The scene opens at the Ramsey compound in Manhattan, New York.
The sweet and soothing sounds of Charles Brown’s “Please Come Home For Christmas” is heard playing throughout the bottom floor of the massive home. We fade into the kitchen where Todrick Tabor-Ramsey and Austin Ramsey are slow dancing to the timely tune enjoying the time they’re able to spend with each other. Just when the song comes to an end Austin leans in to kiss his wife on the lips but they’re interrupted by Daniel Ramsey who walks past them in a pair of pajama pants… freeballing like the T.H.O.T. he is.
DANIEL RAMSEY: Gross.
Austin turns as Daniel opens the fridge and grabs a bottle of water.
AUSTIN RAMSEY: If it’s so gross then why do you and Brooke do the same thing?
DANIEL RAMSEY: Yeah, but Brooke isn’t my parents. Get a freaking room.
Toddy chimes in with sheer sassiness in her tone.
TODRICK TABOR-RAMSEY: You should probably disappear before you say something that you can’t take back.
Toddy blows Daniel a kiss as we see Daniel close the fridge causing Daniel to roll his eyes before he asks.
DANIEL RAMSEY: Have you guys heard from Grado? I haven’t had a chance to congratulate him in person on winning the Number One Contender match over J Mont. Nothing like watching Joe eat his words.
Daniel laughs under his breath as the doorbell sounds. Toddy and Austin look at each other and shrug before turning their attention to Daniel as Austin asks.
AUSTIN RAMSEY: Is Brooke in town?
DANIEL RAMSEY: Not that I’m aware of.
Daniel heads into the foyer and toward the front door. He peeks outside before turning back around and yelling back toward the kitchen.
DANIEL RAMSEY: It’s Sam.
Daniel opens the door letting Sam Chatman in. Sam is immediately taken aback by all the decorations as he looks at Daniel.
SAM CHATMAN: Your mom’s been busy, I see.
DANIEL RAMSEY: Always.
Sam then casually states.
SAM CHATMAN: Put on some damn draws, nobody wants to see that.
Daniel snipes back at Sam.
DANIEL RAMSEY: Coming from you, that’s priceless.
Daniel heads back upstairs as Austin and Toddy meet Sam in the foyer.
SAM CHATMAN: I’m sorry to intrude, but I need to talk to Austin for a minute.
Toddy responds.
TODRICK RAMSEY: You’re not intruding. You are family, and family is always welcome.
Austin motions for Sam to follow him.
AUSTIN RAMSEY: What’s up?
Austin leads Sam into a study off the foyer of the first floor and motions for Sam to take a seat. Sam, appeared a little nervous as he cleared his throat.
SAM CHATMAN: I don’t know how to come out and say this so I’m just going to do it.
Sam continues with.
SAM CHATMAN: It’s about Edward.
Austin instantly chimes in with sheer joy in his voice.
AUSTIN RAMSEY: It was crazy to see you guys pull the win over J Mont and Mansely was incredible! And now you’re both on the cusp of winning those Tag Titles from Sports Entertainment Xpress. I’m freaking proud of you both… but um… We gotta talk about that name though, The Lone Wolves?
SAM CHATMAN: Don’t ask, but that’s also why I’m here. You didn’t happen to notice anything different with Grado, did you?
Austin sits back in his seat as he inquires.
AUSTIN RAMSEY: Not really, he was himself as far as I could tell.
SAM CHATMAN: That’s the thing… he wasn’t.
AUSTIN RAMSEY: What?
SAM CHATMAN: It’s like this, Grado suffers from the same personality disorder that you have.
Austin interjects.
AUSTIN RAMSEY: That’s my cousin, and I think I’d know if he had some kind of issue. We grew up together and he’s always been a few bricks shy of a full load.
SAM CHATMAN: I can’t explain it, he showed up at the hospital before we went to the Smash show and created a scene just to get me outside and tell me what was going on. We worked out a plan to keep it under wraps until the time was right.
Austin scratches the side of his head.
AUSTIN RAMSEY: Stop playing.
SAM CHATMAN: Austin, I’m serious.
AUSTIN RAMSEY: Well, if that’s the case wouldn’t it make your team that much stronger? He wasn’t bad before but if he has all his faculties then it’s bad news for anyone who comes across your paths… not that I believe any of this.
Austin gets out of his seat and walks to the door of the study. He opens the door and hollers out upstairs.
AUSTIN RAMSEY: EDWARD!
From upstairs you can hear Edward yelling back.
