The 2023 Cannabis Cup takes the air live…
HARVEY MARX: Your opening contest is scheduled for one fall and is an Elite 8 Match in the 2023 Cannabis Cup! Introducing first, about to make his way to the ring… DEVLIN KNIGHT!
The strum of a solo guitar begins to play as Coheed and Cambria’s “Welcome Home” slams into the speakers. The crowd are on their feet as Devlin Knight steps out onto the ramp and looks around in awe.
A grin spreads across his face as he makes his way down the aisle slapping hands with and fist bumping some of the fans, ruffling the hair of some of the younger ones before reaching the ring.
Devlin climbs the steel steps, wiping his feet on the apron before climbing in between ropes as the song is slowly coming to an end and the crowd are singing the “woooaah ooohh oooh” part at the end, as Devlin hops up onto the turnbuckle and raises his arms, hopping down and waiting for the bell.
CENTURION: Devlin Knight has made a triumphant return so far to WGWF, being one of the two survivors in the Second Chance Battle Royal to get this opportunity here tonight.
DERRICK DIAMOND: It could end up being the story of the year if Knight goes all the way to the Cup. Nobody could say they saw that coming, since nobody saw him coming back the way he has!
HARVEY MARX: And his opponent…
HARVEY MARX: About to make his way to the ring, he is DUBOIS!
Flakes of golden sparkles fall from the rafters. Lights dim, fans lose their minds, covered in golden flakes knowing what comes next. The vibe changes to GET IT in the sold out WGWF stadium. Strobe lights accompany the change in tone to a delightful summer pallet of light oranges and blues. Childish Gambino's trademark hit "Feels Like Summer" entices the feel to its fullest realization point. Dancing behind the illuminated entrance curtain is the iconic image. He sways, jives, and glides out of the ramp to a massive babyface ovation. He holds a mic to his lips playfully but in a definite way that is not lip singing. Smiling perfectly, he dips and moves side to side while also showing his stellar athleticism and quickness through a funnel of lightning shaped beams.
His gold & black sparkling jacket catches wide eyes everywhere in the house. Dubois raising his hands and eyebrows, egging on fans to get wild enough, and he may just double back to slap their hands too. Moving verbally lyric to lyric within the vibe his gravity naturally creates. Twinkling his fingers, he grins like the cheshire cat on his way down the ramp, all whilst in perfect song rhythm to step by step. He drives the fans mad who reach over the barrier to get a glimpse every time Dubois stops hitting musical high highs and low lows throughout the lyrical verses.
Dubois touches hands with his following, then bashfully smiles, finally turning back as promised for another round of high fives, ramping the energy up more. They hug him while security gets its collective shit together. Dubois smiles big, singing masterfully to the tune, stopping at the ring base on a large beat, hopping vertically backwards up onto the ring apron behind! He winks at the ref, chop-kicking to the music, greeting fans on every side of his blank artistic canvas. His charm ravishes the crowd to his favor almost instantaneously, with very few haters remaining. Feels Like Summer simmers as he competes the last line. Iconic Dubois looks up blushing at the crowd, infecting their quivering eyes with stylish one of a kind dazzle. What could be next? Our hero seems ready to paint another masterpiece on this blank canvas.
CENTURION: Dubois defeated Spencer Adams to reach this point, as he plans to bring his art across to all of the WGWF faithful.
DERRICK DIAMOND: Wouldn’t it be crazy if he faced Adams again in the semi-finals?
CENTURION: It would certainly be a thrilling rematch, but let’s face it, every wrestler left in the Cup can put on a five-star match. What a night it’s going to be!

The two wrestlers approach each other, both looking fired up for this contest. They start exchanging words, with Dubois telling Knight “LOOK AT ME!! I’M YOUR PROBLEM NOW!!” Knight seems to shake his head, not having any idea what Dubois is talking about, but Dubois quickly responds by throwing a forearm shot at Knight, knocking him back. But Knight comes right back with a shot of his own, and very quickly, the two men are swinging away at each other, unleashing everything they’ve kept contained until this moment! Dubois manages to get control with a sidekick to the ribs, stunning Knight. He grabs him, shooting him towards the ropes, but Knight reverses it.
As Dubois comes back, Knight spins into a Savate kick, but Dubois slides under it, continuing the slide right into Knight’s planted leg. Knight goes down, catching himself on the mat, then pulls himself back up. But Dubois has already gotten up his momentum to the ropes, springboarding off of them to come flying back into Knight with a corkscrew crossbody! They both go down, with Dubois ending up on top!

2!!
And Knight kicks out.
CENTURION: Dubois would badly like a victory tonight over Devlin Knight, the way he’s started out.
DERRICK DIAMOND: This Cup is one of the most important artifacts in the wrestling business. You win this tournament, you cement yourself as one of the greatest wrestlers in the world today.
Dubois has Knight up now, taking him into the corner. He lands several chops to Knight’s chest, lighting him up, before backing away from him. With some distance, Dubois turns and runs in, leaping into the air for a corner dropkick… but Knight moves out of the way! Dubois’ shoes hit the top turnbuckle, and through a mighty display of agility, Dubois is able to do a flip and land back on his feet. He straightens up… only to get taken down by Knight’s handspring roundhouse!
With Dubois stunned, Knight wastes no time. He immediately twists Dubois over into an inverted facelock surfboard submission, keeping him painfully twisted as the referee moves in to check for a submission. Dubois has no intention of tapping out, though, fighting against the hold with everything he’s got, and eventually manages to loosen Knight’s grip, allowing Dubois to fall to the side, escaping the hold. Dubois struggles to get up, but Knight kips up right next to him, quickly picking Dubois up and landing a tilt-a-whirl slam! Knight then makes the cover, holding onto one leg.
1!!
2!!
Dubois kicks himself free, avoiding the loss.
CENTURION: Devlin Knight may have lost his “God Complex”, but he’s still an extremely dangerous technical expert inside the squared circle.
DERRICK DIAMOND: So with that change, does that make Devlin an atheist? I mean, if he lost God…
CENTURION: That’s not at all what it means, Derrick.
Knight steps back and waits as Dubois works back to his feet. As soon as Dubois is high enough, though, Knight comes in, snatching one of his legs back to apply a standing ankle lock submission! Dubois fights to keep his balance, while feeling the agony of the ligaments in his lower leg getting twisted out of alignment. Knight gives the ankle another wrench, trying to take away Dubois’ mobility. But Dubois responds by twisting around with it, catching Knight with the Iconic Ill (enziguri kick)!!
As Knight staggers, stunned from the shot, Dubois pops back to his feet, shaking his leg to get the blood flowing again. He spins and leaps up, catching Knight right in the lower chest with a sharp kick to knock the wind out of him. Knight stumbles to a knee, coughing, before pulling himself back up. But Dubois’ already moving at full speed, coming off the ropes to grab Knight’s head and deliver the Summer Slammer running bulldog!! Dubois quickly rolls Knight over for the cover, holding on tightly.
1!!
2!!
Thr- and Knight pushes a shoulder off the mat in time!
DERRICK DIAMOND: We almost had our first semi-finalist!
CENTURION: When you land a beautiful move like that and it doesn’t get the pin, you have to be careful not to let it affect you. All that means is that you have to hit the guy that much harder the next time.
Dubois does look upset at the near fall, shaking his head and pointing down at the hurting Knight. He says this one’s over, and heads over to the turnbuckle, climbing upwards to get to the top. He turns around, ready to leap into the air with the Iconic Dubois! The one problem, though, is that Knight has already reached the turnbuckle, knocking Dubois’ legs out from under him and causing him to fall, hard, on the top ‘buckle! Dubois is stunned from the impact, sitting there, as Knight climbs up to the second turnbuckle to meet him.
Knight lands a few more punches to keep Dubois out of action, before lifting him onto his shoulders. He then lets out a yell before springing off the ropes, shoving both himself and Dubois into the air. They come downwards with Knight throwing Dubois off his shoulders, turning it into a high-risk version of Knight-Knight!! The GTS maneuver lands, with Dubois sent flying off to the mat, knocked senseless. The referee moves in, but Knight is rolling in pain, holding onto his knee from the impact.
CENTURION: If Knight could have made the pin there, this one would probably be over!
DERRICK DIAMOND: Sometimes the risk doesn’t end up being worth the reward. Can Knight even continue?
The ref goes to check on Knight, who is grabbing at the nearby ropes. He pulls himself up, limping, as he signals that he wants to continue. The ref steps away, as Knight limps over to Dubois, pulling him up. He sets him into place, wanting to go for the Knightmare!! He lifts, but Dubois fights it off, half-falling into Knight’s bad leg! Knight drops to the mat, in agony, as Dubois pulls himself up, likely having no idea what happened. He takes full advantage, though, running to the ropes and coming right back with the Flavor of the Week!! The stomp lands, with Dubois wearily making the cover afterwards.

2!!
THRE-NO!! Knight kicks out!!
CENTURION: How did Devlin Knight survive that one?
DERRICK DIAMOND: When he lost his god complex, did he gain invulnerability or something??
As Knight struggles to get to his feet, Dubois sets up next to him, stepping in and grabbing him by the head to deliver a facebuster to the mat! With Knight down, Dubois moves over to the turnbuckle, feeling the adrenaline surging through him. He hops up to the top, positioning himself, before leaping into the air with the Day of Dubois 360 corkscrew splash!! The move lands perfectly, although it hits with such force that Dubois bounces off of Knight, feeling the pain from the impact himself. He recovers after a few seconds, rolling himself back over to make the cover on his opponent.
1!!
2!!
THRE- And again, Knight kicks out before the third slap can hit the mat! Dubois can’t believe it, staring over at the referee for confirmation. He then gets to his feet, rubbing his side before reaching down and dragging Knight off the mat. He shakes his head at Knight, as if wondering what’s driving the man, before locking Knight up for a suplex. He lifts him up… and Knight reverses mid-way, turning it into the Knight-Rider!!! The crowd explodes, jumping at everything at this point, as Knight rolls over to make the cover…
1!!
2!!
THRE-No! Dubois barely beats the count!
CENTURION: These two guys are proving to us once again how important the Cannabis Cup is! What’s it going to take to keep either of them down?
DERRICK DIAMOND: I love their fighting spirit, but this is already going to be a long weekend. Somebody’s got to win!
Knight pulls himself up, still favoring his leg as he limps over to Dubois. He drags him up, but Dubois immediately grabs him by the head, turning it into a roll-up!
1!!
2!!
And Knight kicks free! They both struggle up, with Dubois trying to take advantage, diving at Knight, but Knight reverses into his OWN roll-up!
1!!
2!!
Dubois kicks out! Both wrestlers pop up to their feet again, but Knight stumbles back to hold the ropes, while Dubois rests his hands on his knees, staring over at his opponent. The crowd gives a cheer for both of them, loving the fight that they’re getting to see out of the gate. The two men move towards each other, exchanging a few more words, showing that they both still want this one. They then start exchanging chops, blistering each other a few times, before Dubois gains control with a knee to the gut, followed by a kick to Knight’s injured leg. With Knight dropping to his knees, Dubois runs back to the ropes and comes in, leaping into a crossbody splash into Knight… who flips over on impact, landing on top!!
1!!
2!!
THREE-No! The referee stops it at the last moment, saying that Dubois’ shoulder is up!
CENTURION: The crowd is biting on every pin now, expecting to see it end at any moment!
DERRICK DIAMOND: Can you believe one of these guys might still have to wrestle two more matches after this??
Devlin looks to pick Dubois up but it’s Dubois countering with an inside cradle!
1!!
2!!
THRE…
A kickout by Devlin as both men are quickly to their feet with Devlin swinging with lariat! Dubios ducks and when Knight spins around he eats a Superkick taking him down! Dubois staggers toward the ropes where he steps out to the ring apron and starts climbing up to the top rope!
Devlin pushes himself up off the mat.
The Iconic One sets sail with an ICONIC DUBOIS!
Knight side steps at the last second sending Dubois crashing and burning! Devlin catches him with an Oklahoma Roll!

