Monday Night Brawl takes the air live from CCPE Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada with Candice Page backstage with the WGWF Intercontinental Championship in her hands standing alongside Denise Essex who holds the microphone for the General Manager of Monday Night Brawl to address the camera.
CANDICE PAGE: Welcome to what will be the strangest edition of Monday Night Brawl we’ve ever had. As you can see I have the WGWF Intercontinental Championship, it was set to be our featured attraction on tonight’s program. Over the weekend Dubois relinquished the Championship, and thus we are back to square one with it. There isn’t going to be a Championship awarded to someone for the sake of awarding it, and while I figure out the next actions around the Championship itself it also brings a void in our Main Event for the evening.
Candice then states.
CANDICE PAGE: Or does it?
She continues.
CANDICE PAGE: Last Monday Night on Smash we all saw the challenge made by Chris to J Mont for WrestleWars to step back inside Hell in a Cell. It wasn’t and isn’t an option for J Mont, and seeing as J Mont IS here tonight AND I have it on good authority that Chris IS on his way to Las Vegas as we speak… Why wait? Tonight, LIVE on Monday Night Brawl we WILL see Joe Montuori vs Chris Page inside Hell in a Cell!
The crowd roars with a thunderous ovation inside CCPE Arena.
CANDICE PAGE: We have something else to address. Gabe Reno has also given his notice effective immediately and has been removed from future programming including what was supposed to be tonight’s opening match, so unfortunately we will not be seeing Clowns R’ Us in the ring nor the team of Iconoclast. In professional wrestling, the term card subject to change is always in the equation. Tonight is one of those situations.
Fading inside CCPE Arena…
The crowd erupts with boos as we see him walking out to the top of the ramp with a microphone in his hand, dressed in jeans, low-top basketball shoes, and a white v-neck t-shirt Tristan Slater. Tristan laughs at the crowd as the hears them boo intently. Slater starts to make his way toward the ring as he completely ignores the boos and middle fingers from the ringside fans on his walk with confident strides. Tristan reaches ringside and climbs up on the apron where he steps through the ropes and enters the ring. Slater holds the microphone in his left hand and starts smacking the top of it with his right sending an echoing sound throughout CCPE Arena as his music fades away.
Boos echo out from all over as Tristan raises the microphone to his lips and begins speaking over the boos from the crowd.
TRISTAN SLATER: Mannnnn…. There’s A LOT to talk about, huh? Depending on who you are or what your intentions are will determine if I give you any of my attention, and truthfully I can care less about what’s going on around me that doesn’t involve me. It should come as no surprise that I’m looking at you, Robert.
Tristan then states.
TRISTAN SLATER: You made an appearance at First Dance and got smacked in the mouth. Instead of coming at me like a man, you elect to show up like a bitch two weeks ago to cost me my match against Cholo. Of course, washed-up Main had to get a rub from yours truly. Go figure.
Tristan pauses for a moment.
TRISTAN SLATER: So since you seem to want to get involved every time a big payday is involved let go ahead and forgo the flirting and let’s go ahead and make this official because I’m challenging you, ROBERT MAIN, to step into the ring with ME at WrestleWars!
The lights go dark as the crowd erupts inside CCPE Arena. The blackout lasts for several seconds before the lights draw back up to reveal Robert Main standing in the ring behind Slater! Tristan turns around and is taken up into position for the Dead Man’s Hand but slips away and powders out to the floor!
Slater spouts out at Robert who walks toward the ropes looking down on Slater.
The crowd roars as Main locks eyes on Slater with a death stare. We fade to commercial.
*DING DONG BING BONG*
That's the first sound heard after Brawl returns from commercial break. The four note chime causes a wave of cheers to flood the arena.
Centurion: Oh no.
Derrick Diamond: Oh yes! That sound could only mean one thing here!
“Extreme Malice” by K-Rino plays as CJ Phoenix steps into view en route to the ring.
Derrick Diamond: Ever since CJ Phoenix first stepped into a WGWF ring, he's put on one overachieving performance after another!
Centurion: He's been lucky, Derrick, but luck runs out for all of us eventually.
With a microphone in hand, the Luminary of Despair enters the ring to the pop from the fans.
“Lumi-nary of-des-pair!” repeats a few times, symbolizing the fans’ support.
