The 2023 West Coast Rumble takes the air live on Pay-Per-View from the CCPE Arena at the Velvet Rabbit Las Vegas…
CCPE Arena loses their shit off rip as all attention pivots toward the top of the ramp where we see walking out through smokey white haze is the owner of the WGWF, “CHRONIC” CHRIS PAGE… with CANDICE WOLF-PAGE on his arm. Chris and Candice start to make the walk toward the ring as we now hear the voices of Centurion and Tyler Cage welcoming us to tonight’s broadcast.
CENTURION: Do not adjust your televisions sets because we are kicking off the West Coast Rumble with the owner of the WGWF! Good evening ladies and gentlemen, and Happy New Year, I’m Centurion and I’m being joined by Tyler Cage on a night where the WGWF Tag Team and World Heavyweight Champions are going to be crowned!
TYLER CAGE: This is the WEST COAST RUMBLE BAYYYYYYBBBBBBEEEEEE!!
Chris and Candice reach ringside where Chris holds Candice’s hand while she makes her way up the steel steps. Chris climbs up on the apron where he sits on the middle rope while pushing up the top rope for his Queen to step through the ropes followed by CCP. The crowd is on fire as we see Chris reach through the ropes and is handed a microphone. “Judas” by Fozzy fades away leaving a solid chant of “CCP! CCP! CCP!” from the sold out crowd.
Chris nods his head in acknowledgement before raising the microphone where he starts to address the house.
CHRIS PAGE: Allow me to be the first to officially welcome 15,000 of our closest friends here in Las Vegas… AND… the millions watching from the comfort on their own home to the 2023 WEST COAST RUMBLE!
The crowd explodes as Candice applauds Chris with a huge smile on her face.
CHRIS PAGE:The WGWF is the first company to have a major Pay-Per-View of the New Year because the WGWF elects to separate itself from everyone else, and tonight the stakes couldn’t be higher unless it’s name was Candice.
Chris turns giving his bride a wink and a nod so applause mixed with some laughter from the crowd. Candice shrugs while mouthing the words “It’s True.”
CHRIS PAGE: I’m not going to take up a lot of time, but I wanted to come out tonight to express the level of importance this night carries not only for me, personally, but this company as well. For the better part of four months the men and women of the WGWF have all been busting their asses to get to this one night of the year that has always managed to have significant importance.
The crowd starts to quiet down allowing Chris to continue.
CHRIS PAGE: But tonight the level of importance is at an all-time high, because by the time we leave the air we are going to have our FIRST WGWF World Heavyweight Champion of the modern era when twenty of the most talented athletes in our industry will roll the dice in the West Coast Rumble Match, to the victor shall go all the spoils.
There is a quick pause from CCP before he continues.
CHRIS PAGE: While all eyes are on the Rumble match that’s not the only history we are going to make. We are also crowning the new WGWF Tag Team Champions when the Show Stealerz and The Syndicate finally hook it up when Falls Count Anywhere!
The crowd pops at the match plugs.
CHRIS PAGE: I know the roster is ready, I know Candice is ready, I know Raven is ready, I know I sure as shit am ready… so, that just leaves all of you. Are you ready?
The fans erupt bringing a smile to Chris’s face as he pivots his attention to ringside.
CHRIS PAGE: You heard em’ Harvey.
The fan reaction gets louder as “The Big Ticket” gets out of his chair and makes his way up the steel steps and steps into the ring. Harvey and Chris shake hands before Harvey hugs Candice while giving her a kiss on the cheek. Chris and Candice take their exit as Harvey Marx takes center stage.
”THE BIG TICKET” HARVEY MARX: Ladies and Gentlemen, your opening contest for the WEST COAST RUMBLE is scheduled for one fall!
The Vegas crowd pop huge for “The Big Ticket”!
”THE BIG TICKET” HARVEY MARX: Introducing first, about to make her way to the ring… She is LEXI GOLD!!
"5 out of 6" hits and the crowd cheers on The Golden Goddess as she makes her way out from behind the curtain. She stands on the ramp and looks toward the crowd, feeding off the energy they were bringing tonight before walking down the ramp and clapping some hands at ringside, then runs up the steps and enters the ring through the bottom rope. While in the ring, she taunts a little and turns her focus to the stage and waits for her opponent music to hit next.
”THE BIG TICKET” HARVEY MARX: And introducing her opponent…
”THE BIG TICKET” HARVEY MARX: About to make her way to the ring, she is EMILY SIMMS!!!
Lose Control by Poe the Passenger kicks up over the loudspeakers as the arena goes dark. A second later a series of red and blue pyro explodes and the lights come back up and we see one Emily Simms standing at the top of the ramp bouncing back and forth on the balls of her feet. She’s clad in a pair of blue booty shorts with a red and blue crop top that bears the Pepsi logo next to the words “Emily Simms”. Her long blond hair is pulled back into a high ponytail with a red and blue ribbon tied in a neat little bow.
TYLER CAGE: The action kicks off with a grudge match between former friend baddies.
CENTURION: That's correct Tyler, Lexi Gold would mistakenly lay out Emily Simms in the Television Championship match last week and it cost her the win.
TYLER CAGE: You say accident but that Baddie Emily doesn't see it that way and let's be honest Lexi has a sweet face but she's as treacherous as a snake.
Lexi and Emily make their way to the middle of the ring and it looks like Lexi tries to explain what happens on Brawl. Still, Emily shakes her head with a cold stone look on her face and then scoops Lexi up and drops her to the ground, and begins hammering her with punches, and then bangs Lexi's head repeatedly against the mat. The referee gives Emily a warning and she immediately lets go and walks off and backs up in the corner as Lexi tries to get up Emily rushes out of the corner and kicks her right in her ribs and then hits a double foot stomp on her and then slaps Lexi around and lifts her head up to talk trash to Lexi. Still, Lexi slaps her hand away and counters with a punch to the face and now Lexi makes her way up to a vertical base and starts unloading on Emily and then nails her with a European uppercut that sends her leaning in the ropes and Lexi follow it up with a massive close line that sends them both over the top rope.
TYLER CAGE: These baddies are trying to kill each other.
CENTURION: The bad blood between these two is boiling and it's starting to show.
Both competitors trade punches as they try to make it up to their feet. As they both get to a vertical base, they exchange punches until Emily gains the advantage by elbowing Lexi into her gut and then sending her flying over the steel steps. The fans let Emily know they don't appreciate her actions but she just laughs them off and walks sinisterly toward Lexi who begins to get up to one knee. Emily grabs her by her face and bounces her head off the apron and then picks her up like a small child and drops her face first on the apron and then rolls her back inside the ring as the referee gets to the count of seven.
TYLER CAGE: The Baddie Emily seems to be in full control of this match right now.
CENTURION: Only because she's playing fast and loose with the rules.
Emily waits on the outside of the apron as he measures Lexi as she makes it to her feet and then Emily launches and attempts to hit a springboard forearm on Lexi but Lexi counters with a drop kick and then quickly hits the ropes and as she bounces back towards Emily and hits a shining wizard and hooks both legs for the pin.

2!!
Kickout..
Emily gets the shoulder up and punches Lexi in the face and then rolls out of the ring to get some space.
TYLER CAGE: Smart thinking by this Baddie, Emily knows she needs to get some distance and regroup.
CENTURION: Interesting take from you Tyler, some of us in the business calls that running away.
Lexi follows after Emily and this time she gains the advantage and slings, Emily, into the barricade and theme ams her shoulder into her midsection, and then lifts Emily over her and plants her down with a northern light suplex. Lexi then grabs Emily by the tights and rolls her back into the ring. Lexi goes to the top turnbuckle and once she gains her balance she launches looking to connect on a big frog splash but Emily gets her knees up and Lexi rolls over in pain but Emily doesn't give her a chance to recover as she stomps her out and then lifts her up and leans her up against the ropes and delivers earth-shattering chops to the chest.
TYLER CAGE: I would hate to catch a slap from Emily.
CENTURION: I would love to see that actually but yes Emily has a very great technique with those chops.
She delivers a few more chops to her chest and then runs to the opposite side of the ropes to get some bounce as she comes back and hits Lexi with a massive closeline that sends Lexi to the outside and Emily watches her stagger to her feet and then uses the ring ropes to propel herself over the ropes and hits a crossbody on Lexi and then hammers her with punches. She then lifts Lexi up in a suplex position and walks over towards the barricade and looks to suplex her on top of it but Lexi fights out of it and reverses it into her favor and instead suplex Emily on top of the barricade and she leans over Lexi backs up and hits a scissor kick across the back of Emily's head. Lexi rolls back inside the ring and then back out to break up the referee's count.
