OOC: This took place sometime after Achilles won his triple threat match.
We cut backstage after Achilles' match where we find him walking back to the locker room. But before he can reach it he is intercepted by the shrill harsh sound of a whistle, wielded by Donatello.
DONATELLO: What are you doing SIMP, Artemis wants us at HER locker room, NOW!
Without question, Achilles followed along, suddenly completely revived from his earlier bout and fully focused on making it to Artemis, whom they see impatiently tapping her foot against the floor as she stands outside her own locker room.
Before the two men can speak, Artemis gives them a steely look that gets them silent.
ARTEMIS: Someone is in my locker room right now, so you two better go in there and stop them in their tracks!
The two followers nod like eager dogs who don’t need to wait for their treats, and on a quick count of three the two of them barge down the door with Artemis in tow. They stop dead in their tracks with a deep gasp, as a mysterious woman is in the middle of trying on Artemis’ unmentionables, with many more of Artemis’ clothing strewn about.
The woman turns around and screams appropriately, causing the rest to also scream, the two men try to avert their gaze but a slap by Artemis sets them right as they try to storm the intruder. Donatello makes sure to trip up Achilles so he can take the credit, but it only results in the mystery woman sidestepping causing the muse to run face-first into the concrete wall.
Achilles scrambles in turn, but just as it seems he has a chance to get a firm grasp, he flinches at the realization he was about to grab the uncovered flesh of a woman other than Artemis causing him to equally ineffectually stumble straight into Donatello, the two of them forming an impotent pile on the floor.
But all the chaos ensures Artemis would succeed, lunging forward and manhandling the woman against a locker with a metallic thud, her forearm pressed forcefully into the woman’s throat.
ARTEMIS: Who are you are? Why are you dressing in my clothes? Why is your hair done up like mine? Why are you wearing my sunglasses? Answer me or I’ll have you hung at the gallows in the morrow!
As the mystery woman recovers from the shock, her eyes grow wide and her smile grows nigh maniacal as she looks like a puppy in front of Artemis. Her breath ragged, and her excitement visibly increasing with every passing second.
INTRUDER: It’s you, you’re Artemis! I have dreamt of this day so much I can’t believe it actually happened, and… you’re… actually touching me!
The smile only grew as the woman started to heave in excitement, and Artemis for a split second recoiled at the woman’s words. Stepping back, the two followers jumped in to prevent the woman from escaping. As Artemis recomposes herself, she starts to laugh, side-eyeing the woman who is trying to look like her.
ARTEMIS: I bet that capricious cur Candice hired you, to dress as me, act as me, and try to sully my honor with lewd and lascivious actions, isn’t that right, you… wench! Just another part of her conspiracy against my renaissance… Admit it, and maybe I will let you off easily!
The woman looks confused but quickly realizes what she is being blamed for, and she shakes her head with enough force to shift around the two people holding her back.
INTRUDER: No, that’s not true! I LOVE you, Artemis! I want to be like you, you are my idol, you are my everything! Nobody could ever make me hurt you, you’re… the perfection I strive to be like!
The three others look at her quizzically, mistrust in her eyes. Artemis looks around the floor, and despite the absolute mess the intruder had made she could immediately pick out the clothes the other had come in with, picking them up and inspecting them, before throwing them at her.
ARTEMIS: Your taste in clothing is so gauche, you could never be like me… Get dressed…
DONATELLO: Yeah, good call Artemis, she is clearly a deranged maniac hired by Candice!
Artemis looks annoyed at Donatello and raises her hand to stop him from speaking.
ARTEMIS: I hadn’t finish speaking, muse…
… Before leveling her gaze back at the woman.
ARTEMIS: But I can respect someone who has clearly made an attempt, a poor one, but an attempt nonetheless. Maybe… Yes… Perhaps…
Artemis closes in, eyeing over her features like an art expert judging a painting, making sure to take in every detail.
ARTEMIS: You will do perfectly, because while you are no champion, and you shall never be my muse either… I see the potential in you, with a little bit of effort and a bit of work, innocence such as your own means you are an empty canvas, such. Perfect. Innocence…
Achilles now reacts, letting go of the woman to try and plead with the woman he equally, perhaps even more so looks up to than the mystery woman had claimed.
ACHILLES: Are you sure, she could still be a spy, even if she isn’t, there is no way even you could…
Artemis quirks an eyebrow and shuts the SIMP up without even a word said. Artemis has made up her mind and smiles as the woman looks up to Artemis like a child looking up at their protector.
ARTEMIS: I don’t know, nor do I care what your name used to be, who you used to be. But today, you are part of my renaissance. As the image of innocence, you will be my Eve.
The woman seems to almost break down in happiness at the proclamation of her new identity. Donatello and Achilles seem dumbfounded at the decision, but one snap of Artemis’ delicate fingers gets their attention back to her.
ARTEMIS: Now you two come with me, I got plans to discuss, and with our newest addition… I think they shall become an even greater success than before…