Phoenix: Y'all doing good tonight?
The fans roar in excitement.
Phoenix: Marvelous. Check this out. I've been getting asked a lot of the same question by a lot of people ever since I got here. So I figured I'd take the time to answer it.
He walks over and leans back on the turnbuckle. His head raises up.
Phoenix: What's your goal here, CJ?
The crowd quiets down, anticipating his answer. Phoenix lowers his head back down.
Phoenix: I ask myself that every day as a reminder to keep myself motivated. I have two goals, and they're intertwined. The first goal is to become World Champion.
A smile runs across his face.
Phoenix: I know, sounds like your typical newbie cliche, right? But it's not just a fever dream or something.
The smile quickly fades back to a serious look.
Phoenix: It's a process. One that I've been working my ass off to go through. Some people thought that once Spencer Adams became a free agent that I would either head out with him or just float around here with no purpose. Spencer's my brother and I'll fight alongside him against anyone, but King Shit wasn't my main objective. He's already gotten all the highest accolades, and he's still getting more. This year's about me getting mine!
The crowd starts to cheer at his words.
Phoenix: He introduced me to the WGWF, but that World Title is why I signed the contract. It's why I showed up and took so many notes on people. I'm studying. I'm learning. I'm ADAPTING and PROVING just how serious I am about this! First singles match here I went out and beat the guy who was arguably the MVP of 2023 here in Peter Vaughn.
The fans' reaction to that name is a healthy mix of cheers and jeers.
Phoenix: And then 15 days later, I beat Goth, who's also proven to be one of the top wrestlers here.
Again, another mixed, but passionate reaction.
Phoenix: That's a nightmare of a schedule to have them as your FIRST two opponents, and yet I stand here victorious. That brings me to my second goal. The WHY. WHY do I want to be the world champion?
The Luminary of Despair pushes himself off the turnbuckle and takes a few steps toward the center of the ring.
Phoenix: Aside from me being a champion that you all can rally behind, think about the names I just mentioned. The path to the top of the mountain tends to be filled with dangerous obstacles and high profile opponents to overcome. Then, once you're at the top, defending it is even more difficult. Now YOU'RE the final boss that others fight to face. That's what pushes people beyond their limitations. I wanna see just how great this roster can get. Better yet, I wanna see just how great I can get.
When we think in terms of floors and ceilings, admittedly, my floor was pretty damn low. I was just a fan trying shit out. But I got BETTER. I built a love for the squared circle. I got knocked down a lot, but I kept getting back up. Every time I got up, I was better than before. I went from crawling around the undercard to taking leaps and strides to the top. Every time I won a title or a marquee match or something, I'd say to myself “How can I improve upon this?”. As my opponents got tougher, so did I. That's when I put the pieces together. Low floor, NO CEILING! Winning the WGWF World Title makes my quest easier because it'll give me the chance to face the cream of the crop at THEIR peak! I want to see what peak CJ Phoenix looks like as a champion, wrestler, and person, and then use that as the high bar for me to clear next!
The audience gets excited with applause.
So this match that got announced earlier. To me, it's an example of what I'm trying to achieve. Not only do I get to fight to become number one contender, which I will be, I get to face people on BOTH shows along the way. And when I out work them all and win the match, I'll be on my way to becoming champion of the world!
The fans roar as CJ’s theme plays and he leaves the ring.
Derrick Diamond: A bold statement from the Luminary of Despair, and the fans are loving it!
Centurion: Well I'm not! Everyone has dreams. That doesn't mean they can come true.
Derrick Diamond: We'll just have to see at WrestleWars. Brawl continues after these messages.
Backstage, Pax Egan and KC Cooper, known as Cassette Collective, are seen pacing back and forth, agitated after the attack that occurred on the last Brawl show.
Pax Egan: I can't believe those Clowns had the audacity to jump us like that!
KC Cooper: They're upset because we refused to apologize, and they're sore losers, still bitter about losing to us, but you know what? Let's turn this around. If they want to challenge us to an arm wrestling match next week, then we'll accept. We'll throw out a challenge of our own. Cassette Collective versus Clowns. The rematch at an upcoming show
Pax Egan: Let's make it clear, if we win the arm wrestling foolishness, there's no rematch clause for them.