EDWARD GRADO: WHAT?!?!?
AUSTIN RAMSEY: Could you come down here for a minute?
EDWARD GRADO: NO!
AUSTIN RAMSEY: SAM IS HERE!
Loud fumbling is heard from upstairs as Austin turns around and walks back over to his seat.
SAM CHATMAN: What are you doing?
AUSTIN RAMSEY: Why not just ask him?
A door slams upstairs followed by a loud set of footsteps running down the stairs getting louder and louder until they stop. Edward bursts through the door of the study. and immediately Austin starts laughing uncontrollably upon the site of Edward Grado standing in a slutty elf-inspired ensemble with daisy dukes cut up to the crotch with a matching hat on his head and a black fanny pack secured around his waist. Edward waves at Sam while batting his eyes.
AUSTIN RAMSEY: Edward.
Edward stops waving at Sam and looks at Austin who barely can keep his composure.
AUSTIN RAMSEY: Do you have anything you want to tell me?
Edward looks around from left to right before back at Austin before he points at himself while he states.
EDWARD GRADO: Me?
Slight pause from Edward.
EDWARD GRADO: Nooooooo.
Austin responds.
AUSTIN RAMSEY: Are you sure? Sam was telling me that you had a conversation a few weeks ago at the hospital. Does any of that ring any bells?
EDWARD GRADO: No.
Austin turns and looks across at Sam.
AUSTIN RAMSEY: See.
Sam speaks up.
SAM CHATMAN: Eddie, it’s okay to tell him what’s going on. You don’t need to keep any secrets from him. Just tell him what’s going on.
EDWARD GRADO: You crazy.
Edward starts giggling to himself.
EDWARD GRADO: Grado not cray-cray like Austin.
Edward glances at Austin.
EDWARD GRADO: Grado want S.E.X.
AUSTIN RAMSEY: EW! GROSS!
Austin squirms back into his chair with disgust on his face. It suddenly connects with Grado as he points at Sam.
EDWARD GRADO: Grado want S.E.X. with Sam.
SAM CHATMAN: What?! NO!
EDWARD GRADO: YES! We earned S.E.X.
Collectively Austin and Sam let out a deep exhale.
AUSTIN RAMSEY: You mean you want Sports Entertainment Xpress.
EDWARD GRADO: That’s what I said. We earned S.E.X.
Edward plops down on the sofa next to Sam before taking off his Elf’s hat and placing it on Sam’s head. Todrick comes by and knocks on the door.
TODRICK TABOR-RAMSEY: Dinner is about ready boys. Austin, can you set the table?
Austin glances over at his wife.
AUSTIN RAMSEY: Of course.
Toddy smiles and exits as we here her yell upstairs.
TODRICK TABOR-RAMSEY: DANIEL! DINNER!
Daniel Ramsey can be heard yelling back.
DANIEL RAMSEY: COMING!
TODRICK TABOR-RASMEY: YOU BETTER HAVE ON UNDERWEAR! THE KITCHEN TABLE ISN’T ONLY FANS!
Sam pops at Todrick’s statement as she walks past the open door and points at Sam.
TODRICK TABOR-RAMSEY: Honey I can read you too.
Toddy snaps her fingers at Sam Chatman as she makes her way back toward the kitchen. Austin’s attention is on Sam as he gets out of his seat.
AUSTIN RAMSEY: I don’t see what you were talking about. Eddie is fine.
Todrick is heard yelling from the kitchen.
TODRICK TABOR-RAMSEY: AUSTIN! TABLE!
AUSTIN RAMSEY: The warden calls.
Austin leaves his study leaving Edward and Sam on the couch. Edward slugs Sam on the shoulder when the coast is clear.
EDWARD GRADO: What the hell man? You were supposed to keep a secret! Nobody can know about my condition! It’s the ace in the hole for The Lone Wolves!
SAM CHATMAN: I couldn’t help it. Plus Austin should know the truth.
EDWARD GRADO: Should he?
SAM CHATMAN: Why do you ask it like that?
EDWARD GRADO: I mean, once we defeat Marshall and Space Lord you don’t think The Show Stealerz won’t be knocking on our door for a shot at the title? What we did worked with the Fortunate Ones, it’s going to work with Sports Entertainment Xpress, and it will work on Austin and Todrick as well any other team that tries their hands at the WGWF Tag Team Division. We control our destiny, but if the secret gets out then any advantage we have is gone with it.
SAM CHATMAN: Austin is family though.
