Masters: The following contest is the TAG TEAM LADDER MATCH for the vacant WGWF World Tag Team Championship!!!
The crowd roars with approval as a shot of all the ladders set up around the ring are shown.
Masters: Introducing first, representing the Extinction, PAUL FROST and RYAN DUSK!!
The crowd boos intently as Frost and Dusk emerge out to the top of the ramp flanked by Velvet and Kenneth Ridge who is on crutches. Frost and Dusk part ways with Velvet and Ridge as they start to make their way towards the ring with their eyes on the Tag Titles hanging some fifteen feet above the ring.
Diamond: The self-proclaimed tag team champions are walking into a situation where they might be outmatched when it comes to Silence and Kyle Shane.
Baxter: I wouldn’t sell either of these men short by any means. Frost is arguably one of the most hated men in this company’s history, and rightfully so, but can he get it done tonight on the big stage under the bright lights that is Wrestle Wars? That remains to be seen.
Frost and Dusk reach ringside where they take a good look at the Ladders surrounding the ring before they slide into the ring themselves. The fans are all over this duo as the music fades away.
Masters: And their opponents…
The Atlanta crowd erupts!
Masters: About to make their way to the ring; the team of the “CATALYST” KYLE SHANE and his partner “THE MONSTER” SILENCE!!
Atlanta erupts as Kyle Shane emerges out to the top of the ramp followed by the Monster Silence! Silence throws his arms up into the air to a massive pyro display before walking with a purpose towards the ring past Kyle Shane! Dusk slides out to the floor and meets Silence on the ramp where he swings at the monster! Silence absorbs the blow looking down at Dusk who slowly realizes that wasn’t the best of ideas. Silence comes forward with a boot to the midsection before taking Dusk to ringside where he flings him through a Ladder knocking it over while sending Dusk down to the floor!
Baxter: This one hasn’t even officially started!!
Kyle Shane smirks as he reaches ringside where he and Paul Frost lock eyes. Kyle climbs up on the ring apron where he steps through the ropes and into the ring. Frost immediately charges forward and the two men begin trading hands in the center of the ring!!
DING… DING… DING….
Diamond: We got a fight in the ring and on the floor to start this Championship match off!!
While Frost and Shane have a heated exchange in the ring out on the floor Silence hurls Dusk into the security barrier! He charges forward where he eats the right boot of Dusk to the face that staggers him backwards and allows Dusk to explode off the guardrail with a spear to the Monster taking him down to the shock of the crowd! In the ring Shane gains the upper hand on Frost as he drives him across the ring with rights and lefts while out on the floor Ryan Dusk folds up one of the Ladders and slides it into the ring where he slides in after it. Dusk is to his feet picking the Ladder up and as Kyle turns around Dusk charges forward drilling the top of the Ladder into the skull of Kyle Shane!
Baxter: It certainly didn’t take long for the Ladder to come into play in this one!
Frost immediately comes off the ropes stomping away at Kyle Shane with several stomps to the head before instructing Dusk to set up the Ladder. Frost takes a mount position on Shane and starts hammering down with hard right hands!! Dusk sets the Ladder up and starts to climb while we see Silence out on the floor back to a vertical base. He slides into the ring getting to his feet where he charges towards the Ladder and knocks it over sending Dusk crashing down throat first across the top rope before falling down to the mat!
Diamond: Ryan Dusk could have just snapped his neck!
Silence comes up behind Frost yanking him up and off of Kyle Shane where he spins him around a decks him with a hard right hand which sends Paul bouncing off the ropes ducking under a big boot to the face attempt and as Silence spins around Frost looks to uncoil with a Frost Bite!! Silence counters by shoving Frost forward and off the ropes where he scoops Paul up over his shoulder!! Silence looks to deliver the Running Powerslam which see’s Frost slide down the back of Silence and as the monster turns around he’s met with a dropkick that sends him falling backwards into the ropes causing him to get tried up between the top and middle rope!!
Baxter: The monster has been neutralized!
Frost instantly comes forward hammering down upon Silence with fast right hands to the face of the monster who is seeming defenseless! The crowd pops as Kyle makes it to his feet where he comes up behind Frost spinning him around! Frost swings with a right hand, Shane blocks and counters with a right hand before firing Frost across the ring, Frost bounces off the ropes and into a boot to the midsection followed by Three Amigo’s from Shane! Ryan Dusk is out on the floor as we see Kyle back to a vertical base as he sets the Ladder up underneath the tag titles! Shane starts to climb the Ladder as we see Ryan Dusk slide back into the ring with a steel chair! Dusk is to a vertical base where he comes up behind Shane waffling him across the back with a chair shot!! Dusk tosses the chair to the side before getting underneath Kyle where he brings him off the Ladder with a Powerbomb!!
Diamond: Good God the impact!!
The crowd responds to the bump taken by Kyle off the Ladder as Ryan Dusk now turns his attention to the Monster Silence whom is still tied up in the ropes. Dusk picks up the steel chair before slowly and methodically walking towards Silence who continues to try to free himself. Dusk comes forward with a vile chair shot across the head of Silence that echoes throughout the Mercedes Benz Stadium. Dusk tosses the chair to the mat as he throws his arms up in the air to massively loud boos as Paul Frost is shown working his way back to his feet as is Kyle Shane. It’s Kyle who turns around and walks into a Side Effect by Frost! The crowd roars with loud boos as Frost throws up a trademark pose before instructing Dusk to stay on top of Shane while Paul turns his attention towards the Ladder and starts to make his climb.
Baxter: Officially crown yourself, Paul!!
The crowd gets louder and louder with boos as Ryan Dusk drops down to the mat choking Kyle Shane! Suddenly there’s a loud ovation as Silence manages to free himself from the ropes!! The monster catches the eyes of Frost who hollers down at Dusk only Ryan doesn’t hear him and by now Silence to a vertical base and has a hold of the Ladder! Paul frantically starts to climb to the top of the Ladder only to see Silence tip it over on the side sending Paul Frost sailing over the top rope crashing down to the floor with a sick thud! “HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT!” echoes throughout the stadium as Silence turns his attention towards Ryan Dusk who is still choking away at Kyle Shane! Silence comes forward with a boot to the back of the head knocking Ryan Dusk down to the mat. The crowd comes unglued as Silence slowly turns his head towards the Ladder while Kyle Shane rolls out to the floor. Silence comes forward folding up the Ladder before laying it down in the middle of the ring!
Diamond: What the hell is Silence thinking!!
Silence turns his attention towards Ryan Dusk where he picks him up off the mat! Silence scoops Dusk up over his shoulder before delivering a Running Powerslam driving Dusk violently down into the Ladder!!
Baxter: MY GOD!!
The crowd erupts with a thunderous ovation as Dusk rolls over off the Ladder and out to the floor!
Diamond: Silence is the only person in the ring!!
Silence looks up at the Tag Titles before looking down at the Ladder followed by looking down at Kyle Shane on the floor, then back up at the Tag Titles before shaking his head! The crowd starts to boo as Silence steps over the top rope dropping down to the floor where he starts to walk back up the ramp!!!
Baxter: Silence is leaving Kyle Shane hanging high and dry!!!!
Diamond: WHY?!?!
The boo’s get louder and louder the further from the ring Silence gets before he finally disappears behind the curtain.
Baxter: Boy did the odds shift towards the Extinction or what!!?!?!?
The ring is completely clear as Paul Frost is shown crawling back into the ring to loud, loud boos from the crowd!! Frost uses the ropes to pull himself to his feet where he staggers forward towards the Ladder and is able to reach down and pick it up where he sets it up under the Tag Titles!
Diamond: Don’t tell me this is how Frost is going to win the titles?!!?!?!
Paul starts to take his first two steps up the Ladder which reveals the Ladder is unstable! He drops down to the mat where he folds up the Ladder and takes it back into a neutral corner leaning it against the buckles. Out on the floor Kyle Shane starts to stir and has no clue he’s been left hanging high and dry. He reaches his feet while on the other side of the ring we see Paul slide out to the floor where both he and Shane fold up their own Ladders, it’s not until they both turn towards the ring that they see the other with a Ladder! Both men slide the Ladder’s into the ring before sliding in after them! They’re both to a vertical base with Shane landing the first right hand, Frost comes back with a European Uppercut! Shane comes right back with another hard right hand to which Frost answers with another European Uppercut! Frost charges towards Shane who counters with a drop toe hold sending Frost face first into a Ladder!!!
Baxter: There goes that million dollar smile!!
The crowd is solidly behind Kyle Shane as he works his way back to his feet where he’s looking around and finally it sinks in that he’s going it the rest of the way alone. Shane shakes his head before reaching down picking up a Ladder and positioning it under the Tag Titles.
Diamond: If you want something done right you might as well be prepared to do it yourself.
The fans roar for Kyle as he starts to scale the Ladder!! We see Ryan Dusk sliding back into the ring as Kyle is nearing the top of the Ladder! Kyle reaches up touching the gold as Dusk takes the second Ladder as he stands to his feet and as Kyle is about to take down a title he’s met with a jabbing shot to the ribs knocking him off the Ladder and sending him crashing down to the mat below!!
Baxter: How in the hell is Kyle Shane going to combat two against one?
Ryan Dusk looks out to see Frost who is starting to stir and ops to slide out to the floor with the Ladder and place it across with the head on the security railing and the legs propped up by the ring apron before sliding back into the ring where he gets to his feet picking Kyle Shane up off the mat. Dusk looks to send Shane across the ring and into the Ladder set up in the corner, Shane counters and it’s Dusk that crashes back against the Ladder where he staggers out towards the center of the ring eating a Superkick by Shane!! Unknown to Kyle we see Paul Frost has slid back into the ring where he spins Shane around looking for a Frost Bite, Shane counters as he shoves Paul forward and bouncing off the ropes, Frost latches on to the top rope which has Shane charge forward taking both men over the top rope and out to the floor with a clothesline!
Diamond: Frost and Shane spill out to the floor! If Dusk can get himself together he can climb the ladder and get the belts!!
Both Shane and Frost lay on the floor for several seconds before they each start to stir. Frost is the first to his feet where he catches Shane with an inverted back breaker! In the ring Ryan Dusk has pulled himself to his feet where he see’s Paul and Kyle on the floor! Dusk looks up at the titles and starts to climb the Ladder!! Out on the floor Frost reaches down to pick Kyle up off the mat only to receive a low blow for his troubles!!
Baxter: Dusk is well on his way to grabbing the titles!!!
Frost falls backwards to the floor while Kyle is shown getting to his feet where he slides into the ring and getting to his feet. Dusk is nearing the top of the Ladder with his back to Kyle! He’s reaching up and has one of the belts in hand when he’s light a dear in headlights as the Ladder starts to shake from Kyle Shane!! The fans start to stir as the get louder and louder upon seeing Kyle Shane start to tip the Ladder over which sends Dusk forward flipping off the Ladder and crashing through the Ladder he’s set up from the ring apron to the security barrier!! Dusks body crashes through the metal ladder to a thunderous “HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT!” chant from the Atlanta crowd.
Diamond: Ryan Dusk has got to be broken in half!!
The chant is so loud you can hardly hear yourself think as Kyle Shane looks on in complete disbelief at what’s just transpired before he sets the Ladder up underneath the Tag Titles! Kyle starts to climb the Ladder as we see Paul Frost roll back into the ring on the opposite side of Shane. Frost uses the Ladder to get up and starts to climb the other side of the Ladder! The crowd is in a frenzy as Shane nears the top of the Ladder where he reaches up towards the titles only to eat a right hand to the midsection from Frost which brings Shane’s hand down!
Baxter: They’re duking it out on the top of the Ladder!
Frost lands another right hand before driving Shane face first into the top of the Ladder! Paul starts to reach for the gold! He’s got his hand on the titles only to have Shane land and open handed chop across the chest of Frost causing him to lose grip of one title! Shane lands a second chop to the chest which causes the Ladder to start teetering before collapsing under both men! Shane lungs his arms up taking the second title as both Frost and Shane dangle above the ring each by a tag title!
Diamond: This doesn’t look like it’s going to end well for either one of these two men!!
They kick at each other before suddenly the straps give way and unbuckle from the ring causing both men to free fall down to the mat each man in procession of a Tag Title!!
DING…. DING… DING….
The fans are stunned with the turn of events as Paul Frost and Kyle Shane lay on the mat from the free fall down and each with a tag title in his grasp. The referee doesn’t know what to do so he kneels down raising both Frost and Shane’s arm in the air!!
Masters: The referee has ruled that your winners of this contest, and NEW WGWF World Tag Team Champions, PAUL FROST and KYLE SHANE!!
Diamond: Is that even possible?
Baxter: This is the first time I’ve ever seen something like this!! Both Kyle Shane and Paul Frost have procession of a tag title?!?!?!
EMT’s are shown attending to Ryan Dusk before focusing on Kyle Shane and Paul Frost who now are each in a seated position in opposite corners with their tag title glaring across the ring at the other.
Diamond: What does this mean for the Tag Teams? Can these two men even coexist?
The scene fades.
Baxter: And now, folks... ugh... I can only hope we are past the watershed!
Diamond: There has certainly been no love lost between these two. They’ve had their battles in the past, but ever since Lunacy cost Grimoire Xmyles victory at The West Coast Rumble, the two have tried to tear each other apart.
Baxter: Even though this is technically a non-sanctioned match, I hear that the Board of Directors have ordered to have bags of BLOOD on standby. That is the extent of how far the Board thinks these two are willing to go.
Diamond: Last Brawl, Grimoire Xmyles went all out against Anarchy, very close to actually murdering Lunacy in a modified car wash! The Brawl before that, he crucified The Dark Shadow and set him on fire in the middle of the ring!
Baxter: Whatever boundaries in taste you may have, Grimoire Xmyles is sick enough to exceed them. The only exception to this rule seems to be Lunacy! THAT is something that GX wants to change right here, right now!
Diamond: I have a feeling that this is going to make for some VERY uncomfortable viewing, so viewer discretion is advised!
Masters: The following contest is a Non-Sanctioned Barbed Wire Ropes Match scheduled for one fall…
Crowd: ONE FALL!
Masters: Introducing first…
The all too familiar sound of “The Lotion” begins to play over the PA system. Strobe lighting begins to flash vigorously as the stage area becomes engulfed in a thick fog. Lasers are able to shoot through, making the smoke look more akin to a thundercloud. Threes figure can be seen in the smoke, each with a box-like object in front of them. Through the cloud they emerge; Lunacy, The Jackdaw and Brother Maylock. Each of them push a shopping cart containing an assortment of different objects; 2x4s, trash cans, kendo sticks and other traditional weapons, although Lunacy’s cart has a noticeable amount of tarpaulin covering it, hiding the contents from view.
Masters: From Kansas City, Missouri. Weighing in at 210lbs… LUNACY!!!
Equally noticeable is Lunacy’s choice of attire, for he is dressed almost identically to how Grimoire Xmyles would dress; purple jacket, face paint over his mask and all.
Diamond: What on earth is this now!? I thought imitation was a form of flattery!
Baxter: Mind games, Derrick. This is clearly designed to get under Xmyles’ skin before they even begin this battle. It’s become about more than just what has happened since The West Coast Rumble. These two want to prove which of them is crazier than the other.
Anarchy wheel their trolleys down the entrance ramp, resting them at ringside. Lunacy motions to enter the ring, before stopping and looking back at The Jackdaw and Brother Maylock. He points towards the top of the entrance ramp. The Jackdaw and Brother Maylock seem to protest to him, but Lunacy reiterates his sentiments.
Diamond: It appears as though Lunacy wants to do this alone.
Baxter: That might be a decision he’ll regret later.
Slowly yielding to his whim, The Jackdaw and Brother Maylock begin to make their way back up the length of the entrance ramp as Lunacy climbs onto the ring apron. He carefully climbs between a spot in the barbed wire ropes where there is a sufficient space for him to fit through. Already, the barbed wire snags at his purple jacket. Ignorantly, he rips the jacket away. Huge rips appear in the fabric. Just imagine what it could do to human skin! Rather than have one straight reel of barbed wire replacing each of the three ring ropes, the wire has been arranged erratically, crossing other reams in random places. It is not so much a case of having ‘barbed wire ropes’ as it is having a ‘barbed wire wall.’ As his music fades, he peers curiously towards the stage.
Masters: And the opponent…
Baxter: What is this now?
A theme that would be more befitting of Alyce Starchylde begins to play... and heres comes The Phobia himself. Even though he his face paint is relatively similar, his green hair has been infused with pink and blue "tips," along with his normal red lipstick appearing more 'pink and glittery' than usual. Lunacy looks far from impressed.
Masters: Hailing from Markmill Asylum and tipping the scales at 206lbs… GRIMOIRE… XMYLES!!!
Diamond: What on earth is THIS all about!?
Baxter: More mind games. Lunacy can dress as GX all he likes, but he is dressed as his Queen: The Goddess of Dischord! It's a Pysche-Off!
No sooner than he finishes his sentence, Donald Masters bails out of the ring as quickly as possible, but is careful enough to ensure he does not rip his suit at all. The crowd want blood. Lunacy runs his finger along the top barbed wire rope, plucking it like a guitar string to check its tautness. He slowly turns to stare down GX, who is stood in the middle of the entrance ramp with his arms at his side and wriggling his fingers as if this were a showdown at high noon. Lunacy begins to pace back and forth on the side of the ring that he is situated. Xmyles slowly begins to remove his purple jacket, which he normally keeps on even during the heat of combat. He throws his jacket to the ground with a grin, before ripping at his shirt. Button fly off into the crowd as Grimoire dumps his shirt to one side. Grimoire’s skin is covered in scabs, bruises and scars, some look fresher than others. The crowd gasps at the sheer scale of the destruction that the ‘Grim Deletion’ as the fans had named it was on full display. Grimoire simply continues to glare at Lunacy, a wicked grin begins to spread across his face like impetigo. He ascends the ring steps and climbs into the ring taking the way over ascending the top turnbuckle. The second that he reaches the top, Lunacy suddenly barges past the referee and lunges at Grimoire’s legs. GX jump up and over Lunacy, landing in the middle of the ring and rolling through. Lunacy and GX charge at one another, meeting at the centre of the ring and start wailing on one another with punches.
DING DING DING!
Diamond: Here we go! Months of turmoil are coming to a head here.
Baxter: I’ve a bad feeling about this…
The two trade shots in the center of the ring. They are both evenly matched; their height and weight being almost identical. The one immediate advantage that Lunacy has over Grimoire is his age; he is much faster and is quickly able to overwhelm Grimoire with his strikes. He backs GX towards the corner turnbuckle, immediately approaching the deadly barbed wire ropes. Lunacy backs away slightly, hitting a turnbuckle clothesline before The Phobia can move away. Lunacy backs away, putting a little more distance between them to build greater momentum. Counterproductively, this also gives Xmyles a moment to think about how to counter; his choice is to throw a boot up at the last minute to hit Lunacy in the face. Lunacy stumbles away as Grimoire bursts out of the corner and takes Lunacy down with a Bulldog in the middle of the ring. GX immediately clambers back up to his feet and starts stamping on Lunacy’s spine. Before Lunacy has a chance to push himself up, Grimoire stands on Lunacy’s back with both feet. Lunacy is up on all fours, pushing GX up with him, but Xmyles springs up and drive both knees downward firmly into his back. Lunacy lets out a yell on the impact, flattening him against the mat.
Diamond: Lunacy took the early advantage, but Xmyles’ sadistic style has him grounded at this point.
Baxter: This certainly feels more like a fight than a match at this stage.
Grimoire lets out a maniacal laugh as he delivers knee shot after knee shot to Lunacy’s kidneys. Lunacy tries to roll out of harm’s way, but GX follows up with a full blown choke hold, literally strangling Lunacy with both hands. The poor official that drew the short straw to officiate this ‘fight’ tries to talk Grimoire out of sustaining the hold. His pleas fall on deaf eyes. Lunacy is trying to prise Xmyles’ hands away from his neck. Unable to do this, he resorts to a thumb to Grimoire’s eyes. Instinctively, Grimoire lets go to nurse his eye, which gives Lunacy the opportunity to roll him over and into a cradle! Grimoire’s shoulders are on the mat…
ONE!
TWO!
KICKOUT!
Baxter: It’s far too early in the match to try that, Lunacy.
Lunacy holds his throat as he gets up to his feet, trying to open his airways back up by taking deep intakes of breath. Grimoire lunges at Lunacy, who throws a foot upwards in response to strike GX in the gut, knocking him back for a moment. Lunacy jumps into the air, looking to hit a Dropkick, but Xmyles catches the legs and allows Lunacy to flop down to the mat. GX stands up straight with his foe’s legs still in his clutches. He falls back, catapulting Lunacy straight into the barbed wire! Lunacy lets out a yelp, but GX backs up and gets ready to hit a Big Boot… but Lunacy evades! GX is caught with the barbed wire RIGHT BETWEEN HIS LEGS!
Baxter: Grimoire must know what it feels like to be a baby calf right about now! I hear calf testicles are a delicacy in some parts of the world.
Diamond: What does that have to do with ANY OF THIS!?
Baxter: You know! They cut off the calf’s balls by slicing open the scrotum and…
Diamond: You know what? I REALLY don’t want to know!
Grimoire painfully pulls himself away from the razor wire, assessing the damage in the least subtle way possible. Lunacy stalks GX from the opposite corner. The second he turns around, Lunacy hoists him up and drops him crotch first over his knee with an Inverted Atomic Drop. GX winces, but remains standing. That is quickly addressed in the form of a Spinning Heel Kick from Lunacy, knocking GX down to the mat. Lunacy goes to pick GX up. About halfway back up to a vertical base, Grimoire buries his fingers into Lunacy’s eyes, raking them in a bid to free himself. Lunacy lets out a groan, momentarily blinded as GX coils around his arms, trapping them. They are stood nose to nose with Grimoire having the advantage; proceeding to strike Lunacy in the face with his own head. Grimoire is not afraid of using his own body as a weapon, even if it means taking damage himself. Perhaps dazing himself as a result of that choice of offense.
He doubles over. Lunacy reaches for GX’s arm, threading it between his legs before scooping him up and planting him with a Pumphandle Slam. Lunacy quickly gets up and glares downwards at Grimoire, who gets up whilst clutching his lower back with both hands planted either side… but then starts clucking! Xmyles is clearly not impressed by Lunacy’s attacks so far, despite the fact that you could argue that Lunacy has been well on top up to this point. Lunacy steps to Grimoire, who is now pointing and laughing right in his face. So comes the response from Lunacy… a THUNDEROUS slap that almost knocks the paint right off the clown’s face!
Grimoire: BITCH!
Lunacy: FUCKTARD!
Grimoire: SPUNK BOOZER!
Lunacy: CUNT WAFFLE!
Grimoire: SHOP ASSISTANT!
Lunacy: UNCLE FUCKER!
Grimoire: CUM DUMPSTER!
Lunacy: CURTAIN JERKER!
Now it is the turn of Grimoire Xmyles to slap Lunacy HARD across the face. The referee gets between the two psychopaths and instructs them to cease with the name calling and continue with the actual match.
Grimoire: He called me names!
Lunacy: YOU started it!
Grimoire: DID NOT!
Grimoire shoves Lunacy in the chest!
Lunacy: DID TO!
Lunacy pushes him right back. Grimoire begins to look annoyed.
Grimoire: DID NOT!
The next shove sends Lunacy stumbling a few steps across the ring. Lunacy suddenly charges at GX and shoulder tackles him backwards into the corner. He ascends to the second rope and begins repeatedly punching Grimoire right in the head.
Lunacy: DID TO! DID TO! DID TO! DID TO! DID TO! DID TO! DID TO! DID TO! DID TO! DID TO!
In case you are hard of counting, he successfully makes his point with ten consecutive punches to the head. Lunacy finally dismounts, leaving a groggied Xmyles to shuffle forwards and walk right into an Arm Drag. GX rolls onto his feet. Lunacy deploys the same tactic, hitting another Arm Drag. Again, GX rolls through, but walks right into a basic Scoop Slam from Lunacy, following up with a quick Leg Drop. Lunacy gets back up and hits an Elbow Drop, connecting with the same part of the chest that he had connected with the leg variant.
Lunacy goes for a second Elbow Drop, but Grimoire quickly grabs his arm, swinging his legs up to trap it entirely and drags him down into an Anaconda Vise. GX is trying to pull Lunacy’s arm right out of its socket! Lunacy flails for a moment, before looping his free arm beneath GX and using all of his strength to lift GX up off the ground. Grimoire refuses to let go of the hold as Lunacy suddenly thrusts him directly into the barbed wire ropes! The razor wire rips away at Grimoire’s skin. He lets go, sliding along the razor wire and onto the mat. Blood immediately begins to pour from Grimoire’s back.
Diamond: And it’s Lunacy who draws first blood!
Baxter: Already!? Get those blood bags on standby, boys!
Grimoire’s wincing turns into smiling after a few moments as Lunacy backs away, encouraging Grimoire to stand up and face him once more, rolling his arm in a circular motion to get the feeling back in it. GX gurns at Lunacy, slowly clambering back up to his feet to confront his nemesis once again. Grimoire lets out a grin as he swings another right hand. Lunacy ducks and counters with a Thrust Kick, but GX catches the foot, flooring Lunacy with a Dragon Screw. Lunacy rolls back up onto his feet, but Grimoire leaps into the air with a dropkick, kicking Lunacy straight back into the barbed wire ropes! The crowd roars as Lunacy winces painfully. Grimoire goes to clothesline Lunacy over the ropes, but Lunacy is able to peel himself away from the barbs to drop down and vault GX onto the outside.
Grimoire shakes off the impact, taking a moment to catch his breath. Lunacy backs up across the ring and begins scraping his foot across the mat like a bull that’s about to charge. With a seemingly random ‘moo,’ Lunacy charges at the opposite ropes, springing up and over them, crashing down on top of Grimoire with a Cross Body, flattening GX on the outside. Lunacy immediately gets back up onto his feet and moves towards the nearest shopping cart, placing a pondering thumb beneath his chin as he deliberates which of his toys he is going to play with first. He opts for a long, yet thin looking pole protruding from a trash can. It is only once he withdraws it fully that we realise what he has in his hand…
Baxter: Lunacy’s got a Golf Club!
Diamond: Looks like a Nine-Iron to me.
Baxter: You WOULD be the sort who plays golf…
Lunacy grips the driver by the rubber handle at its apex, positioning his feet apart appropriately and placing the head of the club right next to Grimoire’s body. He takes an almighty swing backwards, the end of the club now high above Lunacy’s head, before drilling it downwards and striking Xmyles right in the gut. Grimoire is sent shooting upwards from the force of the swing, writhing on the mats surrounding the perimeter of the ring. Lunacy inspects the club, which is now bent and buckled. Maybe in an attempt to straighten it back out, he swivels the club in his hand and drives it across Xmyles’ back.
Diamond: I’ve heard of Crazy Golf, but this is ridiculous!
Baxter: Ba-dum, tssssssh!
Lunacy peers at the golf club once more. It is even more twisted than before. In annoyance, he threads the bent golf club under Grimoire’s chin and wrenches it backwards into his throat. He’s trying to choke out GX with that Golf Club! Even beneath that white face paint of his, you can tell that his face is starting to turn purple. Perhaps out of desperation, Xmyles thrusts his head backwards, smashing Lunacy in the face with a Reverse Headbutt. Lunacyu refuses to let go. It takes two more consecutive Reverse Headbutts to shake Lunacy off. Grimoire crawls away, looking to regroup while Lunacy clutches his nose.
GX clambers back up to his feet, using the ring apron for support. Lunacy steps toward Grimoire, still with that golf club in hand. Weilding it over his head, he swings downwards at Grimoire. He ducks. The gold club strikes the ring apron harmlessly. Lunacy tries to swing horizontally this time, but GX ducks once more and spins behind Lunacy as uses his whole body weight to shove Lunacy forward, straight into the steel ring post!
You can hear the crack of bone against steel on impact!
Lunacy is left reeling, clattering to the ground from that impact as GX takes the opportunity to catch his breath. He grabs Lunacy and drags him to the ring apron, stuffing him halfway through the bottom rope so that his torso is left tantalisingly close to the barbed wire ring ropes. GX mounts the apron, stepping over Lunacy’s body before climbing onto the bottom barbed wire rope, pressing the razor wire deep into Lunacy’s chest! Grimoire shifts his weight, practically jumping on the barbed wire, puncturing the skin across Lunacy’s torso.
Diamond: The innovation of Grimoire’s madness is really shining through. What a vicious use of those barbed wire ropes.
Baxter: Lunacy is going to look like a human colander by the time GX is through!
Finally, GX relents. Lunacy tries to drag himself into the ring as Grimoire ascends the turnbuckle. He waits to see where Lunacy comes to rest. Seeing his opportunity, he throws himself into the air with a Twisting Moonsault… but Lunacy throws his knees up! Grimoire bouces away as Lunacy gets his second wind. He grabs Grimoire by the head, lifting him up and delivering a Chokehold STO! Lunacy makes a cover…