KC Cooper: Agreed. We believe in fairness, so if they win, we'll give them the rematch they so desperately want. We're okay with giving them another beating and winning two in a row if it comes down to that.
The Cassette Collective exchange determined looks, ready to settle the score once and for all.

Donatello rolls into the ring and shoves the referee aside and raises the arm of Artemis in victory to loud boos from the crowd.
CENTURION: Artemis puts this one away.
DERRICK DIAMOND: Artemis has gotten back on track, and that’s a scary thing for the WGWF.
The picture shifts away from the arena, taking us to an outdoor setting. We get a close-up look of Peter Vaughn, as he looks towards the camera with steely, unblinking eyes.
PETER VAUGHN: Some people think that I don’t know much about hardcore wrestling.
Vaughn smirks for a second, and then brings a string of barbed wire up into view, held by both hands.
PETER VAUGHN: But they’d be wrong. I have a lot of experience with barbed wire.
Still smirking, Vaughn raises the barbed wire up, above his head… and then positions it on the side of a fence post, which is sticking out of the ground. A couple of other coils of barbed wire are already attached to different parts of the fence. Vaughn pulls out a hammer from his belt.
PETER VAUGHN: I also know blunt instruments. I have experience with pretty much all of them.
Vaughn casually flips the hammer in the air, catching it perfectly, before getting a nail out and securing the barbed wire to the post. It only takes two shots, one to steady the nail and one to hammer it home.
PETER VAUGHN: You see, I use a lot of these tools in my daily life, now that I own the PMV Ranch here outside of Dallas. But let’s face it, my skills with these tools go back much further than that. Of course, I HAVE picked up a few new talents since working here.
Vaughn turns and steps to the side, where we can see a small fire burning. Inside, on the hot coals, is a branding iron, which Vaughn pulls out. It’s red-hot, and appears to hold the sign of the PMV Ranch. Vaughn studies it for a few seconds, and then looks back at the camera.
PETER VAUGHN: So those of you who are going to meet me in the Blood Bath, you should take note: I’m not going to be coming in unprepared. I’m willing to do anything, no matter what it takes, to continue to make an impact here in the WGWF. And that means… anything could happen to you.
With that, Vaughn steps away, to where we can see a new set of cattle having arrived at the ranch. The camera stays on the face of the cow, who is calmly chewing curd as it waits for the next move. Suddenly, the cow’s eyes widen and the hay falls from its mouth, as it lets out a painful moo. The cow then steps forward, moving towards the side of the ranch that is being secured by the fences… a newly branded symbol in its backside. Vaughn steps back into view, tipping an invisible hat.
PETER VAUGHN: I hope you’re all getting ready for the chaos. See you then, boyos.
Vaughn walks off, as the picture fades out.
The bell has rang between the Television champion and her challenger, we see Achilles stand across the much smaller Jenny Myst and rolls his eyes, dismissing her as a futile threat as he puts his hand in front of her face and pushes her away. This causes Jenny to simply laugh before hitting a few heavy kicks to the inner thigh of Achilles, causing him to stagger backwards as she runs the ropes and goes for a flying forearm that staggers Achilles into the ropes. Jenny Myst jumps over the top rope and sets herself up to grab Achilles from behind and jumps off the apron as this causes Achilles his back to snap onto the ropes. He falls down to his knees, holding onto his back as we see Jenny slide back into the ring. There Jenny runs the ropes and charges in on Achilles in order to hit a running knee across his face, only to have Achilles to surprise her by exploding out of the kneeling position and clotheslines her viciously. Sending her inside out before crashing hard on the canvas.
Centurion: That was a vicious clothesline!!!
Achilles shakes his head, talks trash towards Jenny as she does not compare to his greatness. He kneels on top of her, choking her out with both hands as the official starts to use a five count in order to either break it up or disqualify Achilles.

Achilles lets go, clearly not wanting to waste his opportunity to take the gold as he grabs Jenny by the arm, pulling her up to her feet while she is coughing out loud. Achilles blasts several hard forearm shots to her back, causing her to drop down to her hands and knees, digging his fingers inside her mouth as he pulls hard on it in order to make her suffer some viciousness from his part.
Derek Diamond: This is some tactics that I normally would expect from Jenny.
Centurion: True, but I wonder whether it really has impact on her?? Because is she smiling??
