her left. Frost turns the other check and slaps Camden right back before booting her in the gut and again pulls her through the middle rope and nails his “hangman’ DDT into the cover…ONE…TWO…THRE…Camden kicks out!!!!! Frost again sends Camden into the corner and again Jocelyn finds her way to the top rope springing off into a senton but Frost catches the champion and with his strength lifts her up and POWERBOMB’S her back into the canvas. Frost flips her around and again locks in an ANKLE LOCK center of the ring which draws heat from the pro Camden crowd
Rotten “Boo all you want that’s not going to break the hold.”
Diamond “ Well Paul said earlier he would break Camden’s ankle and he might be right enough to earn him the IC Title.”
Frost cranks the ankle side to side looking to end the match but Camden refuses to tap as she pulls her ankle straight out of her shoe to break the hold. Frost is shocked as he’s holding a shoe as the IC Champ lands a jaw breaker sending Paul stumbling back as Camden lands a flying close line which finds its mark as Jocelyn looks for a cover…ONE….TWO….THRE…Frost slides his shoulder up!!!! Both the challenger & the champion get to a vertical base as Paul is sent back to the mat with a spinning heel kick via the IC champ, instead of the cover Camden then slides out of the ring and slowly climbs the ropes as she perches herself on the top rope waiting for Frost.
Diamond “This is a mistake here Flash, Camden should have gone for the cover there. You don’t want to give men like Paul Frost a second chance.”
Frost slowly gets to his feet as Camden explodes off the tope rope looking for a senton but Paul duck underneath as he climbs to the top rope while Camden lands on her feet. Quickly the IC Champ jumps up and with one shoe lands a drop kick right to Frost’s skull keeping him on the top rope. Camden climbs up to the top looking to take Frost down with a hurricanrana but Frost grabs Camden’s ankle again as she falls face first on the mat as Paul for the third time locks in the ankle lock on the shoe-less IC Champion. But like before, Camden finds her way back to one foot as Paul again flips the champion in the air and sends her slamming spine first onto the canvas. Frost looks for an elbow drop, but Camden rolls out of the way just in time and makes it to her feet as Paul does the same! Frost charges Camden for a clothesline, but with incredible speed she drops to the mat with a drop toe hold that sends Frost shooting...
Diamond: FROST JUST SHOT INTO THE REFEREE!!!
Rotten: Paul Frost slammed the referee into the turnbuckle, and the zebra is down for the count!
Frost sits on his knees, looking in shock at what he just did, but Camden catches him off guard with a step up enziguri! Camden drills Frost in the face with her boot, and he might be unconscious in the ring! Camden pulls him back a few feet, laying him in the center of the mat before running towards the turnbuckle. She hops effortlessly to the top rope, spinning around and looking down at a prone Paul Frost.
Diamond: CATCH THIS!
Rotten: CORKSCREW SENTON!
Camden hooks the leg, shouting out the three count as the fans here in England cheer wildly!
...
...
...
Diamond: The referee is still out! No one can make the count! Camden should have won already!
Rotten: ONE! TWO! THREE! FOUR! FIVE! SIX! No one's home!
Just then Andre Dixon appears at the top of the ramp, a wide grin on his face as he sprints down the ramp to the ring and slides in under the bottom rope. Jocelyn sees him coming and immediately pops to her feet, sweat pouring and breathing heavily. She stares down Dixon defiantly, and all he does is smile.
Camden: You think I'm afraid of you? FUCK YOU! I'll take you right now... bring Rigg down here while you're at it!
Dixon fakes a step forwards, causing Camden to go instantly into defensive mode, which earns an even bigger laugh from Dixon.
Dixon: Got you shook.
Camden goes to make a move on Dixon, but Adam Barker hops the fan barricade and grabs her ankle from under the bottom rope, tripping up Camden and sending her stumbling forwards to where Dixon is waiting with a high knee to the face! Camden starts to fall, blood dripping down her chin from her mouth, but Dixon catches her before she goes down and... DEADLY FORCE!
Diamond: Dixon just put Camden down with a spine buster! This isn't fair.
Dixon begins to pull Frost over, placing him directly on top of Camden as Barker slaps the face of the referee, waking him up and pointing at the pile. The referee slowly rolls over onto his hands and knees, not knowing whats happening but realizing he needs to do his job, and as Andre presses down on Paul Frosts back giving him extra weight to bury Jocelyn with, he slaps the canvas.
ONE!
TWO!
THREE!
DING! DING! DING!
Masters: The winner of this match... and NEEEEEEEW Intercontinental Champion... PAUL! PERRRRRRRRFECTION! FROST!
Dixon and Barker pull Frost up to his feet slowly, Barker snatching the title belt from the referee and thrusting it into Paul's hands.
The Genesis members pat him on the back and congratulate him, but quickly exit the ring and sprint back stage laughing the entire way.
Rotten: He did it!
Diamond: No, he definitely didn't, Flash.
Frost looks down at the title, still unsure how this came to be, but he decides he doesn't care and thrusts it into the air in celebration. There's a mixed response from the fans as he climbs the turnbuckle, still holding the belt high and proud. Camden, finally coming around, drags herself back into the opposite corner, sitting up and staring at Frost pose with what should still be her title.
Her eyes are cold and blank, her face expressionless and pale as bright red blood still drips down her chin.
"CAMDEN! CAMDEN! CAMDEN!"
The fans begin to chant her name in support, but she doesn't even seem to hear them as she climbs to her feet and stands in the corner. Paul however, hears perfectly and looks out at the fans before looking down at the title. He drops from the turnbuckle, turning to look at Camden, and slowly he extends his hand to shake that of Jocelyn.

Diamond: He's confused, Flash, just like the rest of us. Goodnight Manchester.