THREE-NO!
GX gets the shoulder up in the nick of time.
Lunacy immediately gets in the referee’s face, holding up five fingers for some reason. Does he think it should have been a five count!? Lunacy shakes his head and goes back to Grimoire, going to grab his leg. GX swats his hand away with his free leg and throws his legs over his head, backward rolling up onto his feet. Lunacy seems a little stunned by the flexibility of GX. There is a momentary pause as the two adversaries stare one another down.
Diamond: These two men have already been through so much, but neither man is showing any fear, any give, or any sign of giving up.
Baxter: They’re just getting started, Derrick. These two still have plenty left in the tank!
Lunacy holds his arm out, as if trying to encourage Grimoire to participate in a test of strength. Grimoire responds to this challenge by booting Lunacy straight between the legs. Lunacy grimaces for a moment, before reply with a Low Blow of his own. Grimoire stumbles a little, holding his junk before moving back towards Lunacy. He screams the words “Stop hitting me in the balls!” in a sarcastic, half-hearted tone right in Lunacy’s face, before hitting yet another kick to the nether regions! Lunacy almost topples over, but sways back in GX’s direction and hits another low blow.
Diamond: This match has turned into a game of Ro-Sham-Bo.
Baxter: Well, there goes any chance of either men having kids… God, what a thought.
Grimoire charges at Lunacy and goes for a clothesline, but Lunacy spins on his knees as wraps his foot between Xmyles’ legs and takes him down with a drop toe hold. Grimoire’s face lands mere centimetres away from the barbed wire. Lunacy rushes forward, trying to wrench Grimoire’s head forward into the ropes, but GX fends him off with a back elbow to the nose! Lunacy sprawls out of harm’s way as GX gets up to his feet. Lunacy turns around, but is met with a kick to the gut, followed by a HUGE stunner that sends him flying back!
Diamond: SHOCK TREATMENT! THIS COULD BE IT!
Grimoire makes the cover…