The camera zooms in on the face, witnessing the fingers digging deep into the mouth as we hear a gargling variation of something that indeed could be identified as a laugh. Achilles follows it up by driving a few elbows against the side of her head before snapping her head back hard against the canvas and goes for the cover.

Jenny gets a shoulder off the canvas before the count of two could be administered,
Achilles wraps his hands across the chin of Jenny as he puts a knee in her back while pulling back hard. The official checks in on Jenny whether she wants to give in, but she refuses as she digs her nails deep into the back of Achilles’ hands, causing blood to emerge as he screams out in pain and lets go of Jenny. Who gets up quickly and delivers a vicious kick to the midsection before dropping Achilles with a Double Arm DDT in the middle of the ring before going for the cover.

Achilles manages to get his shoulder off the canvas in time, causing Jenny to run the ropes and jumps off to execute a double stomp on his chest and then wraps her powerful legs across his throat and start to squeeze the air out of him as he desperately tries to reach for the ropes and manages to place the tip of his boot on the bottom rope to force the official to break it up.
Centurion: And once again Jenny found a way to alter the match.
Both Jenny and Achilles get to their feet, Jenny ducks a clothesline and runs the ropes and comes off with a spinning heel kick off the ropes. Only to be caught by Achilles who delivers a Spine Buster in the middle of the ring before going for the cover.

Jenny manages to kick out before the count of three, causing Achilles to look up at the official with a questionable look on his face. Only to shake his head when realizing that the outcome won’t be changed. Achilles then grabs Jenny by the legs, sets her up for a Slingshot to the turnbuckles after spinning around. Dropping backwards as Jenny lands upon the ropes and then follows it up by executing a spinning heel kick to the turned around Achilles as that startles him. Jenny goes ballistic on him, hitting a knee in the midsection before grabbing him by the head as she drops his head across a knee. She then executes a Standing Moonsault before delivering a double standing stomp on the chest and goes for the cover.

But Achilles manages to kick out at the final moment, forcing the match to continue. Another kickout by the champion, causing Achilles to get irate. He picks up Jenny and lifts her over his shoulder for a running Powerslam. But Jenny manages to slip out of his grip and locks in the Black Widow submission hold in the middle of the ring.
Derek Diamond: Wow!!! I haven’t seen her use that move before!!!
Centurion: Indeed!! But will it be enough to take down Achilles??
The official checks in on the number one contender, who is trying to power out of the move but the torque of Jenny is very tight. He is trying to muscle his way out of the move as slowly he is able to do so as he pulls Jenny off of him. Only to have her release the hold and alter the move into a DDT in the middle of the ring before going for the cover.

Somehow Achilles manages to get his shoulder off the canvas as Jenny just sits there giggling, staring at her doll that is in the corner before heading towards that same corner where she prepares herself for the next move. Jenny is sitting in her corner while holding on to her doll “Amby” when all of the sudden.
Centurion: Oh God, what is he doing here!!??
We suddenly see Jebediah emerge inside the ring, this time the man has come prepared as he is wearing a Bullet Proof vest that is much larger than his skinny frame. He is pointing at Jenny, shouting at her as she cocks her head and giggles before shrugging her shoulders.
Centurion: I don’t know what he is thinking, but this isn’t good!!
Jenny has gotten to her feet, only to be attacked from behind by Goth. Running her down with a clothesline from behind before spinning her around and levels her with a vicious Spine Buster after whipping her into the ropes.
Derek Diamond: Uh oh!! We knew we could have expected something from Goth after the last show!!!
Goth stands over the fallen Jenny Myst, looks over to the corner where we see the doll Amby, Goth turns his attention towards Jebediah and tells him something before locking Jenny in a Camel Clutch submission hold. Forcing Jenny to watch Jebediah as he grabs Jenny’s favourite doll and watch him leave in horror.
Centurion: OH MY GOD!! They took her doll!!!
We see the sadistic smile upon Goth’s face as we see Jenny struggle to break free, but Goth has got it locked in good and his strength advantage makes it impossible for her to break free. She tries to escape by biting his fingers, only to work momentarily as Goth quickly lets go and drives an elbow in the back of her head. He then picks her up for his finishing move and drives her hard to the canvas.
Centurion: GOOD GOD!! What a Sinful Confessions!!!