CENTURION: See that Tyler, that's a savvy veteran.
TYLER CAGE: Yeah, yeah but she's not as cute as Emily.
CENTURION: You are such a dog.
TYLER CAGE: Thank you.
Lexi now turns her back towards Emily who staggers back to her feet and then Lexi uses the ropes to hit a springboard moonsault but Emily catches her and then gets a running start before planting Lexi straight across the steel steps! Emily takes this time to recover for a moment but then stays on top of her as she pulls her up by her hair and then up on the apron with her. Emily hits a DDT on the apron and then lifts Lexi up again and this time she lifts Lexi up to the top of the turnbuckle with her. Emily then hits big time suplex off the top turnbuckle but she doesn't let go of her and then continues to lift her up again and hits a falcon arrow suplex but instead of going for the pin she makes her way back to the top of the turnbuckle and this time she looks for the shooting star press but Lexi rolls over just enough that Emily only catches her shoulder but eats most of the mat and now both competitors are down.
TYLER CAGE: HOLY SHIT!
CENTURION: Emily might have hurt herself more than she did Lexi on that one, it's anyone's match to win right now.
The referee gets to the count of seven as both Lexi and Emily struggle to get to their feet. The referee's count is at nine now and they both barely beat the count as they get to a vertical base. They stare each other down with pure hate and then they begin to trade punches back and forth as the fans get out of their seat and we get a mixed reaction of support for both wrestlers as we hear them chant for Lexi and then for Emily.
TYLER CAGE: These Baddies have this place rocking!!!
CENTURION: Getting all their money's worth.
Emily rocks Lexi with a brutal headbutt and then hits a belly-to-belly suplex. Emily then climbs back up to the top turnbuckle and gets her balance together and then launched off the top rooe and this time she hits The double bubble right on target this time and she hooks one leg as the referee gets in position.
1!!
2!!
THRE..
TYLER CAGE: THAT WAS SO CLOSE!!!!
CENTURION: Emily Simms was seconds away from the win.
Emily slaps the mat in frustration and goes back up to the top turnbuckle as she tries to get her balance, Lexi comes out of nowhere to hit the ropes to cause Smily fall down to a sitting position on the top turnbuckle. Lexi quickly nails her with some punches and then Lexi gets up on the top turnbuckle with Emily and take shops of her and then hits the Means to an End (Half Nelson Electric Chair Driver) off the top turnbuckle and down to the mat!!!
TYLER CAGE: This has to be it!
Lexi hooks the leg and the referee rushes into position.

WINNER VIA PINFALL: LEXI GOLD
Match Time: 11:43
CENTURION: She got her! Lexi Gold defeats Emily Simms.
Lexi gets to her knees where she has her arm raised in victory.
TYLER CAGE: What a bitchin’ opening match tonight at the West Coast Rumble.
Lexi slips out to the floor as she starts to make her way back up the ramp. Emily clutches at the back of her head as she watches Gold leave.
The camera opens up in the very nice office of James Raven. It’s very nice. It smells of cinnamon rolls in there, not that you can tell through your screen, but he got a scented candle for Christmas and he lights it when he has company to make the environment more welcoming.
He wouldn’t light it for Joe Montouri. Just to put that on the record.
The Almighty WGWF GM sits behind his desk, feet up on the highly polished wood as he waves his hands around dramatically and finishes his joke with a flourish.
JAMES RAVEN: - and the goat looks at the baby, and says “Well shit, son, I guess I gotta buy a plunger”!
He grins from ear to ear, slapping his knee as he looks expectantly across the desk at his guest.
DENZEL PORTER: … I don’t get it.
JAMES RAVEN: Neither do I. I was hoping you’d fill me in. Atara’s family told me, and I pretended to understand, but they may have been messing with me. Anyways, what can I do for ya, Denzel? You looking to put me on a list? Wanna interview me for something?
DENZEL PORTER: You, uh, you called me boss.
JAMES RAVEN: RIGHT! You’re right! I’m sorry, Christmas has been a really crazy time for me. I’m all over the place, but I’m dialling it in, I swear.
Denzel looks at his watch.
DENZEL PORTER: Christmas was over a week ago, my man.
JAMES RAVEN: NOPE! I converted when I married Atara, remember? Christmas lasts forever now. Literally forever. Anyways, I was hoping you’d help me get some attention on something. You know, blast it out to the masses for me.
DENZEL PORTER: Of course. What’cha got for me?
James throws out a pair of jazz hands.
JAMES RAVEN: Breaking News! Come on, do it with me. Breaking News.
DENZEL PORTER: I’m not doing that.
JAMES RAVEN: Ugh. Fine. Anyways, Chris and I have been talking. We’ve spent a lot of time building up to the West Coast Rumble here tonight, but we need to start thinking about what comes next… about what the landscape of the WGWF looks like moving forward.
Denzel nods his head thoughtfully.
JAMES RAVEN: It’s time to factor in the Intercontinental title.
Denzel smiles.
DENZEL PORTER: I liiiiike it. When are you thinking about rolling it out?
JAMES RAVEN: Um. Pretty much… immediately. That’s why I said “it’s time”, c’mon man. Next Brawl, eight of our stars get their final chance to call themselves an inaugural champion. I’ve got some names in mind, but I’m looking to the rumble tonight to see where everyone falls before making any final decisions.
DENZEL PORTER: Sounds like it’ll be a lot of fun.
James nods.
JAMES RAVEN: Of course it will be. So do what you do, and let everyone know to keep their eyes on the next card. Come on, that deserves one of these right? BREAKING NEWS!
Denzel shakes his head and sighs, and the two enjoy the scent of cinnamon rolls before we fade out and back to the ring.
”THE BIG TICKET” HARVEY MARX: The following contest is scheduled for one fall…
”THE BIG TICKET” HARVEY MARX: Introducing first, about to make her way to the ring… She is the GODDESS, she is ATARA RAVEN!
The honeyed rasp of Atara's voice blares over the facility's PA in unison with those words appearing on the multitude of screens and displays littering the arena.
HELLO DOVES
The crowd pops and gets to their feet shouting in near total unison a single word.
OPA!
Arena lights start to pulse in time with the music and multiple vertical streams of pyro erupt across the front of stage. Strutting with purpose Atara emerges from the back taking spot centerstage atop the ramp. Posing for the camera, a wink and kiss is given to the viewers at home.
Grunge walking to the ringsteps, she climbs and stops at the top to posture again for her adoring public. Hand on her hip, the Grecian moves to the middle of the apron to blows a final kiss to the camera and enters the ring through the middle rope.
”THE BIG TICKET” HARVEY MARX: And her opponent…
”THE BIG TICKET” HARVEY MARX: About to make her way to the ring, she is ADDISON ANDREWS!!
“Bleed American” by Jimmy Eat World hits over the arena as Addison walks out from behind the curtain. She stands at the top of the ramp and looks at both sides of the arena, she nods her head to get amped up and walks down the ramp, trying to fit in some high fives on both sides on the way down. She walks to the hardcam side and rolls into the ring. She takes off her jacket and tosses it to the outside of the ring before standing on the bottom rope, she leans over the top doing a quick pose to the hard cam before dropping back into the ring.

TYLER CAGE: Here we go. My best friends Baddie Atara Raven is about to square off with another impressive Baddie Addison Andrews.
CENTURION: Great analysis right there Tyler.
Atara and Addison circle each other in the middle of the ring looking to get the advantage, they begin the test of strength and for a moment they are even but Atara begins to take control and begins to back Addison into the corner and then lays into her with some hard chops to her chest. The referee tells Atara to get her out of the corner before she ignores as she hits Addison with a European uppercut and then swings her to the opposite corner but as Atara rushes her, Addison uses her momentum to run up the turnbuckle to hit a back flip behind Atara as she lands on her feet. Atara hits the breaks but when she turns around Addison hits her with a missile drop kick and she drops down into the corner of the turnbuckle and then Addison builds up momentum as she runs around the ring and then charges towards Atara and hits a cannonball!!!
TYLER CAGE: NO! Not bestfriend Baddie.
CENTURION: Way to not show your bias Tyler, but great offensive move by Addison. She started off shaky but now she's is in full control of this match now.
Addison climbs up to the top of the turnbuckle and gets her balance before looking down at Atara and launches herself in the air and hits a shooting star press and goes for the pin.
1!!
TW..
Atara gets her shoulder up and before Addison could react Atara has transition into a crossface submission in the middle of the ring for nowhere for Addison to go!