LUNACY KICKS OUT!
Grimoire looks up. He’s seeing red! He drags Lunacy to the edge of the ring and stuffs his forehead onto the bottom rope, grinding it against the razor wire. Blood pours from Lunacy’s brow. His mask is almost sodden! Lunacy clutches his head as Grimoire drags him towards the turnbuckle, lifting him up onto the top rope in a seated position. GX is right there, underhooking both arms and pulling him upwards. GX is stood on the top rope, draggin Lunacy up to his level. He looks out across to the crowd before jumping up with Lunacy into the air. Directly beneath them is one of the shopping carts filled with debris…
CRAAAAAAAAAAASSSSSSSSSSHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!
Diamond: BOTTOMLESS PIT RIGHT INTO THAT SHOPPING CART!
Baxter: That move took BOTH men out!
The cart is completely mangled from the impact of over 400 pounds crushing it. Its contents, ranging from 2x4s to trash cans and even potted plants are left in complete disarray across ringside. The referee is stood in the ring with both his hands holding his head. He doesn’t know what to do.
Diamond: There’s no count outs in this unsanctioned match!
Baxter: But it isn’t exactly Falls Count Anywhere either. They need to settle this the way that EVERYBODY has to settle their scores in this company… in the ring!
After several minutes of motionlessness, GX begins to crawl out of the wreckage. He begins to rummage through the various articles strewn across ringside. With his back turned, Lunacy rolls onto his side and reaches for the nearest available weapon; a DVD case!? Lunacy fumbles with the clipping mechanism that keeps the plastic case closed. He opens the case and removes the disc from inside; a copy of Tim Burton’s ‘The Dark Knight’ with four large razor blades super-glued to its top surface to form a crudely made shuriken. Lunacy hold the disc by the tip of one of the blades, ready to throw it at Lunacy… but Grimoire is wise to his tricks, thanks in part to a mirror that is somehow contained in the cart’s wreckage.
Lunacy motions his arm backwards ready to throw, but Grimoire spins around with something in his hand at arm’s length. It’s some sort of spray. He directs it right into Lunacy’s eyes! Lunacy lets out an anguished scream, scraping at his eyes. Grimoire tosses the can right at Lunacy’s head. It bounces off and rolls directly in front of the announcer’s desk.
Baxter: That isn’t just pepper spray… that’s BEAR MACE!
Diamond: My God, Lunacy must be in excruciating pain!
Grimoire looks at the DVD that Lunacy had held in his hand. He picks up the case, places it back in its container and puts it in his pocket for later. A little late night viewing for Xmyles, perhaps? Meanwhile, Lunacy has crawled back into the ring, dragging his face along the canvas like a dog trying to wipes its ass. Grimoire has grabbed something else from the wreckage… a burlap sack. Who knows what it contains inside? Grimoire does. The grin he produces upon witnessing the contents clearly satisfies his malicious intentions. Arming himself further with a steel chair, he slides it into the ring and climbs into the ring over the top rope with the sack still in hand.
He motions just off-center of the ring‘s middle… he empties the burlap sack…
Baxter: What do we have here!? There’s a whole bunch of rusty screws, nails, thumbtacks, glass and needles coagulated there.
Diamond: It’s a literal pile of tetanus in the ring! This does NOT bode well…
Grimoire picks up the chair and motions towards Lunacy. He holds the chair high above his head, ready to crack the steel seating contraption right across Lunacy’s waiting skull. Right before he can deliver the deathblow, Lunacy springs up and drills Xmyles into the mat with a Cutter. The chair falls above Grimoire. As GX bounces off the mat, the chair smacks him right across the back of the head! Lunacy scrambles over to GX and quickly applies an Arm Hook Sleeper Hold on the ground.
Baxter: COILS OF MADNESS LOCKED IN!
Diamond: Lunacy is in absolute agony right now, but somehow he has managed to lock it in! But with that irritant in his eyes, how long can he keep it locked in for before either GX manages to escape or the Bear Mace takes its toll.
Lunacy applies as much pressure as he can. GX is completely trapped. There’s no way for him to get out of this one! Lunacy is thrashing his head from side to side. All he really wants to do is try to wipe the mace from his eyes. The fact that the irritant lingers in the fabric of his mask only prolongs the agony, yet it had almost acted as a barrier from the full brunt of the effects. GX is still thrashing himself in a bid to made some sort of escape. There’s no rope breaks, there’s no way out! GX starts to go limp… he’s fading! Lunacy is still fighting. With all his might, he lifts GX up and sets him in position… BLUE PILL CONNECTS!
Baxter: HE GOT ALL OF IT!
Diamond: But is GX completely out!?
Lunacy slumps into a cover…
ONE!!!
TWO!!!!!!
THREEEEEEEEEE-NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Diamond: GX denies Lunacy once again!
Baxter: Kick out at 2.99 recurring! The slightest fraction of a second faster would have seen Lunacy emerge victorious.
Diamond: But it looks like Lunacy has worn GX down considerably.
Lunacy slides his hand under his mask, wiping his eyes once more. Upon removing it, he focuses on something in his pocket… He too had brought something else into the ring with him… a green First Aid bag. Lunacy shakily wraps his fingers around the medical kit, slowly dragging it towards him and fumbling with the clips that secure it shut. They pop open. Panting heavily, Lunacy lifts the lid and rummages inside. He discards plasters, bandages, medical tape and ointments, strewing them across the ringside area. He slowly lifts a small vial into the air, pinching it at its top and bottom between his thumb and forefinger, lifting it to eye level. In his other hand, he holds a sterilised syringe still wrapped in airtight transparent packaging.
He rips the packet open and slides the components of the syringe into his hand before assembling the syringe by screwing the needle to the compartment attached to the plunger. Upon removing the lid from the vial, he pierces the foil top and slowly pulls back on the plunger, withdrawing the contents of the vial into the syringe.
Diamond: What the heck is THAT stuff?
Lunacy rolls up his sleeve and angles his arm in preparation, but he is suddenly knocked flat on his back at Grimoire pounces on top of him like a panther. Grimoire tries to wrench the syringe out of Lunacy’s hand for his own nefarious purposes, but Lunacy is not giving up. The needle points dangerously into the air. Lunacy shifts the momentum, rolling GX onto his back so that he is now the man on top, their deadlock remaining intact. He is able to position his knee and draws his leg back, driving it straight into Grimoire’s groin.
GX lets out a scream before converting it into wailing laughter.
Lunacy quickly yanks his hand free as he stands up and staggers back, holding the syringe into the air triumphantly. He rolls his sleeve up once more and quickly sources a vein. He injects the needle of the syringe into his arm and slowly presses the plunger down… but GX is back up. Lunacy does not have time to fully inject the contents into his arm. Instead of risking considerable harm, he withdraws and tosses the half-empty syringe out of the ring just as GX levels him with a Sling Blade.
There is no way Lunacy could have blocked it!
His head bounces hard off the mat as GX sprawls in the direction of the syringe. He voluntarily climbs between the barbed wire ropes, their sharp protrusions pierce and slice his skin open, but he does not seem to care, instead focused solely on retrieving whatever advantage Lunacy had given himself for his own. He falls off the apron, napping the needle from the ground. He jabs it into his own arm much more forcefully than Lunacy had done.
Baxter: Ugh… you’re not supposed to share needles…
Upon depressing the plunger, the remainder of the vial enters Grimoire’s bloodstream. But back in the ring, Lunacy has doubled over in pain. He is letting out an agonising yell as Grimoire re-enters the ring, cackling to himself. Before he can mount any offense, GX freezes. He too is overwhelmed by a searing pain shooting through his whole body. The crowd gasp at this spectacle.
They’ve both fallen eerily silent.
Their pupils dilate.
Their muscles seem to momentarily spasm as the two stare each other down once again.
With wide, wild and crazed eyes, the two begin to fire lightning fast punches and martial arts kicks at one another like something from a scene from a Dragon Ball Z anime.
AND THE CROWD ABSOLUTELY FUCKING LOVE IT!!!
Diamond: Never in all my years as a color commentator have I seen anything like this. Their bodies had given up on them, yet both Grimoire and Lunacy’s bloodlust just refuses to be defied!
Baxter: Injecting themselves with adrenaline… that’s a new one on me!
All of the strikes are focused on a specific target, not erratic like they are normally. Yet, with almost heightened senses, the two are able to trade and block one another’s strikes blow for blow. Finally, Grimoire winds back and delivers a devastating punch to Lunacy’s jaw. Lunacy drapes over one side of himself, before quickly slinging himself up to catapult a thunderous punch of his own to Grimoire’s cheekbone.
Grimoire suddenly spins beneath a shot from Lunacy, looping his arms around Lunacy’s waist and hurls himself backwards, sending Lunacy crashing straight through the barbed wire ropes with a German Suplex. Lunacy tumbles through the strands of wire like the ball in a game of Ker-Plunk, before clattering to the floor. He goes to push himself, but Grimoire has bounded onto the top rope as is perched with his arms spread like a vulture ready to swoop down on carrion. Before Lunacy can stand fully and vertical, Grimoire takes flight, driving both his feet into Lunacy’s shoulders with a Double Footed Stomp.
Lunacy is not grounded for very long. His eyes are completely red by this red. He shoulder tackles Grimoire into the ring barricade, before clotheslining him right over the top and directly into the front row of the crowd.
Fans begin to scream as they become involuntarily caught in the crossfire of the two psychopaths’ warpath. Clambering over chairs and bodies, Grimoire and Lunacy battle their way through the arena. Lunacy grabs one of the chairs. Unlike the traditional folding steel chairs, these seats as essentially metallic ‘trays’ with imprints for where ones buttocks would come to rest. With his deranged mind giving him strength, he shears the bolts holding two of the seats in place, ripping them from their perch. He begins swinging them wildly, aiming primarily for Grimoire’s head. Unfortunately, some slower members of the crowd to get away hinder his progress.
Diamond: These fans are running for their lives! Nobody is safe from the wrath of Lunacy and Grimoire’s hatred for one another.
Baxter: Why do I see multiple subpoenas heading to the new owner’s desk?
Diamond: They must be thirty rows deep back there… and they are still working their way further and further towards the back.
The audience have parted like a Red Sea. Grimoire and Lunacy are absolutely pummelling one another with a variety of punches, kicks, elbows and even bites to each other. Lunacy still wields one of the two seats that he had prised from the ground earlier. The other has just been apprehended by Grimoire, snatching it out of his hand and attempting to land shots of his own to the cranium. Lunacy hits a stiff shot to Grimoire’s skull, only for GX to deliver one right back to Lunacy. They are evenly matched at this stage! The two madmen suddenly back up for a moment before lunging at each other once more. This time, their own momentum sends them tumbling over one of the steps. Lunacy is the first to fall, but he drags GX behind him.
Somehow, even as they fall, they continue their catfight as the dervish that is their battle is sent hurting back down towards ringside… SMASHING THROUGH THE RING BARRICADE! This is the only thing that stops them, ending the array of body shots for a brief moment. Their bodies are broken. Their will is anything but.
Diamond: How are these two even still breathing? They’re both so desperate to win this contest. It is has been more physical than any championship bout I think I’ve ever seen.
Lunacy slumps to the ground, but he refuses to stay down before very long as he sees Grimoire move towards one of the shopping carts. He lets out a loud whistle after putting two fingertips in his mouth…
Suddenly, the tarpaulin from the third shopping cart pops up. Grimoire looks around… and is met with a baseball bat right to the face!
Stood there, looking crippled, almost zombified… is THE DARK SHADOW!!!
Baxter: HE’S ALIVE!?!?!
Diamond: HOW!?
The Dark Shadow leaps out of the shopping cart and begins wailing on Grimoire with stomps and kicks to the head. Grimoire is motionless. Lunacy takes the opportunity to rinse his mask with a bottle of water from the announcer’s desk, ringing it out while it is still on his face. Finally he has gotten rid of the vast majority of that Bear Mace. The Dark Shadow’s attack is not the most savage thing you have ever seen, but even the smallest mosquito can causes the deadliest disease.
Lunacy chuckles. He pats Dark Shadow on the shoulder. The Dark Shadow returns the gesture with a satisfied smile on his face. Lunacy looks at where The Dark Shadow’s hand has touched him on his own shoulder. He looks repulsed. As if he were picking a dirty hankie or a banana peel off of himself, he uses two fingers to pinch the absolutely minimum amount of Dark Shadow’s skin before dropping it behind him.
He looks pissed.
He suddenly scoops Dark Shadow up onto his shoulders… DRILLING HIM WITH A THORAZINE ON TOP OF XMYLES!
Baxter: HE’S DEAD!!!!!!!!!
Diamond: I wouldn’t go that far. Unconscious, yes. Dead, no. Although I’m amazed he survived the onslaught of GX nigh on one month ago.
Lunacy kicks Dark Shadow out of the way like a football before moving back to the empty trolley that he had been hiding in throughout this whole contest. He tips it upside down, dumping the contents out of it across the ringside area. With all his strength, he lifts the trolley up and SOMEHOW manages to hold it high above his head.
The hinged rear of the trolley, designed to allow another trolley to slide behind and insert itself into another as a means of reducing storage space, flaps open. It swallows Grimoire up whole, pinning his arms down by his side as it drops. The bars at the end of the trolley bash Grimoire’s cranium. Dazed, he stumbles around the ringside area before falling forwards; the cart lands on its wheels. As GX drifts in a random direction, Lunacy grabs hold of the handlebar of the trolley. Xmyles is trapped and completely helpless as Lunacy hauls the cart up the entrance ramp and onto the top of the stage.
Diamond: What is Lunacy planning here?
Lunacy looks around, trying to plot his best course of attack. He comes to some sort of conclusion, wheeling Grimoire back across the length of the stage. The crowd gasp in anticipation as Lunacy has a look of tunnel-vision going from his side of the stage to the other. There are WGWF personnel gathered, trying to wave Lunacy off. There is a whole host of electric cabling just off that side of the stage, which has been cordoned off and is semi-hidden from public view. With a grin, Lunacy charges at full speed towards the other end of the stage.
Diamond: DON’T DO IT! DON’T DO IT!
With no remorse in his eyes, Lunacy hurls the shopping cart off the end of the stage, sending it clattering into the electrical equipment. A low-pitched buzzing and crackling sound is heard, before…
BOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!
An electrical explosion creates a thundercloud of smoke and sparks. The blue hue of electricity can be seem almost illuminating the shopping cart… with Grimoire Xmyles still trapped inside!
Diamond: MY GOD! MY GOD! GRIMOIRE IS BEING ELECTROCUTED!
Baxter: That metal shopping cart is conducting the electricity and shooting it through GX! Someone needs to turn off the power NOW!
Sparks continue to fly as GX can be heard screaming. For perhaps the first time in his life, the pain that he craves like a drug is too much for him. His shrieks are not out of ecstasy, but total and unadulterated agony!
The ordeal last and uncomfortably long amount of time.
The second that the power is turned off, paramedics and ring crew surround the area where GX’s smouldering body lays. Before they can retrieve him, Lunacy leaps on top of the shopping cart like a lion, swiping viciously at those seeking to help Grimoire.
They nervously back away. Lunacy is not finished yet! Mustering as much strength as he can, he hauls the shopping cart out of the ruined electrical equipment. So many cables and torn material have become entangled in the cart’s bars that it is nigh upon impossible to see if GX is alright inside.
Lunacy whistles whimsically to himself as he wheels Grimoire back to ringside, grabbing him by both legs and yanking him out of the trolley, placing a boot against the back of the trolley’s frame as if he were calving a mother cow. Eventually, he slips out and onto the floor.
The cindered carcass of Grimoire Xmyles lays on the ground.
Grimoire’s skin is even more decayed than it had appeared before. Red ‘lightning streaks’ have appeared beneath his skin; a result of the electricity bursting his nerve endings inside his body.
Lunacy lifts the lifeless body of Grimoire and stuffs him under the bottom barbed wire rope before climbing back into the ring himself. He goads for Grimoire to stand, laughing at his foe’s predicament. He makes the cover…

Lunacy is in complete disbelief!
Suddenly, Grimoire Xmyles begins to push himself up.
Lunacy spins back onto his feet, grabbing the steel chair that GX himself had left in the ring, resting on top of the rusty screws and nails that he had dumped into the ring earlier in the match. He continues to goad GX to get up to his feet…
It takes an excrutiatingly long amount of time… BUT HE’S BACK ON HIS FEET! THE CROWD ROARS! Lunacy looks aghast from this feet.
Diamond: How!? HOW!? I want to know HOW Grimoire Xmyles is still able to stand!
Baxter: That adrenaline is still pumping through his body. Either that, or he just doesn’t know when to quit!
Diamond: I’m speechless…. I am absolutely speechless!
Lunacy doesn’t waste anymore time. He swings the chair at GX’s head, but GX drops to his knees. The chair strikes the barbed wire ropes as GX hits Lunacy with a Low Blow. He Irish Whips Lunacy right into the Barbed Wire ropes. Lunacy winces once again from the razor wire.
GX goes for a hard Irish Whip across the ring into the opposite ropes. Lunacy does not try to stop himself. He bounces off the barbed wire, but he phases out the pain in order to lunge at Grimoire, Lunacy goes for a Spear, but GX kicks him in the gut and leaps over him with a devastating Flip Piledriver into the pile of debris!
Diamond: LAST LAUGH ON THE RUSTY SCREWS! OH MY GOD!
Baxter: Those pins, nails and glass are embedded into Lunacy’s skull, but also into Grimoire’s legs!
Grimoire slumps on top of Lunacy. The referee makes the count, wary not to get too close to the tacks.
ONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNEEEEEEEEEEEE…
TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO…
THREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!
Diamond: HE GOT IT!
Baxter: FINALLY, it’s over!
DING DING DING!