Devlin gets to both knees as the referee raises his arm in the air.
CENTURION: What a battle between Knight and Dubois to kick off the Cannabis Cup! Jesus I need to catch my breath.
Dubois recovers as he backs himself up into a neutral corner looking at Devlin Knight who is reaching his feet. Dubois rolls out to the floor and starts making his exit from the Cup.
DERRICK DIAMOND: Dubois has nothing to be ashamed of tonight. He opened a lot of eyes but tonight Devlin Knight put it together and as advanced to the Final Four.
Knight celebrates the win before making his exit from the ring.

Miami erupts as the countdown clock ticks away to zero before breaking out into the Terminator theme. The ovation grows as the owner of the WGWF emerges through the curtain and out to the top of the staging. Chris has his hair pulled back into a ponytail while sporting a tailor made Gucci suit. Chris walks to a podium just to the right of the entrance ramp. The music fades away leaving a solid ovation of cheers and boos which brings a sly smirk to Chris’s face as he leans down to speak into the microphone attached to the podium.
CHRIS PAGE: Welcome to the 2024 WGWF CANNABIS CUP!
The boos teeter out into solid cheers from the nearly 80,000 on hand.
CHRIS PAGE: Many of you are aware that over the course of tonight and tomorrow night we will be drafting the rosters for both Monday Night Brawl… AND… Monday Night Smash, but before we start let me get some housekeeping out of the way.
Chris then states.
CHRIS PAGE: As it stands now Peter Vaughn, Enigma, Cholo, Sport’s Entertainment Express, and Kim Pain need to be addressed. With Enigma; they are currently The Entity World Heavyweight Champion, or was, because effective immediately the Entity World Title is no longer being recognized by the WGWF.
The crowd erupts with massive boos as Chris quickly holds up both hands as he responds.
CHRIS PAGE: Can a guy finish?
The crowd starts to quiet down.
CHRIS PAGE: Because that title has now been renamed the Monday Night Smash Championship and will be EXCLUSIVE to Monday Night Smash with ENIGMA being the first Smash Champion thus will be competing on Monday Night Smash while Peter Vaughn is the current WGWF World Heavyweight Champion and will be competing across BOTH brands just as any WGWF World Champion will be doing in the future. When it comes to Cholo, the current WGWF Intercontinental Champion, he will be exclusive to Monday Night Brawl.
Crowd pops huge for the mention of Cholo.
CHRIS PAGE: The same can be said for Kim Pain who will be exclusive to Monday Night Brawl as the TV Champion, but if either Jenny Myst of Amber Mansley leave with the title tonight they will swap places with Kim and will be exclusive to Monday Night Brawl. This brings us to the Tag Team Championship, much like the WGWF World Title the Tag Champions will be competing across BOTH brands. Everyone on the same page? Smash will have the Smash Championship and a secondary Championship to be determined by the General Manager of Smash… Who you will meet on the inaugural episode in four short weeks.
There is a pause before Chris continues.
CHRIS PAGE: Speaking of General Managers, Candice Page will retain Monday Night Brawl. Well, goodnight.
Chris turns and starts to leave before turning back around and walking back up to the podium.
CHRIS PAGE: Just kidding, we have a draft to get done.
Chris reaches into the inner pocket of his sportscoat and pulls out a sealed envelope.
CHRIS PAGE: In my hand are the picks for the First Round. Shall we get started?
Chris opens the seal on the and pulls out an index card where he reads off the draft picks.
CHRIS PAGE: Monday Night Brawl selects… MAC BANE.
A split screen shows the WGWF talent as they watch intently. Mac Bane rises from his chair and looks across the locker room, shakes his head and leaves.
CHRIS PAGE: The first pick for Monday Night Smash… CLYDE NEWTON.
Clyde gets out of his chair and nods his head as he leaves the room.
CHRIS PAGE: Monday Night Brawl selects… SPENCER ADAMS.
Spencer gets out of his seat exits the room with his head held high.
CHRIS PAGE: Monday Night Smash has drafted… JOE MONTUORI.
The crowd erupts with boos at the mention of J Mont’s name as he smiles while exiting the room.
CHRIS PAGE: The final pick of the first round, Monday Night Brawl selects… The Show Stealerz, AUSTIN and TODRICK TABOR RAMSEY!
Austin and Toddy jump up celebrate their pick to Brawl before looking over at Edward and Sam Chatman and realizing they could be drafted to different shows. The Ramsey’s wave at Edward and Sam before starting to leave the locker room.
CHRIS PAGE: And the final pick for Monday Night Smash in the first round…
Chris does a double take before calling out.
CHRIS PAGE: The tag team of EDWARD GRADO and SAM CHATMAN!
The Ramsey’s turn around hearing Edward and Sam’s name called for Smash. Edward gets out of his chair followed by Sam, both seem dejected as they exit the locker room with The Show Stealerz as we go back to fullscreen on Page.
CHRIS PAGE: Just to confirm in Round One Monday Night Brawl has selected Mac Bane, Spencer Adams, and The Show Stealerz. Monday Night Smash has drafted Clyde Newton, Joe Montuori, and the tag team of Sam Chatman and Edward Grado. I’ll be back in just a bit to reveal the Second Round of the WGWF Draft.
Chris waves to the crowd and makes his exit as he walks back behind the curtain.

HARVEY MARX: Your next contest is an Elite 8 Match in the 2023 Cannabis Cup Tournament.
HARVEY MARX: Introducing first, about to make his way to the ring…”BADMON” SPENCER ADAMS!!
The opening baseline of No. 99 by Joey Bada$$ hits the PA and a spotlight pans over the crowd in search of Spencer before a camera cut shows us Spencer being escorted by a group of masked fans through the arena before the group eventually reaches a staircase between sections.
With the chorus playing out, the crowd’s chants of “BADMON!” carry throughout. Spencer marches down the stairs before hoping over and sitting atop the barricade. He looks over the crowd and raises an arm and pointed finger towards different parts of the crowd as he mouths the words “What’s my name?” for continued call and response.
Spencer pushes off and rolls into the ring nodding along to the song before dapping up Harvey and leaning against a corner in anticipation.
HARVEY MARX: His opponent…
HARVEY MARX: About to make his way to the ring,
"The lights dim around the arena and a hush descends on the crowd. The opening taps of drums and the beginning riffs of the guitar of Pop Evil's 'Trenches' can be heard filtering through the speakers. Green pin spots swirl wildly around the arena flashing across the fans as they start to cheer wildly. Smoke fills the metal ramp as the drum beat and the guitar pick up a bit. A figure can be seen making its way out of the curtain atop the ramp, and green spotlights tear into the darkness, crisscrossing wildly in front of the curtain where we see a large silhouette of a man lit from behind the curtains.
The lyrics begin to chant the chorus and the fans really get into the bass beat of the drums and the kicking riffs of the guitar. The spotlights are waving across the stage wildly, and out of the darkness of the curtain, into the green spotlights waving everywhere, just as the music kicks in hard, Johnathan Cable springs forward onto the ramp screaming at the night. Cables makes his way down the ramp towards the rings as the fans cheer wildly. The lights fade in as the music goes on, and Johnathan slides in under the ropes to get ready for his match."

Spencer Adams and John Cable meet in the center of the ring after the bell sounds and stand sizing each other up. John Cable is saying something to Adams that we are unable to make out, until John reaches out and pie faces Spencer Adams. Given the size and weight advantage the crowd lets out a collective gasp as Spencer Adams is shoved in his face. Spencer turns around almost insulted as John Cable walks over and pie faces Spencer a second time, but this time Spencer Adams quickly fires back with a spinning backfist that catches Cable in the throat. The hit catches Cable off guard and Spencer Adams is well aware of it as he quickly grabs John Cable by the back of his neck and then jumps up ramming his knee into Cable’s forehead as the fans pop for the quick action. Spencer Adams holds onto Cable’s head hitting a few more knee strikes before drilling him into the canvas with a swinging neck breaker. As both men’s body impacts the canvas the fans lert out a HUGE POP as Spencer Adams shoots up and quickly dives on top of Cable for the quick cover…