TYLER CAGE: Look at Bestfriends Baddie transition game and now she got Addison stuck between a rock and a hard place!
CENTURION: Atara showing off her veteran skills and great technical mat game.
Atara applies more pressure to the hold on Addison who struggles to find a way out of it. The referee asks Addison if she wants to give up but she refuses as she shakes her head and the fans start to cheer her on as she starts to use her free hand and leg to move herself closer to the ropes. Atara tries to apply more pressure to force the tap but Addison is able to make it and grab the bottom rope and Atara is forced to break the hold.
TYLER CAGE: That Baddie really knows her way around a ring.
CENTURION: Yes Tyler, we call that ring awareness in the business and Addison just displayed it beautifully to get out of that hold.
Addison rolls to the outside of the ring to recover but savvy veteran Atara doesn't give her much time as she follows her to the outside. Addison leans on the barricade as she recovers but Atara grabs her from behind but Addison counters with an elbow to the gut and Atara staggers backwards as she grabs her stomach. Addison uses this time to climb the barricade and then balance herself before running it and then launching off to hit a hurricanrana on Atara that slings her into the steel steps.
TYLER CAGE: HOLY SHIT!
CENTURION: Holy shit is right, beautiful move by Addison and now Atara is in trouble.
The referee begins is at the count of five and Addison realizes this and pulls Atara up and throws her into the ring and then she slides in herself and the referee stops the count. Addison climbs to the top of the turnbuckle and hypes the fans up as she does as she gets them prepared for her next big move but as she balances herself Atara moves like a bat out of hell as she uses her athleticism to jump up to the top turnbuckle to Addison surprise and then Atara hits a belly to belly suplex off the top turnbuckle!
TYLER CAGE: THIS IS AWESOME!!!
CENTURION: These competitors are giving it their all in this one as they simply want to prove that they are better than the other.
Atara gets her arm over Addison for the pin and the referee gets in position to make the count.
1!!
2!!
Thr.KICKOUT!!!
Addison kicks out at the very last second and the fans jump out of their seats thinking it was all over.
TYLER CAGE: Addison is a Baddie with a fighting heart that fans can get behind.
CENTURION: You can see the look on Ataras face to know she thought it was over.
Atara slaps the mat in frustration as she looks at Addison who starts to make it to her feet. Atara gets up and quickly slings her to the turnbuckle and then hits her with an European uppercut and then backs up as Addison stumbles out of the corner. Atara rushes her again and looks for a head scissors takedown but as she gets her legs around Addison's neck she counters it and Addison pulls Atara to the middle of the ring and locks in a sharpshooter.
TYLER CAGE: WOW!!!
CENTURION: What a counter by Addison Andrews, I know I've said this many times but the skill and gifted athleticism in this match is unreal. These two competitors are given it their all.
Addison leans back to apply more pressure and get better leverage on the hold and you can see it having great effect from the look on Ataras face as she struggles to find a way out of it. The referee checks to see if she wants to tap out but Atara says no and then you can almost see the fire light up in her eyes.
TYLER CAGE: Bestfriends Baddie has a no die attitude, you can not make this Greek surrender.
CENTURION: Atara is the true definition of a warrior.
Atara manages to find a way to grab Addison's ankle and counter the sharpshooter into the an ankle lock and now she has Addison trapped in a submission hold and panic cones over Addison's face but only for a brief moment as she now counters by pulling Atara forward with her leg and Atara lands on the middle rope and Addison looks at the fans with a smirk on her face and then she bounces off the ropes on the opposite side and as she gets closer to Atara she hits the 619! Atara falls backwards towards the opposite side of the ring and then struggles to get up to her feet as she uses the ropes. Addison gets a running start before charging Atara looking for a close line but Atara catches her and hits a belly-to-belly suplex outside of the ring!
TYLER CAGE: HOLY SHIT!!!!
CENTURION: Atara just launched her out of the ring like a rocket!
Addison lays lifeless on the outside while Atara hits herself up as she walks around the ring with a focused look on her face. She stares at Addison on the outside and then she looks at the top turnbuckle and makes her way to the top. Atara waits for Addison to stagger to her feet and then Atara launches and hits a moonsault off the top turnbuckle and takes out Addison and herself as they lay out on the outside.
TYLER CAGE: FUCKING DAREDEVIL I SWEAR!!!
CENTURION: Atara went for high risk and got high rewards.
Atara is the first to her feet where she picks Addison up and tosses her back into the ring. Atara slides back into the ring herself. She gets to a vertical base and calls for Judgement of Paris!
The crowd is rocking as we see Addison starting to push herself back up off the mat and to her feet. Atara comes forward looking for the Muay Thia Bicycle Knee Strike! Addison evades at the last second and when Atara spins around Addison catches Atty with ADDY CAN’T FALL!
Anderson quickly makes a backpress hooking the inside leg.

WINNER VIA PINFALL: ADDISON ANDREWS
Match Time: 12:17
CENTURION: Andrews did it! She got the win over Atara!
Addison rolls out to the floor, spent as she’s followed by the referee who raises her arm in victory.
TYLER CAGE: Addison Andrews just made Baddie status.
Addison celebrates while making her way back up the ramp as we fade to the following segment.
The scene opens inside the Mirage. Punisher is walking with a huge smile on his face. The crowd are letting him have it. He suddenly turns toward the camera. Reaching down he grabs three briefcases stacked. He stands next to a table as he begins to speak.
I know tonight is about the Rumble but you see I have bigger news then that. In fact, what I am about to reveal to you is bigger the WGWF newly crowned champion later. Hit the footage.
A video rolls from next weekend at Brawl. Punisher is seen taking the briefcase and placing it on the counter. He leans in looking up at the odds for the TV Title match.
Punisher: Ma'am I would love to take this entire briefcase of 50,000 dollars and place it on Sonya Benson.
Cashier: Not a problem sir.
Punisher: What would be the payout?
Cashier: You would win 125,000 dollars sir.
A smile appeared on his face as he made the bet. Walking away he had a confidence about him. Later that night he is watching the events unfold before him. The moment Sonya won he went to the casino to collect his winnings.
The video ends with Punisher walking out with three briefcases.
Punisher: Now I'm sure for all the morons in the crowd you are confused. So let me break it down for you. I believed in Sonya so much that I just made 150,000 on her. However, what i did with that money is the following.
Another video appears on the scene with Punisher arriving at WGWF headquarters. He walks in shaking hands with executive officials. He hands over all three briefcases in exchange for another one. The video ends.
Punisher: You see I took my winnings and purchased a very small percentage of ownership of WGWF.
He smirked
Punisher: Being an owner in this company gives me a slight advantage. I know what is going to happen before it occurs. Saying that I know Sonya is here tonight. She is going to make an appearance because that's what she does. Taking the spotlight from other worthy candidates.
The briefcase flipped open and there was a contract signed by Punisher making him an official owner.
Things are different now though Sonya. I finally have you right where I want you. The fact I own a little percentage of this company means I own you I own the contract you signed but most importantly I control what happens to that Television Title you managed to win on Brawl. I could strip you of the title. I could make a rematch again Emily and yourself. I could make another rumble and the winner of that gets your precious belt. However, none of those ideas sound good. The best idea is that I take it from you in a match myself. The stipulation could be anything. I'll see you soon Sonya don't get too attached to the title. It might be a quick reign for you.
The scene fades with a sadistic smile on Punisher's face as he walks away heading toward the arena.
”THE BIG TICKET” HARVEY MARX: The following contest is scheduled for one fall…
”THE BIG TICKET” HARVEY MARX: Introducing first, about to make her way to the ring… ZARA IVORY!!
"Big Flip" hits the sound system and plays throughout the arena as dark red, silver, and dark purple lights begin flashing throughout. As the lyrics start, Zara comes bounding out from backstage with Marley standing behind her as the fans have a mixed reaction of cheers and jeers at the green-haired women. She takes her replica helmet off, her cousin by her side as the lights followed them along the path down the ramp. As she passes by fans, she can be seen making mocking faces at the adults that jeer at her though chooses a random little kid to give the helmet to. She slid into the ring with ease, jumping to her feet as Marley got in the ring through the ropes.
”THE BIG TICKET” HARVEY MARX: Introducing her opponent…
”THE BIG TICKET” HARVEY MARX: About to make his way to the ring, he is FINN KHUN!!
The strong beat of Art of Blade begins to reverberate throughout the arena as the fans begin to get on their feet and cheer for who's about to come out. Before long, the sight of the King in Rags, Finn Kühn, comes out to a strong ovation. He looks out amidst the area, his kingdom for tonight as he smiles.