Goth and Jebediah leave a flattened Jenny as Jebediah carries the doll with them to the back.
A silence comes over the CCPE Arena as we see Chris Page and J Mont stand across the ring from each other surrounded by Hell in a Cell. Chris is the first to start walking out from his corner where he reaches the middle of the ring and flips J Mont the middle finger to an audible gasp from the crowd. J Mont walks out from his corner and right up to Page throwing both middle fingers in the face of CCP. Page immediately headbutts J Mont across the bridge of the nose! Page laces Mont across the chest with a knife-edge chop, followed by a second and then a third while backing Mont up against the ropes. Page looks for an Irish Whip, Mont counters, and its Page that bounces off the far side ducking under a lariat from Mont, Mont spins around as Page bounces off the nearside and into a snap powerslam! Mont makes a quick cover with a hook of the leg.

Mont rushes in eating a reverse elbow that rocks him backward several feet. Page comes out from the corner with a Judas Effect attempt that Mont evades and backs away as there is a stalemate between the two that garners applause.
CENTURION: I don’t think anyone had this on their bingo card tonight when they bought a ticket to Monday Night Brawl.
DERRICK DIAMOND:This is going to be about whose will is stronger.
Page and Mont start to circle each other before locking up with a collar elbow with each jockeying for position. Mont snatches a side headlock and begins cranking on Page’s head and neck. Chris drives several forearms to the ribs before backing Mont up against the ropes and shoots him across the ring, Mont bounces off the far side and runs over Page with a shoulder block sending CCP down to the mat. Mont immediately starts stomping Page with the J Mont stomp on the body of Page finally ending with a vicious stomp to the face. Mont throws his arms up in the air striking a trademark J Mont pose to boos from the crowd bringing a smirk to his face.
Mont picks Page up off the mat and hurls him through the ropes and out to the floor. Mont steps through the ropes to the apron and hops down to the floor where he stands over Page spouting out some smack talk. Mont picks Page up and looks to drive him face-first into the Cell! Page puts on the brakes with both hands to the mesh of the Cell, J Mont looks to drive Page into the Cell a second time, and again the brakes are put on by Page. Page drives an elbow into the ribs of Mont several times breaking his grasp. CCP snatches J Mont by the head and drives him into the side of the Cell! Chris starts raking Mont’s face across the mesh of the Cage to a loud gasp from the crowd. Page drives Mont face-first off the Cage a second time before taking Mont and whipping with into the Cell with an Irish Whip, Mont bounces off the Cell and into a front waist lock by Page and is sent sailing overhead with a Release Belly to Belly overhead Suplex! Mont lands on the mats at ringside with a thud.
Page works his way to his feet where he directs his attention toward the steel steps.
Chris walks over and separates the top portion of the steps. Mont starts using the Cell to pull himself up to a vertical base. CCP hoists up the top portion of the stairs and runs toward Mont driving them into the skull and sending him crumbling to the floor! Page takes the top portion of the stairs and slides them into the ring. Chris pivots attention back toward Joe who has been busted open. CCP takes a mount on Joe and begins driving a series of right hands into the forehead of Mont further opening the wound. Chris steps back up to his feet and he picks J Mont up before hurling him back into the ring.
CENTURION: Chris Page has come to Vegas for blood!
DERRICK DIAMOND: This was supposed to be at WrestleWars!
Page tosses the ring apron back where he reaches under the ring and pulls out a steel chair wrapped in Barbed Wire. Page slides the chair into the ring under the bottom rope and then rolls into the ring himself. Page is back to his feet as Mont pushes himself up out of a pool of his blood. Page drives a boot to the midsection and locks a front face lock. Page hooks the right leg of Mont and hoists him in the air where he drives him down into the mat with a Fisherman’s DDT! The fans gasp we see Page float over making a cover.

Chris gets to both knees before stepping up to his feet where he points toward the Barbed Wire Wrapped Chair. Page walks over and reaches down picking up the barbed-wire-wrapped chair. Mont is working his way to one knee and with Chris approaching he raises the barbed wire wrapped chair overhead but walks into a low blow from J Mont! Some boos are heard from the crowd as Page crumbles to the mat with the barbed wire wrapped chair falling to the mat. J Mont wipes blood away from his forehead while getting back to his feet. CENTURION: J MONT HAS DONE IT AGAIN AND HAS DONE IT ON HIS OWN!
