PHILLIPS ARENA
ATLANTA, GA
16,350
The opening of "Uprising" by Muse begins to play. The screen is pitch black before a WGWF logo crashes on to the screen. The scene fades into the Phillips Arena in Atlanta, Georgia where the crowd roars as the pyro which opens the show blasts off all over the arena. Various signage including, but not limited too: "WHY STONE WHY?", "Who Needs a Hero when you got Nick Ryan", "Stevens blows goats", "BARKER sucks", "Brian Cady is a God!", "Radical Revolution!", "Sentinel is the ultimate BIG MAN", "Hey Sombra, Famine called... he wants his gimmick back", "Congratulations HEAT!", "Borden blows!"... just to name a few. Our scene cuts to ringside where Derrick Diamond and Flash Rotten are shown sitting at the announce table. Derrick welcomes us to the show!!
Diamond: Coming of the heels of an historic Autumn Apocolypse welcome to Atlanta, Georgia, welcome to MONDAY NIGHT BRAWL! Goodevening Ladies and Gentleman I'm Derrick Diamond and joined always by Flash Rotten, and Flash WOW, is all I can say in regards to Autumn Apocolypse.
Rotten: It was truly a night of unpredicability from top to bottom, but perhaps the biggest news coming out of Apocolypse was the return of John Stone as he aided Adam Barker in putting the final nail in the CCP coffin. Chris is gone, and he's not coming back!
Diamond: We all knew going in that CCP was in less then his best. I know tonight that we will have an update on the condition of CCP. Will he return? Who knows.
Rotten: You're just like everyone else, Nick Ryan included who's been making excuses all week. Chris got what he deserved and Adam Barker proved once again why he's ALWAYS been the brains behind the CCP brawn.
Diamond: Of course in the Main Event between Nick Ryan and Seth Stevens the world was captavate. Those two men tore the house down at Madison Square Garden, but it saw the return of Dean James who came back at Apocolypse to exact some revenge on Stevens for what he did at Caged In.
Rotten: No Derrick, what happened was Nick Ryan was pissing his pants knowing full well he was going to lose the World Title so he struck a deal with Dean James. We were there Derrick, Stevens had Ryan beat. The referee was coming down for the three count and like a thief in the night Dean intentionally got Ryan Disqualified so he could retain pocession of the World Title.
Diamond: If that was truly the case Flash, and Dean did that for that reason then explain to me why Nick hit him with the Red Line?
Rotten: To save face. He was embarrassed by a younger Stevens, but tonight I have it on good authority that Seth is going to address this situaiton.
Diamond: If you say so... Another high profile Main Event we saw pitted Brian Cady successfully retaining the Intercontinental Championship over Kenny Radical, but the talk of the town was happened following the EPIC confrontation. Kenny Radical brutally assualted Brian Cady in his own home town before stealing the Intercontinental Championship.
Rotten: Pocession is 9/10 the law, and right now at this exact moment the proper man has pocession of the Intercontinental Championship. It was a fluke that Cady beat him, but later on tonight Radical has the chance to re-write a wrong as they square off once again... this time there is No Disquaification.
Diamond: We'll get to that in just a momnent Flash, a HUGE congratulations is in order for Heat as he finally won his first singles title within the confines of the WGWF when he shocked the world and defeated your buddy Terry Borden.
Rotten: I don't even want to talk about that BS. Borden was caught off guard at Apocolypse, but when they meet again I assure you it won't be the same outcome.
Diamond: Jocelyn Camden defeated Andrew Clash in what was suppose to be a Tag Team attraction, but it turned into a singles match as VIKTOR SOMBRA (only took three weeks to get it right) and the Sentinel litterally brawled into the streets of New York City, but for Camden that was the biggest win of her WGWF career.
Rotten: Camden proved that she's more then a pretty face. It's just a matter of time before Camden finds some gold around her waist. It seems everyone underestimates her because she's a women, but Clash found out that underestimation finds you on the losing side of the equation.
Diamond: And how about Johnny O'Bom picking up another HUGE vicotry against Fire.
Rotten: Wasn't that like the 30th time we've seen those two square off? It's about time Johnny steps it up.
Diamond: Tonight is nothing short of the fallout from Autumn Apocolypse. We touched on it earlier, tonight's Main Event is a Autumn Apocolypse rematch between Brian Cady and Kenny Radical. No Holds Bar.
Rotten: The hate that runs through the viens of both these guys for eachother is well documented. I think it's only right to take the handcuff off these two too let them fight it out once and for all so Radical can prove he's the better man.
Diamond: If what we saw at Apocolypse is any indication of what we're going to see tonight then Atlanta, Georgia is in for an EPIC Main Event.
Rotten: Also tonight Viktor Sombra and The Sentinel will go one on one. It's going to be the ultimate Battle of the Giants and in my opinion Sombra is going to take this one home.
Diamond: It's going to be the biggest test for Viktor Sombra thus far. Let's see how he hangs against someone his own size.
Rotten: Andrew Clash looks for revenge as he and Jocelyn Camden will meet one on one. If Camden picks up the win tonight it's gotta catapult her into contention for the Television Championship.
Diamond: I have to agree with you Flash. Also tonight the new TV Champion Heat teams with Fire in there hometown to take on the unorthadox pairing of Johnny O'Bom and Terry Borden. It's going to be an AWESOME NIGHT!!!...
THE CHAMP OPENS THE SHOW
I need a hero to save me now
Just then lights begin to flash all around the arena.
