Bio:
Joey Crump is a 26 year old pseudo-wrestler/actor determined to become a mainstay in the industry. He graduated with a degree in Communications from USC in 2007, and was cast as an extra in the 2009 movie “Adventureland”. (His scene was cut from the film.) Crump began wrestling after he graduated, as well.
Crump’s developed well as wrestler, but hasn’t latched on for many long-term gigs. He once wrestled for a promotion semi-consistently in 2010, which was secretly funded by wrestling aficionado/MTV Video Award winner Michael Bay. The company is currently on hiatus.
Prior to joining the WGWF, Crump supplanted his wrestling income by working as a Cast Member at Disneyland. He worked the Hollywood Tower of Terror attraction in multiple capacities.
Leonardo Falconer is a former promoter himself who now operates a talent management company. Crump is his first (and only) client. Falconer is 68 years old and has an affinity for suits with a fedora and whiskey. He is also a womanizer and inherited a small fortune from his father, who produced shoelace caps during WW2. Falconer sold the company to Nike in 1987 for $10 million and hasn’t worked a real job since. Although he sunk a chunk of his inheritance in a VHS production company in 2004.
