Imagine accomplishing one of the lifetime goals you had set for yourself but instead of celebrating such an accomplishment, you were sitting somewhere steaming mad because someone decided to rain on your parade, well that's exactly what happened to me and Ruby after picking up a big victory win over Coding Rhodes and Milk Mason that earn me a guarantee contract with the WGWF, it was first time I felt so happy and few of joy since my father had passed away but of course Rhodes and Mason couldn't stand to see two new up comers get early success at their expense, instead of being honorable competitors and shaking our hands they decided to be the sore losers that don't know how to lose without throwing a fit, taking chair shots tot he both and tried to send a message and make an example out of us for future opponents, trying to strike fear into us and anyone else that will step to them but all Rhodes and Mason did was lite a fire under our asses because after we dust ourselves off and made our way to the back.
We approached General Manger Candice Page and asked for two single matches, Ruby against Rhodes and I get my hands on Milk Mason in a submission match and I promise they are going to regret ever picking up those chairs and taking those shots at us because the return fire we are about to give is lethal. So now two newcomers who found themselves as partners in their first match in the WGWF are now allies against a common enemy and our time leading up to our separate matches have just made us much stronger and you are about to see why.

I sit at a table alone talking to my mother on the phone in a local Coffee shop in Dallas Texas while Ruby stands in line to get us coffee. Us two rookies in the WGWF have been spending more time together since our win and the beat down we suffered at the hands of Masona and Rhodes, we figured it is best to hang around each other and watch each other back leading up to our separate matches while waiting for Ruby I turned my attention back to the conversation with my mom Jenny who I have been worried about since leaving her side to come to the WGWF in hopes of making enough money to help pay off the debt we owe the bank and save the farm, my best friend Broday has been watching out for her but I couldn't help but worry since this is the first time she is without my father who passed away and me.
Jordan Reed: Momma I'm doing good but how's everything going with you? Are the people at the bank still bothering you?
Jordan listens to his mother's response.
Jenny Reed: It hasn't been easy without being here but Brody has been coming by to give a hand with the farm when he can and the Bank has called but I've let them know we are going to be able to make a payment this month, Ive managed to sell a few cattle and along with whatever your able to give will help out nicely.
Jordan nods his head down with a worried look on his face.
Jordan Reed: Don’t worry Mom as soon as I get my first check from the WGWF I’ll send all my money to you, I swear it Mom.
Jordan slams his fist down on the table a little and he causes a customer across from him at another table to jump a little but Jordan puts on a smile and whispers to them my apologies before turning back to the phone,
Jenny Reed: Now Jordan I can hear you over there working yourself up so don't worry about the payments, I’ll make it work with or without son because this is my responsibility, you just worry about making your dreams come true.
Jordan nods his head as he rubs his face with his hand.
Jordan Reed: Yeah I'm trying Mom, the first match went well, got the victory and secured my contract but afterward things didn't go so well.
Jordan pauses for a moment as his mother responds to him.
Jenny Reed: Yes I saw how those two men assaulted you and your partner Ruby after your match, such cowardly boys for the way they handled things. I was ready to jump through the TV and give them a piece of my mind.
Jordan chuckles a little bit as Ruby finally comes making her way toward the table with their coffee as she takes a seat.
Jordan Reed: Oh I know you would have mother but you don't have to worry, we are going to get some payback for what happened to us and watch each other's back going forward, I promise I have a good friend watching over me.
Jordan winks at Ruby with a smirk and she just rolls her eyes and then slides Jordan his coffee.
Jordan Reed: But I've got to get going Mom, me, and Ruby have a training session after this so I’ll call back later.
Jenny Reed: OK Jordan love you and take care of yourself.
Jordan Reed: Love you too Mom. I’ll talk to you later.
Jordan hangs up his phone and turns his attention to Ruby as he takes a sip of his coffee.
Ruby Darling: Checking up on your mother I take it?
Jordan nods his head.
Jordan Reed: Yeah I’m all she’s got left after my father passed and on top of that she’s dealing with a mountain of debt that the bank is ready to cash in on within a year so its just a lot for her and I’m just trying to make sure I'm there for her and doing my part to help handle this problem.
Jordan takes a sip of his coffee again as Ruby nods her head in understanding.
Ruby Darling: Well I think it's honorable how you take care of your mother and put some of the burden of debt on you even though you had no part in it.
Jordan puts his cup of coffee down on the table.
Jordan Reed: Yeah I know I didn't play a part in it but I just feel so guilty for my father's death, you see I used to make him feel so bad for missing my wrestling matches in high school and college because he always put that farm first and the one time he was coming to see me he was rushing like crazy to come see me and because of me he wasn't careful on the road and died in that car accident.
Jordan shakes his head as he looks like he might tear up a little.
Jordan Reed: So yeah I'm doing this wrestling thing not only because it's been my long-time dream but also because I know I can use this platform to make things right.
Ruby puts her come of coffee down and looks Jordan in the eyes.
Ruby Darling: Look I don't know you that well yet so I'm not going to tell you how to handle your life but what I do know is that you shouldn't beat yourself up so much over it because I'm sure your dad wouldn't want you to beat yourself up so much about it, instead he want you to pick yourself up and get ready to give Milk Mason a country ass-whooping, just how I'm going to give Coding Rhodes the ass beating of a lifetime.
Ruby smirks as Jordan starts to perk up a little.
Jordan Reed: Yeah Milk Mason has it coming in this submission match, he has no idea how much built-up frustration I plan to take out on him in this match, He is going to pay for his dirty deeds and for making my mother have to watch me endure pain the way I did but I promise the pain I will put on him will be felt for a very long time after the bell is ranged.
Ruby Darling: That's what I like to hear Jordan, now let's get out of here and go hit the gym, we both have some big matches to go prepare for.
Jordan nods his head and gets up from the table at the same time as Ruby and they begin to make their way towards the exit but before they do, Jordan stops at the counter and leaves a tip in the tip jar and gives the cashier a nod with a friendly smile before making his exit.