I've gotta fight today
To live another day
Speaking my mind today
My voice will be heard today
I've gotta make a stand
But I am just a man
I'm not superhuman
My voice will be heard today
It's just another war
Just another family torn
My voice will be heard today
It's just another kill
The countdown begins to destroy ourselves
I need a hero to save me now
I need a hero, save me now
I need a hero to save my life
A hero will save me just in time
Nick makes his way out to a thunderous applause from the sold out crowd. Signs line the ramp with such things as “No Need for a Hero We Have Nick Ryan” and “Nick Ryan for WGWF HOF”. Nick is walking kind of slowly trying to high five every fan he can en route to the ring. Slowly he walks up the steel stairs and steps between the top and second rope. Once inside the ring Nick pulls a microphone out of his pocket. He motions to cut his music. The WGWF World Heavyweight Title is slung over his shoulder as he stands there soaking in the cheers.
Nick Ryan: Well I guess no one can call me a paper champion any longer.
This announcement is met with a loud pop from the crowd.
Nick Ryan: But you know something? I feel empty I fell as though I wasn't given the opportunity to properly defend this title.
The crowd begins to boo knowing exactly what Nick is talking about.
Nick Ryan: I know I feel ya. Dean James returned last week at Autumn Apocalypse. And while he didn't cost me the title he didn't help me either. Dean you took something away from me. Something I had been looking forward to for quite sometime. That was the ability to have a successful first title defense. Now I have never been one to look a gift horse in the mouth. But god damn it I wanted to prove to the world me beating Page wasn't a fluke. Hell somewhere deep down I wanted to prove it to myself. You and you alone took that away from me. You know your first title defense is something you never get back. It's like a father watching his son walk for the first time. If he misses it the opportunity is gone forever. But I am not going to sit here and cry over spilled milk. But I am going to say this to you Dean James. You made a new enemy last week. Someone you don't want to be on the bad side of....
Just then “Back in Black” by ACDC begins to play. Matt Hopkins makes his way towards the ring. Quickly he gets into the ring and shakes hands with Nick before stepping back.
Matt Hopkins: I wish I could say congrats Nick. But I have a feeling you're not in a congratulatory mood. But I have a feeling I know what kind of mood you're in champ. So with that being said I would like to make a formal announcement. So with that Being said our next Pay Per View is called Survival of the Sickest. Now for something I am sure you'll love Nick. It will take place in Tampa Florida from non other than Raymond James Stadium.
Nick nods his head in approval of the announcement.
Matt Hopkins: Now onto our main event for the evening. It will be a triple threat match pitting three men who hate each other in this ring to settle their differences. At least I hope they settle them. In one corner you'll have Dean James and in another Seth Stevens. And finally the reigning WGWF World Heavyweight Champion Nick Ryan.
The crowd about blows the roof off the arena hearing the news. Nick smiles for a moment and lifts his microphone to his mouth.
Nick Ryan: That's great and all but I have a better idea. I don't think this match can me contested under normal circumstances. I think this belt needs to be lifted high above the ring. And the only way to get it is from the top of a ladder. You know what come to think about it. Why not add some chairs..
The crowd pops.
Nick Ryan: Heck lets even add some tables to the mix.
The roof comes off the arena as Matt stands there and smiles. He nods his head and looks around the arena.
Matt Hopkins: Well if that's what you want.... YOU GOT IT!. At Survival of the Sickest we will have ourselves a TABLES, LADDERS, and CHAIRS match!
Nick and Matt smile as they shake hands to a huge pop from the crowd. "Hero" by Skillet begins to play as Matt and Nick make their exits from the ring and make there way backstage. The scene cuts to Derrick and Flash.
Diamond: What an opening to the show! November the 15th at Survival of the Sickest it will be a Triple Threat TLC Main Event for the World Title! Ryan, Stevens and James.
Rotten: Now I can't wait for Survival of the Sickest!
TAG TEAM ATTRACTION
HEAT and FIRE vs TERRY BORDEN and JOHNNY O'BOM
HEAT and FIRE vs TERRY BORDEN and JOHNNY O'BOM
Masters: Ladies and Gentleman your opening contest is scheduled for one fall and is a Tag Team Attraction....
"Next Big Thing" by Jim Johnson begins to play. The Atlanta crowd completely go ballistic.
Masters: Introducing first from ATLANTA, GEORGIA...
The pop increases as the home town is called out.
Masters: The team of the WGWF Television Champion HEAT and his partner, his brother FIRE. Together they make HEAT AND FIRE!
The roof explodes as the home town boys come out to the stage. Heat displays his newly won TV title around his waist. Heat and Fire sprint towards the ring tagging the hands of the fans. They each slide into the ring to a huge pop. The music fades away leaving the massive ovation from the crowd.
Masters: And introducing their opponents...
"Downfall of us All" by A Day to Remember hits the speakers. The Atlanta crowd gives a neutral pop.
Masters: About to make his way to the ring, from Colorado Springs, Colorado... JOHNNY O'BOM!
O Bom comes out, the Atlanta fans continue to give him a mixed reaction due to his recent match with Fire. He stands on the stage and shows the rocker sign. He then runs down the ramp slapping all the fans hands. he walks up the steps and enter the ring he gets on the apron and holds up the rocker sign. The music fades away.
Masters: And his partner...
"Rock of Ages" by Def Leppard begins to play drawing boo's from the crowd.
Masters: About to make his way to the ring... From Vience Beach, California, he is TERRY BORDEN!
The crowd boo's louder as Borden steps out from behind the curtain. He begins to make his way to the ring not taking his eyes off Heat. Borden enters the ring and the music fades away.
DING....DING...DING....
Diamond: And our opening match is underway. Fire starts things off for his team and O'Bom starts it for his.
Rotten: This is a conbustable combination in Borden and O'Bom.