THR…
CENTURION: And Spencer Adams is doing the smart thing and tries to put this one in the rearview EARLY!!!!
DERRICK DIAMOND: Yeah but as we just clearly saw for ourselves John Cable aint havin it! He didn't attack all them people just to go out that quickly!
CENTURION: Stop Derrick, that is purely speculation! THERE IS NO PROOF!!
DERRICK DIAMOND: Yeah but like…It is him right?
…And by kickout we mean that John Cable launches Spencer off of him. A look of shock shoots across Spencer Adam’s face as he sees Cable get to hit feet. Spencer Adams is just q quick step faster as Spencer is able to briefly stun the big guy once again with a stiff PUMP KICK right to the chest. Cable rocks backwards as Adams lands on his feet, then grabbing John Cable’s arm whipping him to the ropes. However John Cable is able to reverse it shooting Spencer to the ropes instead. Spencer comes back around and we see John Cable lean forward ever so slightly before lifting Spencer Adams high into the air, and then CABLE F’N DRILLLLLLLSSSSSSSS Spencer Adams into the canvas with a Farooq style spinebuster that causes the passionate crowd to gasp when they hear the sound Spencer Adam’s back smacks the canvas as John Cable just glares down at Spencer who is staring up at him from the flat of his back desperately trying to regain his senses. But before Spencer is able to do it John Cable yanks Spencer Adams up to his feet by his neck and hooks his arm around his neck. John pulls Spencer Adams back a step or two before lifting him in the air and dropping Spencer Adam’s knees across the top rope causing Spencer’s legs to bounce backwards as John Cable holds Spencer in the air for the briefest of moments before drilling him HARD INTO THE CANVAS with a UTTERLY BEAUTIFUL SLINGSHOT JACKHAMMER!!!!
CENTURION: SWEET BABY JESUS WHAT A MOVE!!!
DERRICK DIAMOND: WOW THE POWER OF THAT MAN IS SCARY!!!
CENTURION: Yes of co…Wait did you say scary? You aren’t gunna pee yourself again are you?
DERRICK DIAMOND: WHAT? NO! That was different, plus it was only that one time! DO your job The BEAST HAS THE LEG HOOKED!!!
Spencer Adams kicks out, as John Cable looks over at the ref with an aggravated look on his face. His hands are firmly wrapped around Spencer Adam’s neck as he pulls him up to his feet. John Cable then thrusts Spencer Adam’s head in between his legs and then grabs him by the waist lifting him into the air, but before Cable can force Adams back down to the mat, Sencer Adams holds on and fires a few quick closed fists into John Cable’s forehead, allowing Spencer Adams enough time to use Cable’s momentum against him as Spencer Adams leaps backwards holding onto Cable’s head driving him face first into the canvas with a hard impact that echoes throughout the arena as the fans are standing and applauding the effort from both fan favorites. Both men lie on the canvas for a moment tyring to catch their breathe, but Spencer Adams quickly shoots up with a sense of urgency and quickly seeing John Cable sitting up. Spencer Adams backs up bounces off the rope giving him some momentum as he cleans John Cable’s fuggin CLOCK with a SHINING WIZARD! Adams is back up once again and decides to keep things going as he runs and jumps over Cable’s body before leaping onto the ropes. Spencer Adams jumps from the second rope to the top rope and comes flying from the top rope into a somersault but instead of landing for a moonsault Spencer Adams tucks both of his knees and drives them into John Cable’s chest as the fans loose their minds after watching Spencer Adams pull off the amazing move!
THAT WAS AWESOME
THAT WAS AWESOME
THAT WAS AWESOME
The fans all chant in unison as Spencer Adams drops down on top of Cable for the pin
1!!
2!!
THRE…
CENTURION: AND SPENCER ADAMS HAS THEM ON THEIR FEET
DERRICK DIAMOND: Yeah, yeah they love him, it’s probably because he gives them candy or something!
CENTURION: You’re right it probably has nothing to do with him constantly pulling off moves like the one we just saw!
DERRICK DIAMOND: YEAH! And I bet it’s probably not even good candy, it’s probably mentos or something lame like that!
John Cable gets the shoulder up as Spencer Adams and the rest of the live audience let out a collective gasp as Spencer Adams is in disbelief asking the ref it was three. Spencer Adams then gets to is feet and leans down to grab John Cable, but before Spencer can get a grip John Cable grabs Spencer Adams’s arm and drives him into the canvas as Cable then slides over and locks his hands around Spencer Adams jaw and pulling back with everything he’s got as he has Spencer Adams locked in a nasty looking crippler crossface. The fans are clapping as we see John Cable pulling and jerking with everything he’s got as Spencer Adams screams out in pain. Cable begins to demand that Spencer Adams TAP, as the fans are screaming for Adams not to tap as we see Adams out stretch his hands and it briefly for a moment looks like he is going to tap out, but instead he is able to reach out and just barley wrap his fingers around the bottom rope as the ref then immediately calls for the rope break much to the delight of the fans.
CENTURION: SPENCER ADAMS GRABS THE ROPES!!! THIS MATCH FORTUNATELY FOR THE REST OF US CONTINUES!!!
DERRICK DIAMOND: Not gunna lie, for a sec I thought the big man had him!
CENTURION: Both of these competitors as you can see are desperately trying to put this one away as quickly as possible, but when you have competitors like these two that card may not even be in the deck!
DERRICK DIAMOND: Man I SURE DO LOVE ME ME SOME CANNABIS CUP
John Cable doesn’t give Spencer Adams a moment as he wraps his hand tightly around Spencer Adam’s wrist and yanks him to his feet pulling Spencer towards him. John Cable then wraps his large arms around Spencer Adams and then with a sudden burst of pure power launches Spencer over his head with a TEXTBOOK overhead belly to belly suplex. John Cable then gets up and stalks Spencer Adams after launching him nearly to the otherside of the ring. John Cable then goes to pick up Spencer Adams, but Adams buries a forearm in Cable’s gut. But the hit doesn’t phase the Monster in the slightest as he takes his large arm and slams it down ontop of Spencer Adams head. Cable slams his arm into Spencer’s back once again before yanking him up by his throat and then grabbing his shoulder draping Spencer’s arm across his shoulder and then Cable lifts him off of his feet like he is going to hit a ROCKBOTTOM, but instead Cable plats his leg and seemingly snaps Spencer Adams in half as he slams Spencer Adams back across his knee with a BRUTAL BACKBREAKER that cause the fans the gasp and then get quiet as the ref drops down and makes the count as John Cable shoves his forearm into Spencer Adam’s face pinning him down
1!!
2!!
THRE….
The silence then suddenly ends as Spencer Adams kicks out at the literal last possible moment. The ref explains to Cable that his hand did not hit the canvas before Adams got the shoulder up. Cable is FURIOUS as he turns around and jerks Spencer Adams up by his head once more and pulls him towards the center of the ring and then shoves Adams head inbetweenhis legs as he goes to hook Spencer’s arms for his “WAKING NIGHTMARE” pedigree finisher. But before Cable can execute the move Spencer Adams drops down to one knee preventing Cable from hitting his move. Cable tries to use his power to his advantage but miraculously Spencer Adams is holding his ground. Spencer Adams is then able to get his legs underneath him and with his head still inbetween Cable’s legs Spencer Adams drives John Cable backwards until his back smacks the turnbuckles, and as Cable’s back smacks the padded steel he finally lets SPencer Adams go, but not before SPencer Adams’s head rams right into Cable’s crotch. The crowd lets out a collective gasp and then let out a tremendous pop as Spencer Adams shoots up and starts hammering John Cable with close fists until Cable slinks down int the corner. Spencer hits a vicious head to the knee as he then points to the other side of the ring as every fan in attendance stands on their feet as Spencer Adams runs to the othersider of the ring and slides underneath the bottom rope. HE then shoots back up and points at John Cable as the fans pop loudly when Spencer Adams pulls himself up to the top rope leaping off the top rope Spencer Adams shoots all the way across the ring nailing John Cable in the face with his trademark coast to coast drop kick he calls.
CENTURION: SPENCER ADAMS WITH THE SOUTHSIDE TO THE OUTSIDE!!! WHAT A FRIGGIN MOVE!
DERRICK DIAMOND: AND THESE FANS ARE EATING IT UP…BUT IT DON’T LOOK LIKE SPENCE IS IN POSITION TO TAKE ADVANTAGE!
CENTURION: Neither of them are if we are being honest!
DERRICK DIAMOND: BACK AND FOURTH BACK AND FOURTH HIGH IMPACT MOVE AFTER HIGH IMPACT MOVE…YA KNOW CEN I JUST MIGHT PEE MYSELF A LITTLE!!!
Adams pulls Cable out into the center of the ring where he makes the cover hooking the near leg.

2!!
THRE…
Cable escapes with a kick out!
CENTURION: What a war we are witnessing between Adams and Cable!
Spencer gets to both knees holding out three fingers but shown two from the referee. Adams can’t believe it as he starts to get back to his feet where he calls for 99 Problems. Adams backs himself up into a neutral corner and waits for Cable who starts to roll over and push himself up to one knee. Adams charges out from the corner looking for the Kinshasa!
Cable ducks!
John steps up to his feet where he catches Adams in the gut with a boot to the midsection and it’s Cable who looks to deliver the Waking Nightmare! Suddenly Adams spins out and transitions to a Koppo Kick! Adams hits a second Koppo Kick! Cable is stunned! Adams lands a Superkick to the right knee knocking it out from under Cable before landing 99 PROBLEMS!
Adams rolls Cable over making the cover and hooking the leg.

The crowd gives a standing ovation as Spencer reaches his feet and has his arm raised in victory.
CENTURION: What a tournament this has turned into. Spencer Adams is joining Devlin Knight as the first two who are advancing to tomorrow’s Semi-Finals.
DERRICK DIAMOND: I don’t know how we’re going to top what we’ve seen so far and we’re just really getting started.
Adams exits the ring tagging hands of the fans on his way to the back.

HARVEY MARX: Your next contest is an Elite 8 Match in the 2023 Cannabis Cup Tournament.
HARVEY MARX: Introducing first, about to make his way to the ring… MAC BANE!!
As the first cords of “The Enemy” by Godsmack begin to play, the big Texan is out on the stage, accompanied by Kat Jones and the crowd erupts. He is attired in all black, leather duster, trunks, cowboy hat and boots. He stares downward as the pyro erupts behind him and on both sides. The lights go out and then a single spotlight shines on him. He raises his head up to a more natural position and then looks to the sky. He raises both arms in the “Hook’em Horns” fashion and then snaps his arms back down by his side as pyro erupts from the ring post. He nods his head along with the music as he continues down the ramp with Kat by his side and finally to the ring steps, he pauses there briefly as he stares out an enthusiastic crowd. He wipes his feet on the ring apron before finally entering the ring.
HARVEY MARX: His opponent…
HARVEY MARX: About to make his way to the ring, he is the WGWF INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPION, “CHOLO” GIOVANNI SANTANNA!
The intro to "Mi Gente", the Re-Mix by Jay Balvin featuring Beyoncé and Willy William begins to play getting the crowd to jump to their feet and pop loudly. Once the beat drops, out steps "Cholo" Giovanni Santana looking as good as ever, wearing the Intercontinental Title proudly around his waist and flashing that million-dollar smile of his. He holds his usual mezcal cocktail on his hand as he soaks it all in, feeling the love from the fans, and after a few seconds he makes his way to the ring. He walks up the steps, walks on the apron and after wiping his boots, respecting the ring, he gets inside. He walks towards the middle nodding his head to the beat of the catchy song, making his afro wave back and forth. The fans are all into it, especially the ladies and Cholo points and winks to some. He goes to chill in one corner, and when the ref comes over to check him, instead he hands him his drink and then takes off the Intercontinental title, climbs the corner and raises it high in the air causing the crowd to cheer loudly again. He hops down and exchanges his title for his drink, not before kissing "his precious". The ref hands it to an official on the outside and then checks Cholo while he sips his drink.

The bell has rang as we see the Interconinental champion Cholo stand in the ring against arguably one of his most dangerous opponents so far that he has stood inside the ring with in Mac Bane. The former WGWF tag team champion is ready to tear the champion apart as he has his sights set on the tape that is around the injured arm that Ragnarok had been targeting during their feud. Cornering Cholo in an attempt to get his weak point exploited, but the champion manages to slither away from the larger man’s grasp as he starts to jab away at Mac’s face before setting him up for an Irish Whip into the opposite corner. Only to have Mac Bane immediately reverse it and send Cholo into the designated turnbuckles, causing him to collapse to his knees as his sternum connected heavily into the turnbuckles
Centurion: That must have taken his breath out of his body!!!
Derek Diamond: Mac Bane is such a beast inside the ring, shouldn’t we keep him on a leash???
Mac walks over towards Cholo, immediately grabs him by the waist, lifts him up to his feet before executing a thunderous German Released Suplex that drops the champion hard on the canvas, landing mostly on the injured shoulder and arm as Mac had directed his fall to be on the injured body part. He then starts to focus his attack on the injured arm, placing the arm on the canvas before driving his knee into the shoulder after lifting his leg into the air for a far more high impact. Cholo immediately grabs his arm in pain, showing a grimace on his face as Mac follows it up with a Collar Elbow Tie-up in the middle of the ring as the official checks in on Cholo if he is capable to continue the match.
Centurion: We all know that the word quit does not reside in Cholo’s dictionary.
Cholo tries to get to a kneeling position in an attempt to take some of the pressure on his arm and body off of him from the much larger and stronger opponent. He then gets one leg up to stand as he tries to punch his way out of the grip as it causes the grip too be loosened by Mac Bane. Mac then follows it up with a headbutt, sending Cholo into the ropes as he shakes off the cobwebs before getting whipped into the opposite ropes as Mac sets him up for a Back Body Drop. But Cholo manages to leapfrog over Mac and runs to the opposite side of the ring where he tries to deliver a massive Clothesline from Hell. Only to have the impact of the move to be lessened as he instinctively used the arm that is injured.
Centurion: Tough break for the Intercontinental Champion
The impact of the move has caused Mac to stagger a few steps back though, staggered a little by the move as Cholo takes this opportunity to attempt to mount anything that could be resembled as to be an offensive move. Using a double handed chop to the chest of the big man, kicking him in the midsection as he then follows it up with a swinging Neck Breaker. Cholo immediately goes for the cover as he hooks Mac’s leg with his better arm

Mac powers out with authority, showing that he has got much more in the tank than just to be pinned with a few offensive moves. Cholo gets up, shaking off the injured arm in an attempt to get some more blood flowing through it and getting some more feeling into his limb. He sets himself up for a Leg Drop, connecting to Mac as he then goes for another cover.
1!!
Tw….
Another big time kick out from Mac Bane, Cholo grabs him by the arm and slowly pulls him up to his feet. All by using his other arm as he still does not want to put too much pressure on his arm that he usually uses to set up offensive moves. Cholo sets Mac up for a Body Slam, but Mac blocks it by switching his weight into a position that Cholo loses balance. This causes Cholo to lose control over the slam as he has lifted Mac in the air before Mac gets behind him. Mac runs the ropes as Cholo turns around and walks straight into a big boot from the former tag team champion. Mac goes for the cover as he hooks both legs

But this time it is Cholo that shows his resilience as he kicks out at the pin attempt, Mac immediately goes back to the injured body part as he clamps on a nerve hold on the trapezium of Cholo’s shoulder. Cholo is twisting and turning, trying to somehow to get out of the nerve hold that Mac has on him. But whatever it is that he is attempting it seems to be clamped on tighter and tighter. Cholo manages to somehow get the tip of his boot on top of the bottom rope as that forces the official to admonish Mac Bane to let go which he doesn’t do.
Derek Diamond: You need to get the National Guard to get that hold to be relinguished!!!
The official starts to use the five count on Mac Bane, who listens intently as he counts along with the official before he starts to reach the count of four before letting go. Mac then grabs hold of Cholo, whips him in the ropes after getting him up and sets him up for a running clothesline. But Cholo manages to duck it, turns around and uses all of his might to execute a Spinning Spine Buster that drops Mac on his back with authority, only for Cholo to fall down next to him while clutching on his painful arm as he tries to get some well need oxygen inside of his body before could crawl over towards Mac Bane and goes for the cover

But Mac Bane manages to get his shoulder off the canvas just at the final moment, resting on his side as we see the face of Cholo slowly rise up from the sweaty body of the former tag team champion and sits up straight while rubbing his painful arm.
Centurion: Cholo clearly has shoulder issues that is bothering him tonight!! And that can temper you against a man like Mac Bane.
Cholo grinds his teeth as he lifts Mac up to his feet, delivers a Spine Buster that temporarily stuns Mac as Cholo runs to the ropes and comes off the ropes with a big boot to the midsection of the much larger Mac Bane. He then follows it up by executing a Gutt Wrench Suplex before going for another cover as he hooks both legs

Mac gets another shoulder off the canvas as we hear the fans really get behind the Intercontinental Champion as he sits up on his knees and inhales deeply before turning his attention back on Mac Bane as he grabs him by the arm and pulls him up before locking him in a Side Russian Legsweep and runs the ropes for a Knee Drop to the face before going for another cover.