His pace as he comes down to the ring is slow, even and measured. As the commentators discuss amidst themselves about recent events and the upcoming match, Finn surveys the area one last time as he steps into the ring.
As Art of Blade reaches its chorus, Finn thrusts his arms up to the air, posing passionately for the fans as afterwards he settles into a game face, picking a corner and getting ready for what is to come.
Zara Ivory charges Finn Kuhn at the opening bell, sprinting across the ring and trying to catch him off guard and seize the momentum immediately. Finn reacts at light speed and quickly side steps her, watching as she crashes hard into the turnbuckle. Zara stumbles backwards and spins around to face a waiting Finn who drills her with a brutal right cross and drops her to the canvas. He takes a step back, urging her to climb back to her feet. When she does he pops her with two crisp jabs before tying up with her and shooting her across the ring and into the opposite ropes. He waits to catch her on the rebound but Zara is able to hook her arms over the top rope and stop herself. She turns slowly and eyes “The King in Rags” before making her way to the middle of the mat, where she stops and motions for Finn to meet her.
CENTURION: Zara is much more careful on her second approach.
TYLER CAGE: Good! She started like a bat outta hell, and it got her nowhere. Slow it down, girl.
Finn approaches slowly, and as Zara extends a hand to tie up he snaps a low kick and chops at her thigh. Zara grabs at her leg and Finn grabs her and looks for an arm drag takedown. Zara quickly counters and grabs his arm before dropping to her back and hyper extending his shoulder across her chest. Finn rolls away from Zara on the mat, but she scrambles after him and slaps on a quick front headlock and tries to control him. Finn is able to pull his head free and pops up to his feet, standing in front of the kneeling Zara before hitting her flush with a standing dropkick that sends her sprawling.
CENTURION: OH DAMN!
TYLER CAGE: That was a point blank shotgun blast, fam. He nearly put a hole through her torso with that dropkick!
Finn pounces atop Zara, the referee sliding into position for the count.
ONE!
TW-
Ivory gets a shoulder up and squirms out from underneath Finn. He’s up to his feet before her, but she quickly leg sweeps him flat to his back and gets to work trying to isolate his arm for a kimura! Finn rolls over but can’t free his arm, and Zara quickly spins to his back and slips an arm underneath his chin, looking for a rear naked choke! Finn immediately pries at her hands to free himself, and finally manages to. He slides underneath the bottom rope and grabs at his throat, catching his breath as Zara kips up to her feet in the ring. With a look out to the crowd she charges off the far ropes and slingshots herself across the ring, leaping up and over the top with a suicide dive to the outside! Finn looks up at the last second, just in time to watch Zara come smashing into him and send both stars slamming into the fan barricade!
“HO-LY SHIT! HO-LY SHIT!”
TYLER CAGE: She got some AIR!
CENTURION: That was incredible, and the fans are on their feet in appreciation! They LOVE it!
“HO-LY SHIT! HO-LY SHIT!”
Zara crawls slowly towards the steel ring steps, using them to pull herself up to her knees as she turns to look at Finn Kuhn. The Trainwreck smiles to herself, whipping her hair back out of her face before pushing herself slowly back up to her feet. She winces in pain as she makes her way back over to Finn, grabbing him by the neck and pulling him up. He gets to his knees and suddenly fires a hard right hand at Zara, catching her right on the chin. She stumbles back, but when Finn tries to get up and chase after her he collapses back to his knees.
CENTURION: Kuhn looks hurt…
TYLER CAGE: That’s real strange in a wrestling match…
Zara rushes forward and throws a spinning heel kick at the kneeling Finn Kuhn, but he goes limp and rolls out of the way and sends Zara sailing harmlessly past him. He musters his strength and dives back underneath the bottom rope and into the ring, rolling all the way across the canvas until he’s in the far corner where he uses the ropes to pull himself slowly to his feet. Zara follows him back inside and stands in the opposite corner, the two sizing each other up and adjusting their tactics. Finn makes his way slowly to the middle of the ring, lifting his fists and calling for Zara to come and get him.
CENTURION: Zara shuffles forward and fires a super kick!
TYLER CAGE: Finn blocks her kick, then hits a powerful teep kick that sends Zara back into her corner!
Finn chases after her with a flurry of jabs and bodyshots, lighting Ivory up like a Christmas tree that hasn’t been thrown out yet. Zara tries to grab ahold of Finn and clinch him close but he whips her out of the corner and into the ropes. Zara bounces back at him and looks for a clothesline, but Finn ducks underneath her arm and sends her charging across the ring and off the opposite set of ropes. Zara slingshots back at him a second time, but this time Finn has his back to her. She reaches her arm out to snag his head for a running bulldog, but Kuhn flips backwards and dots her between the eyes with a beautiful Pele kick!
TYLER CAGE: WOOOOOOOOOW!
CENTURION: Can you try and articulate your thoughts for the audience, Tyler?
TYLER CAGE: That ish was crazy!
CENTURION: Nice work, buddy.
Zara slumps to the canvas, Finn Kuhn quickly rolling her over to her back and dropping an arm across her shoulders.
ONE!
TWO!
Zara Ivory gets a shoulder up once again! She breaks the count and keeps herself alive, much to the surprise of Finn Kuhn, but he doesn’t dwell on it. He quickly pulls Zara back up to her feet, snapping a jab in her face before whipping her into the ropes once more. He doesn’t wait for her to come back to him, instead charging directly behind her. As soon as Zara turns off the ropes, Finn is there and waiting.
CENTURION: SWAN SONG!
TYLER CAGE: Finn smashes her with a discus elbow! Zara is stunned!
Ivory sways, possibly out on her feet. Finn quickly grabs her wrist and leaps up into the air, climbing Zara with a flying armbar!
CENTURION: The Savagery of Angels!
TYLER CAGE: Finn drags Zara to the mat! He’s got that locked in TIGHT!
Zara flails around, trying to free herself, but the more she flails the deeper Finn’s grip seems to get. The crowd cheers wildly, the referee kneeling down in front of Zara to check on her as she shouts out in pain! Ivory tries to roll away from the pressure, but Finn adjusts his grip and transitions to an inverted armbar!
Zara wails again…
… and taps out!
WINNER VIA SUBMISSION: FINN KUHN
Match Time: 13:45
CENTURION: Finn Kuhn pulls out one hell of an impressive victory. Not gonna lie, I’d love to see him take on someone like Sonya Benson.
TYLER CAGE: Let the man settle in, Cent! He just got here!
Finn Kuhn releases Zara’s arm, climbing to his feet as the referee throws his hand in the air and the crowd cheers him loudly. He pulls away from the referee, making his way over to the ropes and throwing both fists over his head in celebration.
Suddenly…
... the lights go out…
The crowd react in surprise, but also in anticipation of what is going to happen next. The attention is being diverted towards the Titan Tron, changing from the West Coast Rumble logo to a hallway that is lit with bright white light.
CENTURION:What is this all about??
We hear footsteps slowly approaching when a dark figure stands in the doorway, unable to see the identity from the figure as he starts to talk.
MYSTERY: It has been quite some time that I have addressed you my lost sheep, but all you had to do is hope for my return and all would have been alright..
The figure gives a sinister laugh as he crosses his arms, still hiding his identity for the world to see s he continues to talk
MYSTERY:. But instead of relying upon your true believes, you decided to just move on and forget. And with that you already have eliminated myself from your hearts, minds and souls…. Only to tell me to forgive you when you realize that I have returned… No longer will I hang upon that cross of shame, it will be YOU on Mount Golgotha of shame as I put a crown of thors deep inside your skull and laugh at you. But until that moment comes, you better all be ready for the second coming of………..
With that the figure stops and bursts out in laughter as the shot slowly fades.
As the camera pans through the crowd who were cheering with posters of their favorite WGWF Superstars, The lights go out and the whole arena goes pitch black.
The Tron plays showing 3 little girls playing and looks at the camera and says, "He is Here" and then slowly fades to black. A man's voice says" Run" followed by “Untamed” by Jacob Lizotte hits the PA system and The Damage's video plays on the Tron. The lights in the arena flicker in rhythm to the beats. As the theme builds more Damage comes out from behind the curtains and stops at the arena as the crowd goes crazy. He is seen with a Black T shirt and a Jeans pant with his hair tied to the back like a small pony tail.
CENTURION: It doesn’t look like he’s ready to compete.
TYLER CAGE: What’s up with this?