O'Bom and Fire lock up center ring, Fire quickly hits a body slam to a roar from the crowd. O'Bom gets to his knees before reaching his feet. Fire and O'Bom circle each other before locking up once again, this time Fire takes O'Bom to the mat with a quick armdrag take over. The crowd roars as Fire gets to his feet, he meets O'Bom with a right hand, followed with a knife edge chop knocking O'Bom back into the ropes. Fire tags in Heat before sending O'Bom across the ring into the ropes, O'Bom bounces off the ropes, Fire drops down to the mat, O'Bom leaps over Fire but catches a dropkick from Heat sending him to the mat. The crowd again responds with a massive pop as Fire exits the ring.
Diamond: Heat and Fire look like they haven't skipped a beat in front of their home town fans.
Rotten: But look at the competition. It's Johnny O'Bom for christ sakes.
Heat locks in a rear chin lock on O'Bom. Borden is livid on the apron as he screams for O'Bom. Heat continues to apply the pressure to O'Bom. Suddenly O'Bom begins to work his way to his feet, he turns into the chin lock, he looks for a side suplex, Heat flips over the back of O'Bom, O'Bom spins around catching a boot to the midsection before being planted with a DDT. Heat makes a cover.
Referee: ONE..... TWO..... THRE
The crowd boo's as Borden makes the save by pulling Heat off the cover, and then he quickly exits the ring to the ring apron. Heat reaches his feet as the referee admonishes Borden. Heat picks up O'Bom sending him into the ropes, O'Bom bounces off the ropes catching a Big Boot to the face flooring him to the mat. Heat tags in Fire. Fire makes his way to the top rope, he leaps off landing a elbow drop across the throat. Fire covers.
Referee: ONE.... TWO.... THRE
Again Borden makes the save drawing heat from the crowd. The official again admonishes Borden who plays dumb.
Diamond: Two times Borden has saved the match. Why? What's he got to gain from O'Bom?
Rotten: Because he wants to get his hands on Heat numbnuts.
Fire reaches his feet. He makes his way to the middle turnbuckle. He measure O'Bom. O'Bom works his way to his feet. Fire comes off the middle rope looking for a missile drop kicks, O'Bom avoids contact and Fire crashes to the mat. The crowd boo's as O'Bom staggers towards his corner where he looks to tag in Borden. Borden fakes a tag before dropping to the arena floor!
Rotten: HAHAHAHA!!
Diamond: What the hell? Borden just refused to tag into this match.
Fire tags in Heat. Borden distracts O'Bom by verbally bashing him which allows Heat to come up behind O'Bom, he spins him around before planting him with the HEAT STROKE! The crowd roars as Heat covers O'Bom.
Referee: ONE.... TWO.... THREE
DING...DING...DING....
The roof explodes as "Next Big Thing" by Jim Johnson hits the speakers once again.
Masters: Ladies and Gentleman the winners of the match... HEAT AND FIRE!
Heat reaches his feet where he and Borden exchange words. The scene cuts backstage where Denise Essex is standing by.
JOCELYN CAMDEN HAS TRAVEL ISSUES? UPDATE ON CHRONIC CHRIS PAGE
The crowd explodes as Matt Hopkins is shown standing beside Denise Essex.
Essex- "Ladies and Gentleman I'm standing by with Matt Hopkins. Matt, you asked for me to join you?"
Hopkins: First Denise, what I want to bring to yours and everyone elses attention. I just received a phone call from Jocelyn Camden. Apparently at her hotel here in Atlanta someone has flattened all four of her car tires...
The crowd responds with boo's as Camden was scheduled to appear tonight.
Hopkins: So tonight's match up with Andrew Clash is now put on hold and will not happen. I can only hope that whoever is responsible for this act will step forward and accept the consequences.
Diamond: So Jocelyn isn't here tonight?
Rotten: Take a cab!
Hopkins: On another subject I do have an update on the condition of Chronic Chris Page following last weeks Autumn Apocolypse...
The crowd responds with a pop at the mention of CCP.
Hopkins: Chris underwent a successful minor neck oporation to repair three discs in his neck last Tuesday in Birmingham, Alabama. I've spoken to CCP and he has assured me that when he's medically cleared to compete he will do so...
Another pop is heard from the crowd.
Hopkins: He also had a message for Adam Barker, Seth Stevens, and John Stone... He said... "The WAR has just begun!".
The fans roar at the qoute from Page.
Hopkins: That's it for now. Enjoy the rest of the show.
The scene cuts back to ringside.
THE ELITE SYNDICATE ARRIVES TO THE WGWF
"Man in a Box" by Alice and Chains begins to play over the P.A. The Hotlanta crowd begins to boo loudly and heavily as Adam Barker is shown walking out to the top of the ramp. The boo's grow louder as John Stone come out after him. The boo's grow louder as Kenny Radical comes out still in pocession of the WGWF Intercontinental Championship which is slung over his shoulder, and he's followed out by Seth Stevens as the boo's reach a fever pitch. The four men begin to causually walk towards the ring not paying any attention to the heat from the crowd. Barker is first to walk up the steel steps to the ring apron while Stone slides into the ring under the bottom rope, Barker enters the ring and he's followed by Radical and then Stevens. The music fades away as Adam Barker is in pocession of the microphone.
Adam Barker: So what about Autumn Apocolypse?
Barker sarcastically states drawing huge Boo's from the crowd as he continues.
Adam Barker: I don't know about you all... but WE had a GREAT night in New York City!
The boo's grow even louder as all four men smile before Barker contines.
Adam Barker: I mean where else can WE say that WE shocked and amazed you all. I mean who out there thought Chronically Challenge Chris Page was actually going to beat me?
A huge "YOU SUCK" chant fills Phillips Arena as Barker continues.
Adam Barker: I told the world that I had all my bases covered, I told the world that I was going to rewrite a wrong and goddamnit if I didn't fucking do it!