Mac kicks out, only to have Cholo quickly alter his position as to lock Mac Bane in n Armbar submission hold. Mac manages to block the intention of stretching his arm to a full extent as he manages to grip both of his hands together.
Derek Diamond: This may just be a make or break moment for either men!!!!
Cholo is using his feet to boot in the side of Mac Bane’s face in an attempt to loosen the grip he has on his hands, but Mac’s fingers are locked in tight while trying to get to a vertical basis and position Cholo on his back with both shoulders coming in contact with the canvas.
1!!!
2!!!
Mac notices that Cholo manages to get one of his shoulders off the canvas, he immediately uses his immense strength to lift Cholo up off the canvas as to set him up for a modified Powerbomb in the middle of the ring. We see Cholo’s eyes widen, realizing that he cannot protect himself from the sudden impact that he will be feeling shortly as Mac drops him in a modified Sit Down Powerbomb.
Centurion: Good Grief!! That move was a desperation move from Mac Bane!!!
Cholo is seemingly out of it as Mac is breathing heavily as he tries to relocate his arm from the grip that Cholo had on him as he tries to get to a vertical base, lowering his upper body over the limp body of Cholo. Only to have Cholo catch him off guard as he locks him in the Hells Gate submission hold that he had used against Damage several weeks ago, causing the fans to go wild as they see Mac Bane seemingly helpless to the sudden impactful submission hold. The official is checking in on Mac as he taps the big man against the wrist in order for him to see whether Mac would respond to it.
Derek Diamond: I guess I have to pick another favourite to win this tournament.
Centurion: Betting again???
Derek Diamond: No, I just promised someone that Mac would win this tournament over a 1000 Dollar bet over on FanDuel.
Mac is seemingly out of it as the official grabs him by the arm and wants to lift it in the air to see if he is still conscious, but Mac yanks his arm out of the grip and goes for to grab Cholo in order to lift him up in the air once more. Cholo cranks on the submission hold even tighter, trying to make sure that the oxygen to the brain of the former tag team champion gets cut off even faster, only to notice that Mac is determined to drop him hard on the canvas and ultimately succeed. The impact of the blow causes Mac to fall down backwards as Cholo is just flattened on his back as both men are now seemingly out of this.

Centurion: I due so hope that this match wont end in a count out!!
Derek Diamond: I agree!! There is no full guaranteed payout on a count out!!!

We see Mac start to roll over towards the ring ropes, rolling out of the ring in order for him to land on his feet while leaning against the ring apron for support
7!!!
Cholo is starting to stir, rolling over onto his stomach as the official continues to use his ten count
8!!!!
Cholo places his fists on the canvas as we see Mac Bane slide back into the ring, believing that he can finish this match off with one high impact move.
9!!!
But then we see Cholo grind his teeth before surprisingly jump up to his feet and connects some heavy forearm shots and double chops to the chest of a bewildered Mac Bane. Forcing the big man into the corner as Cholo hits a few more double Chops before whipping Mac into the other side of the ring with a flurry of newly found energy that gets the crowd excited.
Centurion: How did he get all this energy from??!!!
Cholo sets Mac up for a European Uppercut, kneeing him in the midsection before locking him in a double underhook Suplex out of the corner that takes a lot out of him to drop the massive big man off his feet and in the middle of the ring. Cholo goes for a slow cover as he hooks just the inside leg of Mac Bane.

Thre….
Again Mac Bane manages to get his shoulder off the canvas at the final moment, showing why he has been a multi champion in several different companies as well as the former tag team champions with Bam Meller. Cholo is breathing heavily, sweat pours from his face as he starts to ask the official whether if it wasn’t a three count but gets a negative answer for his attempt. He shakes his head, we can see him start talking towards himself before getting back to his feet. He grabs Mac by the arm and tries to pull him up to his feet, but Mac snatches him in a Small Package pin attempt.

Cholo kicks out, both men get up to their feet at the same time as Cholo goes for a Clothesline from Hell, but Mac manages to stop that with a big boot to the face of Cholo. He then goes for a Fisherman Suplex. But he then alters it into his Calf Crusher submission hold instead of keeping the grip tight for the pin attempt.
Centurion: Branded is locked in!!!!
Cholo is desperately trying to reach for the ropes in order for Mac Bane to be forced to let go off the submission hold that he has on the leg of the Intercontinental Champion.
Derek Diamond: Can Cholo get to the ropes?!?!
The referee is on the spot asking Cholo to surrender, he continues to refuse as he inches his way toward the ropes and latches onto the bottom rope forcing the referee to call for the break. Mac Bane refuses to break the hold as he is enraged, screaming at Cholo while completely ignoring the referee’s count who reaches five!

Derek Diamond: Mac’s going to break Cholo’s leg!
The referee calls for the bell again but nothing is stopping Mac Bane who has seemingly snapped on Cholo! A horde of officials hit the ring before finally Mac Bane releases the hold and gets to his feet. The referee’s surround Cholo as Mac stares down at Santana with a disgusted look on his face before he leaves the ring on his own accord.
The referee’s check on Cholo as the crowd starts to chant his name as we fade.

We see Goth sitting in his locker room, mentally preparing himself for the street fight in the Main Event of Night One. He is holding his cell phone in his hands as he is looking at pictures of his current wife as well as his previous wife. We can tell that his body is tensed for the match that he will be competing in at the end of the night before noticing the camera crew as he sighs and gestures for them to come in.
Goth: You sure do know when to barge in on someone at the wrong time don’t you?? But I guess you are just doing your job and your job is getting the final words from me before the damn Street Fight is going to take place.
He wipes his face with the back of his hand before staring into the camera with a cold look on his face.
Goth: Come get your scoop, it may very well be Goth’s final words EVER recorded on live television huh? You shouldn’t put too much faith on a man that is recognized to be someone that would sell his wife’s and child’s soul to win tonight. But I have to disappoint you all, as long there is a drop of blood or an ounce of energy left in my body I will not quit. You think the entrance song is just a mere gimmick?? OH HELL NO!!!
He grips the bench with both hands, trying to prevent him from jumping up to his feet and attack the entire crew that has entered the locker room.
Goth: I am fighting for the honour of my first and current wife!! I am fighting for their love!! I am fighting for everything that they and I stand for!! And if you think that I will let this man beat me with a one, two and three or a submission??? Then you are mistaken. Because there is no bone inside my body that will allow him to pin me as long as I am breathing, I will not allow myself to tap out to him. Because as long as I feel pain that means I am alive, that means that I sense the embarrassment for me as A MAN to tap out to someone like HIM!!!
He slowly rises, causes the camera to back off as we see it tremble in fear for the legendary man who remains seemingly calm towards him.
Goth: You will have to kill me Joe, you will have to shoot me or just bleed me to death. Because I will rise up every time you think I am done. I am going to haunt you, I am going to make you suffer like you have done to me and more. And there is nothing… NOTHING you can do to run away from your Sinful Confessions….
With that Goth walks towards the door as the camera crew runs off before he closes it and the shot fades.

HARVEY MARX: Your next contest is an Elite 8 Match in the 2023 Cannabis Cup Tournament.
HARVEY MARX: Introducing first, coming down the aisle… here is “THE LONE WOLF” SAMUEL CHATMAN!!
The lights in the arena go dark and music begins to play in the arena. The commentary team buzzes with anticipation, and when the bass drops, Samuel is propelled in the air and lands on the stage. His hat is glowing neon purple with a wolf on the front as well as the bandanna that covers the lower half of his face. He has on a sleeveless sweatshirt with the same glowing wolf. The short tights have the glowing wolf on the backside. His thick custom kick pads over his boots have the wolf to complete a custom look. Some of the people viewing him on their screen jeer him, but for the most part, he is still getting a mixed reaction.
Samuel remained squatted down until after the pause in the bass and stood up and spun around and jumped in the air but landed as if mocking the audience and waves them off. He walks down the ramp with a scowl on his face and heads for the ring. He climbs the turnbuckle and folds his arms while swaying his shoulders back and forth with the beat before sitting on the turnbuckle and extending his hand for a microphone. The arena remains dark with the singular spotlight on him. The music dies down, and Samuel howls in the air as he flashes his pearly white smile at the fans.
CENTURION: Chatman took down Akuma to reach the second round here tonight. He’s looking to make a major impact in WGWF starting this weekend.
DERRICK DIAMOND: If he can outlast the eight wrestlers involved in this one, he’ll definitely have the eyes of our owners!
HARVEY MARX: His opponent, making his way to the ring… here is RAGNAROK!!
The lights go out completely in the arena. The crowd gives a strong roar, knowing what’s to come. There’s an explosion of fire and lights all around the stage area, as Ragnarok is now standing there, posed, glaring towards the ring. The lights come back up after the explosion, as Ragnarok stands at the top of the ramp, soaking in the negative reaction from the crowd. He then walks down the ramp and heads for the ring, intent on some violence.
CENTURION: Ragnarok got here thanks to a low blow on Cyrus Riddle, making him my least favorite competitor in the Elite Eight.
DERRICK DIAMOND: He almost came in here as the Intercontinental Champion as well, but now he’ll have to settle for an opportunity to win the biggest tournament in the land!