With a smirk on his face and starts walking down the ramp looking focused on the ring as he neglects the fans who were stretching their hand in hopes to touch his body. He reaches the end of the ramp and walks towards the ring apron. Damage pulls the top rope and climbs on the ring apron. He steps over the top rope with one leg and gets inside the ring. Damage walks to the center of the ring and looks at the fans of WGWF who were on their foot on seeing the untamed demon before he raises his right hand in the air as the pyros go on from all the corners of the ring posts like a fountain. The crowd lets a huge pop in the arena. Damage removes his coolers and the Vest to hand over them to the stage hand as his music slowly dies. He paces to show that he is ready to dominate the match with the same smirk on his face.
Damage asks for the microphone which is soon handed over to him by stage hand as the crowd is still in huge to see the Untamed Demon's return. Damage raises his had with the microphone and looks at the crowd' and starts to speak by clearing his throat. The crowd's pop soon dies down to listen to what the returned Untamed demon is here to say.
TYLER CAGE: We are about to find out what’s going on.
Damage: "First and foremost!... I wish each and everyone of you guys here in this arena, back in the locker room and those watch us from their home a Very Happy and wonderful year."
The crowd gives a huge pop for his wishes, as Damages lowers the hand with the microphone and seems to like the crowd's pop as he lets a small smirk while he walks slowly towards the ring. He again raises his microphone to his mouth and start to speak.
Damage: "Those who doesn't know me and for those who wanted to know me, I am Damage and I am here to raise the WGWF's status and what it desperately needs, but having said that as you could notice, I am not here to fight with some self proclaimed Lone wolf who I have decimated and shown his place of where he belongs, not once, but "TWICE" continuously in our previous federation."
Damage lowers his microphone and looks at the disappointed crowd who were here to see his and Sam's rematch for a new company. Some people in the crowd were started to boo the retuned untamed demon which he ignored. He raises the microphone and starts to speak.
Damage: "Mr. Sam! You must be having some serious Deathwish. Weren't you success in your life after I kicked ass all over the Nevada?"
By this time, Damage started to smile widely as he started thinking of the match where he manhandled and decimated the self proclaimed Lone wolf. When he raised his microphone again to speak, His speech was cut by…
The lights in the arena go dark and WWE, CFO$ - Sky’s The Limit (Remix) [ft. Snoop Dogg] instrumental attempt by standard begins to play in the arena. The commentary team buzzes with anticipation, and when the bass drops, Samuel is propelled in the air and lands on the stage. His hat is glowing neon purple with a wolf on the front as well as the bandanna that covers the lower half of his face. He has on a sleeveless sweatshirt with the same glowing wolf. The short tights have the glowing wolf on the backside. His thick custom kick pads over his boots have the wolf to complete a custom look. Some of the viewing him on their screen jeer him, but for the most part, he is still getting a mixed reactions.
Samuel remained squatted down until after the pause in the bass and stood up and spun around and jumped in the air but landed as if mocking the audience and waves them off. He walks down the ramp with a scowl on his face and heads for the ring. He climbs the turnbuckle and folds his arms while swaying his shoulders back and forth with the beat before sitting on the turnbuckle and extending his hand for a microphone. The arena remains dark with the singular spotlight on him. The music dies down, and Samuel smirks as he mockingly laughs into the mic and his gaze laser-focused on Damage.
Samuel Chatman: Well, well, you don't seem to be dressed for a fight. Is the big bad Demon afraid of a fight? And what's this I hear about you kicking my ass before, have you been bashed in that thick skull one too many times because I remember you coming out on the losing end, but none of that matters tonight. So again, I ask, why the fuck aren't you dressed to compete tonight?
Damage looks at the charged up self proclaimed lone wolf with a smirk on his lips, he raise his microphone and starts to speak
Damage: Well!.. who have we got here?.. it's the same old dimwit goofy boy with a nut sized brain and a death wish.
The crowd give a huge pop to this as Damage continues to speak, which is making the self proclaimed lone-wolf growl which Damage could hear and it is just making the untamed demon amuse.
Damage: Looks like you are in a big confusion and a lots... of... I mean .....AAAAAAA..... LLLLLLLOOOOOOTTTTTSSSSSSSS OOFFFFF.... Misunderstanding with you and your capability my son!....[The crowd gives a huge pop] You see I will take you out when I decide, it will be My place, my time and my yard.....[Damage lets out a evil grin while he continues] Listen I, Totally understand with all this..... you know I have seen people going into depressing after I decimate them, it usually happen, and that why I call it[Damage's face becomes serious] Pain.. and.....AGO...
Before Damage Could finish, Samuels pounces on him with punches after punches and he starts drilling the face of the untamed Demon with punches as the crowd goes crazy.
CENTURION: CHATMAN IS DONE TALKING!
TYLER CAGE: Here we go!
Samuel delivers a final blow to the face and pulls back again and laughs. He shakes his finger back and forth saying no. He rolls out of the ring and walks over to Harvey Marx and takes his microphone.
Samuel Chatman: See that boys and girls? Look at your "Demon" in the ring. This is the same shit I went through earlier with JMont over in OPW. I am booked in a match and my opponent decides that I'm not worth their time. The problem is Damage, I smell the fear on you. You heard what I had to say to you in that nice video that I paid to have professionally produced and you realized somewhere deep down that you weren't actually ready for a comeback. You aren't ready for the big time so you tried to seize control of the situation by pretending you weren't going to fight me. Everyone in this arena and everyone at home knows the truth, you are old, washed up, and you should've just sat at home and ate your food.
Now I gotta make an example of you, now I gotta embarrass you. It is now you that needs to constantly look over your shoulder. It is you that needs to watch out for dark corners and the monster that resides under the bed. Everytime you hear a loud noise, I want to see you jump out of the way and whimper at the thought that I have come to put the final nail in your coffin. I will have my fight with you, but you chose to do things the hard way. I like the hard way.
Samuel had been making his way around the ring and was slowly backing up the ramp. He stops and holds his arms up air.
CENTURION: I don’t know what the hell to make out of this situation, but it looks like this match isn’t going to be happening tonight.
TYLER CAGE: It looks like this just the beginning of a bigger issue between these two guys.
3.27.23
The lights go out. The sounds of music and a snorting bull fill the arena as smoke rises from the stage. The lights return and Buster Gloves emerges from the fog as the words "BUSTER GLOVES" play on the tron. "Burn", as played by Stabbing Westward, plays as blue and white lasers bounce around the room.
A maskless Buster scans the audience. A smirk emerges from one side of his face. He throws the “bull-horns” sign in the air and nods to the crowd. Wearing dark blue jeans and a tight black shirt reading the words “Good Guy” is The Bull of the North, Buster Gloves. He’s not wearing his signature black leather gloves tonight. It appears he’s not ready for a fight. Normally full of energy, his steps seem measured as he meanders down the ramp, clearly favoring some sort of injury sustained during his recent cage match against the Punisher.
He calls for a mic and is handed one before climbing the ring steps. The crowd gives him an overwhelming positive response and he takes a moment to soak in the love.
Buster signals to cut the music and begins to talk.
BUSTER: There’s a lot going on tonight, so I’ll just get right to it. Folks have been asking if I’m in the Rumble match. The answer is ‘no’. I won’t be, but to be honest, I was never supposed to be in that match anyway. When I signed with the WGWF, James Raven gave me some career advice. He told me how to become a world champion and he drew me a detailed roadmap.
BUSTER: Some of you already know what I’m talking about. I’m talking about ‘the list’ of course. A hitlist of eight names. Guys that I need to beat in the ring before I can have a world championship match. Raven picked the names and they all happen to be clients of a Mr. Christopher Page. They are, in no particular order,…
DONNY MASON
XAVIER LUX
PETER VAUGHN
HOLDEN ROSS
BAM MILLER
J MONT
FRED DEBONAIR
MARK FLYNN
BUSTER: Beat them and earn a shot. That’s the deal. The deal wasn’t to chuck 19 dudes over the top rope to take the fast lane to the ship. That’s not the path I want to take to my first world title. Besides, there are plenty of people who are more deserving than I am right now. So I won’t be fighting for the world title, but that Intercontinental Championship IS looking very sexy right now.
BUSTER: I’m officially throwing my hat into the circle for a shot at the IC belt. It speaks to me. It tells me that hard work and perseverance pays off. I don’t care what unspeakable things I’ll need to do to get my hands on it, but I’m gonna be the first Intercontinental Champion in the World’s Greatest Wrestling Federation. Bet.
BUSTER:On a side note, now’s probably a good time to talk about the injury I’ve been working through. It’s the reason I’m in NO match tonight at all. The injury is something that popped up before my match with Chris Page in the XWF. Then, I aggravated it during the cage match with the Punisher and had emergency surgery right after.