DERRICK DIAMOND: I hate to say it but I think he just silenced the critics!
J Mont has his arm raised in the air from the mat. The Cell starts to rise as the crowd sit in a state of shock with what has just transpired.
CENTURION: I don’t know what to say. I’m speechless.
J Mont slowly rolls out to the floor and collapses to one knee as Page lays on the mat.
CENTURION: Wait just a minute!
The crowd explodes as Devlin Knight emerges out to the top of the ramp with his eyes laser focused on J Mont. J Mont locks eyes with Devlin at the top of the ramp. Devlin points toward the WRESTLEWARS Logo to a thunderous ovation from the crowd.
CENTURION: KNIGHT IS LAYING DOWN THE CHALLENGE!
DERRICK DIAMOND: Listen to this crowd!
Devlin nods his head as we fade to commercial.
We join the announcing team at ringside.
CENTURION: Any idea why there is an 18 feet ladder in the ring?
DERRICK DIAMOND: Maybe we have an unscheduled ladder match?
CENTURION: With nothing hanging from the rafters?
DERRICK DIAMOND: Man I don’t know!
Suddenly the intro to "Mi Gente", the Re-Mix by J Balvin featuring Beyoncé and Willy William begins to play, getting the crowd to jump to their feet.
Once the beat drops, out steps "Cholo" Giovanni Santana looking as good as ever, holding his usual Mezcal cocktail in his hand. He flashes that million-dollar smile of his as he stands there, soaking in all the love from the fans.
“THE BIG TICKET” HARVEY MARX: Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome the 2023 Wrestler of the Year…. “CHOLO” GIOVANNI SANTANA!
CENTURION: Ah we should have known, Cholo and Mac Bane are about to face off!
DERRICK DIAMOND: I thought they weren’t wrestling until next weekend?
CENTURION: They are, at the DPI3 for the World title, but before the match, we’re going to have us a good ol’ fashion verbal clash.
DERRICK DIAMOND: That’s awesome! I love rap battles!
Centurion shakes his head, meanwhile Cholo makes his way to the ring, having a few exchanges with the fans, all in good fun. But then stops once at ringside, and then begins to motion with his arm, as if asking someone to come out. His music dies out.
CENTURION: Who’s Cholo calling out Derrick?
DERRICK DIAMOND: Hopefully some mamacitas!
"Si Señor" by Control Machete begins to play and shortly after a lowrider convertible comes out from the side of the ring entrance, the horn going off, playing a popular Hispanic tune: "La Cucaracha". It comes to a stop by the ramp, and you see three people in the vehicle, two sitting on the back seat while the driver is none other than Cholo’s uncle: Paco “The Drinking Time Bomb” Perez. He hits the switches, causing the lo-lo to bounce up and down and the crowd to pop big time realizing who the two in the back are. Once the lolo comes to a stop and Paco drops it to the ground, The Malvado Bros. jump out of it, throwing their arms up awaiting the crowd to cheer them even louder. Once they get their fill, they join Cholo at ringside, giving him a fist bump and then sliding inside the ring.
CENTURION: At the last Brawl, The Malvados surprised their cousin by coming to his aid, and it looks like that wasn’t a onetime showing for the twins.
DERRICK DIAMOND: From what I have been told, while they are not in contract negotiations with WGWF, they are being allowed to be in the promotion as, get this, Cholo’s heads of security.
Centurion nods, though he wonders how that even works… Cholo jumps up on the apron, drink in hand, and after wiping his shoes, always respecting the ring, he gets inside. He walks up to the ladder and looks up, smiling from ear to ear. He then hands his drink to one of the brothers, let’s say Victor, and begins to climb the ladder. The crowd cheers him on, but also gasp, as that is one tall ladder. Once he reaches the third to last run, he mounts the ladder as if it was a horse, and once sitting on the top rung, he asks one of the brothers to get him a mic. One of the twins, let’s say Hector, tosses a mic up to him, and as his music dies down he brings the microphone up to his mouth to speak but a “Cholo! Cholo! Cholo!” chant breaks out. He continues to smile, appreciating the love from the fans despite no longer being a champion. Once the chant dies, he speaks.
CHOLO: QUE PASA LAS VEGAS?!!!