The chant breaks back out into loud boo's.
Adam Barker: Chris Page isn't going to be here tonight and I'm the man you can thank for that because I'm the man that went out and grabbed John Stone... I told Stone a golden opportunity was right in front of him, I laid out a price and Stone took the money!!!
Barker states as he turns towards Stone who is laughing. They shake hands before Barker returns to facing the camera.
Adam Barker: Don't boo him... He did what ANY of you would have done. He's truly a great man and I'm personally glad to have him back in the WGWF, but not only did I defeat Chris Page... Seth Stevens got a victory of his own...
Barker turns towards Stevens who is to his left. He hands Seth the microphone. "Stevens Sucks" bellows out from the crowd. Stevens chuckles to himself at the chant before raising the microphone to his lips as he states..
"That's not what ya mama's said last night!" I state. The crowd breaks it's chant and boo's me uncontrolably.
"Aw, did that upset all of you? Personally I could careless because as far as I'm concerned each and every one of you are nothing more then scum.." The boo's increase as I continue.. "What you see in front of you is a the most elite group of talent ever essembled in the world of Professional Wrestling. Kenny Radical, John Stone, Adam Barker, and myself Seth Stevens. Four men who think collectively for the common good of our Syndicate. You can call us the ELITE SYNDICATE!" The crowd breaks out into a "YOU SUCK" chant.
"Do you fans in Atlanta lack creativity or what? Anyway... NICK RYAN!"... The crowd pops at the mention of Nick's Name... "Now I heard you out here earlier tonight talking about how no one can call you a paper champion anymore. NEWS FLASH retard, YOU LOST at Autumn Apocolypse and for all extensive purposes I should be standing here in front of you all as the NEW World Heavyweight Champion. So yes, for all extensive purposes YOU'RE a PAPER CHAMPION who can thank DEAN JAMES because he's still walking about with what rightfully belongs to me, the World Heavyweight Championship." The boo's from the crowd reach massive levels... "And Each and everyone of you out here tonight know that to be nothing more then an ABSOLUTE FACT! But don't worry... don't worry, it won't be long until I have what I desire because at Survival of the Sickest in the TLC Main Event I'm going on record and GUARANTEEING that I will become the WGWF World Heavyweight Champion... and Dean... Oh Deano... I don't think you've realized what you've done. You're a marked man for the Elite Syndicate and if I where you I would grow an extra pair of eyes in the back of your head, because just like I took you out at Caged In I'll do it again, but this time you won't be coming back!" The crowd boo's loudly as I pass the microphone over to Kenny Radical who still displays the Intercontinental Championship over his shoulder.
The crowd boos as Radical raises the title high over his head with a cocky grin on his face.
Radical: I told you all I'd leave Autumn Apocalypse with the Intercontinental Title.
More boos for the rookie.
Radical: You see, what Brian Cady never seems to understand, is that sometimes this business isn't about walking away a champion. It's about making an impact. That's all I've done since I've been here, folks. Week after week I've made an impact. Every time Brian Cady tries to shake his pecker after a long piss, he feels that pain shoot up his arm. Thanks to me and Seth, he can never truly enjoy those few shakes. Remember, Brian...more than a couple and you're playin with yourself.
Stevens and Barker laugh and clap at the shot at Cady. Stevens pats Kenny on the back.
Radical: So no, I may not officially be the Intercontinental Champion. I may not have won my first singles match in the WGWF. But the Radical Revolution has only grown stronger, Brian!
He looks right into the camera and holds up the belt for all the viewers at home to see.
Radical: Tonight, when I destroy you in the main event, you'll understand just how strong it's become!
The boo's are off the charts for this foursome, but they grow louder as Radical passes the microphone over to John Stone. He grabs the mic as the boos continue.
Stone: I bet a lot of you are wondering. Why John? Why? How could you turn your back on us? How could you side with Adam Barker of all people? Well, it's really simple. It's called money! You see, while I was at home, enjoying early retirement, Adam called me up and like the godfather, made me an offer I couldn't refuse.
The boos seem to get even louder but Stone doesn't seem to care.
Stone: You see folks. In this world, there is only one god. And that's the almighty dollar. And believe me, with the kind of money Mr. Barker here offered me, how could I say no? It's the same thing each and every single one of you peons would do. You'd probably do it for a lot less, but you would do it nonetheless! So what makes you think you're any better than I am? Because I helped destroy Chris Page? Because I want to see his career end? I'd do it again if given the opportunity.
The boos are so loud now that it gets hard to hear John speak.
Stone: SHUT UP! I don't answer to any of you pathetic losers. I answer to one person and one person only. ME! But someone else is going to have to answer to me also. Chris Page! Yeah i'm talking to you. I know you're not here tonight, but I know you're watching. And I want you to pay real close attention to what i'm going to say to you. What I did at Autumn Apocalypse, is nothing compared to what I will do to you one on one in this ring. I am sick and tired of hearing about Chris Page. Ever since I came to this company two years ago, all I've heard it Chris Page this and Chris Page that. Well i'm sick of it. It's time for a new era. It's time for guys like myself, Seth and Kenny here to take what rightfully belongs to us. And it starts with me and you Page. I am challenging you to a match. One on one, anything goes. I don't care what type of match and I don't care when or where. But you and I are going to get in this ring my friend. And when we do, what I did to you at Autumn Apocalypse will seem like nothing more than a slap on the wrist!
Stone then hands the mic back to Barker who is all smiles as the crowd boo's uncontrolably.
Barker: Ladies and Gentleman what you see before you is a group of the Elite this company has to offer. You can call us the Elite Syndicate!