BUSTER: So, needless to say, I haven’t been able to wrestle, or train, or go out dancing. But I’ve managed to keep myself busy with some side projects I’ve been meaning to get to. Emily Simms and I went on the vacation I’ve been promising her for a while. We had a nice Christmas and a modest New Years, but it hasn’t been all fun and games. I’ve been doing some serious networking.
Buster sits down in the center of the ring and folds his legs criss-cross applesauce-boss.
BUSTER: The boss gave me a mic on the first pay-per-view of the year, and I would be remiss to let this opportunity to be heard go to waste. I think we all need to get real honest about the state of pro-wrestling. With a few notable exceptions, the bad guys ALWAYS win this game. XWF World Champion? CCPE. TPW World Champion? CCPE. World Series of Wrestling winner? CCPE. A trifecta of tyrants, triumphing and trudging down the trail without truly being troubled. There’s a very real chance that our first WGWF new era World Champion is going to be from CCPE. One faction representing the industry. What kind of example are we setting for the world by showing it that cheaters always win?
BUSTER: Peter Vaughn taught me that if you aren’t cheating, you aren’t trying. But my gut tells me that no amount of cheating is enough to take on an entire faction all by yourself. I’ve been trying to defeat an army on my own, but pretty soon… I won’t have to. Alone in hope. Together in victory.
BUSTER: I’ve found a group of like-minded individuals that share my vision for bringing balance back to the world of pro-wrestling. And this group is united by one goal, to surpass the CCPE as the strongest faction in this federation and in the entire wrestling world.
BUSTER: I invite you to watch and witness. When you’re sick of being surrounded by snakes, you can either drive them out with a big stick, or you can move to a higher elevation. Watch as this new group, in opposition to an evil empire, takes the high road and soars above the serpents below.
Buster continues talking but his mic cuts out. He pats on it in silence as the crowd boos a little. Then he springs to his feet and starts barking at the time keeper's table. A second hot mic is handed to him.
BUSTER: You can try to shut me up, but I’m dedicated to making a change that means something. For those of you who are lost, hopeless, disenfranchised… I want to give you this message... it’s ok to be nice, but at a certain point, you have to NOT be nice. When that time comes, you strike down your enemies with righteous vengeance. No amnesty for the wicked. You can be a snake in the grass, or an eagle in the sky. You decide. It’s time somebody takes back the business for the good guys. Join me.
BUSTER: To the CCPE boys out there who can hear me, listen up. The wet dream you’ve been having for the last 18 months is almost over. There are a lot more of us than there are of you. And the moment we show the world that you can bleed, is the moment that you begin to die. You want to destroy an empire? You start a movement. THIS. IS. THAT. MOVEMENT.
Buster gently places the microphone down in the center of the ring, just below the WGWF logo. He places a white card next to it and exits the ring. The camera zooms in on the business card to reveal a silhouette drawing of an eagle killing a snake.
”THE BIG TICKET” HARVEY MARX: The following contest is a FALLS COUNT ANYWHERE MATCH to crown the WGWF TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS!
]
”THE BIG TICKET” HARVEY MARX: Introducing first, about to make their way to the ring; JOSEPH and VITTORE… THE SYNDICATE!
CCPE Arena boo intently as Ace and Costa emerge out to the top of the ramp. They soak in the boos from the crowd while making the walk to the ring. Ace slides into the ring while Costa climbs up on the apron and steps through the ropes. The Syndicate taunt the crowd to massive boos.
”THE BIG TICKET” HARVEY MARX: And introducing their opponents…
”THE BIG TICKET” HARVEY MARX: About to make their way to the ring, the team of AUSTIN and TODRICK TABOR-RAMSEY, THE SHOWSTEALERZ!
♫ Drip, drip, drip, drip-eesha
Drip, drip, drip, drip-eesha
Drip, drip, drip, drip-eesha
Drip, drip, drip, drip-eesha ♫
Todrick slowly walks on stage with two girls in tow. The arena lights up with pink, yellow, & magenta lights. He pauses at the center of the stage and as the bass drops, they drop low and swing their hips back and forth and turn to the side and continue to swing their hips.
♫ Call me Dripeesha
Look at that drip, drip, drip, drip
Vroom vrooming that whip, whip, whip, whip
Call me Dripeesha
Drip be the shit, shit, shit, shit
Her swag is so lit, lit, lit, lit
Look at that drip, drip, drip, drip
Vroom vrooming that whip, whip, whip, whip
They call me Drip to the E to the Sha
Diamonds like damn, booty like duh
Twerking on him, twerking on her ♫
Todrick and crew twerk to the beat and once they complete a 360-degree circle, they stand up and extend one arm up in the air and then the other before running their hands down their torsos and then giving the fans a jumping high kick. They began to walk down the ramp with their hips swaying to the beat. Once they hit the bottom of the ramp, they exaggerate a look to the left and then the right. Todrick walks up the ring and places both of her hands on the ring apron.
♫ Okay welcome to my ass class
Imma teach you how to bounce that ass fast
It's time to twerk for Dripeesha, please
Clock you head to the side, hands on your knees
Right cheek, left cheek, right cheek, left cheek
Now stick your tongue out
Right cheek, left cheek, right cheek, left cheek
Very good ♫
Todrick puts the left leg up on the ring and follows with the right and pulls herself up into the ring in split position and rolls to the center of the ring.
♫ Right, right, left, left, right, left, right
Right, right, left, left, right, left, right
Right, left, left, right, right, right, left, right, left, right, left, right, left ♫
Todrick gets into twerk position and makes her ass cheeks dance in synch with the words of the song.
♫ Both cheeks now!
Bounce, bounce, bounce, bounce
Pause take a break
Bounce, bounce, bounce, bounce, bounce
Make it vibrate
Then you circle, circle, circle
Then you drop, drop, drop
Do a split, look back and make it pop bitch
I'm Dripeesha Right, right, left, left, right, left, right
Right, right, left, left, right, left, right
Right, left, left, right, right, right, left, right, left, right, left, right, left ♫
Todrick walks to the corner with that the camera is focused on and climbs the turnbuckle and she does the splits across the ropes and holds his arms up and waves to the crowd. He gives them a grin that shows his pearly whites. Todrick hops down and bounces back and forth.
Austin steps out to the apron, leaving Todrick to start this one off for the Show Stealerz. The Syndicate confer in their own corner, and ultimately Vittore Costa steps out and leaves Joey Buongiorno to get things going. At the opening bell Todrick and Buongiorno meet in the middle of the ring and tie up, Todrick quickly spinning around behind Joey and catching him in double underhooks before tossing him with a powerful suplex! Joey skids across the mat and immediately reaches his hand out for Costa to make the tag, but Todrick is on him quickly and grabs his ankle, dragging him back to the middle of the mat.
Todrick rolls Buongiorno over to his stomach, stepping over and sitting down into a Boston Crab! Buongiorno’s eyes widen in pain and surprise as he tries to claw at the mat and drag himself towards Vittore Costa, but Todrick bounces up and down on his back and keeps him anchored firmly in place!
CENTURION: Toddy has “Ace” locked down!
TYLER CAGE: Here comes Costa!
Recognizing that Joey isn’t going to free himself, Vittore bursts through the ropes and charges towards Todrick to break the count. In the blink of an eye Austin Ramsey is through the ropes as well, cutting Vittore off with a flying shoulder block that sends him to the mat. Todrick lets go of Buongiorno and stands beside Austin, but the referee is quick to tell Ramsey that he needs to get back to his corner and chases him away. Todrick watches as the referee walks Austin away, but Vittore and Buongiorno are quick to pop up and attack!
The crowd boos loudly as they each grab Todrick from behind and throw her viciously to the mat! They each stomp wildly at her limbs, Vittore backing away just as the referee turns around again. He holds his hands up innocently, backing out through the ropes to the apron. The referee looks down at Todrick but Buongiorno gives no time for further thought, grabbing Todrick and pulling her back up to her feet. Joey hits Todrick with a European uppercut, sending her stumbling backwards. He follows up with a sharp leg kick, then hits a sidekick to Todricks midsection. Joey takes a step back before charging forward with a running lariat, but Todrick ducks underneath and dives across the ring to make the quick tag to Austin!
CENTURION: Here comes Ramsey!
TYLER CAGE: He looks furious about what The Syndicate did to Toddy a few minutes ago!
Buongiorno squares up with Ramsey but Austin flips through the air with a head scissors takedown! Joey tries to scramble back to his feet but Austin hits a Savate kick that catches him in the body and crumples him! Austin rolls Buongiorno to his back and makes a cover.
ONE!
TWO!