EDWARD GRADO: And wrestling is business. A wise man once said don’t smarten people up to your business. J Mont and Mansley have been snuffed out. Next up is Terry Marshall and Space Lord. They can travel the multiverse, they can do whatever they feel like they need to do to think they’re being cute or even original. Everyone talks about Tag Team Turmoil like they beat everyone definitively when they skated by most of the teams in the first place. I suggest you clock in and get ready because I’m not coming into Smash this week to fail.
SAM CHATMAN: I feel you.
EDWARD GRADO: This is the moment that we’ve been waiting for. We’ve got the Tag Team Division by the balls and all we gotta do now is squeeze them for all it's worth. Nobody expects us to pull the victory and everybody thinks this is a foregone conclusion.
SAM CHATMAN: I know man, I know.
EDWARD GRADO: Do you? Because from where I’m sitting this is the first opportunity for you to wear any gold since you stepped into the WGWF. Everyone calls you the gatekeeper, it’s time for the gatekeeper to become a Main Event player. THIS is that moment for you, Sam. This is that moment for US; the Lone Wolves. The question becomes… what are you going to do about it?
Sam nods his head.
SAM CHATMAN: You’re right. This is our moment. We can do this. The WGWF World Tag Team Championship is ours to win. Space Lord and Terry Marshall have had a fun run, but all good things must come to an end. This is the moment that we’ve been working towards. We’ve come together as a team like no other.
EDWARD GRADO: I’m looking forward to shocking the world once again.
SAM CHATMAN: I don’t know if it gets more shocking than you pinning J Mont.
Edward cocks his left eyebrow.
EDWARD GRADO: Does beating Space Lord or Marshall count?
Sam cracks a cocky smile.
SAM CHATMAN: I like the way you think.
Edward winks at Sam before both men get up and head toward the doorway to the foyer. Edward prances out into the foyer where he nearly runs over Daniel who is coming down off the stairs. Edward screamed out.
EDWARD GRADO: THOT!
Sam comes out of Austin’s study and into the foyer where he laughs at Daniel before all three join Austin and Todrick at the family table. The scene fades.

Fade in.
SAM CHATMAN: Atlanta, Georgia.
Piedmont Park, arguably one of the most known locations in the ATL is where our scene opens with Sam Chatman with his back to the water.
SAM CHATMAN: Home.
Sam then states.
SAM CHATMAN: This is MY city, and WE are going to set the ATL on fire.
Edward Grado enters the screen dressed as Santa Clause as he walks up to Sam and wraps his arm around him.
SAM CHATMAN: "Monday Night Smash, get ready for a spectacle because The Lone Wolves are here, and we are about to lay down the truth. S.E.X, Sports Entertainment Xpress, you two are in for a reality check. Space Lord, Terry Marshall, you guys are legends in your own right, traveling through galaxies and whatnot, with your neon green and burnt orange get-ups, making waves as this supreme intergalactic duo. But let me tell you something, this is Earth, and here, WE are the force to be reckoned with. And with Grado by my side, I’m unstoppable.
Edward throws the Santa coat off revealing a blue shirt. He tears away his Santa pants and is wearing a black pair of pants, the hat is snatched off, and a bald wig with pointy ears. Grado begins speaking like Spock.
EDWARD GRADO: Stardate, nobody cares.
SAM CHATMAN: You, Space Lord, running around like Taz, thinking you're the biggest thing since the Big Bang? And Marshall, the Thundering powerhouse from Huntington, WV? I respect your past, but this is the present. And in the present, We are the ones dominating the ring. I've seen your moves, your Doomsday Device, your fancy double kicks, and your power bombs. Impressive, sure. But they're nothing I can't handle. You see, I've studied every move, every strategy. I know your strengths, but more importantly, I know your weaknesses. Monday Night is going to be more than just a match; it's going to be a lesson. A lesson in what true wrestling is all about. You guys might have the flash, and the flair, but we have the grit, the skill, and the determination. This match is the WGWF Tag Team Championships but it's more than just titles for me. At the Cannabis Cup, I proved I was more than a gatekeeper. Now, It's about proving that I belong at the very top, and that I am the best of the best. And no team, no matter how colorful or legendary, is going to stand in my way. Edward continues to prove that he has more than props in that fanny pack of his. This dude continues to impress me each day. I’m proud to call him my teammate, my brother-in-arms, but most importantly, my friend.
Edward seems taken aback by Sam’s end to his statement. Edward comes in for a hug but Sam keeps him at arm's distance.
SAM CHATMAN: Don’t get too comfortable.