With blood literally covering the entire canvas, ring crew and paramedics immediately rush to the aid of Lunacy and Grimoire. Some of them attempt to clear the debris and the clinically dead Dark Shadow from ringside, while others tend to GX and Lunacy. Both men, whilst almost completely out of it refuse any sort of assistance. The referee motions to lift Grimoire’s hand in victory, but Xmyles smacks it away. He was never interested in victory. All he cared about was carnage. As Lunacy uses the turnbuckles to help himself onto his feet, Grimoire stares back at him. Panting heavily, he mouths something to Lunacy, cracking an enormous grin.
Grimoire: Thank you for playing with me.
It looks like Lunacy has earned some sort of respect from Grimoire Xmyles, whether he wanted it or not. The fans have only just started to return to their seats upon witnessing the carnage from afar. The officials are quick to remove the bloodied barbed wire ropes. You can still see pieces of clothing, flesh and blood dripping from the barbs. Grimoire drops out of the ring, stumbling across the entrance ramp… before collapsing halfway up. Paramedics rush to the scene. Lunacy is pulling tacks and nails out of his mask. He too has difficulty leaving the ring under his own power. Officials move to assist him, but they are swatted aside by Brother Maylock and The Jackdaw. They motion to assist Lunacy, but he shuns even them! They look on in dismay as Lunacy staggers past Grimoire Xmyles. He stops and stares for all of a moment. He takes one step forward past Grimoire, before he too succumbs to his injuries and falls upon the entrance ramp.
Diamond: That might go down as one of the most brutal confrontations in all of Wrestle Wars history! Grimoire Xmyles and Lunacy both deserve all the credit in the world for putting it ALL on the line here tonight.
Baxter: With both men seeking the destruction of WGWF, THIS color commentator can’t help but wonder if it is time to start seeking alternative employment!
Diamond: I’ve a feeling that so long as Lunacy and Grimoire Xmyles are still in this federation at the same time, the tension will continue to mount. But on this night, it was Grimoire Xmyles who was able to go just that one touch further.
Baxter: Even psychopaths have their limits though. And both men are now passed out on our entrance ramp. We’ve still got a LONG night ahead of us, folks!
MY GUEST AT THIS TIME…The crowd erupts with boos as Chris Page is shown backstage with Denise Essex at the Wrestle Wars Twelve interview set. Chris stands with his arms crossed at his chest with a look of nothing but business across his face.
DENISE ESSEX- “My guest at this time….”
Chris cuts Denise off by simply yanking the microphone from her hand before spinning her around and shoving her off camera with a boot to the ass before turning his attention towards the camera as he looks intently into the lens.
CHRIS PAGE- “I don’t need an introduction, I don’t need anyone to recap what’s brought me here tonight and I certainly don’t need an entourage surrounding me to express what I need to say right here, right now.”
There’s a momentary pause from Chris before he continues.
CHRIS PAGE- “A little later tonight I’m going to step in that ring across from a boy… and I’m going to make a MAN out of him!”
The crowd roar with loud boos before breaking out into a “FUCK YOU PAGE! FUCK YOU PAGE! FUCK YOU PAGE!” chant bringing a smirk to the face of Chris Page as he continues.
CHRIS PAGE- “Fun and games has officially comes to an end and now it’s time for me to finish what I started a few short months back; only tonight I’m going to take it to a completely different level, Andy. You see you’ve really put yourself in a position that will see you humbled and embarrassed on a national setting.”
Chris intently glares into the camera as he seriously states.
CHRIS PAGE- “Fourteen minutes and fifty nine seconds of your fifteen minutes of fame are up so enjoy that last second; savor it… because tonight your ass belongs to me!!”
The crowd roars with loud boos as the scene cuts back to ringside.
Masters: The following contest is schedule for one fall and is the INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH!
The Prodigy's 'The Day is My Enemy' begins to blast through the PA System. Chris Dorling walks out at the same time the music kicks in, passing a quick arrogant glance toward the crowd before making his way toward the ring once the lyrics of the song kick in.
With his glass of red wine in hand, yellow pyro shoot to the sky either side of the ramp. Dorling walks to the ring, nodding his head in tune with the music. He climbs the ring steps and ducks under the top rope, raising his glass to each side of the ring before removing his waistcoat preparing to start. Dorling looks up at the rampway his music dies down.
Diamond: Dorling looks ready to go to war.
Baxter: But can he knock the champ down? We’ll soon find out.
The tones of Journey's 'Separate Ways' blast over the arena and crowd rises to their feet. The song plays for a few moments, then Christian Connolly steps out from the back and onto the stage. With the IC Title wrapped around him pageant style, he makes his way down the aisle, slapping hands of as many fans as he can, as they sing along with the chorus.
Connolly reaches the ring and he hops onto the apron. He climbs in the ring and goes to the middle. He drops to his knee, outstretches his arms and a sea of streamers coming flying into the ring from the crowd. Connolly stands up amidst the streamers as the music fades out.
The ringside attendents work quick to remove all the streamers.
DING! DING! DING!
The crowd explodes as the two competitors start to circle around one another. Neither man wants to make the early mistake and shoot in too early. Chris Dorling outstretches a hand, attempting a lock up on the Suntan Superman. Connolly reaches out, grabs the hand, locks it, and attempts to pull Dorling in to drive a shoulder into his sternum, but Dorling drops down quickly, lifts Connolly up over his shoulders and drops him down on the mat in a fireman’s carry. Dorling goes for a headlock, but Connolly gets behind him, attempts to drop an elbow on Dorling’s head, Dorling grabs the arm, rolls backwards, gets up to his feet, ducks under the clothesline from the left arm of Connolly, and takes the right arm behind the champ’s back and drives a knee into the forearm. Connolly bends down, gets his arm unhooked, gets behind Dorling, hooks him around the waist and throws him backwards into a German suplex, Dorling goes over the ropes, lands on his feet on the apron, Connolly turns around, Dorling shoots in on the midsection, delivers a shoulder, Connolly doubles over, Dorling flies over the ropes, grabs Connolly by the legs, and drops him backwards in a sunset flip.

Chris Dorling get both men come up to their feet and stare down one another. The crowd gives a good reception to both of them. Both wrestlers once again go to circling around one another. Dorling takes the first step into a lockup, Connolly obliges, but Dorling slugs him hard in the gut, grabs the right arm, twists it around, and gives Connolly a shin kick, sending him down to a knee. Dorling then converts the hold into a behind the neck hammerlock. Dorling puts one of his knees in between the shoulder blades of Connolly, putting some pain on that injured back. Connolly attempts to bring Dorling down in a drop toe hold with his feet, but Dorling moves over to the side and then puts more pressure on the elbow, causing Connolly to drop down onto three of his fours.
Dorling twists the arm again, leaves his feet, and brings the arm down in a wrench before dropping his leg across the bicep, and pulling the arm through his legs to convert into a Juji-gatame armbar. Dorling arches his hips and Connolly has to hold back the pain that Dorling is bringing to his elbow joint. The referee is right there asking him to see if he gives it up, but you know the champ isn’t going down this easily. Dorling moves his feet over to Connolly’s shoulders and forces them down. Cover!

Connolly pushes his left shoulder up, but that does him more harm than good as Dorling still has his hips arched, making this difficult for the Champ to get out of since he’s facing away from the ropes with his feet. Connolly pushes off the ground with his left arm, gets a couple of inches and makes it to the ropes. The referee calls for the break and gets one from Dorling and gets one. Dorling goes back on the attack stomping down on the right arm, brings Connolly up by it, twists it around again, wrenches it down again, runs over to the ropes, and flips over but still holds onto Connolly’s arm.

Diamond: Dorling could break Connolly’s arm here!
Dorling is pulling down on the Champ’s arm for all that he is worth, and Connolly is definitely hurting. The referee immediately drops out of the ring and demands that Dorling break the hold. Two seconds elapse and Dorling drops the arm, leaving Connolly to fall down in the ring while he stands outside. Dorling re-enters under the bottom rope, stomps at the bicep again, brings Connolly up by the arm again, delivers a right hand to the bicep, grabs the arm again and Irish whips Connolly into the ropes, Dorling comes out to the center of the ring and once the Champ bounces off the ropes. Dorling levels him with a back elbow that sends him down. Dorling then quickly drops a leg across Connolly’s throat and makes another cover.

Connolly manages to kick out again but he does not escape Dorling as The King of Vegas holds the right shoulder down with his arms, lifts the rest of his body off the ground so that he’s upside down, and then drives a knee into the bicep causing Connolly to roll out of the ring. Dorling follows him to the outside, gets behind him, charges at Connolly, and runs him sternum and arm first into the ring post. Connolly goes down and Dorling stands over the Champ with a smile on his face.
Diamond: Dorling going straight for the arm of Connolly and he’s not letting up. Connolly needs to turn this match into a punch, kicks, strike match or Dorling is going to maim the champion.
Dorling goes over to Connolly, brings him up to a vertical base, and delivers a knife edge chop to the chest sending Connolly reeling back. Dorling then delivers a right hand into the shoulder blades before rolling Connolly underneath the bottom rope. Dorling immediately goes under the ropes to join the Suntan Superman in the ring. Dorling brings Connolly up to a vertical base, twists the arm around again, and then drops down to his ass, bringing Connolly’s arm across his shoulder. Connolly reels back into the corner in pain while Dorling springs back up to his feet, comes charging into the corner, and delivers a clothesline that sends the champion down to his ass in the corner.
Diamond: Dorling is using his mat abilities to absolutely destroy Connolly here. This one can go as long as he wants if this pace keeps up.
Dorling drags Connolly out to the middle of the ring by his legs, drops the legs, slams an elbow across his sternum, and then quickly puts the right arm behind the neck in an Anaconda Vice that leaves the champion in trouble. Dorling gets his other arm behind the neck and has the hold locked in on Connolly. The referee is once again there to see if Connolly will succumb to the pain and submit, but Connolly once again shakes his head with grimace on his face. Dorling tries to put more pressure on the elbow joint but Connolly uses his left arm and delivers a forearm to the side of Dorling’s head, another one, another one, another one, and then a head butt that gives the champion some breathing room.
Both of the competitors get up to a vertical base, Dorling beating Connolly up, Dorling goes for the arm again, but Connolly pulls back and delivers a right forearm to the side of the challenger’s head, then delivers a left elbow to the top of the head before whipping Dorling into the ropes, Connolly comes charging in and delivers a massive lariat that sends Dorling down to the mat. Dorling scrambles up quickly only to meet a returning Connolly coming off the ropes with another left handed lariat. Dorling once again gets up, Connolly once again knocks him down, Dorling stumbles back into the ropes, Connolly grabs him and whips him into the opposite side ropes, Dorling comes bouncing off, Connolly bends down, and Dorling goes flying over in a back body drop. Dorling gets back up, but soon his face meets both of Connolly’s boots in a dropkick that sends Dorling over the ropes and down to the floor.
Connolly decides to take the initiative and go down after Dorling. Connolly brings his opponent up to a vertical base, head butts him, and then drives him back first into the guardrail. Connolly lets the pain sink in before delivering a knee to the midsection, and then an elbow to the back of the neck. Connolly then takes Dorling’s head in his left arm, puts his head underneath the right arm and lifts Dorling up high into the air. The crowd all have their eyes fixated upon the upside down figure of Dorling. Connolly is holding him up high, letting all of the blood rush out of Dorling’s head and giving his right arm to rest. After what seems like an eternity, Dorling gets dropped on his back with the vertical suplex. Connolly re-enters the ring under the bottom rope and now it is Dorling who is in pain on the floor.
Dorling rolls over onto his stomach and then up to his knees. Connolly comes out to greet him and drops an elbow across the back. Connolly then brings himself up and brings a boot down on the back of Dorling’s neck before bringing Dorling up to his feet. Connolly then puts his head underneath Dorling’s right arm, hooks him around the waist, and proceeds to flip him over in a Northern Light suplex with Dorling’s back slamming into the apron.

Diamond: That one is definitely going to turn the tide back in the favor of the champ.
Baxter: I’m crying on the inside just so you know.
Connolly takes his time in picking up his challenger. Connolly slams Dorling’s head into the apron of the ring before pushing Dorling under the bottom rope. Connolly re-enters by rolling in, and then gets up to a standing position. The crowd gives him mad heel heat which only causes him to smirk. Dorling slowly tries to get up to his feet, but Connolly jumps off the canvas and drops a knee into Dorling’s back.
Dorling once again gets up to his knees which causes Connolly to move back over into his direction. Connolly grabs Dorling by the hair and slowly yanks him up to his feet. Connolly then bounces off the ropes behind Dorling and delivers a vicious right hand to the small of the back. Dorling drops down to his knees in the middle of the ring. Connolly goes over to Dorling and delivers a stiff martial arts kick to the lower back causing Dorling to fall down on his face. Connolly then smirks, goes up to Dorling, grabs both of his arms, puts them behind his back, pulls Dorling’s upper body up about two feet and then slams his face back down to the mat.
Diamond: Did he just curb stomp Dorling?
Baxter: Brilliant!
Connolly then stands over the challenger while his face is looking at the canvas. Dorling once again struggles to try and get up to all fours. Connolly jumps up into the air and drives all of his weight down into the back of Dorling, sending the challenger back down on his stomach. Dorling once again attempts to get back up but Connolly simply jumps up in the air and comes down across the back again sending Dorling down on his face again. Dorling once again attempts to get up to his knees, Connolly shakes his head before jumping up into the air again, but just like that Dorling turns around and puts his foot up which meets Connolly’s junk unkindly. Dorling then reaches up and goes for the small package rollup!

Connolly kicks out. Both competitors come back up to their feet, Connolly beating Dorling up, Connolly attempts another clothesline, Dorling ducks, Connolly bounces off the ropes, Dorling grabs Connolly by the weakened right arm and flips him over in a hip toss. Connolly once again gets up to a vertical base only for Dorling to send him backwards with an elbow. Dorling bounces off the ropes behind Connolly, charges forward, grabs the head of Connolly and forcefully pushes down in a bulldog that Dorling keeps on into a side head lock.
Dorling is putting as much energy into the move as he can while Connolly is trying his best not to pass out from the pain. Dorling is making sure that Connolly’s head is down in the mat so that Connolly won’t attempt to make an attack on the back. The referee is down there once again but Connolly gives him the finger, probably an indication that he does not submit. Dorling wrenches hard with the arm, Connolly reaches forward with his right arm and starts to pound at the right arm of Dorling. Dorling fights to keep the hold on, but Connolly manages to slip out the back and roll backwards. Dorling attempts to get up to a vertical base, sticks his arm out for a clothesline, Connolly ducks, gets Dorling around the waist from behind and drills him with a knee in the back. Connolly keeps Dorling from falling down to his knees, grabs him with the weakened right arm at the waist, lifts him up off the ground sideways, and then drives him down into the right knee with a backbreaker. Connolly then adds pressure to the back by pushing Dorling’s head and legs in opposite directions with his arms.
Diamond: This match is obviously more suited to Dorling’s taste but Connolly has managed to hold on: An injured arm against a back, now we are going to see who has the better arsenal that can fixate on the other’s injury.
Connolly continues to centralize the pressure on the back of Dorling by pushing down. Dorling is pretty much helpless to get out of the hold at this point. The referee isn’t getting a yes out of Dorling either in terms of giving it up. Connolly doesn’t seem to mind as this allows his arm more time to rest and Dorling’s back more time to suffer. Connolly lets up on the right arm that is across Dorling’s chin only to drop an elbow across the forehead before placing that arm right back on the chin. Dorling is trying to reach the ropes but he is just an inch or two away from them. Dorling’s eyes are forcefully shut from the pain as he’s looking around in that brain of his for a way to get out. Then he gets a really good idea. We know so because this pops over his head.