Suddenly "Sound Of" By Trapt hits the speakers. The crowd gives a mixed pop, which then turns into a huge ovation as Shawn Murphy appears at the top of the ramp and begins to make his way towards the ring.
Diamond: That's Shawn Murphy..
Murphy makes his way to the ring. He slides into the ring while the Elite Syndicate appear a tab bit insulted that this rookie has the balls to interrupt them. Shawn by passes Barker, Stevens, and Radical and is right in front of John Stone. Murphy pulls a microphone out from his back pocket.
Barker: Can I help you?
Barker asks. Murphy doesn't look his way as he continues to stare down Stone.
Shawn Murphy: The reason I'm here tonight isn't to talk to you Adam... it's to deal with YOU, John!
The crowd goes nuts.
Shawn Murphy: John... you stand out here boasting and bragging about what you did to Chris Page. CCP is an ICON, a Living Legend in this business and what you did was nothing more then conduct yourself like a COWARD!
The crowd pops at the statement.
Shawn Murphy: Here I am John... standing in the lion's den too challenge you to a match, a match live NEXT WEEK on BRAWL! What do you say John? Are you man enough? Or have you forgot what it means to be a man?
Stone walks up to Murphy and asks Adam for the mic.
Stone: First of all, I don't even know who the hell you are Jack. And second. Don't you ever come into this ring to interrupt the Elite Syndicate ever again do you understand?
Murphy just stands there as John gets in his face now.
Stone: You're not talking to some curtain jerking scrub like Sentinel or Andrew Clash. You're talking to a former two time Intercontinental Champion. And if you wanna get in my face and issue a challenge, you better be sure about what you're getting yourself into.
The crowd boos John as he continues to talk.
Stone: But you don't look like the sharpest knife in the drawer so if you want to challenge me, I accept! But you better remember this....I warned you!
Just as that's said Radical, Stevens and Barker all blast Murphy from all side. Stone drops the microphone as the four men begin to stomp away at the WGWF rookie. Boo's fill the Phillips Arena as now Barker holds Murphy by the arms allowing the three men to take liberties with Murphy.
Diamond: This is a damn gang attack!
Rotten: No Diamond, this is the Elite Syndicate!
Stone now begins to unload with piston like right hands to the head of Shawn Murphy opening him up. Suddenly the roof explodes as BRAIN CADY, NICK RYAN, shoot out from the back. As they enter the ring the Elite Syndicate escape leaving them to check on their fallen friend who's face is a crimson mask thanks to Stone and company.
Diamond: Thank god for Nick and Brain.
Rotten: Yeah... but what happens next week when this rookie squares off against a much more sadistic John Stone? I don't know about you but I like his new attitude.
The Elite Syndicate reach the top of the ramp. Radical steps forward making eye contact with Cady as he then holds out the Intercontinental Championship before the foursome make there way backstage.
VIKTOR SOMBRA vs THE SENTINEL
Masters: Ladies and Gentleman the following contest is scheduled for one fall...
.
"Freak of Nature" by Sinnistars begins to blast over the PA to a huge pop from the crowd.
Masters: Introducing first, about to make his way to the ring. He's from Jakarta, Indonesia... The SENTINEL!
The crowd's response grows louder as Sentinel appears at the top of the ramp. He makes his way down to the ring.
Rotten: A true battle of the big men is about to take place.
Diamond: Last week at Apocolypse these two brawled all over New York, or so I'm told. They took things to the streets. Litterally.
Sentinel enters the ring. He awaits for his opponent. "Demigod" by Behemoth begins to play bringing boo's from the Atlanta crowd.
Masters: And introducing his opponent... From Chicago, Illinoise... He is VIKTOR SOMBRA!
Thick white smoke fills the entrance ramp as the lights in the entire arena goes out. A maniacal and sinister laugh can be heard through the PA System. When it stops, The screen turns on and then fills with blood as Demigod by Behemoth begins to play. A large ring of fire lights up on the entrance ramp. After a few seconds, from under the ramp, rises a monstrous figure dressed in black, a hat covering his face. He steps through the flames and begins to make his way down to the ring as the fans watch in awe. Some children even close their eyes are they seem afraid of this monster of a man. He walks down to the ring with purpose and a strange aura about him. Once inside the ring he stands in the middle and removes his hat. He then flips his hair back as we now see his white eyes and what seems to be blood pouring out of his mouth. The music dies down as he walks over to the corner.
Diamond: This is one sick and twisted dude Flash.
Rotten: I think a few drops of pee just came out...
DING...DING...DING....
The Hotlanta crowd comes a live as the two biggest men in the WGWF look to square off. Sombra and Sentinel go face to face. Flash bulbs fill the Phillips Arena.
Diamond: Sombra with a 1 inch height advantage and Sentinel with a 10 pound weight advantage.
Sombra decks Sentinel with a right, Sentinel swings back with a hard right of his own before the two giants lock up center ring. Both men shove off each other as a stalemate ensues. Sombra comes forward looking for a right hand, Sentinel blocks before driving a knee to the midsection of Sombra. Sentinel lands a clubbing shot across the back of Sombra dropping him to one knee, Sentinel bounces off the ropes but it's Sombra who is back to his feet and driving a boot to the chin of Sentinel flooring the big man. Sombra bounces off the ropes before dropping a leg drop across the throat of Sentinel before making a cover.
Referee: ONE..... TWO.... T
Sentinel kicks out to the delight of the crowd. Sombra reaches his feet before stomping the Sentinel in the chest. He picks up Sentinel by the hair before sending him towards the ropes, Sentinel counters the reversal and it's Sombra who hits the ropes and it caught with a body slam from the Sentinel that shakes the ring! Sentinel hits the ropes before driving a elbow into the chest of Sombra. Sentinel covers.