As the bell sounds, Ragnarok immediately rushes at Chatman in the corner, trying to crush him quickly before he’s ready. Chatman’s able to maneuver out of the way, though, and kicks away at Ragnarok in the corner. He then grabs Ragnarok by the head, dragging him out and looks to set him in place for Wolfsbane!! But it proves to be a mistake, as Ragnarok quickly breaks free, throwing Chatman down on the mat, then grabbing his legs, folding them up for the cover. As the ref comes in, Ragnarok puts his legs on the ropes, getting added leverage, as the count begins.
1!!
2!!
THR- and Chatman is able to escape in time!
CENTURION: Damn it, Ragnarok almost stole one right from the beginning!
DERRICK DIAMOND: C’mon, ref, it’s not like it’s that hard to take a peek back while counting!
Both men jump up, with Chatman looking furious at the near fall. He swings away at Ragnarok, but the big man catches his arm, enabling Ragnarok to land several clubbing blows to Chatman’s chest. He then grabs Chatman by the throat, pulling him close and mocking him for his attempts, before lifting Chatman into the air for a chokeslam! However, Chatman manages to reverse it, twisting free and landing behind Ragnarok, quickly grabbing him from behind and rolling him up! The referee drops to make the count, even as Chatman quickly grabs a handful of tights, hanging on!
1!!
2!!
THR- No, Ragnarok kicks himself free!
DERRICK DIAMOND: Now Chatman’s the one willing to cheat!
CENTURION: I’m not one to condone that sort of thing, but Ragnarok DID try to cheat first…
DERRICK DIAMOND: That doesn’t give Chatman the green light to do it himself! We need a second ref in there now!
Chatman pops to his feet, seemingly pleased with almost stealing this one. He mouths off to a furious Ragnarok, ducking under his punch and throwing a couple of sharp jabs. But Ragnarok catches Chatman off-guard with a shot to the throat, causing Chatman to stumble away, gasping. He turns back, but Ragnarok runs right into him, smashing Chatman into the corner with a running forearm smash! As Chatman hangs there, stunned, Ragnarok backs off a step, then charges forward, getting a running turnbuckle splash, crushing Chatman with all his weight!!
Ragnarok drags Chatman out of the corner, easily picking up the lighter man onto his shoulder. Chatman’s feet kick, as he tries to free himself, but he can’t manage it in time, as Ragnarok drives him down into the mat with a powerslam! Ragnarok sits above the hurting Chatman for a few seconds, taking it in, before covering him for another pin attempt.
1!!
2!!
TH- No, Chatman gets a shoulder up off the canvas.
CENTURION: Ragnarok’s power could prove to be a major factor in this match tonight.
DERRICK DIAMOND: He’s certainly got the size advantage in this one, but that doesn’t always make the difference.
Clearly feeling confident now, Ragnarok hauls Chatman to his feet, nailing him with a few right hands to continue to soften him up. He then tells Chatman it’s time for the end, setting him in place for the first powerbomb of the Bone Crusher!! He goes to lift Chatman up… and Chatman reverses in mid-air, shoving himself away from Ragnarok to land facing away from him. As Ragnarok moves to strike him, Chatman immediately leaps up, scoring a Pele kick that staggers the larger wrestler. Chatman then hops to his feet and instantly snaps off another kick, this one the Final Bite!! Ragnarok collapses backwards, with Chatman hurrying on top for the cover.
1!!
2!!
THRE- No! Ragnarok shoves Chatman off at the last moment!
CENTURION: That superkick really rocked Ragnarok’s retinas!
DERRICK DIAMOND: Nice alliteration!
CENTURION: I try my best.
Ragnarok works to get back to his feet, his jaw clearly bothering him from the kick he took. Meanwhile, Chatman is building up a head of steam, coming back from the ropes to leap up onto the startled wrestler, getting a running hurricanrana to take him back down! Ragnarok rolls to his left, ending up outside the ring to give him a few moments to recover, as Chatman gets back to his feet. He looks to the outside, noting Ragnarok’s position, and heads over to the ropes, using them to spring himself out of the ring… and catching Ragnarok on the way down, landing a modified tornado DDT!!
The crowd pops, even as Chatman gets back to his feet, rubbing his back from the landing. He pulls Ragnarok back up and drags him to the apron, shoving him onto it. As Ragnarok struggles back to his feet, Chatman moves to the side, signaling that it’s time for an apron spear! He runs forward… and Ragnarok suddenly straightens up, catching Chatman by the throat and giving him an apron chokeslam!!! Chatman falls to the outside, badly hurting, as Ragnarok stays on his knees on the apron, weary but pleased with himself.
DERRICK DIAMOND: Do we know any good spinal surgeons in Miami?
CENTURION: Are you kidding? With all the retirees around here? There are dozens, I’m sure.
DERRICK DIAMOND: Well, get one on standby for Samuel after that landing.
Ragnarok steps in through the ropes to break the referee’s count, then goes back outside again, dropping off the apron near where Chatman is trying to recover. But Ragnarok has no interest in allowing him to rest up, as he drags Chatman over to the nearby guardrail, swinging his arm to make the fans back up. Ragnarok then pushes Chatman throat-first onto the rail, choking him, as Chatman’s arms flail, trying to get free. Ragnarok doesn’t release for several moments, though, before tossing Chatman backwards to the ground.
Noting that the referee has now reached 5, Ragnarok steps over and rolls into the ring… then rolls right back out, getting another restart of the count. He waits as Chatman rolls over, trying to sit up, only to rush over and get a running knee strike, planting him on his back once more. Ragnarok stands over him menacingly, enjoying every moment of the destruction he’s getting to perform tonight. The fans are booing, but Ragnarok seems to be satisfied with their dissatisfaction.
CENTURION: This is getting dangerous on the outside. Someone did tell Ragnarok that there are disqualifications for this one, right?
DERRICK DIAMOND: Does Ragnarok seem like the type of person who cares about the rules?
With the count beginning to rise up again, Ragnarok drags a hurting Chatman to his feet, speaking to him with a few more mocking taunts. He brings Chatman over towards the apron, shoving him against it before rolling him inside. The ref goes to check on Chatman for a second, while Ragnarok turns, threatening a fan with a big mouth in the front row. He then climbs up onto the apron, beginning to step through the ropes… when Chatman kicks at them, causing them to give Ragnarok a low blow!! The ref, his back turned, still gives Chatman a reprimand, but Chatman is already moving away from him, hitting the ropes and charging back to spear Ragnarok right off the apron to the outside!!!
The crowd is cheering wildly after that one, as Chatman struggles back to his feet, his fiery temper fueling him. He yells a couple of choice comments at Ragnarok for mocking him, then pulls the hurting man up, taking him over to the ringpost and slamming Ragnarok’s head against it once, twice, three times! Ragnarok then collapses to a knee, bleeding from a cut above his eye, as Chatman stands over him, coughing due to his sore throat but still fired up.
CENTURION: Chatman is not a guy you want angry with you.
DERRICK DIAMOND: I’m seeing flashes of the Hulk here, which is crazy, because I didn’t really see any Bruce Banner beforehand. But there are other Hulks, right? A red one? Maybe a black or gray one?
CENTURION: You’re asking the wrong guy.
The referee is almost done with his count, but Chatman is moving, sending Ragnarok into the ring and following behind him. As Ragnarok starts to get up, Chatman grabs hold of him, twisting him around and landing the Moonlight Drive corkscrew neckbreaker!! The impact shakes the ring, as Chatman needs a second of recovery before finally making the cover, demanding that the referee put an end to this.

2!!
THRE-and Ragnarok pushes up, breaking the count! Chatman slaps the mat himself, angrily disagreeing with the referee, with his temper transferring its anger to him instead. The referee just tells Chatman that the match continues, so Chatman turns back to where Ragnarok is rising up. He runs past Ragnarok, hitting the ropes to gain some momentum, before coming flying back at Ragnarok with a crossbody… but Ragnarok leaps up, scoring a massive kick that knocks Chatman out of the air!! Chatman hits hard, laying on his back, as Ragnarok collapses backwards from the impact, trying to recover himself. The ref hovers over both men, waiting to see who is able to get up first.
CENTURION: What a counter from Ragnarok! But did he use the last of his strength to pull that one off?
DERRICK DIAMOND: Come on, guys, one of you get up. I don’t want to see any byes in the semi-finals!
Ragnarok rolls over getting his arm over the chest of Chatman.

Sam escapes with a kick out to a huge ovation from the crowd. Ragnarok argues the count with the referee before stepping up to a vertical base. Ragnarok picks Chatman up off the mat before driving him back into a neutral corner. Ragnarok lands a series of shoulder blocks to the midsection of Chatman climbing up on the middle rope where he starts hammering down with right hands to the forehead and temple of Chatman! Suddenly Chatman snatches Ragnarok by both legs and brings him out from the corner with a running Powerbomb! Sam flips over with a bridge cover officially completing the WOLFSBANE!

The Miami crowd erupts as Edward Grado is seen attempting to stretch prior to his match with Clyde Newton; try being the operative word as he trips over his own two feet and tumbles down to the floor. A hand reaches down as Edward looks up and instantly has puppy dog eyes as he sees Sam Chatman reaching down to help him up.
SAM CHATMAN: Come on.
Edward reaches up and takes Sam’s hand who pulls him up to his feet.
SAM CHATMAN: Listen, you might be a little strange, a tad bit goofy, and have an unhealthy obsession with Madonna but like you heard earlier tonight we’ve been drafted to Monday Night Smash while Austin and Toddy have been drafted to Monday Night Brawl. I promised Austin I’d look after you, please don’t make me regret it.
Sam releases Edwards hand.
SAM CHATMAN: Go out there and show the world what Edward Grado is capable of.
Sam pats Edward on the back and walks away. Edward slowly looks down below his waist and then back up at the camera.
EDWARD GRADO: Uh oh.
We fade back inside the Stadium

The Miami crowd explodes as Edward dances out to the top of the ramp in his red jacket, a backward ball cap on, and a fanny pack around his waist. Edward struts ass toward the ring tagging a few hands a long the way. Grado climbs up on the ring apron before scaling to the middle rope where he unstraps his fanny pack and hoists it up in the air like he’s The Rock throwing up a World Title.
The crowd roars loudly.
Edward requests help getting down from the top rope. The referee walks over giving him a hand.
HARVEY MARX: Introducing his opponent, about to make his way toward the ring, he is CLYDE NEWTON!
There I sat awaiting on my turn to walk out from the back when my theme song "Look In My Eyes" hit on the sound system hyping me up to make my way down towards the ring side area. I pulled the black curtain from out of my way and walked to the top of the stage and hit my signature dance to entertain the crowd before I made my way down the ramp. I rolled myself into the ring under the bottom rope and made myself at home inside the ring

Grado reaches the top rope as we see Newton push the referee away from him and back into the ropes which causes Grado to lose his balance and crotch himself on the top rope. HARVEY MARX: Your next contest is a TRIPLE THREAT LADDER MATCH for the WGWF TELEVISION CHAMPIONSHIP!
HARVEY MARX: Introducing first, about to make her way to the ring… She is “THE INFLUENCE”... AMBER MANSLEY!
“Break It Down” by Lil Debbie plays the venue’s interior surround systems. The audience immediately boos the young athlete coming out from the backstage area smiling at the hatred she receives. Amber stands center stage with her hands on her hips, staring out to the audience before doing a slow twirl where a spotlight shines only on her, creating the illusion of a silhouette. Once she faces the audience again, she snaps her fingers, and the lights return to normal before strutting down to the ring like on a model’s runway.
Amber stops before the apron facing the ring, then looks both ways at the fans at ringside booing her. She gently leans over the apron, shrugs her shoulders, and then kisses the camera. Amber holds onto the bottom rope with both hands before spinning herself into the ring, lying on the canvas in the center. The camera transitions to a sky-view with a single spotlight on her in the arena, and from the camera’s point of view, it looks like an artwork of Amber in a silhouette fashion. She gets back on her feet, snaps her finger to alert production to brighten the lights, and silences her music as she takes refuge in a corner, kicking her body up on the top rope to relax.
HARVEY MARX: Her opponent…
HARVEY MARX: About to make her way to the ring, she is “YOUR HIGHNESS OF VIOLENCE”... JENNY MYST!
"Sex Metal Barbie" by In This Moment plays as Jenny Myst makes her way to the ring.
HARVEY MARX: And their opponent…
HARVEY MARX: About to make her way to the ring, she IS the WGWF TELEVISION CHAMPION, KIMBERLY PAIN!
Born to raise hell by Motorhead starts to play and Kimberly Pain comes out from behind the curtain together with Kat Jones greeted by a choir of boos and they stand still for a moment looking at the crowd. The evil smirk on her face showing that she is looking forward to the fight.
Kimberly walks down to the ring in a quick pace taunting the crowd into booing louder as she makes it up to the apron.. She sits on one knee and gives a hip pop before she slides in between the ropes and waits in her corner for the match to start.