Dorling starts fighting Connolly’s left arm in order to get one of his legs free. Connolly diverts his attention to that, leaving the challenger the room to grab the right arm, yank it forward, and then put it behind his neck. Connolly immediately drops the hold and Dorling is able to get up to a standing position with another hammerlock behind the back on Connolly. Dorling then drops Connolly to his knees with the hold, pulling back on the right arm as hard as he can. Dorling reaches up, puts his left foot around the neck of Connolly, gets his right foot around the right arm of Connolly, and then falls backwards in a Reverse Triangle choke.
Baxter: Good God son!
Diamond: Connolly is in serious trouble here if he doesn’t get to the ropes or break this! He’s got that arm locked and Connolly can’t lift Dorling up to get out!
The crowd is marking out for this reverse triangle choke move that Connolly is in. They think that this is going to be the end of the champion, but Connolly is shaking his head vehemently while trying his best to fight off the pain. Dorling is trying to break the arm of Connolly and he might almost be there. Connolly now starts to fade a little bit as Dorling tightens the legs around his neck. The screaming of the crowd is what is keeping him able to register. The referee goes to lift the left arm up, but Connolly shoves him away. Dorling keeps the hold on. Connolly makes a reach out for the ropes before slumping down to his right side.
"RAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH"
Dorling is now wrenching on the arm, moving forward and backward, trying to tighten the hold if at all possible. The referee is now back in Connolly’s face, looking into his eyes to see if the Champion wants to surrender. Connolly shakes his head no, but there’s not much shake in it. The referee goes over to Connolly’s left arm, lifts it up…It comes down
"ONEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE"
Dorling continuing to wrench back like a man possessed on the choke. The referee lifts Connolly’s arm up again…It comes down a second time.
"TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO"
Diamond: One more and Connolly is out!
Dorling tries to arch his body up to make the hold almost completely unbearable as the referee raises Connolly’s arm up for the third time… A one finger salute to the referee courtesy of the Intercontinental Champ. Connolly now has his left arm clutched in a fist and is feeding off of the fans hatred for him. Connolly gets back up to his knees. Dorling is mildly shocked to see that Connolly is fighting back after all the pain that hold possessed. Connolly is now up to one foot, Dorling tries to pull him back down but the weight disadvantage allows Connolly to get up to both feet and now Dorling is hanging off of him. Connolly drops back down to his knees in the middle of the ring and Dorling once again regains control.
Diamond: Connolly somehow managed to get up, but can he do it a second time? Can he break the hold?
Connolly is about to once again slump down to his side, but he uses the left arm to pull himself back up to his knees. Connolly then gets up to his feet, does a one handed handstand with the left arm, flips over Dorling, gets behind him, spins Dorling around, Dorling pushes his legs upward to try the standard Triangle choke, but Connolly is able to grab the left leg with the left arm, Connolly then manages to slip his right arm free, grab the right leg, flip Dorling over, and bring a lot of pressure down on his neck with a Texas Cloverleaf.
Diamond: Connolly now has control on Dorling!
Dorling tries to reach the ropes as he’s close to them, but Connolly quickly gets his head about him and pulls Dorling back to the center of the ring before sitting down on the back. Dorling is using his hands to prevent all of the pressure from going down straight on his neck. Dorling is refusing to give up even after being constantly asked by the referee. Connolly plants his feet and now has the hold one hundred percent locked in. Dorling has no where near the ropes and the pain on his back is excruciating.
Diamond: I can’t imagine Dorling giving up after getting as far as he has gotten here in the WGWF. He’s not going to go out tapping. That would be perhaps the biggest insult possible.
Dorling once again pushes up from the mat and attempts to grab Connolly’s legs, perhaps to trip him up, but the arms just aren’t long enough to reach. Dorling tries to get back in between the legs of Connolly by pushing forward, but Connolly sits back even more on the hold, blocking that counter. Dorling swears at himself and is pounding the mat, either trying to get some reserve energy or get his head to block out the pain so he can have another >=) moment to escape.
Connolly shifts his weight, gets up to a standing position, backs and now pulls Dorling down in a modified version of the Cloverleaf, now driving his knee into the back of the neck as well. Dorling is gritting his teeth in agony trying to find a way to get out of this hold but Connolly is not budging an inch. Dorling once again pushes off his hands to get his neck off the canvas in an attempt to get out of the hold. Connolly starts to move around in a 180 degree manner, attempting to once again put Dorling many feet from the ropes. Dorling waits for Connolly’s feet to leave the ground before coming up through his legs and nailing Connolly in the head with a right hand, Connolly stumbles, Dorling is now in front of Connolly, Dorling pushes up again, delivers another right hand, drops back down, Dorling up for a third time, drills Connolly between the eyes. Dorling now grabs onto Connolly’s arms and drives him down into the mat while keeping both of the arms behind the back in a double underhook position.
Diamond: Dorling now out of the hold and he has an arm submission on Connolly.
Dorling now puts his legs in a vice around the back of Connolly’s, preventing any movement from the lower body while keeping both of the arms behind the back of the Champion. Dorling now leans back into a laying position, keeping the Champion’s head under the right arm while attempting to once again torture Connolly’s arm. Connolly, face eating canvas, tries to use his weight advantage to roll Dorling over but doesn’t get anything
Diamond: Connolly really needs that lower body movement in order to get anything on this hold and Dorling has that blocked with his legs. Unless Dorling can do some major damage to the right arm, this is moreso a hold to allow him to rest than trying to make Connolly give up.
Connolly once again tries to get his legs out of the hold, but Dorling keeps him locked, now trying to move the right arm more behind the back to tear it out of the socket. Connolly tries to roll over but Dorling once again manages to keep him in check. Dorling lifts the arms up, thus lifting Connolly’s head up and then slams him back down to the canvas. Dorling lifts Connolly up again and then once again drops him down. Dorling lifts up again and then drops Connolly down one more time.
Diamond: Dorling getting free shots in on the head. If he keeps doing that Connolly could potentially get knocked out.
The crowd is starting to get behind Connolly more, desperately wanting the championship to stay around the waist of Connolly. Connolly hears this and starts to fight out of the hold. He uses the tip of his boots to slowly move back toward the ropes. Dorling tries to pull Connolly back out, but Connolly has the weight and momentum advantage. He continues to get back to the ropes, Dorling spreads the legs of Connolly apart to attempt to remove his stability, but Connolly uses this to his advantage, breaking his legs out of the hold, getting up to a handstand, Connolly pulls back, his head out of the hold. Connolly then drops a dropkick down into the face of Chris Dorling, sending the challenger back down to the mat.
Baxter: I think this is the part where Connolly would ask for an alcoholic beverage. He needs one after that submission exchange.
Connolly allows Chris Dorling to pick himself up before grabbing his right arm, pulling him in and giving him a vicious lariat. Dorling doesn’t go down as Connolly holds on, whips the challenger hard into the ropes, allows Dorling to bounce off, and then puts Dorling in a sleeper hold in the middle of the ring. Dorling attempts a jawbreaker, but Connolly pulls his head backwards and allows Dorling to drop down on his ass before locking in the hold and applying a body scissors with the legs.
Dorling attempts to shift his weight upward to try and get a pinfall attempt here. Connolly resists, but Dorling pushes upward with his legs and manages to get on top of the champion. Cover!

Connolly rolls to his left and now is directly on top of Dorling with the hold. To further put Dorling in a predicament, Connolly plants his knees to prevent Dorling from rolling through again. He is going to have to think of another way to get out of this variant of the camel clutch. Dorling tries to slide out underneath but Connolly drops from his knees down on top of Dorling, once again deterring his challenger’s attempt to break. The referee is now checking on Dorling to see if he’s going to give it up, but Dorling declines and manages to roll Connolly and himself out over the bottom rope and onto the floor, breaking the hold to a good crowd reception.
Both competitors get back into the ring under the bottom rope. Connolly charges forward and attempts to Yakuza kick Dorling, but Dorling catches the leg and spins Connolly around in a dragon screw. Dorling keeps a hold of the leg, spins around, tries to get a hold of the other leg, but Connolly decks him in the head with a right hand, preventing the figure four leg lock. Dorling stumbles back, Connolly gets up to a vertical base, charges forward and gives the challenger a Lou Thesz press that brings him down. Connolly starts to rain down with rights and lefts at a furious pace on the face of Dorling, who is helpless with his arms tied down by Connolly’s knees: Right, left, right, left, right, left, right, left, right, left, right, left, right, left, right, left, right, left, right, left, right, right, right, head. Dorling is brought up, Connolly shoves him back in the corner, delivers a knife edge chop that would send Dorling out of the corner in pain if Connolly hadn’t of shoved him back for another. Connolly then grabs Dorling by the arm, backs up, brings Dorling with him, pulls on the arm, and viciously whips Chris Dorling into the diagonally opposite turnbuckle causing Dorling to drop down to his knees after the impact. Connolly bounces off the ropes, charges forward and delivers a boot to the face of the challenger, bringing him down to the mat. Connolly drops down and goes for a cover.

Connolly shakes his head, grabs Dorling once again, brings him up to a kneeling position, knees him in the face, clubs him in the back, pulls him up by the hair, delivers another knife edge chop, a forearm to the face, another knee to the midsection, Connolly then whips Dorling into the ropes, comes charging in and delivers a knee to the midsection that causes Dorling to flip over from the momentum. Connolly drags Dorling out to the middle of the ring and drops a leg across the throat. Connolly then gets up, bounces off the ropes again, stops a few feet from the head of Dorling, brings his right knee up, and then down across the forehead of Dorling. Connolly gets up to a vertical base, and walks over to the corner for a breather while Dorling is left to breath heavy in the middle of the ring from the pain Connolly has delivered.
Diamond: Now we are getting into the brawling aspect of the match. Dorling needs to either get this back to mat wrestling or take it to the air where he can out duel Connolly.
Baxter: Well nobody can question if Connolly was ready for this match. He’s proven that already.
Connolly comes out to the center of the ring, brings Dorling up to a vertical base, delivers an open hand slap to the chest, grabs Dorling by the right arm, and whips him into the ropes. Connolly drops down, Dorling jumps over him, Connolly gets back up, charges in at Dorling, Dorling meanwhile grabs onto the right arm of Connolly, swings around behind Connolly, locks Connolly’s other arm with his legs and then pulls back to bring Connolly down in a pinfall!

Connolly kicks out of the hold, Dorling bounces off the ropes, Connolly turns around and catches a knee lift from Dorling that sends the champion almost over the top rope, Dorling grabs Connolly, brings him out to the middle of the ring and drops him face first down in the DDT. Dorling then kips back up to the delight of the crowd. Connolly is groggy but manages to get up to his feet, Dorling bounces off the ropes, goes past Connolly, bounces off a second time, a third time, Connolly is up to his feet, Dorling catches Connolly with a flying forearm that sends the champion through the ropes onto the apron. Dorling allows the Champion time to get up before charging forward toward the ropes, grabbing them, flipping over Connolly, grabbing his head with both of the legs, and then flipping out into the first row with a flying headscissors takedown that sends Dorling down to the floor. The crowd marks the fuck out. Dorling gets back onto the apron and looks out at Connolly before getting inside of the ring while Connolly recovers in the front row.

Diamond: Dorling bringing the first high flying move into the match. This is where he can be very dangerous if he can capitalize.
Connolly starts to move out in the crowd which catches Dorling’s eyes as he is getting a drink of water from one of the ringside attendants. Dorling then walks forward over toward the ropes looking out at his competitor make his way over the barricade. Dorling steps through the space between the second and third ropes, then jumps off the apron with an elbow to the back. Connolly slumps over the barricade. Dorling then grabs Connolly, turns him over so that his back is up against the barricade, instead of his stomach. Dorling makes sure that Connolly isn’t going to move by delivering three sharp kicks to the exposed midsection of the upside down Champion. Dorling then grabs the ring steps, pulls them apart from the base, and puts them about six or seven feet away from the champion. Dorling then runs to the adjacent side, faux bounces off the barricade and makes a mad dash toward the stairs. Connolly can see him the whole way but can’t get his feet off the barricade. Dorling hits the first step hard, the second one harder, and uses that momentum to accelerate him into a spin. Dorling manages to bring it through and do another 180 before delivering a leg lariat to the throat of Connolly that sends the crowd into the frenzy pop mode again.

Dorling then gets a hold of the neck while keeping his back to Connolly. Dorling drops down on his ass in a nifty neckbreaker that makes Baxter dry orgasm without an after cigarette even more. Dorling rolls away from the scene and gets up to a vertical base, the crowd mostly behind him in this match. Dorling walks back over, picks the champion up off the ground, delivers a knife edge chop, gives him a shin kick to the leg, kicks him in the midsection, grabs both of Connolly’s arms, puts them behind his back, jumps backwards, but at the last second puts one of his knees down and lets Connolly’s head meet it.

Dorling stands over Connolly and gives one of those famous smirks before bending down, bringing Connolly up, and delivering a straight right hand to the head. Dorling follows up with a boot to the midsection, a knee lift to the head, and then Dorling throws Connolly back into the ring. Connolly slowly gets up to a vertical base, stumbling backwards. Dorling gets right behind Connolly, puts his head under the right arm, hooks the waist, lifts upward and drops Connolly down in a back suplex. Dorling gets on top of Connolly and starts to pound the Suntan Superman once again with right hands to the head. After four shots Dorling gets up to a vertical base, delivers a snap kick to the right arm which gets Connolly to roll over. Dorling runs off the ropes and comes across the back of the neck with a leg drop. Dorling brings Connolly up to a vertical base, backs him into the corner, delivers a knee to the midsection, grabs that injured right arm, backs up, and then accelerates Connolly into the diagonally opposite turnbuckle. Connolly smacks the turnbuckle with his back. Just a second later Dorling comes in with a crushing clothesline that sends Connolly out into the middle of the ring. Dorling comes out to meet his opponent, delivers a punch to the midsection, Dorling puts his right arm on Connolly’s neck, jumps up into the air, gets the right foot over Connolly’s head and drives the Champion down to the mat in a Dying Star Drop Fameasser.
Diamond: Dorling giving Connolly one of his old trademark moves right there!
Baxter: Dorling dropping the pwn on Connolly.
Dorling once again gives a smirk out to the crowd before bending down to pick Connolly up. Dorling delivers a European uppercut, grabs the right arm, whips Connolly into the ropes, holds onto the arm, ducks under the attempted haymaker, delivers a knee to the midsection, gets behind Connolly, hooks both arms underneath Connolly’s and locks the hands on the neck for a Full Nelson. Dorling then backs up toward the turnbuckle, jumps up and stands on the second rope with the Full Nelson still applied. Dorling puts one of his knees into Connolly’s back and then pushes forward, putting the Champion off balance and sending him down neck first into the mat. Dorling flips over Connolly and has his back to the Champion but still has the Full Nelson applied.
Diamond: It’s obvious that Dorling is trying to make this match go longer and I would have them give him the overall edge right now if there was a scorecard.
Baxter: Wanh, wanh, wanh, Connolly will get it back, give him time.
Dorling lets go of the hold, scurries up, steps on the back of Connolly’s neck, grabs him by the right arm, pulls him up, twists the arm around, attempts a back kick, Connolly grabs the foot, spins Dorling around, Dorling gets behind Connolly, hooks him around the waist, and attempts a German suplex, Connolly blocks it with his foot, spins around on Dorling, ducks the elbow, gets in front of Dorling, still has the waist lock applied, Connolly drops down to his knees in a jawbreaker. Dorling stumbles backwards, Connolly gets up to a vertical base, bounces off the ropes behind Dorling and then levels the back of his legs with a kick that sends Dorling into a flip landing the challenger on his stomach. Connolly drops an elbow on the small of the back, grabs Dorling by the hair and forcefully yanks him up to a standing position. Connolly hooks Dorling by the head, grabs his right leg, lifts him up, and puts him into the Torture Rack position. Connolly uses his right arm to flip Dorling’s legs over, and then puts out his left knee for Dorling’s back to slam into. Dorling bounces up and then falls down to the mat.
Diamond: Connolly now back in control with that version of the backbreaker.
Baxter: What’d I tell you?
Connolly goes over to Dorling, brings him up to a vertical base, delivers a head butt, a kick to the midsection, Connolly then grabs Dorling’s left arm, moves out toward the middle of the ring and whips Dorling into the turnbuckle. Connolly comes charging in and slams Dorling in the corner with a spear to the midsection. Dorling comes out of the corner. Connolly bounces off the ropes and delivers a spear into Dorling’s back sending him down to the canvas. Connolly then grabs Dorling up off the mat, kicks him in the midsection, hooks Dorling’s head under the left arm, puts his right arm over the head, Connolly then grabs Dorling’s right leg, lifts upward and has Dorling up in a cradle position. Connolly walks around in a circle before dropping Dorling down in a fisherman over the shoulder backbreaker that puts Dorling in tremendous pain on the mat.
Diamond: This is more the style of Connolly and it shows. He’s starting to build up some offense here.
Connolly kicks Dorling in the ribs, moving him over near the ropes on his stomach. Connolly grabs the top rope with both hands, jumps up into the air and drops a knee across the back of Dorling. Connolly goes over to the second rope, props himself up on it, jumps off and drops an elbow across the small of the back of Dorling. Connolly brings the challenger up to a vertical base, hooks him around the waist, and flips him in an overhead belly to belly suplex. Connolly goes over to the challenger, brings him up to a vertical base, hooks him around the waist, and again throws him overhead in a belly to belly suplex. Connolly goes over to Dorling, grabs him by the hair, bringing him up, Connolly delivers a knee to the forehead, puts Dorling’s right hand in between the legs, puts his left arm behind his back, Connolly then doubles Dorling over, lifts him upward in a pump handle position, holds him over the right shoulder, and drops him down into the right knee for a pump handle backbreaker.
Diamond: As long as Connolly does not make this an extremely fast pace match, this is exactly how he wants Dorling!
Connolly puts a boot into the back of Dorling, picks him up off the canvas, spins Dorling around, and puts a closed right hand into the back of Dorling. Connolly hooks Dorling around the head and drops him down in a reverse DDT. Connolly takes a couple of seconds to gain his composure before putting a boot to Scarface’s head. Connolly brings the challenger up to a vertical base, slams a right hand into his head, hooks him around the waist, lifts him up to a horizontal position, walks out to the middle of the ring, jumps up into the air and drops Dorling down in a sidewalk slam. Connolly goes over for a cover.

Connolly then brings Dorling back up, gets behind him, lifts him upward in a reverse military press, and then drops Dorling, Connolly grabs him at the last second and lets his back slam into the back of Connolly’s neck. Dorling rolls around the ring in pain before eventually rolling himself to the outside of the ring.
Back to the action, Connolly drops down under the bottom rope and goes back to focus on Chris Dorling. The champ picks up his challenger, delivers a knife edge chop, Dorling spins around 180 degrees, Connolly charges forward and delivers a running knee to Dorling that sends him down on the ringside mats. Connolly takes his time in walking over to the challenger. Connolly puts another boot into Dorling’s back, reaches down, brings him up by the head and throws him back into the ring. Connolly climbs up onto the apron and then up to the top rope while Dorling is struggling to get up to his feet. Connolly waits for Dorling to get right in front of him before leaping and coming down with a double axe handle to the back, sending Dorling down. Connolly comes bouncing off the ropes quickly and delivers a Shining Wizard to the head of Dorling. Connolly jumps on top and goes for the cover.

