The camera opens up to inside the home of Lexi Gold, but most specifically her bedroom. It was early in the morning, and the sun was just rising. The camera pans over to her shelf that had her large doll collection on it. From first glance, some gave off creepy vibes. However, one seemed to be missing. A sudden yawn and ruffling with blankets sounds was heard coming from the bed as the attention was back on the bed itself and shockingly enough a doll occupied the bed instead of Lexi. We would assume that was the missing doll. It sat up and looked sideways. The doll had blonde hair, a vintage plaid brown dress, matching brown socks and black shoes. The doll got out of bed and walked around the room before exiting it and walking into another room right beside it. It was a snake paradise. A room where all her snakes were. She grabbed their food and started feeding them one by one while humming to herself as if this whole situation seemed normal.
Lexi (in doll form): “You are such good boys and girls waiting for mommy to wake up and not making a chatter. Would you like some more food?”
The snakes stuck their tongues out at once as if they understood what she said before feeding them their final meal for this morning, then once was done with that she walked over to a rocking chair in the corner of the room, climbed onto it and sat there as the chair begun to rock back and forth, causing her eyes to become heavy and close for a few minutes while the chair continued to rock.
The sound of something falling on the floor outside her door startled her and woke her up, her eyes opening big from the sound.
Lexi (in doll form): “Is it breakfast time yet?”
She turns her head to look out the window and realizes it is still dark outside. She sighs and hops off the chair and looks around the room, still feeling somewhat groggy.
Lexi (in doll form): “It feels like I've been asleep for hours. I still need to pack for my trip, but first I need food in my system.”
As she starts walking towards the door, she starts humming a song. She stops in front of a big mirror, and places both her hands over her mouth, shocked over the transformation from human to doll.
Lexi (in doll form): “How? Why? You know, I could have fun with this. I have never lived life as a doll before until now. If my legs were any longer, I could probably drive a car, but since they aren't the next best option would be to walk around the neighborhood. What could possibly go wrong?”
She smiled at herself in the mirror, then skipped away for no reason, and eventually, she left the room. The cameras followed closely behind as she was now standing on top of the staircase and just as she was about to walk down it the scene transported back to her bedroom again. She quickly sat up from the bed and ran to the bathroom where she stood in front of the mirror looking normal again as she ran her hands all over her face. The dream felt real. She stared at herself for a few minutes longer, realizing nothing will change now, so she decided to climb back into bed with the dream still lingering on in her mind.
“Before the closing of the WGWF, it had a good history behind it. I've heard the stories, and I've listened to it, and while I wished I was around right at that time and took part in it all I wanted to make up for it somehow, so after thinking about it, I decided to go to the head boss and make things right. After putting pen to paper, my name was signed on the dotted line and from there it became official. Now I can finally create history to look back on. That starts on Brawl.”
She takes a deep breath and collects more of her thoughts.
“While I'm excited to make a good first impression on the world, I also know I have my work cut out with three obstacles standing in my way. One of them being someone who was the first person in the match to be very vocal regarding myself on social media, and certainly not in a good way. Joseph Buongiorno thinks he has figured me out, but he failed at the information he brought to me.”
She shook her head, and looked at the camera, not pleased with his comments towards her.
“Failed Barbie doll? Wannabe wrestler? A word of advice, Joseph, I understand you are new to the business, but do your homework on me before you try to insult me with these rundown insults that should not be used today. Wrestling is the only thing that matters to me, and if you honestly think this match is going to go smoothly, and you will walk away with a win under your belt, then you are sadly mistaken. You won't have much to show when you are on the receiving end of my boot planted on your face, knocking you unconscious and unable to get up. You can then take your L, and assumptions back to the locker room.”
“This brings to my next opponent, Victoria Strader. While digging up information on her, I've come to notice that we have something in common, and that is we were both adopted. Still, it seems like you grew up to be a strong-minded woman, right? However, I do question your motives. I have heard about the story where you threw your own sister off a roof, and god knows what else you've done. You attempt to pull that shit with me, and it may not end well.”
She crossed her arms and looked around before continuing.
“I understand you may want to turn heads, but there is a right way and a wrong way to go about it. When that bell rings I'm taking the right way with an understanding that you might be my biggest threat in this match, but I've taken on the baddest, most vicious competitors around, and I have no problem doing that with you, Victoria.”
“This leads me to the final person in this match, Cholo" Giovanni Santana. It seems your name echoes a lot with people much like myself. You are a popular guy, but popularity will not help with this one. Luckily, I know you don't care about that, and you would rather let your hard work speak for itself. I find that admirable along with your helpfulness, but in the end both will serve no purpose considering there are hungry wolves who want to get to the top and will step on you and try to destroy you. As for me, I will make sure to strategize carefully and lay out a good plan for me.”
She nods her head.
“The way I see it is this... all three of you will be viewed as temporary roadblocks to my success here and with just any roadblock you all will take the detour whereas I will be led to the right path of greatness and where head turning moments will be made. See you all at the Relaunch, ladies and gents.”
She says with confidence and a smile before walking off.