We see the Television Championship belt being risen p high in the air as all three ladies stand in a neutral corner and look up at it. After a few moments we see Amber Mansley and Jenny Myst look at it each other before turning their attention towards the current Television Champion Kimberly Pain. We can feel the tension building between these three ladies as the crowd is fully invested in supporting Kim Pain into retaining her championship in what seemingly could be identified in a handicap match. We see Mansley starting to discuss something with Jenny Myst before sliding out of the ring as Jenny Myst turns her attention towards Kim Pain. The two circle each other as we see Kim look outside the ring for a moment as we notice Amber already grabbing a ladder.
Centurion: It seems like Jenny and Amber have one plan and that is to eliminate the champion to make sure that either of them walk out with he gold!!
Derek Diamond: That’s correct Centurion, the question alone is…. Who will be the champ??
Amber slides the ladder in the ring and is about to follow it back in, but gets stopped by Kim as she executes a baseball slide. Causing the ladder to be send straight into Amber, causing her to fall hard on the concrete floor with the ladder falling on top of her. This only opens Kim up for an attack from Jenny Myst, who kicks her straight into the spine before grabbing Kim by the hair and bashing the back of her head into the canvas several times before delivering a Knee drop to the forehead of Kim who rolls around in pain due to the impact of the blow. We see Amber Mansley slowly push the ladder off of her as she starts to complain about her nail while getting up.
Centurion: You would expect that in a vicious match like this you shouldn’t be too concerned about a nail.
Derek Diamond: You would if she would scratch you with it!!!!
Centurion: Err……
We see Jenny scream at Amber, telling her to get the ladder inside the ring as she has Kim Pain wrapped in a reverse Chinlock as Amber turns her attention to the ladder and slides it in the ring and follows it into the ring as we see Kim grabbing Jenny by the back of her head before pushing it forward and drive a knee into her face. This causes her to let go off Kim as Kim tries to get up and face Amber, only to be hit by the top end of the ladder in the face. This causes her to drop with the back of her head on the canvas as Amber stands over Kim and places the ladder standing upwards as one end of the ladder is just positioned across the throat of Kim and the other part is holding her ankles down.
Centurion: Oh my goodness!! Talking about an insult to injury!! Just imagine this vile woman getting up the ladder while Kim has to watch!!!
Derek Diamond: Uhm, but Sonya Benson isn’t in this match Centurion.
Amber mocks Kim as she finally decides to take a step on the lower step of the ladder and starts to climb it while correcting her hair. We see Kim getting angrier with every second as she uses her strength to pull the ladder away from her throat and push it away from her, in order for the ladder to fall down on top of Amber. Only Amber’s eyes widen as she feels the ladder fall backwards, only to be saved by the ladder bouncing on the ropes as she falls on her backside and is inches away from making contact with it. This only gives Jenny Myst an opportunity to deliver a standing Moonsault on top of Kim before grabbing her by the hair and whips her into the ropes, setting Kim up for a Drop Toe Hold as to make her collapse face first into the ladder. But Kim jumps over Kim, then jumps on the ladder and then jumps off for a flying forearm connecting onto the face of Jenny as she had gotten back on her feet. This sends her through the ropes and fall on the outside before Kim turns around and stares at the sweating Amber Mansley, who is already backing off while begging to Kim not to harm her.
Derek Diamond: I think mooning Stevie Wonder would have a better chance to get on his good side in comparison pleading to someone that loves to dish out pain!!!!
Centurion: I… What??? I give up. Amber better think of something fast or else it will get ugly!!!
We see Kim grab the ladder and toss it away before turning her attention towards a desperate Amber, trying to crawl out of the ring for safety. Only to have Kim grab her by the leg and drags her into the middle of the ring before spinning her around and drop down on top of Amber as she start to deliver forearm shots and combines it with some open hand chops to the face as Amber tries to block it with her arms in futile. Kim then follows it up by wrapping both hands across the throat of Amber as she starts to choke her out.
Centurion: Watch out!!!!!
But it is too late as we see Jenny have slid back into the ring while holding a Kendo Stick that she has brought back into the ring and bashes it across the back of Kim Pain. Who falls on top of Amber as Jenny blasts the Kendo Stick numerous times across the back of Kim Pain with authority, only to cause some punishment to Amber Mansley in the process.
Centurion: Damn!! Jenny can be as vicious as anyone I have ever seen inside that ring!!
Derek Diamond: I am not so sure whether Amber is enjoying this!!
We see Jenny drop the now broken down Kendo Stick to the side before grabbing Kim by the hair and tosses her to the outside of the ring. She then decides to grab the ladder and set it up just underneath the Television Title and starts to climb it.
Centurion: Here we go!! The first attempt in retrieving the belt!!!
Derek Diamond: I guess Jenny was meant to win it in the end.
Jenny is climbing the ladder, her eyes fixated upon the title when suddenly Amber Mansley gets up and grabs Jenny by the leg and pulls her off the ladder before spinning her around, getting in the face of her “tag team partner” and starts to argue with her about climbing that ladder.
Centurion: Uh oh…, I think there is some tension between these two!!!
Jenny and Amber start to jaw yap before Jenny looks at her in an apologetic fashion, causing Amber to smile as she is about to grab the ladder. But only to be spun around by Jenny, who gives Amber a kick in the midsection before executing a Guttwrench Suplex against the ladder that falls down due to the impact as Amber starts to sprawl around the ring with agonizing pain on her face. Jenny stares at Amber and then has that evil grin on her face that we know of her, making an whoops gesture with her hand in front of her face as in playing an innocent girl before turning around and is being levelled by a Kim Pain spear who has gotten back into the ring. Kim is pounding away with closed fists across the face of Jenny before turning her attention to Amber, who had crawled over towards the ropes to pull her up to her feet. Kim measures her for another spear as she was Amber getting to her feet. Amber turns around and sees wide eyed an irate Kim Pain charge in on her for another spear. Amber drops down and executes a Drop Toe Hold that causes to trip Kim, who falls through the ropes and lands on the outside as Amber is looking around in anticipation to where Jenny Myst must be. She then spots Jenny, still rolling around the ring after feeling the after effects from the spear that Kim delivered earlier on. Amber becomes confident as she rolls out of the ring and turns her attention towards Kim, who had fallen hard on the concrete floor as she holds onto her arm in pain. Amber immediately looks underneath the ring and grabs another ladder, she places that ladder between the ring apron and the announce table before turning her attention back to Kim. She grabs Kim by the legs and measures the distance between her and the ladder before falling backwards to execute a Catapult, sending Kim into the ladder as the ladder was positioned to hit her in the midsection. Kim can be seen resting on top of the ladder as Amber gets up to her feet with a cocky grin on her face, believing that she has the match in the bag. Only to be levelled by a Suicide dive through the middle and top rope by Jenny Myst who had recovered from the attack earlier on from Kim Pain as this causes the fans to get off their feet.
Crowd: Holy Shit!! Holy Shit!! Holy Shit!!!
Centurion: So far none of these ladies have climbed a ladder to retrieve that championship belt, but oh my God what a carnage!!!
Jenny feels the adrenaline rush flow through her body as she gets up and lets out a primal scream, she turns around and watches Kim still laying across the ladder as she gets on the ring apron and walks towards the opposite side of the ring and gets climbs the middle turnbuckle while measuring Kim Pain.
Derek Diamond: I am not so sure whether I will like this!!!
Centurion: This will be crazy!!!!!
Jenny jumps off the turnbuckles and connects with Kim with a leg drop off the turnbuckles, this causes Kim to fall off from the ladder and is on her back on the concrete floor. Jenny is hobbling around as she landed awkwardly on top of Kim and came down hard as well on the concrete floor. Trying to roll back into the ring as she manages to hobble over towards the ladder still inside the ring and positions it underneath the championship belt. Trying to climb the ladder as we suddenly see Amber get into the ring and uses a fire extinguisher to shoot the chemicals in the face of Jenny, causing to blind her.
Derek Diamond: That’s one way to put out a fire!!!!
Amber decks Jenny with the fire extinguisher, hitting it right into her blinded face. Amber drops the fire extinguisher next to Jenny and looks all cocky parading around the ring as if she was the Queen of England and taunting the fans who are booing her.
Centurion: Amber is wasting too much time!! She should be climbing that ladder and retrieve that championship belt now that she still has the chance!!!!
But Amber is too cocky, parading around the entire ring before finally turning her attention to the ladder. Wiping the ladder clean before starting to climb the ladder. She suddenly hears the fans cheer, believing that they are cheering for her causing her to smile. Only to suddenly see Kim Pain has somehow rolled back into the ring while holding onto.
Derek Diamond: Is that….?
Centurion: Kim brought the kitchen sink!!!!!
Kim gets up and whacks the kitchen sink into the back of Amber, causing her to fall down from the ladder. Kim then hits a spinning Neck Breaker to Amber as that levels Amber seeming out of it. Kim drops to her knees, holding on to her midsection and neck as the impact of the catapult and Leg Drop had taken a lot out of her. We see her leaning against the ropes while staring at the championship belt that is hanging high in the air. Kim slowly gets back to her feet and hobbles over towards the ladder inside the ring, positions it correctly underneath the championship belt and prepares herself to climb it, the crowd is cheering her on as she is slowly to climb the ladder.
Derek Diamond: Will this be the moment that Kim is going to retain her championship??
We see Jenny Myst slowly crawling towards the ladder, positioning herself to climb it as well as her eyesight apparently has gotten better. Jenny manages to slowly catch up with Kim as now both women are standing on near the top of the ladder. Jenny stands on a few steps higher than Kim in order to get eye to eye with her as now both women are starting to deliver forearm shots towards each other as the crowd is cheering every time Kim connects and boos when Jenny does so.
Centurion: Good Lord, I just hope that the ladder will be stable enough so it won’t fall over!!!
Jenny manages to block a blow from Kim, grabs her by the head and bashes her face first onto the top of the ladder. This causes Kim to take a step back on the ladder to keep her balance as Jenny tries to reach over towards the title. Her fingers are inches away from unhooking the belt when we see Kim suddenly grab hold of Jenny’s arm that is reaching for the title and pulls it backwards, causing Jenny to be spun around as Kim wraps Jenny’s head in a Dragon Sleeper submission hold on top of the ladder.
Centurion: Kim is going to put Jenny Myst to sleep on top of the ladder!!!!
Derek Diamond: Thank you captain obvious!! I have eyes you know!!!
We see Jenny struggle in an attempt to pull free from the hold that Kim has on her when suddenly we see Amber Mansley climb the ladder where Jenny Myst is on and climbs past her until she is face to face with Kim. Kim tries to relinquish the hold that she has on Jenny in order to attack Amber, but Amber pokes her in the eyes before grabbing hold of Kim’s head.
Derek Diamond: What is going on inside that head of hers!!!
Centurion: Whatever it is, it can’t be a good thing so high on top of the ladder.
Amber pulls Kim towards her before she turns around and then
Centurion: NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! Not from the ladder!!!!
Amber jumps off and delivers a dreaded JKO on Kim to the canvas off the ladder, both women hit the canvas hard while Jenny was seen falling off the ladder because of the impact that caused the ladder to fall sideways.
Crowd: HOLY SHIT!! HOLY SHIT!! HOLY Shit!!!
Derek Diamond: This must have broken these women in half!!!!
We see the official check on all three women, monitoring whether they are breathing or not as all three of them are seen breathing heavy. The official signals for the match to continue as we have to determine a winner in this match and who will walk away with the championship belt.
Centurion: This must be one of the damndest ladder matches I have seen in my entire career!!!
It seems that Jenny Myst is starting to stir first, as her fall was clearly the least impactful of the three as well as being lucky that the ladder had landed against the top rope so it didn’t fall on top of her. She looks around and sees Kim and Amber down and out of it, not wondering what had happened she starts to crawl towards the corner and uses the ring ropes to pull herself up while leaning against the turnbuckles to keep her balance after turning around and watching the carnage that has transpired inside the ring. She wipes the sweat from her face and starts to stumble over towards Amber Mansley, who we see is starting to stir again. Amber gets to her hands and knees when suddenly noticing a shadow standing over her as she looks up. Noticing the foul look on Jenny’s face, causing her to realize that she is in danger and starts to plead her case with Jenny while extending her hand in order to make “peace” with Jenny.
Derek Diamond: I have seen Jenny in lots of matches everywhere!! She is as vicious as there is and no way she is going to fall for that old trick!!!!
Kim comes from behind smacking Myst in the back with a chair that sends Jenny smashing into Amber! The crowd roars loudly as Kim sets up the Ladder underneath the Television Title! Kim starts to climb the Ladder as the crowd gets louder and louder the closer she gets to the title.
Centurion: Pain’s going to do it! She’s going to overcome the odds.
Kim reaches the top of the Ladder and reaches up to grab the title! Kim’s hands are on the gold when suddenly the Ladder starts to teeter to reveal Amber Mansley tipping the Ladder over sending Kim sailing over the top rope and crashing down to the floor with a sickening thud! Mansley sets the Ladder up underneath the title and starts climbing!
Derek Diamond: IT’S GOING TO BE MANSLEY!
The crowd erupts with boos as Mansley scales up the Ladder and starts reaching up for the Television Title! There’s a pop from the crowd as Jenny Myst springboards off the top rope landing on the Ladder! Mansley has her hands on the TV Title until Myst punches her in the gut! Myst shoves Mansley off the Ladder sending her free falling to the mat below!
Jenny reaches up and retrieves the Television Championship!