Connolly does not relinquish the grip, bringing Dorling up again. Dorling tries to elbow Connolly in the side of the head, but Connolly brings a knee up into Dorling’s back to stop him in his tracks before throwing Dorling backwards again for another German suplex. Connolly quickly gathers himself and brings Dorling up for another suplex, Dorling tries to break the hands but it is no use as Connolly throws him backwards for another German suplex. Connolly does not forfeit his grip and brings Dorling up again, Dorling attempts another elbow, Connolly blocks, moves his arms quickly up under Dorling’s and locks them behind the neck before flipping Dorling over for a Dragon suplex. Connolly walks over to the opposite side of the ring, steps through the second and third ropes and looks at Dorling.
Diamond: He’s got Dorling helpless, what in the hell is he doing over on this side of the ring?
Before Richard can conjure up a retort, Connolly springboards onto the top rope and with every ounce of his energy leaps across the ring at Dorling. Connolly recoils his legs while in mid-air and once he gets within reach of Dorling, he extends them to their fullest capacity to deliver a Van Terminator style dropkick directly on the back of Chris Dorling.

Connolly gets up and throws a right hand, Dorling throws one of his own, another, three, four, five, six, seven, Connolly is being backed up into the turnbuckle, eight, nine, ten, eleven, twelve, thirteen, fourteen, fifteen, sixteen, Connolly against the turnbuckle, seventeen, eighteen, nineteen, twenty, twenty-one, twenty-two, twenty-three, twenty-four, twenty-five, twenty-six, twenty-seven, twenty-eight, twenty-nine, thirty. Dorling then delivers a knife edge chop to the chest, another, three, four, five, six, seven, eight-
Baxter: He’s gone fucking mad!
Nine, ten, eleven, twelve, thirteen, fourteen, fifteen, sixteen, seventeen, eighteen, nineteen, twenty, Dorling then grabs Connolly by the right arm and whips him out into the ropes, Dorling comes charging and meets him halfway with a clothesline that sends Connolly inside out. Dorling reaches down, picks Connolly up, delivers another knife edge chop, whips Connolly into the ropes again, charges at Connolly again and delivers a spear that almost takes Connolly completely out of his boots.
Diamond: I don’t think Connolly can get out of this one! Dorling’s on the fucking warpath!
Dorling reaches down, brings Connolly up to a vertical base, gets behind him, hooks the waist and pulls Connolly over backwards in a German suplex. Dorling brings Connolly back up again quickly, pulls backwards and delivers another German suplex. Connolly is trying to use his weight to keep Dorling from picking him up, but Dorling seems to be able to do it effortlessly. Dorling brings Connolly back up and drops him immediately back down for a third German suplex. Connolly does not get to escape at three as Dorling brings him up, locks the grip even tighter and throws Connolly over backwards for a fourth German. Connolly looks like he’s about to throw up after drinking too much when Dorling brings him up and delivers a fifth German suplex down onto the canvas. Dorling, still running high off the adrenaline, brings Connolly back up for a sixth German suplex.
Baxter: He’s not going to stop until he breaks Connolly into three fucking pieces!
Connolly is once again brought up, the crowd now counting along with the suplexes. Dorling throws Connolly back one more time.
"SEVENNNNNNNNNNNNNN"
Dorling, now straining a little bit, manages to yank Connolly back up one more time, relocks the grip, and brings Connolly overhead again.
"EIGHTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT"
Connolly’s eyes are now shut and he seems lifeless like Dorling was a short few moments ago. Dorling brings Connolly up one more time and then throws him back again.
"NINEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE"
Dorling gets up to his knees, and pushes through with all the effort to get up to a vertical base again. Dorling then pulls back with all of his strength for another German suplex.
"TENNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN"

Connolly falls out of the ring onto the floor from sheer exhaustion while Dorling lies down in the ring, breathing about as heavy as a human being can. The referee is not counting Connolly out or Dorling down at this point. Dorling is attempting to get up to his feet but physically cannot because of his back. Connolly is still down face first on the ringside area.
Diamond: All of the momentum that Connolly had just got eliminated in about three minutes courtesy of the biggest beatdown that I have ever seen on a wrestler. Thirty right hands, twenty knife edge chops, and then ten German suplexes. At this point if Dorling can find it in to get Connolly back in the ring and pin him, logic suggests that he might be able to win it.
Baxter: I…Fuck this shit.
Diamond: If he can’t pin him then this is still pretty much anybody’s ballgame at this point. Connolly’s neck has got to be fucked up after taking those suplexes.
Baxter: Nah, really Einstein? What biochemicals in your noggin did you use to figure that one out with?
Dorling has now managed to get up on his knees while Connolly is up against the barricade, out of it but somehow up. Dorling looks up and sees Connolly, which gives him a burst of energy to get up to his feet, bounce off the ropes, and come charging at the ropes. Dorling takes flight over the top rope, on top of Connolly, and sends both of them over the barricade into the front row.

Dorling somehow jumps up to his feet. Dorling reaches down, grabs Connolly, brings him up to a vertical base and clotheslines him back over the barricade. Dorling hops the barricade, grabs Connolly up off the mat and throws him back into the ring. Dorling gets in under the bottom rope, brings himself up to a standing position, goes over to Connolly, brings him up, delivers a knife edge chop, and shoves him back into the ropes, Connolly bounces off, Dorling hooks him around the waist and flips him over in a belly to belly suplex. Dorling walks over to the ropes, exits through the second and third and slowly climbs up to the top rope. Dorling stands fully still and waits for the champion to get up to his feet. Connolly picks himself up to a vertical base, stumbles about, turns around and once he does, Dorling immediately takes flight into the air, shifts his body horizontally and delivers a cross body block. The referee dives over for a cover.

Connolly with the kick out! Chris Dorling brings himself and Connolly up to a standing position again, trying not to show any pain from his back. Dorling delivers a kick to the midsection, runs to the right side of Connolly, bounces off the ropes, comes back at the champ, grabs his neck, and quickly swings him around in a neckbreaker. Dorling gets up and clutches at his back before grabbing Connolly up off the canvas again, Dorling delivers a European uppercut, bounces Connolly up against the ropes and sends him into the opposite side. Dorling comes running behind Connolly, Connolly bounces off the ropes, Dorling ducks under him, jumps up to the second rope, and flips backwards on top of Connolly in an Asai moonsault. Dorling with another cover.

Connolly with another kick out, Dorling shakes his head, clutches at his back one more time before dragging himself up off the canvas. Dorling bends down, grabs Connolly, brings him up one more time, kicks him in the midsection, shoves the champ’s head in between his legs, grabs Connolly around the waist, pulls upward so that Connolly is upside down. Dorling stumbles back a few steps, regains his composure, and jumps up into the air to get as much force on the neck of Connolly for when he comes down in a piledriver. Dorling doesn’t even go for a cover as the fall from that one hurt his back a good deal.
Diamond: Dorling has definitely turned this match around but is he slowly running out of gas?
Baxter: I would venture to guess so. One also has to question if he’s going to be able to throw that DORBreaker seeing that his lower back is in shambles.
Diamond: Wow, you actually made a good point for once.
Baxter: Every once in a while the stars will align and I’ll do that.
The referee stands back and does not encourage action as they’ve been going at it for God knows how long. Chris Dorling attempts to make some kind of move over toward the ropes perhaps to help get him up or to help him make a lunge at the nearby Connolly. Connolly actually begins to show some signs of life by moving about on the canvas, although not much. Dorling puts his right hand on the middle rope and exerts enough energy to get up to his knees before standing short…err tall. What? He’s 5’10 for God’s sake. Connolly starts to move around on the canvas some more while Dorling decides to exit the ring and stand on the apron.
Diamond: I can’t envision this match going much longer. They have to be on their last legs and that knockout blow can be one well placed kick or punch away.
Connolly actually manages to push off his hands to get up onto all fours. Dorling grasps the top rope in anticipation for what the champion will do next. Connolly gets up to a kneeling position and turns around to face the challenger, who at this exact moment springboards up onto the top rope, jumps off, spins in the air and connects his right foot with the top of Connolly’s head, sending the champion down from the springboard spinning heel kick. Dorling scrambles over to make the cover.

Kick out once again from the champion. Dorling stays hunched over the champion, desperately searching for another wind or some way to beat him. Connolly stays on his side to prevent Dorling from getting the pinfall but unable to shove the smaller challenger off of him. Dorling looks down at Connolly and finds it in him to push up to his knees, and then to a standing position a couple of seconds later. Dorling reaches down, grabs Connolly and starts to drag him over to the nearest corner. Dorling gets it so that Connolly’s head is on the bottom turnbuckle. Dorling walks over to the diagonally opposite side of the ring. Dorling then looks at Connolly, runs straight at the ropes, bounces off, runs to the other side, bounces off again, runs to the opposite side, each time getting closer to Connolly, Dorling bounces off, runs across again, bounces off another time, gets all of the energy into his step, leaves the ground, and delivers a vicious dropkick to the face of Connolly.

Dorling is out near Connolly clutching at his back from doing the move while Connolly’s head is outside of the ring but the rest of him is in the ring. Perhaps if Dorling wasn’t in so much pain he could get the pinfall at this point without resistance.
Baxter: If Connolly’s face isn’t broken after that one, he is truly Superman.
Diamond: No kidding
Dorling somehow manages to grab a hold of Connolly’s right foot and starts to pull him out toward the middle of the ring. Once Dorling is satisfied with the distance, he drapes his body over the champ.

Connolly somewhere finds the energy to get out again. Dorling, meanwhile, cannot move as all of his energy has been exerted for the time being. The referee is checking to make sure that each man is still conscious, which somehow they still are.
Diamond: The overwhelming amount of torment on Dorling’s back, I think, has finally made him stop and the brutal beating that Connolly has taken is showing effects. If either of these men can find the ability to get themselves up for another round of this, I don’t think anybody in the crowd can boo either of them.
Both of the combatants are still pretty much in the same position that they were in a moment ago, with Dorling having moved the slightest amount. The crowd starts to clap in unison, hoping to give the wrestlers enough momentum to get back up to their feet. Chris Dorling puts both of his fists down on the mat and pushes up to his knees. Connolly rolls over onto his stomach. Dorling wipes the sweat off of his face and then pushes himself up to a standing position. Connolly is now on all fours and on the verge of getting up himself. Dorling take a step and clutches at his back while Connolly gets up to his feet and leans up against the ropes. Both are looking at one another with a look of "How are you still in this?" Dorling makes the first move toward Connolly with a kick to the midsection, Dorling locks the arms of the champion behind his back, lifts him up into the air, and manages to hold him for about a second and a half before having to release him down to the mat in a Tiger Driver. Unfortunately for Chris Dorling, Connolly rolls over onto his stomach, gets back up, snaps his neck to both sides, and then starts to crack his knuckles. The crowd is shocked into a dead silence. Then a massive roar.
"RAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH"
Baxter: Uh… oh. I think Connolly just found his 40th wind and this is not looking good for Dorling.
Chris Dorling looks on in complete disbelief as the champion makes a beeline for him and delivers three snap right hands to his face, grabs him by the arm, whips him into the ropes, charges in and delivers a jumping calf kick that flips the challenger into the air. Dorling doesn’t have to find the energy to get up, because Connolly does that for him. Connolly delivers a snap right hand, another, and then one more before grabbing Dorling on the shoulder with his left arm, and under the thigh with his right arm. Connolly proceeds to launch Dorling overhead in a T-Bone suplex that has the challenger’s eyes roll back into his head from the pain that the move put on his back. Connolly stalks over to Dorling again, brings him up, and delivers a methodical uppercut that sends Dorling back into the corner. Connolly delivers a shot to Dorling’s midsection, yanks him out of the corner, puts both of Dorling’s arms behind his back, lifts him up off the ground, and drops him straight down on his head in a Legacy-plex.
Diamond: Smack down on the head. Connolly going for the W right here!