Referee: ONE..... TWO..... THR
Sombra kicks out.
Diamond: Both big men are trying to destory each other in the early goings.
Sentinel reaches his feet. He picks up Sombra before sending him crashing into a set of buckles, Sombra bounces off the buckles and into a side walk slam from Sentinel. Sentinel again makes a cover.
Referee: ONE..... TWO..... THR
Sombra again kicks out.
Rotten: This Sombra character seriously creeps me out.
Sentinel reaches his feet. He picks up Sombra and sends him again into a set of buckles, Sentinel charges in after him but catches a reverse elbow to the jaw which staggers the big man back and allows Sombra to come forward drilling him with a strong clothesline that takes Sentinel to the mat. Sombra begins to choke away at the Sentinel drawing heat from the crowd. Sombra breaks at the 4 count before going right back to the choke hold which he again breaks at the 4 count before once again choking the Sentinel. Sombra breaks the choke before reaching his feet. As the referee attempts to admonish him for the chokes Sombra intimidates the official by walking towards him he escapes the ring to the arena floor. Sombra turns his attention to Sentinel who is now moving. Sombra catches Sentinel with a hard right hand as he attempts to reach a vertical base. Sombra yanks Sentinel to his feet. He snitches Sentinel for a suplex.
Diamond: You don't think?..
Rotten: No way!
Sombra attempts to suplex the Sentinel but the Sentinel blocks using his right leg. Sombra attempts once again, and again it's foiled by Sentinel. Sentinel counters with a knee to the midsection breaking free before sending Sombra through the top and middle rope to the arena floor. The Sentinel comes forward to the ropes, he reaches over the top rope taking Sombra by the hair as he reaches his feet and pulls him up to the ring apron, it's there Sombra counters by dropping Sentinel throat first across the top rope sending Sentinel staggering backwards in the ring. Sombra slides into the ring before getting to his feet and charges Sentinel, Sentinel hits a huge boot to the face!
Diamond: Listen to this crowd! They're behind the Big Man from Jakarta.
Sentinel signals for the Choke Slam to a huge pop from the crowd.
Rotten: Can he pick him up for the Sentinel Death Drop?
Sentinel measures Sombra as he works his way to his feet, as Sombra reaches his feet, Sentinel comes forward and takes a hold of the throat. Sombra quickly takes the Sentinel by the throat!
Diamond: Both men are attempting to Chokeslam the other!
Rotten: Who's gunna win this?!?!?!
The referee is shown counting both men as they each jockey to deliver the Chokeslam. It's Sombra who breaks the grasp of Sentinel, Sombra amazingly drives Sentinel into the mat with a chokeslam! The Atlanta crowd is completely amazed as Sombra rolls into making a cover.
Referee: ONE.... TWO.... THRE
The roof explodes as Sentinel manages to kick his shoulder up off the mat.
Diamond: The Jakarta Giant just kicked out!
Sombra isn't happy as he reaches his feet. He reaches down picking up Sentinel before sending him through the ropes to the arena floor. Sombra comes out of the ring dropping to the arena floor. The official begins to count both men out as Sombra picks up the Sentinel, he looks to bounce his head off the announce table, Sentinel blocks with his hands before elbowing Sombra in the gut. Sentinel takes Sombra by the throat. The crowd roars as Sentinel picks up Sombra and Chokeslams him through the announcers table! The roof explodes!
Rotten: OH MY GOD!
Sentinel looks to slide back into the ring, but before he can..
DING....DING...DING....
Sentinel is now in the ring, but it's to late. The official explains his verdict to Donald Masters.
Masters: Ladies and Gentleman... the referee has informed me that BOTH men have been counted out!
The crowd boo's loudly as Sentinel is shown pleading his case to the referee. On the floor Viktor sits straight up with a demonic look in his eye. He stands up before throwing the time keeper from his chair. Sombra takes the chair before sliding into the ring.
Rotten: This one isn't over!
Sombra blasts Sentinel in the back with a vicious chair shot. Sentinel staggers forward before turning around, as he does Sombra bashes him in the skull with a violent chair shot that splits over Sentinel, but doesn't take him down. Sombra hits the ropes and floor Sentinel with a baseball like swing blasting him in the face!
Diamond: Three vile, vicious chairshots from Sombra to Sentinel!
The crowd boo's loudly at Sombra, the boo's quickly turn into cheers as Don Crusade, the BIGGER brother of the Sentinel comes to the ring. He steps up to the apron before stepping over the top rope. Sombra comes at him with the chair, Don ducks the shot before sending Sombra over the top rope and to the floor with a clothesline, Sombra lands on his feet before backing away from the ring.
Rotten: Sentinel better thank his lucky stars that his brother was here tonight or else Sombra would tore him apart.
DEAN JAMES BREAKS HIS SILENCE
Derrick Diamond: And we are back at ringside folks. We heard a huge announcement earlier on in regards to our next pay-per-view event, in the main event we will see Nick Ryan put his title on the line against both Seth Stevens and the returning Dean James in a TLC Match
Flash Rotten: At Autumn Apocalypse we witnessed Dean James return to the ring to screw Seth Stevens out of the title, now he gets a title shot? I understand Seth Stevens getting a rematch, he deserves that much, but Dean James is also getting a title shot for interfering in the main event of Autumn Apocalypse?
Derrick Diamond: Turn about is fair play Flash, Seth Stevens screwed Dean James out of the World Title at Caged In some months back and Dean James merely returned the favor at Autumn Apocalypse
Suddenly the lights go out, the crowd is sent into a stunned silence, wondering what is going on.
Derrick Diamond: The lights just went out
Flash Rotten: What is going on here
A minute or so passes as the entire arena is shrouded in nothing but darkness.