Derek Diamond: What does this mean for the TV Title division on Monday Night Brawl because with this win Jenny Myst is now on the Brawl Brand.
Centurion: All bets are off.

”THE BIG TICKET” HARVEY MARX: About to enter the arena being accompanied by Kat Jones, standing in at 6’4 and weighing in at 239 pounds!!!
The words fade as we hear the guitar play from the legendary singer before Johnny Cash starts to sing. This brings out Kat Jones upon the entrance ramp, Kat stand in front of the entrance ramp before Goth walks out wearing a dark overall and a mask with a crown of thorns attached to it as he stares towards the ring.
”THE BIG TICKET” HARVEY MARX: Currently residing from Manhattan, New York!!! He is the Messiah of Pain!!!!! Goth!!!!
Centurion: Usually Goth comes out to the ring with both Kat Jones and his wife Melissa, but he decided it is best she stayed away during this match!!
Derek Diamond: I am going to miss her around the ring Centurion.
Centurion: Don’t tell Goth you said that!!!
Goth raises his head towards the air as he extends his arms, Kat walks towards the ring as he follows her shortly towards the ring. Kat walks up the ramp as she opens up the ropes for Goth. He slowly steps through the ropes before the lights go down when Johnny Cash sings that There Ain’t No Grave Can Hold My Body Down. The lights come back up again as Goth has taken off the overall and can be seen standing in the middle of the ring still wearing the crown. Kat slowly takes it off as this gives Goth the chance to look at the entrance ramp to await his opponent.
Centurion: Night One of the Cup has been amazing, but I have a feeling we are going to be witnessing a possible burial with these two!!!
”THE BIG TICKET” HARVEY MARX: And his opponent!!!!
Derek Diamond: Here we go!!!
Centurion: Jesus Christ. Did someone call GRUCCI fireworks and tell them that today is the 4th of July?
Derek Diamond: Now I know what Helen Keller feels like.
Centurion: You really need to show some respect for the deceased ones.
Derek Diamond: You need to show some respect to The Fortunate Ones!
Just as Centurion turns his head and looks over at Derek, a large spotlight hits the main entrance way as the smoke clears. The fans are on their feet in anticipation as to what is next. Centurion looks annoyed and Derek looks like a kid on Christmas waiting for the next gift. As the spotlight motions around the entrance way, you hear a DONG!
Derek Diamond: I'm getting goosebumps here!
Centurion: No one told me anything about a funeral or a remembrance tonight.
As the song continues throughout the arena, the kids that were excited look scared now. The smoke coming up from the ground looks intense. The Dong sound is really sending a message. And before you know it, you start to see the front end of a black vehicle coming out from the back and through the smoke. As it inches up more and more, you finally see the whole vehicle and it's just not any type of vehicle.
Derek Diamond: HOLY SHIT!!!!! Look at that hearse.
Centurion: I cannot believe this. I know exactly who is up to this.
Derek Diamond: That thing is one of a kind. I would pimp that everyday and twice on Tuesday.
Centurion: How do you still have a job here?
A 2023 Rolls Royce Custom Black Hearse has arrived in style and fashion.
The fans are glued in to see who will exit the vehicle. As the driver's door opens, you see an older man get out as he makes his way to the other side of the hearse. He then opens the passenger door and out comes none other than J Mont himself.
J Mont, dressed in all black is ready for this street war with Goth. The look in his eyes is one where he knows he needs to end Goth tonight. Close this chapter once and for all. But if you look closely, you can see J Mont has an Urn in one hand, and a few pieces of blonde hair in the other.
Derek Diamond: Such a nice guy. He brought some gifts for Goth on his way out.
Centurion: I think bringing Melissa’s hair to the ring is J Mont writing his own death certificate. Goth is going to use that as fuel.
Derek Diamond: J Mont is in the head of Goth. If I had to face J Mont right now after seeing all of this, I would just run for the border and never come back.
Centurion: That’s a great idea. Why don't you do that?
As Derek and Centurion bicker back and forth, everyone is forgetting that J Mont is making his way down the ramp. He stops mid way and turns around to look at that beautiful hearse that he invested some good money in. He starts to point at it, as the blonde pieces of hair wave around in the air. J Mont sees a camera and tells the camera to get a closer look at this URN in his hand.
Derek Diamond: My money is on J Mont. He is ready!
Centurion: Someone needs to teach J Mont a lesson and then he needs to leave the business for good. He is not what this industry needs. The kids and the future don't need to see any of this.
Derek Diamond: The ratings will say something else Cent!
Centurion: Sometimes you have to make a sacrifice and this is one of them. J Mont needs to go.
As J Mont walks away from the camera after showing the world he has a custom urn with Goth’s government name on it, he starts to continue his path towards the ring. The fans are really letting him have it as that sickening funeral music is still playing over the sound system.
Little Kid near the front row: You suck J Mont!
A Hot divorced Mother: Room 356 at The Marriot after you beat GOTH!
Teenage Boy wearing a Cholo shirt: Your not cool J Mont!
Older guy with no friends: You're a piece of shit J Mont! Go to hell!!!!!!
Another kid near the front row: We want Paul!!!!!
J Mont is loving all the attention he is getting as he turns back to all the fans in attendance and reminds them of 2 things. As he puts the Urn down and places the blonde pieces of hair on top of it. He motions to everyone in attendance.
J Mont, with that evil sinister smirk finally enters the ring and is ready for war.
Derek Diamond: Damn, J Mont is a MEGASTAR!
Centurion: A Star that lost his World Title last PPV. Did you forget that?
Derek Diamond: He will get that back whenever he wants it. Right now, he has plans for Goth and a bigger picture for the Fortunate Ones!
Centurion: The ONES that will be going down in a Blaze of Glory!