Kick out by Dorling! Connolly gets himself back up to a vertical base and climbs up to the top rope with his back facing Chris Dorling. Three fans hold up signs that read: Mon Of Steel, Connolly points out to them and then does his moonsault in the air, swinging his legs out, and completing the move on Dorling with an elbow drop, which sends Dorling bouncing off the mat. Dorling looks to be out like whoa. Connolly grabs him off the mat, elbows him in the top of the head, Connolly bends down, grabs Dorling around the head with the left arm, hooks the right leg, lifts Dorling up, brings him around, and plants him down in the middle of the ring with the ‘Kryptonian Crush’ High Angle Fisherman Suplex. Connolly gets up to his knees and has to take a breather, the fatigue showing itself for just a couple of seconds. Dorling attempts to roll out of the ring, but Connolly grabs a hold of Dorling’s right leg and drags him back into the center of the ring.
Diamond: Dorling knows that he needs to get out of the ring. I can say this definitively.
Baxter: Understatement of the year.
Connolly reaches down and grabs his exhausted challenger up and shoves him into the ropes. Dorling holds onto the ropes, but cannot drop down in time as Connolly delivers a knee to the small of his back, yanks on the tights, brings Dorling back to the middle of the ring, and delivers another right hand to the back. Dorling would fall down on his knees if Connolly didn’t still have a grasp on his tights. Connolly delivers another shot, another, and then one more before suddenly grabbing Dorling by the head, falling backwards, and dropping Dorling down to the mat with a C4. Connolly then gets up to a vertical base and dusts off his hands.
Diamond: That’s the setup right there. If Dorling has anymore energy in that tank, he needs to make a run at getting out of this.
Connolly quickly brings Dorling up to a vertical base so as to not give him anytime to catch a breather. Connolly hooks the head under the left arm, lifts Dorling upward, but the rush of blood to the head or the fact that he could possibly be knocked out allows Dorling to get a rush of energy and start squirming in the hold. Connolly tries to hold on but Dorling manages to slide down the back and bounce off the ropes, Connolly turns around and sticks out his arm, Dorling throws all of his available energy into the clothesline, as does Connolly, both connecting at the same exact same time and sending each other down to the canvas.
Diamond: Dorling somehow managed to spring to life after the C4. Now it’s once again anybody’s ballgame.
Baxter: What in the hell else can they do to each other? They’ve been out here for fuck knows how long? I lost count of the minutes.
Diamond: Knockout blow. If one can hit it, the other ain’t getting up, that simple.
Baxter: You saw Connolly go for it right there and fail. Do you think the victim of the knockout blow will really allow the move to go through?
Diamond: Both of these men have a hell of a lot of resilience that’s for damn sure. Both of them want to prove that they belong on top of the mountain. I don’t know how adrenaline works but I don’t think that they have much left, either of them. Dorling’s back is a focus for Connolly. If he could perhaps hit a top rope maneuver on Dorling and get the pin immediately, I don’t see how Dorling can kick out. The same for Dorling: If he can apply another submission hold on Connolly, he won’t have that fight that he had earlier. I don’t think Connolly will give it up but I don’t think he can get to the ropes if Dorling gets it in the middle of the ring. Each has taken the other’s entire arsenal and then some.
Baxter: Jesus Christ that was a fucking long diatribe. Warn me before you do that next time.
Both wrestlers are struggALING to get up to their feet for perhaps the last round of exchange. Everybody in the crowd is on their feet, half of them getting to see the pain on Connolly’s face and half of them getting to see the pain on Dorling’s. Sweat is flowing profusely from the bodies of both wrestlers, and with every move upward they take more pain is brought upon their faces. Connolly is the first one up to a full standing position followed closely by Chris Dorling. Both of the wrestlers face one another and stare before each giving the other a double finger salute, and making a mad dash for the middle of the ring.
Baxter: Is’ goin down!
Connolly reaches Dorling first and delivers a staggering right hand. Dorling stumbles back, steps forward and gives Connolly an equally hard shot. Connolly takes the shot, bounces off the ropes, and steps forward to deliver a right hand of his own. Dorling drops down to a knee, gets up, and catches Connolly on the jaw hard, sending the Champion back into the turnbuckle. Connolly retaliates with a punch on the cheek bone, sending Dorling backwards and almost down to a sitting position. Dorling comes back with an open handed slap on the chest of Connolly. Connolly spins around and delivers a neck chop to Dorling that sends him staggering. Dorling comes forward and delivers a haymaker right hand, sending Connolly into the corner. Connolly comes out the corner and meets Dorling in the middle of the ring. They get forehead to forehead before going off trading blows.
"RAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH"
Connolly. Dorling. Connolly. Dorling. Connolly. Dorling. Connolly. Dorling. Connolly. Dorling. Connolly. Dorling. Connolly. Dorling. The referee tries to separate the competitors, but Dorling shoves the ref away and beckons Connolly to bring it on.
"OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH"
Connolly smirks before rushing back in and the fight continues. Neither man goes down as they go blow for blow with each other. The referee tries to separate them again, but this time it's Connolly who shoves him away & beckons Dorling to bring it.
Dorling is happy to oblige and he meets Connolly again in the middle of the ring. They're now throwing bombs, each one harder than the last, trying to knock each other down. The referee, trying to gain some semblance of control, tries to separate them again. This time Connolly and Dorling grab the referee and tosses him away from them, before they go back to their slugfest.
"RAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH"
The referee gets up from being thrown on his ass...
DING! DING! DING!
"BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!"
Connolly and Dorling don't hear the bell nor the sound of the crowd. They keep on fighting. Dorling drills Connolly with an uppercut. Connolly doesn’t go down. Dorling charges forward, hooks Connolly around the head, spins around, and attempts to plant the champion into the mat with a Tornado DDT. Connolly blocks it, backs Dorling up into the ropes. Connolly grabs Dorling into a clinch as a flurry of referees & officials slide in the ring to separate the two competitors.
DING! DING! DING!
"BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!"
Officals have got in between the two fiery competitors and are pushing Dorling back to the opposite corner. The head referee goes over to Masters and says something to him.
Masters: Ladies and gentlemen.. the referee has disqualified BOTH MEN.. this match is a NO CONTEST.
"BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!"
Masters: And since the title cannot change hands, annnnd STILL your WGWF INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPION.. CHRISTIAN CONNOLLY!!
"RAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH"
Connolly is handed the title and he raises up in the air, while yelling over at Dorling.
Diamond: “Coming next is a grudge match for the ages and one that is built out of respect or the lack of.”
We then watch a video package chronicling the battles between Cable and M.D.K which features everything from the Rumble in 2017 up to now.
Masters: “The following contest is a “Say My Name” match! The only way to win is by forcing your opponent to say your name. There are no pin-falls, no count-outs, no disqualifications and no holds barred...”
The lights dim around the arena and a hush descends on the crowd. The opening taps of drums and the beginning riffs of the guitar of Pop Evil's 'Trenches' can be heard filtering through the speakers. Green pin spots swirl wildly around the arena flashing across the fans as they start to cheer wildly. Smoke fills the metal ramp as the drum beat and the guitar pick up a bit. A figure can be seen making its way out of the curtain atop the ramp, and green spotlights tear into the darkness, criss-crossing wildly in front of the curtain where we see a large silhouette of a man lit from behind the curtains.
Masters: “Introducing first... From Oil City Pennsylvania, weighing at 267lbs... The Man Beast... Johnathan... CABLE!”
Diamond: “And that may be the last time we hear his name tonight...”
Baxter: “Unless M.D.K. Says it... Which won’t happen...”
The lyrics begin to chant the chorus and the fans really get into the bass beat of the drums and the kicking riffs of the guitar. The spotlights are waving across the stage wildly, and out of the darkness of the curtain, into the green spotlights waving everywhere, just as the music kicks in hard, Johnathan Cable springs forward onto the ramp screaming at the night. Cables makes his way down the ramp towards the rings as the fans cheer wildly. The lights fade in as the music goes on, and Johnathan slides in under the ropes to get ready for his match.
The lights turn green, the ramp-way focuses a single spotlight as “Charlie Big Potato” starts up. The crowd get on their feet, the heat rises from the crowd and M.D.K. Is brought out on a throne made out of... POTATOES!
Diamond: “Oh my god...”
He sits amongst the potatoes as the throne is wheeled out and after a moment of posing, stands up and marches towards the ring as Cable doesn’t take his eyes off of him as M.D.K. saunters forwards. As he poses and the music continues, he puts his hand to his ear and beckons Masters to continue.
Masters: “And his opponent... From Las Vegas, Nevada by way of London, England... He weighs in at 270lbs... M... D... K...!”
M.D.K. stretches his arms out as the Jessica mannequin is carried out and like M.D.K alluded to in the build up, a hole has been carved into the mouth and he closes his eyes as the mannequin is sat on the throne.
Baxter: “What is he doing?”
M.D.K snaps his fingers and the potato throne is set on fire with the mannequin sat upon it! Cable shakes his head in disgust at M.D.K as he proudly displays his handiwork before stage hands extinguish it quickly. M.D.K wafts at the referee to get Cable away from the ropes to allow him to climb in and the referee obliges.
Baxter: “M.D.K has grown tired of Cable now and tonight he ends his shenanigans.”
Diamond: “I think both men have reached their breaking point and tonight they end it on the grandest stage of them all.”
M.D.K poses for the crowd and they boo wildly and looks at Cable and speaks to him.
M.D.K.: “You hear that Potato? That’s a crowd reaction...”
Cable smiles and raises his arms which evokes a reaction from the crowd. M.D.K climbs onto the middle rope and gets a bigger reaction and points to Cable. Cable turns to the turn-buckle and climbs up, raises his arms and then doubles over in pain as M.D.K delivers a horrific low blow to the Man Beast and the referee calls for the bell to start the match.
Diamond: “And M.D.K takes the low road to kick this match off!”
M.D.K drags Cable off of the turn-buckle and whales in on him with a flurry of left hands before grabbing the arm of the Man Beast and whips him into the ropes but Cable gets a step back from the rebound and runs straight into a knee from M.D.K! The former champion drags Cable to his feet and drops him with an atomic drop leaving Cable staggering on the spot. The Brit backs into the ropes and charges forwards with a clothesline only to walk into a powerslam courtesy of Cable!
Baxter: “This is a fight between two of the biggest men in the WGWF and they won’t be afraid to toss each other about.”
Cable stands up with a shake of his head and then drags his adversary up and delivers a couple of straight rights before whipping M.D.K across the ring into the turn-buckle and follows up with a big clothesline! Tenegra staggers forwards and Cable almost beheads him with a standing lariat!
Diamond: “Cable has managed to find his feet in this match!”
Cable stands up and clubs at his long term foe as he drags him up to his feet and backs him into the corner and hits a series of kicks to M.D.K into the corner before backing up and hits a running knee straight into the mid-section of the Hall of Famer who doubles over and drops to his knees and the crowd are electric!
Diamond: “The Man Beast is unleashing a years worth of anger and frustration out on M.D.K and the crowd are lapping it up!”
Cable stands over the downed Tenegra and takes the microphone off of the referee and spikes M.D.K in the forehead with it before roaring into the microphone.
Cable: “Say my name you son of a bitch.”
M.D.K.: “Get fucked!”
Cable drives it into his forehead again before throwing it down and hitting straight punches to the forehead of M.D.K before snatching up his neck and synching in a rear naked choke. M.D.K flails his arms and struggles for air before grabbing a hold of the middle rope. The referee instinctively calls for a rope break and makes a count and Cable releases at 4.
Diamond: “What is he doing? There’s no disqualification so he didn’t need to break the hold!”
Baxter: “It just shows you what a complete knuckle-head John Cable is.”
Cable argues briefly with the referee before heading back to M.D.K who hits a thumb to his eye that staggers the big man. The crowd boo as M.D.K composes himself and turns around and boots the staggered Man Beast in the mid-section and follows up with a second kick and then a couple of chops to the chest that backs the big man up to the centre of the ring. M.D.K whips Cable to the ropes but Cable reverses with gusto and M.D.K hits the ropes with such force, he tumbles over the top rope but catches himself on the apron. He taunts Cable who charges across and M.D.K ducks down and drives his shoulder into the Man Beast’s stomach who groans and doubles over before M.D.K steps onto the middle rope, hops over and in one fluid move, hits a rolling neck-breaker onto Cable as he comes back down!
Diamond: “This kind of match sees you raises the stakes and M.D.K is doing just that!”
M.D.K rolls to his feet and snatches the microphone from the referee and kneels over Cable and sneers.
M.D.K.: “What are you gonna do fat boy?”
Cable: “Fuck you!”
M.D.K stands up and smiles as he tosses the microphone back to the referee and shakes his head and pauses, before his expression turns to one of rage and he turns on the spot and takes a running punt at the prone head of Cable, but the Man Beast is able to pop up and hot-shots M.D.K face-first into the turnbuckle! Cable grabs his opponent by the waist and hauls M.D.K up for a teasing German suplex but stops it mid lift and drives M.D.K hard into the turnbuckle face-first yet again and M.D.K slumps down against the corner post. As Cable takes a step back and glowers at M.D.K before grabbing the back of his head, drags him back up to a vertical base and smashes his face into the turnbuckle and the crowd count along!
1! 2! 3! 4! 5! 6! 7! 8! 9! 10!
On the tenth, Cable grinds the face of M.D.K into the turnbuckle before letting the former champion slump down to the mat. Cable takes the microphone and holds it to the face of his opponent.
M.D.K.: “Po-Tay-To!”
Cable throws the microphone out of the ring and drags M.D.K. Up and delivers a couple of forearms before backing him into the corner and drives his shoulder into the midsection before standing up and hitting a stiff headbutt straight to the nose of the Brit!
Diamond: “John Cable bringing next level violence tonight!”
Cable steps back and beckons M.D.K towards him and hits a big back body drop but M.D.K manages to rotate through and lands on his feet albeit awkwardly. Cable turns and into a boot to the stomach with a follow up DDT! M.D.K keeps a grip of the head and wrenches tightly as Cable flails his arm as M.D.K roars for Cable to give in.
M.D.K rolls Cable over and drags him back up to his feet. Cable pushes M.D.K into the ropes to get him off of him and M.D.K returns with a shoulder tackle that simply rocks the Man Beast. M.D.K. Cracks his neck, backs into the ropes again and collides with Cable who remains solid and M.D.K backs up, charges again and this time, Cable takes a step back, bends down and big back body drops M.D.K over the top rope and to the outside!
Baxter: “M.D.K. Must have been ten feet off of the mat as he plummeted!”
Crowd: “Holy shit!”
Cable roars and climbs through the ropes and stands on the apron as M.D.K lays on his back and splutters in discomfort. Cable looks down at his foe, beats his chest and hits a double foot stomp from the apron to the chest of the Hall of Famer! M.D.K writhes in pain as Cable stomps towards the guard rail and roars while holding onto it. M.D.K rolls to all fours and Cable glowers at him and takes a running punt at his ribs. M.D.K grips his side and winces in pain as Cable picks M.D.K up by his head and slams it into the ring apron before dragging along the edge of the ring.
Baxter: “Not his face! His beautiful face!”
The Man Beast picks M.D.K up and immediately turns it into a Russian Leg-sweep! Cable whales in with a few right hands as he mounts him in one fluid motion and then calls for a microphone.
Cable: “Say it! Say it you son of a bitch!”
M.D.K.: “GORILLA!”
Cable again jabs the base of the microphone into the forehead of Tenegra picking him up and hauls him up for a vertical suplex. He over-arches his back though and M.D.K is able to get his feet onto the ring apron and straightens himself out with the help of the ropes. Cable turns and M.D.K boots Cable square in the face and then leaps off of apron with a Lou Thesz press and launches a flurry of rights and lefts! The punches become stiff elbows as the crowd boos and the referee calls for some calm. M.D.K drags Cable up to a seated position and drives MMA knees into his chest and neck.
Diamond: “M.D.K turning up the aggression now.”
M.D.K goes to drag Cable up but the Man Beast charges forwards and drives the Brit into the ring apron and follows up with a couple of chops and then a couple of European uppercuts. He then grabs the arm of the former World Champion and whips him into the guard wall and M.D.K hits chest first into the railing. Cable squashes M.D.K into the wall before taking the head of his opponent, pulls it backwards and drives him into the ground with a diving reverse DDT!
Diamond: “Cable is really taking control of this contest now!”
Cable reaches under the ring and pulls out a crutch. He beats the prone M.D.K over the back and ribs with a few brutal shots with the steel crutch before he climbs onto the apron and angles the butt of the crutch into the throat of the Brit whose eyes open wide with fear and he scrambles for a microphone.
Baxter: “M.D.K don’t do it!”
M.D.K reaches the microphone and places it to his lips with a shaky voice.
M.D.K.: “Come on then lackey. Show some balls for once...”
Cable leaps from the apron and spikes the crutch into the throat of M.D.K who flails and convulses in agony.
Crowd: “HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT!”
Diamond: “Johnathan Cable has lost it!”
Baxter: “He’s crushed his throat! His larynx will be dust!”
Cable lays down next to the still shaking M.D.K and presses the microphone to his adversary’s lips.
M.D.K.: “Jessica...”
Cable roars and grips the throat of M.D.K with one hand and just chokes him as his legs flail. M.D.K is able to reach up and buries his thumb deep into the eye socket of the Man Beast! You can see the front row of the crowd wincing as they have a first hand view of this.
Diamond: “Dear god that is disgusting! What despicable human being would do that?”
Baxter: “A man with a will to win.”
Cable howls like a wounded animal as M.D.K sits up and rubs his bruised throat and keeps coughing and spluttering. He climbs to his feet and drags up Cable to join him and drives the point of his elbow into the back of the Man Beast’s head. Cable stumbles to one knee and M.D.K drags him back up and hits a standing face-buster onto the Man-dingo who stumbles backwards and as M.D.K charges towards him, he Man Beast almost beheads him with a lariat!
Diamond: “A venomous standing lariat to the bruised throat of M.D.K!”
Baxter: “M.D.K may never be able to speak again!”
Diamond: “Here’s hoping!”
Cable drags the former World Heavyweight Champion up and delivers a few brutal forearm shots to the jaw before whipping him towards the ring steps. M.D.K crashes in and they partially separate and Tenegra tumbles over them and lands in a heap. Cable staggers over and reaches down to pick up the top part of the steel steps but as he does, he screams as M.D.K raises his foot and stomps down on the steel steps to trap the fingers of the Man Beast as the crowd boos.
Diamond: “M.D.K is getting to that place where sick people go now.”
Cable clutches at his hand as M.D.K hauls himself up to his feet and walks over to the announce table. He clears it and still holds his throat and grabs the jug of water in the centre of the table and takes a huge mouthful and swallows it tentatively. He takes a second mouthful as Cable climbs to his feet and then spits it into the eyes and face of the Man Beast causing the crowd to boo and follows it up by smashing the glass jug over the head of Cable!
Baxter: “Oh my god! That’s my drink!”
Diamond: “Cable has been busted open by that!”
Cable does sway on the spot and then drops to his knees as his forehead begins to trickle blood as M.D.K picks up an electronic tablet that the announce table use to watch developments unfold and he smashes it over the head of the Man Beast which sends him sprawling to the ground. M.D.K snatches a microphone from the announce desk and jams it into the face of John Cable.
Cable: “Screw you!”
The crowd pop as Cable remains defiant and M.D.K looks annoyed and drops the mic. He lifts the ring apron and searches underneath before pulling out a ladder! He makes a bridge between the ring and the announce desk before dragging Cable to his feet and connecting with a few forearm shots before pulling Cable onto the announce table and hitting a few jabs for good measure. M.D.K walks over to the ring and climbs onto the ring apron and then balances on the ladder.
Diamond: “Good grief what has M.D.K got planned?”
Baxter: “I doubt it will be good for Cable OR our table!”
M.D.K runs along the ladder towards Cable but the Man Beast boots the ladder and it slips crotching the Brit over the ladder to the delight of the crowd!
Diamond: “That didn’t go to plan!”
Cable crawls to all fours on the table and then climbs down as M.D.K topples to one side and lands on the hard floor. The Man Beast staggers over to M.D.K and clubs him a few times before picking him up and drops him straight back down with an atomic drop. M.D.K holds his groin as Cable goes to under the ring and pulls out a table! The crowd roar in approval as the Oil City native props it against the steel steps before he drags M.D.K to his feet and whips him towards the table. M.D.K smirks though and jogs to a gentle halt to the chagrin of the crowd as M.D.K points to his head before being absolutely decimated as Cable charges into him like an NFL tackle and M.D.K crashes through the table and into the steel steps beneath and lays in a heap.
Crowd: “Holy Shit!”
Baxter: “M.D.K just got his by a god damned freight train!”
Diamond: “Look at the wreckage!”
Johnathan wipes the blood and sweat from his eyes as he looks down at his foe and shakes his head. He walks over to a microphone and picks it up and holds it to the face.
M.D.K.: “You dad’s dead!”
Cable slaps M.D.K across the face and stands up again. He looks under the ring and pulls out a baseball bat to the delight of the fans. He taps it against the remnants of the steel steps to indicate that it is solid before taking a swing at the head of the seated M.D.K who manages to stop the assault with a boot to the Man Beast’s knee which staggers him. Cable shakes his bloodied head and charges forwards again with the bat but this time is stopped a bit more courtesy of a kick to the balls from the Brit.
Diamond: “M.D.K always is looking for a low route to take!”
The crowd boo as the bat drops to the mat, Cable doubles over and M.D.K kicks him in the face. The Hall of Famer pulls himself wearily to his feet and reaches under the ring and takes a roll of chain.
Diamond: “Good grief, what is he planning?”
Baxter: “I doubt he is repairing his bicycle.”
M.D.K takes the chain and wraps it around his hand, arm and elbow and then drops the arm across the back of Cable’s head and then wraps it around his face in a form of Cross-face with the chain for aid. Cable screams in agony as the referee comes across with a microphone as M.D.K hollers at his adversary to say his name!
Cable: “Fuck you!”
M.D.K is enraged and releases the grip only the thump Cable across the face with the chain. M.D.K stands up and drags the Man Beast up with him, wraps the chain around his throat and strangles him.
Diamond: “This isn’t trying to win! This is god damned attempted murder!”
Cable flails and looks like he is starting to fade as M.D.K roars with primitive rage. Cable stumbles and weakens...
Baxter: “If he stops breathing does that count as giving up?”
Cable sways and with his last ounce of strength, spins into M.D.K and hauls him into the air and into a torture rack despite the chair around his neck!
Baxter: “Stop it!”
Diamond: “God damn! John Cable doesn’t know the meaning of quit! He’s got M.D.K up in the torture rack and he’s still being choked!”
M.D.K panics as he knows what this is a prelude to but he is helpless as Cable launches him up and into a cradle brain-buster through the ladder bridge set up earlier! It snaps in half on impact and M.D.K is in a crumpled heap while Cable is face down on the ground!
Diamond: “THE DARKEST HOUR! THE DARKEST HOUR ON M.D.K THROUGH A LADDER!”
Crowd: “HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT!”
Baxter: “M.D.K is bleeding now!”
Cable slowly crawls towards M.D.K and takes a mic with him as he goes as he drags himself over to his now bloodied rival. He holds is to his mouth...
And no response...
Diamond: “Is M.D.K out cold?”
Cable nudges M.D.K to no avail and thumps the ground in frustration. He crawls to his feet and staggers over to the referee and tells him to call it. The referee explains he can’t due to the rules. John holds his head as he crawls over to M.D.K who has rolled over to his stomach and is trying to crawl away. Cable shakes his head and stalks his prey as he tries to hide. M.D.K. Crawls behind the announce table forcing Baxter and Diamond to stand up.
Cable grabs the waist of M.D.K and picks him up and as he gets to his feet and M.D.K weakly pushes the Man Beast away but it’s only a delay as Cable charges forwards and straight into a baseball bat swing to the knee of Cable who screams and wobbles and drops to one knee!
Baxter: “M.D.K going full Tonya Harding!”
M.D.K brings the bat down across the back of Cable who drops to one knee and M.D.K uses it to choke the Man Beast out again. Cable flails his arms and reaches out for assistance but none is forthcoming! M.D.K screams at his foe to give up and scream his name but Cable refuses and keeps reaching out until he reaches something... A steel chair. Cable swings it over his head and connects with the skull of M.D.K who drops the bat and staggers backwards as though he’s out on his feet. M.D.K’s eyes are glazed over as Cable shakes the cobwebs and turns to his adversary, narrows his eyes and charges at the Hall of Famer but M.D.K is able to hit a drop toe-hold that sends Cable down and smashes his face into the steel chair!
Baxter: “That backfired!”
M.D.K’s face is now crimson from that chair shot and he shakes his head to insinuate that this match is done. He puts the boot into Cable’s ankle before a double leaping stop onto the Achilles.
Diamond: “M.D.K gets into this match environment and becomes possessed.”
Baxter: “It’s what’s taken him to the top of the mountain.”
Cable clutches at his foot as M.D.K tosses the chair into the ring and drags Cable up. He leads him to the ring apron where he takes the leg of Cable, lifts him into the air and drops him knee first onto the hard edge of the ring apron! He tosses the chain into the ring and then tosses Cable in and draws a thumb across his throat.
Diamond: “M.D.K is signalling for the end but I really can’t see what will make Johnathan Cable just give up!”
Baxter: “Threat of murder?”
Diamond: “Don’t be ridiculous.”
M.D.K climbs into the ring and drags Cable up to his feet and throws a couple of knees in for good measure. He picks up the chain but as he does, Cable boots M.D.K in the mid-section and hooks the arms!
Diamond: “Waking Nightmare!”
But M.D.K rolls out of it and wraps the chain around the neck of Cable... Hooks up the arm and...
Baxter: “HELL SHOT! HELL SHOT ON CABLE!”
Diamond: “This one could be academic now!”
A bloodied M.D.K staggers over to the the chair and sways on the spot as he picks it up and wraps it around the leg of the Man Beast.
Diamond: “Oh god. What will he do now?”
Baxter: “He’s lost it.”
M.D.K thrusts the mic next to Cable and places it on the mat as he holds one of his own.
M.D.K.: “What do you say monkey boy?”
Cable: “Uh... Fuck you...”
He stomps down on the chair causing immense agony to the Man Beast! M.D.K picks up the chain and wraps it around his arm again and climbs to the middle turnbuckle before looking down at Cable again as he struggles and strains to free himself. M.D.K picks the microphone up again as he stands on the turnbuckle.
M.D.K.: “Come on Cabbage... Say it... Say my name!”
Cable: “Oh god! Oh god no!”
M.D.K climbs to the top turnbuckle and wobbles a little.
Diamond: “This is unfamiliar territory for the big man!”
M.D.K.: “Say it! Save yourself!”
M.D.K takes a deep breath and then leaps from the top rope and drops a chain wrapped elbow drop across half of the ring and crashes down onto the chair and leaves Cable writhing in pain and convulsing on the mat.
Crowd: “Holy shit! Holy Shit!”
Diamond: “Dear god! He almost snapped his leg in half!”
M.D.K clutches at his ribs and arm from the impact and stands up again and moves his bloodied hair from his eyes and places the mic to his lips again and speaks between heavy breaths.
M.D.K.: “Do you see what I’ll do to you monkey boy? Just give the fuck up and say my name!”
Cable doesn’t reply and M.D.K shakes his head as he rolls out of the ring.
Diamond: “What is he doing? What the HELL is he doing?”
M.D.K reaches under the ring again... And pulls out a fire extinguisher and throws it into the ring and then pulls out a can of fuel!
Diamond: “Good god almighty! He’s a human damn being! You can’t do this”
Baxter: “M.D.K wants to get this over and done with!”
M.D.K’s eyes are wide with fury as he rolls into the ring as M.D.K takes the can of fuel and pours it over the downed and prone body of Cable as the Oil City native crawls across the mat with blood across his face and a glazed look in his eyes.
Diamond: “The smell of gasoline is filling the arena!”
Baxter: “Come on now Danny... This has gone far enough...”
M.D.K stands over Cable and reaches into his tights and pulls out a lighter. He picks up the microphone and stares Cable down before driving the heel of his boot into the forehead of the Man Beast before speaking... He kicks his microphone towards him... And ignites the lighter and holds it up high.
M.D.K.: “You have to the count of three you fat waste of oxygen. Either you say my FUCKING name or you join everyone you have ever held dear by burning in hell!”