Flash Rotten: Is someone attending to this situation? Can we get someone to fix these lights? We are in the middle of the show
Suddenly a spotlight beams down on the ring, illuminating the corner of the ring. Sitting in the corner of the ring is none other than Dean James; Dean James is cradling a steel chair to his chest.
Flash Rotten: Speak of the devil, here is Dean James now
Dean James keeps the chair cradled to his chest, he let’s go of the chair with one hand only to use that hand to brush away his crimson red fringe from out of his eyes, revealing black and red face paint running down from his eyes.
Flash Rotten: And we are once again witnesses to these emo antics
Dean James: The announcement has been made, the fate has been set, carnage is in store for Survival Of The Sickest, and what better analogy to top off the event that a true test of sickness, both myself and Seth Stevens are destined to step into the squared circle to pry the World Championship away from the grasp of Nick Ryan in a battle in which only the truly sickest and most maniacal will walk out victorious. Looking at the current standings, I have it in the bag
Derrick Diamond: Confidence shown by Dean James
Flash Rotten: Arrogance more like it
Dean James: The match has been booked as a TLC Match, a match in which the competitors sole purpose is to use a table, ladder and a chair in any means possible to completely and utterly destroy their opponent to the point of unconsciousness so they can climb a ladder and retrieve the glory hanging above. This chair I hold before me, it resembles more than just carnage and destruction, the possibilities present for the usage of this chair in such a match is unlimited. I could swing this chair at my opponents head and decapitate their head clean from their shoulders, I could place their arm within the top of the chair and bust their elbow into a million shards with one swift stomp, the possibilities are endless.
Dean James: This chair resembles more than just the carnage it can endure however, no, it resembles a lot more than that, for you see, this chair, this chair is solely responsible for my demise as champion at the hands of it’s handler, this chair is what brought an end to my championship reign, among other things. I have been hit by steel chairs many times in my career but none hurt more than the blow that was delivered to put the final nail in the coffin of my championship reign. It was like ice running down my back, I tensed up as I fell to the mat in a crumbled heap, I knew it was all over at that stage and it hurt more than any chair shot I had endured in my career, not physically, but mentally, it destroyed me from within knowing everything I had worked so hard for was crashing around me due to the impact of a steel chair
Dean James tosses the chair away in a violent fashion before the lights once again go out.
Flash Rotten: Oh come on! Is this really necessary?
A few seconds pass before a spotlight shines back into the ring, this time we see Dean James standing on top of a set up wooden table in the center of the ring.
Dean James: Next we have the table, designed to place things on, but when this innocent looking table enters the world of wrestling it becomes a nightmare, a weapon of destruction, upon going through one of these tables the shards of the table burst apart at odd angles, some sharp, some large, if placed wrong they can pierce your skin or even puncture your skin upon impact. It’s not a nice feeling going through a table. In the TLC Match the table is your worst enemy, the chair and the ladder may be made out of steel but they don’t do nearly as much damage as going through a table, a crash through a table could essentially mean the end of the match for you. Unfortunately I am a veteran to going through tables, I have gone through many tables in my career, I have been injured many times at the result of going through a table
The lights go out once more, a few seconds pass on by before a spotlight shines back down onto the ring, standing erect in the center of the ring where the table once was is now a ladder, and sitting on top of the ladder is Dean James with a belt hanging above him.
Dean James: And this, my friends, is the final piece of the puzzle, the ladder. Some in the business like to claim I revolutionized the ladder, whether it be adding blood to the concept to create the First Blood Ladder Match, whether it be throwing a chamber around the ring and creating the Stairway To Heaven Match for my own promotion or whether it be my innovation within ladder matches, I am a Ladder Match revolutionary.
Dean James: I have been in more ladder matches than most have been in exhibition matches, I am well aware of the factors of the ladder match and I am well aware that within an instant the momentum of the match can twist and turn abruptly out of your favor. I know that within an instant you can be lying back first on the mat whilst watching your opponent capture the prize above and I know the feeling you get when you pull the prize from above down and hold it triumphantly in the air whilst you look down at your beaten and battered opponent below. I have been on both ends of the spectrum and everywhere in between.
Dean James: Some may recall the ladder matches I had with the Hall Of Famer, MDK, some may recall the ladder matches I have had with current WGWF star, Johnny O Bom and some may merely recall witnessing me face another poor soul within the confines of the ladder match. One thing they get out of that match more than anything else is that I know how to use a ladder and when the time comes I know how to capitalize and pry away the glory above.
Dean James reaches up and pulls down the belt hanging above.
Dean James: Within seconds the belt can be yours; it’s that easy
The belt lies on the lap of Dean James.
Dean James: Take a close look at the belt
Dean James lifts the belt up with both hands and stretches it towards the camera.