Goth charges in on J Mont, attacking him as he drives his shoulders into his midsection and drives J Mont all the way back into the stage wall, causing bolts of electricity to go off before Goth grabs J Mont by the head and bashes the back of his skull against the steel rampway while J Mont is trying to get Goth off of him and succeeds as he pushes his thumb into Goth’s left eye. This causes him to stagger backwards as J Mont gets up and grabs Goth by the hair as he starts to drag him down the rampway towards the ring.
Centurion: I knew that these two wouldn’t be able to contain themselves from attacking each other before the bell would ring!!!
J Mont whips Goth into the steel ring steps, causing his knees to hit the steps before falling over it and lands on the other side of the steps. J Mont grabs him by the head and rolls him into the ring after lifting him up to his feet as he follows him in the ring and shouts for the bell to be rung.
Ding! Ding! Ding!
Derek Diamond: This could be one hell of a short main event!!!
J Mont goes for an arrogant cover, laying on his back on top of the chest of Goth as the referee goes for the three count
1!!!
2!!!
Goth manages to get his shoulder off the canvas, causing J Mont to have an arrogant smirk on his face as if he knew that this would happen. He gets to his feet and grabs Goth by the legs as he drags him towards the steel ring post before rolling out of the ring and drags his legs around the steel ring post, wanting to injure the legs further by hitting them against the steel ring post. Only Goth beats J Mont to the punch by pulling his legs towards him, causing J Mont to hit face first into the steel ring post to a large pop for Goth. Goth slowly gets to his knees, crawling towards the ring apron as he rolls out of the ring and stumbles towards J Mont and grabs him by the head as the camera gets a closeup shot at a bloodied forehead from hitting the ring post earlier on.
Derek Diamond: I think J Mont may need some stitches after this match!!!
Goth grabs J Mont’s head with one arm and holds it tight so he can deliver shots to the open wound with a closed fist at a deliberate pace, forcing the referee to do nothing but merely watch on the savage attack from Goth before turning around and whipping J Mont into the steel security railing. Goth then follows it up with a clothesline that sends J Mont over the guardrail and into the crowd as we see Goth slowly climb over the guardrail and stand amongst the fans who are going nuts.
Centurion: I wouldn’t want to be in their spot!! You never know what fans could throw at you!!!
Derek Diamond: Once I got a teddy bear from a fan, I still have it seated on my night stand.
Goth grabs hold of J Mont and sets him up for a Body Slam and delivers it on the concrete floor before going for an Elbow Drop and connects it on J Mont. He gets to his feet, grabs J Mont and pulls him up to his feet to execute a Pile Driver on the concrete floor..
Centurion: Oh My God!! Don’t do that!! It may break his neck!!!
Derek Diamond: Both of these men are so far gone in their heads that neithr of them care!!!
But J Mont manages to block the attempt and deliver a Back Body Drop, causing Goth to hit hard on the concrete floor and his feet hitting the guardrail. Mont drops to a knee, shakes off the cobwebs from his head before turning his attention back to Goth. He has a sinister smile that can be shown through the red gash from his forehead making him look very ominous, grabbing Goth by the hair as he pulls him up to his feet before lifting him up and drops him chest first onto the security railing before taking a moment to soak in the hatred from the fans. Goth can be seen sprawling around in agonizing pain from hitting the steel security railing as J Mont grabs him by the hair once more while slipping over the security railing and drags Goth over it as well before grabbing him by the head as Goth’s feet are hanging over the Guardrail. J Mont looks around before hitting a vicious DDT on the concrete padded floor as he just sits there and is smiling while Goth is barely moving.
Derek Diamond: By God!!! What wouldn’t these guys do to each other??
J Mont slowly rises as he looks underneath the ring and pulls out….
Centurion: That can’t be?!!!
Derek Diamond: It’s the urn!!!!!
Indeed J Mont has pulled out the urn containing sand and who knows what more from the grave of Goth’s deceased wife. He places it in the corner of the ring before turning around and kicks Goth in the chest in order to keep him down as he looks back underneath the ring and finds himself a lead pipe, he holds it in front of his face and smiles at it sinisterly before turning his attention back to Goth who is trying to push his body off the floor. J Mont measures Goth as he holds the lead pipe high in the air, waiting for Goth to get to his knees so that he can blast him right in the face. Only to be surprised when Goth explodes out of nowhere, tackles J Mont in the process and drives him into the Time Keepers table as both men ultimately land behind it as everything on th table scatter across the floor. Goth is pounding away at Mont before grabbing the lead pipe and chokes J Mont with it while having Mont’s arms underneath his legs so that he cannot stop him from choking him out.
Centurion: This is what you get when you push someone over the edge!! I cannot say I don’t blame Goth for all of this!! But Good God what a violent match so far!!!
Goth finally gets up, grabs hold of J Mont’s arm and lifts him up only to knock him down by crashing the lead pipe straight into his face. He looks around the crowd with a look of destruction edged upon his face before dragging Mont to the ring and pushes him back first into the steel ring post as he sets him up to be levelled with the lead pipe.
Derek Diamond: OMG!!!!
Goth swings the lead pipe, but Mont manages to slide away as Goth hits the steel ring post with the lead pipe. The impact causes him to drop the lead pipe as Mont immediately pushes Goth face first into the steel ring post before following it up with a Back Body Drop on the concrete padded floor. We see both men battered and bruised on their backs on the concrete floor, both breathing heavily and obviously their bodies are aching from the impacts that they have put each other through in the early going. J Mont gets up first, grabs Goth’s arm before pulling him up to his feet and rolls him back in the ring before following him back in and goes for the cover.
1!!!
2!!!
Thre….
Goth manages to get a shoulder off the canvas, causing J Mont to immediately start to punch away at the face of Goth before choking him out with both hands while the referee is watching on as he is just there to count the pinfall and ring the bell. We see Goth’s eyes slowly close as his body seems to go limp. Causing J Mont to let go as he pulls Goth up to his feet by grabbing hold of his hair, he drags him towards the corner as he sets himself up to jump the ropes and connect with a Headlock Bulldog coming off the ropes. Only to have Goth manage to push him off of him somehow as J Mont lands on his backside before we see Goth charge in at him from behind, jumps over J Mont as he grabs him by the head and rolls through. The impact of the move causes J Mont’s head to snap forwards before dropping backwards as the back of his head hits the canvas. Goth quickly goes for the cover
1!!!
2!!!
Thr…
J Mont gets his shoulder off the canvas as Goth immediately starts to deliver rapid fists against the head of J Mont before finally rolling out of the ring and seeks something underneath the ring before coming back up with a table that he slides back in the ring underneath the bottom rope. He notices J Mont struggling to get back to his feet as he gets behind him and executes a picture perfect Dropkick to the back of his head that sends him face first into he turnbuckles as Goth turns his attention back to the table that he had slid back in the ring and positions it against the turnbuckles upon the opposite side of the ring.
Derek Diamond: I guess there won’t be any pumpkin making contest tonight!!!
Centurion: I think J Mont is about to be Goth’s pumpkin pie if he has his way with him!!!
Goth turns around and grabs J Mont by the head, bashes him into the top turnbuckle several times before doing the same to the middle and then ending it with the bottom turnbuckles to much delight from the fans. He then puts his boot against the back of his neck, forcing him nearly to eat the turnbuckles before finally letting go and grabbing hold of J Mont’s arm. He pulls him up and spins him around before setting him up to deliver an Irish Whip straight into the table, causing the table to break in the impact as the fans go wild.
Centurion: That must be it!!!!!
Goth grabs J Mont by the head after tossing some pieces of table off of him and drags him to the middle of the ring as he sets him up for his finishing move.
Derek Diamond: Sinful Confessions coming up!!!
But no, somehow J Mont manages to block Goth from spinning him around and pushes him into the turnbuckles and connects with a desperation clothesline after Goth staggers backwards out of the corner. Both men are now down and out, both men are breathing heavily as the official is checking on either men to see if they are still capable of competing in this match when suddenly the crowd starts to boo heavily.
Derek Diamond: What is she doing here???
Centurion: Good God, how can she even stand after that brutal ladder match prior to this match!!!
We see Amber Mansley enter the ring as she grabs the urn that stands in the corner of the ring and hands it over to J Mont before turning her attention towards Goth. Holding a can of mace in her hands as she is about to intentionally blind the man, only to be met by a spear from Kat Jones who has been on the outside the ring watching the carnage inside the ring. Kat Jones is battering Mansley with closed fists before being levelled from behind by Mont as he hits her with the urn in the back of her hand.
Centurion: The son of a ******!!!!
Derek Diamond: HE SAID A LOVELY MOTHER!!! NOTHING WRONG OVER HERE PEOPLE!!!
Kat drops to the canvas as Mansley is slowly pushing her off of her as the two of them then focus upon Goth, who is trying to pull himself up by using the ropes. J Mont directs Mansley to get out of the ring as she does, spraying the mace into Goth’s eyes before grabbing him by the arms as the mace caused him to spin around automatically as the burning sensation in his eyes is hurting him. Mansley has grabbed hold of arms and ties him up to the ropes as J Mont walks up towards Goth while holding on to the urn.
Centurion: Good God, the agony that must be going through the body of Goth
Derek Diamond: The fact that Amber maced Goth in the eyes may be a blessing for J Mont!! Because I don’t know if she would be able to contain Goth if he saw what J Mont was holding in his hands!!!
J Mont is inches away from Goth, screaming at him that he is holding his dead wife’s urn in his hands. This causes Goth to get irate beyond believe, but is unable to see J Mont before getting the urn cracked across the head. Dirt and ashes sprawl across Goth before J Mont drags him to the middle of the ring as he hooks his legs for the cover.
1!!!
2!!!
Thre….
Derek Diamond: HE KICKED OUT!!! How in the hell???!!!
Centurion: It must be purely on instinct and hatred for J Mont!!!
J Mont’s face shows a look of total disbelief, grabbing hold of the official as he pushes him into the turnbuckles and screams at him that this must have been a count of three as we see Goth slowly start to stir. His face looks up at J Mont, as apparently some of his vision is starting to return and a look of hatred can be shown on the face as the camera closes in on him.
Centurion: Uh oh….. I’m glad I’m not competing anymore!!!
Derek Diamond: And it couldn’t happen to a nicer guy than J Mont!!
Goth slowly gets to his feet, about to strike J Mont from behind when suddenly.
Centurion: Damn that woman!!!
Again it is Amber Mansley that interferes, hitting Goth from behind. Only to have no affect on Goth as the man turns around and stares her in the eyes with hatred personified, causing Amber to back off in fear as Goth stalks her all the way into a corner. Amber is begging him to forgive her as we see J Mont come out of nowhere and hit the JKO on Goth as that leaves him seemingly out cold. J Mont orders something to Amber as she quickly responds by locking Kat’s left wrist with a pair of handcuffs and connects the other part to the ring ropes. J Mont in the meantime covers Goth arrogantly, believing that his finishing move would have gotten the job done as the official goes for the cover.
1!!!
2!!!
Thre….
Centurion: NO!!! HOW??!!!1
Goth somehow manages to get his shoulder off the canvas, but immediately manages to trap J Mont in the sleeper hold part of his Gothic Dream submission hold, trying to move his body in a way that he can wrap his legs around J Mont’s upper body in a full body scissor combination along with the sleeper hold. J Mont is struggling to somehow break free from the hold, but is quickly fading as the look on Goth’s face shows that he knows that he is this close to get a submission victory over Joe Montuori
Derek Diamond: Damnit!!!!
But there’s Amber again, hitting Goth in the head with a kick to the side of it, causing him to let go off the hold as now both J Mont and Amber Mansley are starting to kick away at the helpless body of Goth after J Mont has ben able to get back on his feet. J Mont tells Amber to grab something underneath the ring as he grabs hold of both Goth’s arms and locks him in a Full Nelson in the corner of the ring. We see Amber slide out of the ring and grabs a steel chair from underneath the ring before sliding back in the ring in order to blast Goth with it across the head. We see Goth struggling to get out of the tight grip that J Mont has on him, but the grip is locked in too deep for him to escape from as J Mont is laughing out loud and tells Amber to do some damage on Goth.
Centurion: Damnit! There is nobody out here that can help Goth out!!!
Derek Diamond: Sadly the official cannot do a damn thing about it!!!
Amber is about to hit Goth with the chair when suddenly the arena goes dark.
We suddenly hear Phantom Blue’s Time to Run blast across the sound system as the anticipation in the arena rises
Centurion: What is going on??
Suddenly the lights come up and a figure stands between Goth and Amber Mansley as the figure is wearing a hoodie to hide its identity is hidden as it has its back turned to the camera as only Amber Mansley can identify the figure as she shows a look of horror on her face.
Derek Diamond: Who is this???!!!!
The figure suddenly hits Amber with a spinning kick to the chair, causing it to hit in her face before the figure pulls down the hoodie and reveals….
Centurion: It’s MELISSA!!!!!!
Derek Diamond: I thought she was away??!!!!
The crowd erupts for the wife of Goth as she stands over Amber Mansley, only to turn her attention towards Goth and Joe Montuori. Revealing a face of pure hatred on her face as Montuori starts to scream and warn her. Totally forgetting about Goth as Goth hits a low blow in the corner that drops Joe Montuori. Goth and Melissa look at each other as their faces are focused upon destruction before the two kiss each other on the mouths to a large reaction from the fans.
Centurion: J Mont and Amber sure as hell pissed off the wrong couple in the WGWF!!
Derek Diamond: Melissa is a former two time champion in Sin City Wrestling, she can kick ass as the best of them!!!
Goth tells Melissa to free Kat before he turns his attention back upon Joe Montuori, stalking him in the corner where Joe is clutching on to his private parts as Melissa has found the key to the handcuffs of Kat Jones. As both women turn their attention towards Amber Mansley, making sure that the odds are even for Goth against Joe Montuori as Melissa and Kat tie Amber up around the ring post with the hand cuffs while standing on the outside of the ring as they watch Goth stalk Joe Montuori.
Centurion: Oh how ironic to see the tables turned on these two for a change!!!!!
Goth approaches J Mont who pops up with a JKO from outta nowhere!
Derek Diamond: Not for long.
Both J Mont and Goth are laid out. There is nothing the referee can do, seconds pass before J Mont rolls over and gets his arm on top of Goth’s chest.
1!!
2!!
THRE…
Goth shoots his shoulder off the mat!
Centurion: Goth escapes!
J Mont slowly starts to stir and crawls toward the ropes where he starts pulling himself up to his feet. Mont backs up into a corner and looks to punt Goth in the temple. Goth pushes himself up to all fours and we see Mont explode toward Goth looking to kick his head of his shoulder! Goth throws his head out of the way evading contact Mont’s foot.
Goth pops up catching J Mont with the Rude Awakening!
Centurion: SINFUL CONFESSIONS!
Goth makes the cover!

Centurion: What a first night we’ve had here at the 2023 Cannabis Cup. We’ve got one more day to go. Tomorrow night you will see the final 4 and the finals of the Cannabis Cup Tournament as well as Enigma challenging Peter Vaughn for the WGWF World Heavyweight Championship, and not to mention the WGWF Tag Titles are up for grabs with Sports Entertainment Xpress and the Show Stealerz… but tonight we end with Goth defeating J Mont in a hellacious street fight!
Derek Diamond: Night Two has an awful lot to live up to because Night One has been off the charts.

1!!

2!!

1!!!
Tw…
1!!!
2!!!
Thr…

Sam releases Edwards hand.
SAM CHATMAN: Go out there and show the world what Edward Grado is capable of.

Newton ducks out of the way evading the shot!

The crowd is on fire for Grado as Newton can’t believe it. Clyde pounds on the mat out of frustration before calming himself as he steps back up to his feet. Clyde reaches down picking Grado up off the mat where he sets him up for a Jackknife Powerbomb! Newton hoists up Grado in the air but it’s Grado who uses the momentum to counter into a sunset flip!

Newton escapes the near fall and both Grado and Newton are back to their feet where Grado looks for the running boot to the face a second time! Newton ducks and bounces off the far side and before he can do anything else Edward spins around throwing up both hands as he screams out STOP!
Clyde stops dead track and Edward simply takes a reverse hammer lock.
CENTURION: What the hell did we just see?
Edward transitions into a side headlock before being backed up against the ropes, Newton shoots Edward across the ring with an Irish Whip, Edward bounces off the far side and baseball slides between the legs of Newton, Grado pops back up to his feet where he catches Newton with a Superkick as he spins around! Grado quickly makes the cover hooking the inside leg.

Newton escapes with a kick out to a massive gasp from the crowd,
DERRICK DIAMOND: Clyde kicks out!
Attention diverts to the top of the ramp where MADDOX walks out with CAINE.
CENTURION: What the hell are Maddox and Caine doing here?!?!
Edward gets back to his feet where he calls for his running Clymore kick but as he turns to walk toward the neutral corner he sees Maddox. Edward points up to the top of the ramp acknowledging the presence. Cain is shown whispering into Maddox ear.
Edward turns around where he is split in half with a Spear!
CENTURION: BROOKLYN’S FINEST!
Newton makes the side press with a hook of the inside leg.

Newton kicks dirt on Grado, or acts like it before exiting the ring and celebrating his victory… but then he sees Maddox standing at the top of the ramp and stops in his tracks. Caine whispers something else in Maddox’s ear as they stare down Clyde before turning and walking back through the curtain

Myst starts climbing down the Ladder with her new Championship. Myst collapses to the mat with the title on her chest as she has a sadistic smirk on her face.
Derek Diamond: What does this mean for the TV Title division on Monday Night Brawl because with this win Jenny Myst is now on the Brawl Brand.

¬ - ¬ - ¬ - ¬ - ¬ - ¬ - ¬ - ¬ - ¬ - ¬ - ¬ - ¬ - ¬ - ¬ - ¬ - ¬ - ¬ - ¬ - ¬ - ¬
