While in the comfort of her own home, and settling down in bed for the night, Lexi Gold opens up her laptop and checks her social media account when she notices a direct message from a random fan account
Lexi Gold: Hey, thanks for the message! Always great to connect with fans. What's up?
Fan: Lexi Gold, you're my absolute favorite! Your moves in the ring are incredible, and I admire your strength and tenacity.
Lexi Gold: Thanks so much! I appreciate the support. It means a lot. What specifically do you enjoy about my matches?
Fan: It's more than just the matches. I feel a deep connection to you, Lexi. Like we share something beyond the ring.
Lexi Gold: That's cool, but I'm just a regular person doing what I love. What do you mean by a deeper connection?
Fan: I've been following your career closely, Lexi. I know things about you that others don't. I know where you live, what you do when you're not wrestling.
Lexi raises an eyebrow.
Lexi Gold: Whoa, hold on. How do you know all that? That's private stuff.
Fan: I just want to be close to you, Lexi. To protect you. You never know what dangers lurk around every corner.
Lexi looks uneasy at this point.
Lexi Gold: Look, I appreciate the support, but this is crossing a line. How do you know so much about me? It's making me uncomfortable.
Fan: Don't be scared, Lexi. I'm just looking out for you. I know more than you think, and I can help you navigate the dangers that surround you.
Lexi Gold: I don't need anyone to "help" me in that way. This is getting too weird. I need my personal space and privacy. Please stop.
Fan: You're just not seeing the bigger picture, Lexi. I'm always watching, always protecting. You can't escape the dangers without my guidance.
Lexi’s facial expression switches to a look of concern and frustration the more words she reads on the screen.
Lexi Gold: I didn't ask for this. I don't need someone watching my every move. This isn't admiration; it's invasive. I'm blocking you. Goodbye.
Lexi blocks the fan account, and closes her laptop, feeling a mix of unease and frustration, unsure of what this mysterious fan might do next.
“My initial respect for John Blade has dissipated, not due to his performance in the ring, but rather his disrespectful behavior in the buildup to our match. He realized he could never have a great woman such as me in his life, so what did he do? He paid someone to emulate me for his sexual needs, yet in the end karma made her presence felt in the form of a Golden Goddess, leading her to a victory.”
“Hopefully my upcoming opponent does not possess the same qualities as Mr. Blade. Gideon, I trust that you, like me, value respect and doing what is right. I have confidence that you won't let me down in that aspect. I want to make a transition back to the ring. Your last performance witnessed you going toe-to-toe against Ragnarok at Last Chance. I watched it back countless times. Your open change you issued proved to be a disappointment as you fell short on your expectations to beat your opponent.”
“Much like John Blade’s path you are having some issues grasping a victory. I hate to break it to you, buddy your upcoming challenge with this formidable woman that I am won't alter the inevitable outcome. While I currently have just one win, soon I'll accumulate more, solidifying my position at the top. The lingering question is, what obstacles do you plan to orchestrate along my path? I don't want a repeat of your actions at Last Chance. Channel your frustrations, anger, and failures towards me. I'm demanding a challenging encounter, not an easy one. Expect the same level of intensity from my side in return.”
“Looking at you, you tower over me. You're practically a living muscle sculpture, and a true powerhouse. Hell, you possess more arm muscle than I could ever envision having. However, there is an old saying that I like to apply to this situation in particular and that is the bigger they are, the harder they fall. That may come across a bit overused nowadays, but I believe it is fitting, because you may view your size as your armor, but I've got the strength, the strategy, and the heart to bring any giant crashing down. Rest assured, that includes you in the equation.”
“My opponent might think he's got me figured out, but he's only seen the tip of the iceberg. Over six years, I've evolved, adapted, and honed my skills to perfection, turning challenges into pure wrestling gold. This upcoming match won't be any different. Victory is inevitable. When you face me in the ring, Gideon you will not be staring me down just as a wrestler; you’ll be locking eyes with a legend in the making.”