Vittore Costa darts back into the ring, grabbing Austin by the ankle and dragging him off of Joey to break the count. The referee pops up, demanding Vittore to get out of the ring, but Austin takes matters into his own hands and hits Costa with a spinning backfist! Costa drops to a knee and Austin falls back off the ropes, sprinting forward and hitting a running knee that drills Costa clean!
TYLER CAGE: DOME SHOT!
CENTURION: Vittore might be out cold, but he’s given Buongiorno enough time to get back to his feet!
It doesn’t matter. Austin rolls to his feet as well, facing Buongiorno. Joey winds up and throws a wild haymaker but Ramsey dodges it and uses Buongiorno’s momentum against him, spinning him around and…
CENTURION: BUCKLE UP!
Austin hits the Gory neckbreaker on Buongiorno, laying him out flat alongside Vittore Costa. Instead of making the cover, Austin dives across the ring and makes the tag to Todrick. Toddy climbs to the top rope, eyeing Buongiorno.
TYLER CAGE: Split legged moonsault!
Todrick bounces off the top with the Want a Little Taste, landing clean on the top of Buongiorno and making a quick and easy cover. Vittore Costa doesn’t budge to help this time.
ONE!
TWO!
THREE!
WINNER VIA PINFALL AND NEW WGWF TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS:
THE SHOW STEALERZ
AUSTIN & TODRICK RAMSEY
Match Time: 7:56
CENTURION: They’ve done it! The Show Stealerz are the inaugural Tag Team Champions!
Austin and Todrick climb to their feet together, hugging excitedly as the referee waits to get between them and lift their hands in the air. The timekeeper hands the championships through the ropes, and the referee hands them to The Show Stealerz. Austin throws his up above his head in celebration, and Todrick puts hers around her waist and models it for the roaring crowd.
TYLER CAGE: She looks great in gold. I can’t wait to see who steps up and takes on these two next!
Buongiorno and Costa roll over, looking at Austin and Todrick as they celebrate. Fuming, the two members of The Syndicate roll out of the ring. Austin and Todrick climb the turnbuckles, holding their championships out for the cheering crowd to see and we slowly fade out.
“I Am The Slime -1973” plays and the crowd rockets from their seats with lungs full of hatred. Oh yes, they know who the song belongs to, and though he’s been absent from the wrestling scene for a few months, his legacy still wafts like a nasty scent.
TYLER CAGE: OH MY GOD!
CENTURION: Say it ain’t so!!!
Oh, but it is. The bald head. The cocky head waggle. It’s…
TYLER CAGE: JOHNNY HITMAKER!
And the crowd lets him have it, jeering their hearts out to exhaustion. Hitmaker pretends like it’s cheers and clutches his heart, thanking them with gestures as he saunters arrogantly to the ring, climbs the steps, and bows to the crowd as if they really are giving him a hero’s welcome.
They’re not.
He slips through the ropes and grabs the hot mic while adjusting his three-piece suit he’s adorned for this very special occasion.
It takes a while. A very long while. But finally the spectators die down their seething disdain and let him speak.
JOHNNY HITMAKER: Let me make one thing..
CROWD: PERFECTLY CLEAR!
Johnny shakes his head and wipes a “tear” from his eye.
JOHNNY HITMAKER: I can tell you all have missed me. I’ve missed you too. I’m sure you want me to tell you what I’ve been up to these past few months. Well, I’m not gonna. Sorry, not sorry.
They jeer. He wags a finger of admonishment.
JOHNNY HITMAKER: Tonight isn’t about me. Well, I mean it kinda is since the woman I’m about to introduce was brought to WGWF by me via Hitmaker-Yamazaki Enterprises. I also made the deal between her and the Level Up Final Boss Champion who has been training her. But, like I said, it’s not about me, even though it kinda is.
The fans boo the shit out of him for rambling.
JOHNNY HITMAKER: Without further adieu.. What we’ve all been waiting for..
He pulls out an outrageously long roll of paper that unfurls all the way to his feet.
JOHNNY HITMAKER: Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you, the Virtuous Villainess…. The Most Beautiful Woman in this World and the World’s Not Yet Discovered.. …
He continues rattling off outlandish nicknames for the woman for a solid one minute and forty seconds, then when he gets to the end of the paper, he flips it over and continues reading starting from the top.
TYLER CAGE: Please dear god end this!
CENTURION: Who does Johnny think the woman is? Danaerys Stormborn?
The fans aren’t even booing anymore. They’re collectively pulling their hair, hanging onto the last vestiges of their sanity.
Finally…
JOHNNY HITMAKER: She is the WG in WGWF.. The World’s Greatest… The Granny Killer…. The Wish Stealer… The Dream Ruiner… The woman among girls - queen among women - goddess among queens - titaness among goddesses… your REIGNING… DEFENDING… WGWF TELEVISION CHAMPEEN…. SONYYYYYYYYAAAAAA BEEEEEEENNNNSSSOOON!
“Paint It Black” kicks in and the audience goes NUCLEAR with their heat.
TYLER CAGE: And here she comes. No music has ever fit a person as much as Sonya’s.
CENTURION: True. On Brawl she painted the dreams of her opponents black. She painted the TV Title Division black. She painted WGWF black. She effectively painted the wrestling world black.
The woman of the hour emerges amid the ear busting response and is flanked as usual by her manager Norris and humongous bodyguard Smith. A huge number of nameless and unimportant hirelings surface as well, with a select portion of them decked in protective gear carrying a smelting furnace.
TYLER CAGE: SHE’S GOT THE FURNACE! SHE WAS SERIOUS ABOUT WHAT SHE SAID!
CENTURION: I swear to god if she does try it, I’m storming that damn ring!
Norris takes the lead, holding the Television Title overhead as the reviled woman and her entourage stroll to the ring, taking their time as if the world revolves around them now. Once at ringside, the furnace group set it up in the ring then exit, joining the 15 or so other hirelings in providing a protective barrier around the ring.
From here, Sonya, Norris, and Smith enter the squared circle and shake hands with Hitmaker. Sonya kisses Johnny on the cheek and the two share some private words before Hitmaker taps his watch and does the swirlie finger motion. They nod to each other and Hitmaker makes his departure from the ring, needing to handle some biddness elsewhere.
SONYA BENSON: Give it up for the Greatest ADVOCATE of them All, Johnny Hitmaker!
They boo the fuck out of him as he dissappears behind the curtain.
SONYA BENSON: Wow. Real classy, Lost Vegas!
Head shake of admonishment.
SONYA BENSON: First order of business… let us address the elephant in the room. No, fatboy in row one, not you.
She seems repulsed by the overweight fan and visibly shudders.
SONYA BENSON: I’m talking about the Punisher. He made a big statement earlier. Apparently…
She pinches the bridge of her nose.
SONYA BENSON: It’s somehow, someway true. I spoke with my attorney, the GOAT of lawyers “Litigious” Larry Livingstone, and he confirmed it’s accurate.
Her cute little face scrunches.
SONYA BENSON: I’ll admit, I’m not sure what to make of it. What I do know is Big Pun will try to abuse this newfound power he has. You know, like a kid who gets the paper crown at Burger King and actually thinks they’re a legit king. Punisher, I know you’re watching. Savor the flavor of getting one over on me this time, because it won’t happen again. I guarantee it!
She nods resolutely.
SONYA BENSON: Now that we’ve gotten that out of the way, it’s time to do what I promised to do. It’s time to finish this. You people thought I was playing. It was all jokes until I climbed that ladder and plunged this whole gosh damn system into a death spiral. Now you know I am the last BITCH you want to MESS with! Let what is about to happen be a warning to the Rumble winner tonight and anyone else who dares to hold an ugly little gold trinket in WGWF. I’m painting it black. All of it. The whole gosh damn thing. One thing I’ll do before I destroy this hideous beacon of barbarity is show you all what it looked like in its final moments.
She gestures and Norris puts the title around her flawless waist and snaps the belt shut. The Rich Bitch motions to the throng of wrestling cameramen and reporters at ringside and struts her stuff back and forth doing poses, clad classy but hella cute in her all black Sheerbrooke pantsuit.
SONYA BENSON: Annnd done. Put that in your fantasy files creepozoids.
She pauses a beat and smiles. It’s time. She removes the championship and holds it aloft in one hand.
SONYA BENSON: Tonight we don’t celebrate the rebirth of this championship, we bear witness to its demise, for this isn’t the beginning of the end, it’s the end of the beginning. To my brother, Ben, I’m sorry. I won it for you but now I must do what needs to be done.
TYLER CAGE: Cent? She’s… gonna do it… really!!! She’s gonna destroy the title!