Edward frowns.
SAM CHATMAN: S.E.X, bring your best, because to be the best, you have to beat the best. Bring your Doomsday Devices, your Thunder Strikes, your Big Bangs. Because we ready. We are more than ready. I'm Samuel Chatman, he is Edward Grado, and this Monday Night, We are going to show you why we are the undisputed kings of this ring.
EDWARD GRADO: Sexy time?
Sam turns his head toward Edward and snaps his fingers immediately teleporting is the cheesiest of ways to…
The State Farm Arena.
SAM CHATMAN: Sexy time happens here on Monday Night. See, you guys aren’t the only ones who can use some theatrics to get to where you need to be. We earned this shot to take center stage in front of my own people, we didn’t ask for all the gaga that came a long with it but what we did was establish that WE belong in the midst not only in the conversation… but to also be the center of it. J Mont, I hope you're listening, and I hope you're watching closely. Because what you're about to see this Monday Night is how real men win championships. You see, J Mont, you've been busy handing out expensive gifts, picking fights left and right on both shows and forming yet another group everyone already knows is destined for failure. All flash, no substance. That's been your story. It could've been you in this match, J Mont. It could've been you going for the gold, but you again lost focus. Wasn’t Focus another group, another plan, another disappointment in your past? You're caught up in your world of flashing money, the glitz, and glamour, thinking that's what this business is about. But it's not. It's about grit, determination, and heart, something you seem to have forgotten as you run around in pink robes. So watch closely, J Mont. Watch as me and Edward step into that ring and do what you couldn't. Watch as we fight, as we persevere, as we claim the championship that should've been within your reach. Maybe, just maybe, you'll learn something. You may remember what it takes to be a true champion in this business.
Edward starts laughing uncontrollably getting Sam’s attention.
SAM CHATMAN: What is so funny?
Edward composes himself, still dressed like Spock.
EDWARD GRADO: You sound serious.
SAM CHATMAN: That’s because I was being serious.
EDWARD GRADO: Come on, J Mont and Champion in the same sentence? This isn’t Thunder Pro, we aren’t that desperate.
Sam’s eyes widen as he nearly loses it.
SAM CHATMAN: Eddie I’m trying to wrap this up. J Mont, your time for games is over. It's time to step up or step aside. Because I'm here, and I'm not going anywhere until I've shown the WGWF, the fans, and the world what a real champion looks like. S.E.X. it is time for your reign to come to an end. The Show Stealerz almost had you but they have given us the keys to the kingdom and we know exactly how to beat you. Before I go, there's something else I need to say, something about what it truly means to be a champion. You see, I've been a champion before. It's a feeling that's hard to describe, a mixture of pride, responsibility, and an overwhelming sense of achievement. It's not just about holding a title; it's about what you do with it, how you represent it, and how you inspire others. And now, Edward Grado and I, we're on the brink of something special. We're not just fighting for ourselves; we're fighting for a vision, for a new era in the WGWF. As we bring those championships home to Monday Night Smash, we're not just winning titles; we're setting a new standard. Those championships represent more than just victory. They represent a journey, a testament to hard work, dedication, and the relentless pursuit of excellence. Edward and I, we understand this. We respect this. And that's why, when we win, we're not just going to be champions in the name; we're going to be champions in every sense of the word.
EDWARD GRADO: WEEEEEEEEE are the Champions, my friend! We’ll keep on fighting til the end!
SAM CHATAMAN: We're going to usher in an era of honor, integrity, and unmatched skill. An era where being a champion means you're the best of the best, not just inside the ring, but outside of it as well. We're going to show what it means to carry these titles with pride, to inspire the next generation of wrestlers, to be role models for fans all over the world. Watch closely, because what you're about to witness is more than just a match. It's the beginning of a legacy. Edward and I, we're ready to etch our names in the history books of WGWF, to show what true champions look like.
Edward starts vogueing in rapid fashion.
SAM CHATMAN: This Monday Night Smash, we're bringing those championships home where they belong. And we're going to do it with honor, with respect, and with an unyielding drive to be the very best. That's what it means to be a champion. That's the legacy Edward and I are going to build. And to the rest of the locker room, to everyone who thinks they can take shortcuts to success, pay attention. This Monday Night, we are not just fighting for a title; we are setting an example. We are showing what it means to be a champion, and what it means to earn your spot at the top. Close it out, Eddie.
EDWARD GRADO: When you call my name it’s like a little prayer.
Sam rolls his eyes as the scene fades to black.