The crowd cheers loudly.
CHOLO: Donde esta mi gente Latina?!
A great portion of the crowd cheers loudly.
CHOLO: It’s so great to be back at Cholo’s home away from home… and it’s so great to know that, in less than a week, Cholo will be fighting to regain his precious and bring the title right back here to you all!
Crowd continues to cheer.
CHOLO: Now in case you missed it, and are wondering just why in the heck is Cholo sitting on top of a ladder… At the Denzel Porter Invitational 3, in the main event of night 2, Cholo challenges Mac Bane for the WGWF title in a ‘classic’ ladder match!
Once again the crowd cheers loudly, as the whole arena is standing, hanging on to every word from Cholo.
CHOLO: In just a few days, Mac and Cholo will tear down the house Chris Page built for the third time, but this time… There will be no disqualifying Mac Bane because in a ladder match, there are no rules… This time there will not be any outside interference that helps Bane get the win because my family, The Malvado Brothers have arrived in WGWF with one single purpose: ensuring Tristan Slater and anyone else stays out of our business…
The Malvados, who are at the foot of the ladder, one at each side, hit their chest with their fists and then raising it in solute to their cousin.
CHOLO: This time, there will be no pins or submissions… There will be simply be pain, lots of it, and only when Cholo feels like Mac Bane has suffered enough, when Mac Bane has bled enough, will he then climb the ladder and regain what he should have never lost in the first place… and once Cholo has his precious back, he will adopt the rule that you want to apply so badly Mac… Not giving title shots to people who don’t deserve them… You’re absolutely right, and after the DPI, when I take the WGWF World Title back… YOU will never, ever, NUNCA JAMAS, get a title shot again!
Cholo tosses the mic down to one of the brothers who catches it without a problem. Cholo throws his arms up in the air, but his music doesn’t hit, instead “The Enemy” by Godsmack begin to play, causing the crowd to boo loudly.
Mac steps out onto the stage with the WGWF World Title held high, with Tristan by his side, he smiles. He signals for the music to be cut and when it stops he digs the microphone out of his back pocket. The crowd is definitely on his side as they shower him and Tristan with boos. They look at each other and laugh at the attempt.
MAC BANE : Oh Cholo, you poor delusional little bitch. You need to shut your whore mouth and pay attention.
Cholo laughs and shakes his head as Bane pauses there and lets the crowd do their thing once again, unphased Mac continues.
MAC BANE : You are not the one in control, and if you should somehow manage to beat me and that’s a huge…
He uses his hands to give the air quotes.
MAC BANE : if. You don’t control who gets title shots and who doesn’t.
He pauses there again as a murmur runs through the crowd. He points at Cholo’s heads of security, The Malvados who have jump out of the ring to intercept Bane and Slater. .
MAC BANE : They won’t be able to help you win this title back, I’ll tell you that straight up. They aren’t capable. I know you’re relying on their history with Tristan and I over in that other place. In case you hadn’t noticed, things and people have changed since the last time we faced them. This ain’t Thunder Pro boys, you have no advantages here.
Bane and Tristan walk right up to the duo without any worry at all, but then more security come out and get between them and The Malvados but Mac tells them he’s the champ and climbs up on the ring apron and glares at Cholo who is still atop the ladder, looking down at Mac.
MAC BANE: I would just go in there and whip your narrow ass but I’ve done that before. It gets old after a while. I want you to have confidence, I want you to believe that your heart will get you everything you want. Then I’m going to rip it out of your damn chest, son…. with my bare hands.
he stops there as more security comes, getting inside the ring and forming a line between Mac and Cholo.
MAC BANE: I’ll see you Saturday, “amigo”.
Mac Bane drops the mic and raises the WGWF title high in the air to ensure Cholo gets a good look at it. Mac’s music hits again as Cholo looks on, still smiling, but with fire in his eyes.
CENTURION: It’s the biggest rubber match in the history of the WGWF, and it is only happening in one place: The Denzel Porter Invitational Part Three! Do not miss it, fans!
DERRICK DIAMOND: I cannot wait for Mac Bane to continue his dominance over Cholo!
CENTURION: You say dominance, I say otherwise… but on Saturday, the next chapter takes place and I for one, cannot wait!
DERRICK DIAMOND: I’m with you there, it’s going to be a banger!