CENTURION: No she fucking isn’t!
The distinct sound of headsets dropping is heard for the TV viewers as Benson dangles the championship over the burning furnace.
Every head in the venue snaps to the entrance ramp as “Legends Never Die” continues to play. Then, the roof blows off the Velvet Rabbit as one by one, three men emerge who are heralded by wall rattling cheers!
CROWD: HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT!
TYLER CAGE: Raziel!
CENTURION: *putting his headsets back on* SENTINEL!
TYLER CAGE and CENTURION: NATHAN LUCAS!!!!
The three WGWF Hall of Famers whose legacies Sonya Benson desecrated in her promo two weeks ago, are pissed the fuck off. It’s written in every line of their bodies as they waste no time making a hasty romp toward the ring. Benson is literally frozen with fear, prompting Norris to take the lead. The portly man directs the hirelings to attack the trio in mass.
They obey.
All hell breaks loose. All manner of fist and foot is seen flying and turning. Spittle and blood sprays, none coming from the three legends. Though outnumbered, the trio leave the 15 hirelings strewn about like victims of a tornado, then they pile into the ring.
TYLER CAGE: I hope Sonya wore her shitting pants today!
CENTURION: Looks like she’s pooped in her pretty pink panties! Get her, boys! Get that woman!
Norris, to his credit, lays his portly body on the line to bid Sonya time to escape, but gets swatted away like he’s nothing. Smith shields the delicate woman next, stepping in front of her and going blow for blow with the three all-time greats. He proves formidable, holding them off for a moment, but it’s clear he’s gonna succumb so he barks something at Sonya.
The reviled lady finally becomes unfrozen and urgently tries navigating the ring ropes but..
TYLER CAGE: PUNISHER… HE’S HERE!
CENTURION: Where the hell did he come from?
The crowd is where he’d come from, blasting through them like a bull. He nabs the cruel bitch by her princessy black tresses and locks her in tight for one of his most heinous maneuvers.
TYLER CAGE: Spin of Doom!!!!
The ring rattles from the impact of the move (Damien Priest’s Reckoning) and Sonya goes inert, like she’s been murdered.
CENTURION: SONYA’S DOWN! BIG PUN’S WIPED HER OUT!
The Punisher swipes the Television Championship from the canvas just as Smith is triple teamed over the ropes to the outside by the Hall of Famers! The colossal bodyguard lands on his feet and has enough wherewithal to grab Sonya’s foot and yank her out of the ring, which saves Benson from her face getting caved in by the size 14 boot Punisher attempts to stomp her with.
Smith tosses her over his shoulder and joins the fleeing Norris, the two making a great escape up the ramp!
TYLER CAGE: Look at them running away!
CENTURION: Just like scalded dogs! Thank God for Raziel, Sentinel, Nathan and I can’t believe I’m gonna say this.. But thank God for Punisher!
The crowd doesn’t know what to make of it but are all going bonkers anyway. Big Pun doesn’t give two quick shits out of a fat baby’s ass about the fans or the legends in the ring with him, so he drapes the TV Title over his shoulder to stake his claim and exits the ring, heading up the ramp as the three Hall of Famers soak up the adulation from the spectators and the thunderous chants….

The sold out crowd of 15,000 strong erupt with a massive ovation.
CENTURION: Everyone has been working toward this one moment, this one rumble, and it’s ALL on the line as one of these participants will be crowning the new WGWF Champion.
TYLER CAGE: Let’s find out who drew Number One.
”THE BIG TICKET” HARVEY MARX: And now we find out the person who drew the Number One entry into the West Coast Rumble! The rules are as follows; the match will start with two participants. Every two minutes another participant will enter until all entries have been called. Eliminations can only occur if you are thrown over the top rope AND both feet touch the floor.
The crowd is on fire with anticipation as all eyes cut to the top of the ramp. The lights go dark…
”THE BIG TICKET” HARVEY MARX: About to make his way to the ring, MAC BANE!!
The lights come back up to reveal Mac Bane standing at the top of the ramp in full leather trench coat, black shades, and a black cowboy hat to a thunderous ovation from the crowd!
TYLER CAGE: It’s Mac Bane!
CENTURION: Not a good starting point for the former SCW World Champion, especially coming off the heels of that brutal Last Man Standing affair with Joe Montuori just two short weeks ago.
Mac starts to make the walk to the ring and once ringside he removes his jacket to reveal heavily taped ribs, his hat and his glasses are off next before he makes his way up the steps to the apron before stepping into the ring.
TYLER CAGE: His ribs are taped, so that question you asked is a good one.
”THE BIG TICKET” HARVEY MARX: It’s now time for entrant number two.
CCPE Arena explodes a second time!
The intro to "Mi Gente", the Re-Mix by Jay J Balvin featuring Beyoncé and Willy William begins to play getting the crowd to jump to their feet. Once the beat drops, out steps "Cholo" Giovanni Santana looking as good as ever and flashing that million-dollar smile.
CENTURION: CHOLO!!!
”THE BIG TICKET” HARVEY MARX: Entrant Number Two, he is “CHOLO” GIOVANNIA SANTANA!!
TYLER CAGE: Listen to this ovation!!
He holds a mix drink on his hand that likely has plenty of mezcal in it. He soaks it all in, feeling the love from the fans, and after a few seconds he makes his way to the ring, having a few exchanges with the fans, all in good fun. He jumps up on the apron and after wiping his boots, respecting the ring, he gets inside. He walks towards the middle nodding his head to the beat of the catchy song, making his afro wave back and forth. Some of the fans get into it, especially the ladies and Cholo points and winks to some.
CENTURION: The 2023 West Coast Rumble is kicking off with Mac Bane and Cholo! Who would have thought that would be a thing to start it off?
He goes to chill in one corner, and when the ref comes over to check him, instead he hands him his drink and asks for another. The ref shakes his head not amused and he hands the drink to an official on the outside and then checks Cholo while he, and some of the fans nearby share a laugh.
TYLER CAGE: We are just seconds away…
DING…. DING…. DING….
CENTURION: Let’s go!
The fans are standing as it’s so loud inside the arena you can hardly hear yourself think. Mac Bane stares across the ring at Cholo and vice versa as they acknowledge the situation. Both men come out from their corners and start to circle each other before they lock up. Mac Bane drives Cholo back into a neutral corner and attempts to go low with a double leg pick up only to have Cholo quickly free himself from the corner and dart back out to the center of the ring.
TYLER CAGE: Cholo manages to slip back out to the center of the ring.
Mac turns around and explodes out from the corner with Cholo leap frogging over him, Mac bounces off the near side and into a picture perfect dropkick via Cholo! Cholo pops back up to his feet followed by Mac where he takes Bane over with a armdrag takeover that he transitions into an armbar! Cholo cranks on Mac’s arm and shoulder while Bane starts to work his way back up to his feet and counters the armbar into a back wrist lock.
Cholo throws a side elbow connecting the temple of Bane causing the hold to be broken.
CENTURION: Neither man can afford to make a huge mistake if they want to leave with the strap. There is a lot of West Coast Rumble to go.
Cholo laces Mac across the chest with an open handed chop to which Bane fires back with a knife-efge chop of his own! Cholo comes back with a forearm to the face bringing Mac to come back with a stiff European Uppercut rocking Cholo back into the ropes. Bane charges looking to send Cholo over the top rope with a lariat! Cholo counters with a back body drop sending Mac over the top rope where he lands on his feet on the apron!
Cholo spins around and eats a shoulder block to the midsection which allows for Mac to step back through the ropes as the countdown clock appears on the bottom right hand portion of the screen and ticks down to zero.
The arena lights turn gold as the intro of “Soldier Dream” by ROOT FIVE hits the PA.
”THE BIG TICKET” HARVEY MARX: “And now, standing tall at 6'0" and weighing in at 227 lbs., from Osaka, Japan, “The Lion”... RAIOOOOOOOOOOON… KIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIDOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!”
Raion Kido appears on stage, letting out a lion’s roar.
“Saint Seiyaaa! (Seiyaaa!)
Mezasu kiboo no iro wa
Kedakai hodo utsukushii…”
Raion spreads his arms and breaks into a bird run towards the ring, slapping the fans’ hands along the way. He slides into the ring on his belly and springs into his feet.
TYLER CAGE: Kido joins Mac Bane and Cholo in what is a wild way to start off the Rumble.
Kido, Cholo, and Mac Bane eye each other down.
CENTURION: Talk about an interesting series of entrants. I never thought I’d see Mac Bane, Cholo, and Raion Kido kicking off the Rumble.