Dean James: Familiar? It’s the WGWF World Championship. No, I didn’t go steal it from Nick Ryan, this is my belt, I grabbed it out of my cabinet of many championship belts to bring it all to you tonight to make a point and a statement. For years I worked my ass off to obtain this championship, I went through highs, I went through lows, I stabbed people in the back, I formed friendships, I obtain other championships and finally after much scratching and clawing I managed to obtain this championship, after several years I was finally able to call myself the WGWF World Champion
Dean James: But that all came crashing down a mere month or so later when I was screwed out of my championship in a match against ‘Chronic’ Chris Page, Seth Stevens came down to the ring, made the interference, made the referee turn the blind eye and led to ‘Chronic’ Chris Page pulling out the dirty tactics to make the cover and win my championship. Am I making excuses? Sure, but those excuses aren’t going to stop me from recapturing my WGWF World Championship
Dean James: So at Autumn Apocalypse I made my triumphant return to the ring to screw Seth Stevens out of the World Title. I was hesitant at first, sitting back in the locker room I was told to make an impact, the WGWF management wanted me to return to the ring, I was good and ready to return, it was just a matter of making that return. I was told to make an impact and the first thing that ran through my mind was what better way to make an impact than to interfere in the main event, sure, some people weren’t going to be happy, but when did I ever care what others thought of me? So I interfered in the main event with the image of Seth Stevens walking out to the cage at Hardcore Hell running through my mind at a million miles a minute. It felt good doing it too
Dean James: But Survival Of The Sickest is going to be a challenge and it’s a challenge I am more than ready for. Nick Ryan may b a fantastic champion, Seth Stevens may be a worthy challenger but I am ‘The Lost Legend’ Dean James and destiny shows I will be walking out with that gold. You need to be the absolutely sickest and most sadistic walking into TLC at Survival Of The Sickest and I just don’t see either of these two being able to stoop to the extremities I am willing to stoop to retrieve my gold. Dreams are meant to be broken, come Survival Of The Sickest the dreams of my opponents come crashing down in the most symbolic fashion possible, when one of their carcasses comes crashing from on top of the ladder to the mat below as I reach up and grasp a hold of glory.
With that Dean James tilts his head back and extends his arms out to the side and stares up into the sky above before bringing his arms back across his chest, crossing his arms over and staring deep into the camera.
Dean James: The winds billow with the words of wisdom, the darkness of the night utters the truth, the Lost Legend has spoken
Flash Rotten: This guy just gets crazier and crazier every week
Derrick Diamond: I am liking this new demeanor from Dean James, it’s a breath of fresh air
Flash Rotten: It’s disturbing
With that the camera zooms up on Dean James perched on top of the ladder. The scene then fades to black.

Masters: Ladies and Gentleman the following contest is scheduled for one fall and is your MONDAY NIGHT BRAWL MAIN EVENT of the evening, it's to be contested with NO DISQUALIFICATIONS!
The Atlanta crowd roars. The pop grows to a ovation as Cypress Hill's "Can't get the Best of Me" hits the speakers!
Masters: Introducing first, about to make his way to the ring... he is the current WGWF INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPION... From New York City, New York... THE X-EFFECT BRIAN CADY!
The fans await the arrival of Cady.
Diamond: Um... Where is he Flash?
The camera's are still focussed on the top of the ramp. Still know Cady.
Rotten: Perhaps he pissed his pants knowing Radical is prepared to destroy him tonight!
Suddenly our camera's fade to the backstage hallway where Kenny Radical and Brian Cady are shown trading serious punches. Radical gouges Cady in the eye before being sent face first into a concrete wall. Cady hits the floor with the impact.
Radical: Get up fucker!
Radical screams as he plants several stiff boots to the ribs of Cady. Radical picks up Brian before driving a knee into his midsection. He yanks Cady by the hair taking him through the backstage gorilla position before throwing him through a curtain and on to the top of the staging ramp. Radical grabs a steel chair blasting Cady in the head sending him to the ramp way. Radical steps over Cady before violently jabbing in in the ribs with the steel chair five separate times. Radical picks up Cady and begins to take him down the ramp, as they reach ringside Radical sends Cady into the steel guard rail before throwing the steel chair into the ring.
Diamond: What a cold, calculating attack laid out by Kenny Radical on Brain Cady live tonight in Atlanta!
Rotten: Radical isn't here to play games Diamond. He want's Cady and he wants him bad!
Radical blasts Cady with a stiff right hand before taking Cady and tossing him shoulder first into the ring steps at ringside. The crowd boo's Radical hard as he picks up Cady and then sends him face and shoulder first into the ring post. Cady hits the floor hard. Radical tosses the ring apron back pulling out a Table to a pop from the crowd. Radical slides the Table in the ring before turning his attention back towards Cady who is desperately trying to get to his feet.
Rotten: The Radical Revolution is in full force tonight!
Radical grabs Cady and tosses him into the ring before sliding into the ring after him.
DING....DING...DING....
Diamond: Now we're officially underway?
Rotten: Duh.
Radical picks up the Steel Chair. Cady works his way back to his feet, he turns towards Radical, Radical hits Cady so hard with the chair it dents over his head busting Cady wide open. Radical turns his attention to the Table, he sets the Table up before picking a bloody Cady up off the mat. He positions him for the Radical Ride, but holds him there for a few moments with a sadistic look on his face before picking up Cady and driving him through the Table with the Radical Ride! Radical stands to his feet placing his right boot on the chest of Cady.
Referee: ONE..... TWO..... THREE
DING...DING...DING....
"So Cold" by Breaking Benjamin hits the speakers as trash begins to be thrown towards the ring.
Masters: Ladies and Gentleman your winner... KENNY RADICAL!
Radical looks down at Cady. The boo's grow louder as Seth Stevens, John Stone, and Adam Barker walk out to the top of the ramp all of them applauding Radical's work. Barker has the Intercontinental Championship over his shoulder. Kenny exits the ring making his way up to the ramp where Barker hands him the Intercontinental Title. The scene cuts backstage...
MATT HOPKINS RECEIVES BAD NEWS
Matt Hopkins is shown aruging with the WGWF Head Trainer.
Hopkins: What do you mean he can't be here next week! He's the damn World Champion for Christ sake!
Trainer: Look Matt, I'm just letting you know. Nick's body it needs to heal. You've got the huge Pay-Per-View taking place in his own backyard. He's single handedly going to fill that stadium. You want to jepardize your Main Event? Then put him in the ring.
Hopkins is extremely frustrated.
Hopkins: So you're not going to clear him?
Trainer: No Matt. I'm not.
Hopkins: Christ!