Cable weakly leans into the microphone.
Cable: “Fuck you... M... D... K...”
DING! DING! DING!
Even Donald Masters sounds shell-shocked.
Masters: “Here is your winner... M.D.K.”
Charlie Big Potato plays and M.D.K holds his hand up with the help of the referee as the fans are on their feet in anger and shock but appreciation for an amazing match. M.D.K uses the ropes to support himself as his music plays.
Diamond: “Both men have been in an absolute war tonight and it was going to take extreme lengths to win.”
Baxter: “M.D.K went to a place tonight that not many people would dare to go.”
M.D.K staggers back up the ramp with his arms spread out in celebration as Cable is slowly sitting up to release his foot from the chair an exhausted, bloodied and weary mess as medics tend to him.
Masters: The following contest is scheduled for one fall and is for the WGWF World Heavyweight Championship!
The jam packed Mercedes Benz Stadium of over 100,000 fans erupt as Masters continues.
Masters: And it is the ADVENTURES IN WONDERLAND match!! The rules of this match are simple; it will begin as a standard singles contest and when notified I will change the stipulation as the match is in progress. In order to win this contest you must defeat your opponent under the stipulation that is in play.
Diamond: For the second time in the history of the WGWF an Adventures in Wonderland Match is about to take place in front of our very eyes.
Baxter: This is one of the matches that has brought us to the dance and it’s safe to say that all eyes are going to be locked in on this because the fate of the WGWF World Title hangs in the balance.
The lights in the stadium dim out as a spotlight hits the top of the ramp.
Masters: Introducing first, about to make her way towards the ring… She comes in tonight as the challenger and is the QUEEN of the Royal Family… She is ALYCE STARCHYLDE!
Alyce walks out under the spotlight where she strikes a seductive pose before starting to skip towards the ring down the ramp.
Diamond: You can question all you want about how and why she got here but regardless of her path Alyce Starchylde is looking to make history by becoming only the third female to ever hold the WGWF World Heavyweight Championship, but in order to do that she’s going to have to go through a man that she’s had dealings with since November…
Baxter: Alyce has played Slater like a violin since the West Coast Rumble and tonight is her crowning moment as she WILL defeat Tristan in the middle of that ring.
Alyce skips to ringside where she climbs up on the ring apron before stepping through the ropes and into the ring. The music slowly starts to fade away. The lights come back up in the stadium.
The crowd breaks out into a massive and mixed ovation from the crowd.
MASTERS: Her opponent; about to make his way to the ring, he enters tonight looking to successfully defend the WGWF World Heavyweight Championship at consecutive Wrestle Wars, he’s from Miami, Florida and is the WGWF World Heavyweight Champion… THE TRISTAN SLATER!!!
The ovation grows as Tristan Slater walks out to the top of the ramp with the World Title strapped around his waist. He removes the title and hoists it up in the air for all to see as he starts to make the long walk towards the ring.
Diamond: You don’t have to like how Tristan won the title back in January at the West Coast Rumble, you don’t have to like him period but to walk into his second Wrestle Wars Main Event as the World Champion is certainly a feat and if he successfully retains the title it could be a history making moment for him.
Baxter: I’m over him already.
THE Tristan Slater finally reaches ringside where he slings the title over his shoulder before climbing up the steel steps to the ring apron. He steps through the ropes and into the ring where he tosses the title at the referee who catches the belt as the music fades away. The official holds up the World Title for all to see as Alyce and Slater are now across the ring from each other.
Masters: The match will begin as a Standard Singles Contest.
The referee shows the title to Alyce and then walks across the ring showing the title to Slater before passing it through the ropes to Donald Masters. The referee signals for the opening bell.
DING…. DING… DING….
Diamond: Our Main Event of Wrestle Wars Twelve is officially underway!
Baxter: How long until the rules shift?
Diamond: Could be five seconds or five minutes.
Tristan and Alyce maintain eye contact as there’s a smirk that appears on Slater’s face before he blows a kiss at Alyce followed by a wink. The two walk out towards the center of the ring where they start to circle each other as the fans start a dueling chant of “LET’S GO ALYCE/TRISTAN SLATER!” chant. The two lock up center ring with Tristan using his size and power to throw Starchylde back against a neutral corner where he follows up with five jumping jacks out in the center of the ring garnering a mix of cheers and jeers.
Baxter: If I was the Champion I wouldn’t be so cocky.
Alyce applauds Slater’s jumping jacks from the corner before she walks back out towards the center of the ring and look to lock up a second time only Alyce ducks out of the way and as Tristan spins around the challenger unloads with a series of forearm shots to the face and jaw of the Champion which backs him up against the ropes where she attempts and Irish Whip, Slater counters and it’s Alyce that is sent bouncing off the ropes and takes the Champion down with a spinning wheel kick to a mixed pop from the crowd! Slater hits the mat hard and rolls out to the floor under the bottom ropes.
Diamond: Slater taking a few moments to gather his thoughts on the floor as he also immediately starts to slow the pace.
Baxter: Slater is just intimidated by our Queen, and rightfully so, I mean if I knew I was losing my title to a superior competitor I would probably do the same thing.
The referee starts to lay the count to Slater.
Baxter: It’s not like he hasn’t done something similar to this just a few weeks ago with John Cable as he was intentionally counted out.
The referee reaches a four count before Tristan climbs back up on the ring apron where he steps back through the ropes and into the ring where Alyce blows him a kiss which causes Slater to run towards Alyce who side steps him and sends him bouncing off the ropes and into a Japanese Armdrag! Alyce is back to her feet followed by Slater as she takes him down face first to the mat with a drop toe hold before floating over into a front face lock! The referee is in position as he starts asking Slater to surrender to which he refuses. There’s a loud mixed reception as Alyce breaks the front face lock before paintbrush slapping Slater across the back of the head! Alyce pops back up to her feet where blows Slater a second kiss as the Champion reaches his knees.
Diamond: Alyce is outwrestling Slater in the opening minutes of this World Title contest and one would think it would be the other way around.
Baxter: When are you and the rest of the world going to wake up and give our Queen the proper respect she’s due? Everyone, especially Slater has down played her and her accomplishments since day one. Tonight she’s going to show all of you just how great she is.
Slater stands to his feet before turning and kicking the bottom rope out of frustration before shifting his attention back towards Starchylde as he slowly walks back out to the center of the ring. The two look to lock up only to see Slater with a quick boot to the midsection doubling Alyce over for Tristan who quickly delivers a gut wrench suplex which he floats over into a cover.
REFEREE: ONE….. TWO….
Alyce kicks out! Slater quickly forces Alyce’s shoulders back to the mat.
REFEREE: ONE….. TWO….
Starchylde kicks out again as we see Slater transitions into a rear chin lock. Once again the referee is in position as he now starts to ask Starchylde to surrender and now she refuses. Slater cranks back on her chin forcing Alyce to start working her way back to her feet and as she stands Slater yanks her by the hair back down to the mat! There’s more boos than cheers from the crowd as Slater throws out a Glorious Pose before breaking out into a gyration. Alyce starts to get to her feet when Slater stomps down on top of her body driving her back down to the mat.
Diamond: Slater is imposing his will.
Baxter: It’s only temporary.
Tristan reaches down picking Alyce up off the mat where he delivers a picture perfect back breaker followed by a cover with his left forearm across Starchyldes face.

Alyce kicks out once again. Tristan works his way to his feet where he challenges the count of the official before shifting his attention back towards Alyce. He reaches down picking her up off the mat and rocks her back into a neutral corner with a European Uppercut. Slater charges forward where Starchylde throws a reverse elbow to the jaw of Slater! The Champion staggers backwards while clutching his jaw as Starchylde steps up to the middle turnbuckles before coming off with a missile dropkick! Slater is knocked to the mat! Alyce gets back to her feet where she follows up with a Shinning Wizard to the temple of Slater as he reaches one knee! Alyce makes the cover hooking the far leg of the Champion.
REFEREEE: ONE…. TWO….. THR….
Slater kicks out and as Alyce starts to get to her feet a loud horn sounds. Camera’s pick up Donald Masters standing up out of his chair while holding his right finger to the ear piece in his right ear.
Masters: Ladies and Gentleman, I have been instructed that this contest is now a SUBMISSION MATCH!
SUBMISSION MATCHDiamond: At least for now pinfalls don’t count! The only way to win a Submission Match is to force your opponent to give up.
Baxter: That’s for pointing that out, captain obvious.
Alyce reaches down picking Slater up off the mat where she nails him with a hard forearm smash! Slater swings with a right hand that Alyce avoids by ducking down. Slater spins in a full circle and into a double leg take down by Starchylde where she quickly locks in a Figure Four Leg Lock!! There’s a loud, mixed ovation from the crowd as Alyce cranks on the pressure to the figure four. The referee is in position asking Slater to surrender and it’s refused.
Diamond: Starchylde is the first to look for a submission as she has Slater in the figure four dead center of the ring.
The referee continues to ask Slater to surrender and again he refuses before he starts to shift his weight and effectively roll over to his chest where he reverses the figure four and quickly Alyce releases the hold to avoid damage being done to her. Alyce is the first to her feet where she starts to immediately stomp down on the right knee of the Champion before she picks him up and drives him into a neutral corner. Starchylde delivers a knife edge chop across the chest of Slater that echoes throughout the Stadium! Starchylde looks to send Slater across the ring with an Irish Whip, Slater reverses into a knee to the midsection of Starchylde doubling her over where Slater locks in a front face lock and follows by snitching up Starchyldes right leg before hoisting Alyce up in the air and driving her down spiking her head first into the mat with a Hangman’s DDT! The crowd responds loudly as Slater transitions into a Dragon Sleeper!!
Baxter: Dragon Sleeper locking in on Starchylde!!
Alyce is locked in the Dragon Sleeper damn near in the middle of the ring as Slater cranks back on the neck snitching it in deeper!!
Diamond: If she passes out this is over and Slater will retain the World Title for two straight years at Wrestle Wars!!
The referee is in perfect positioning as he asks Alyce to surrender! Alyce refuses as she finds a way to use a free hand and rake Slater across the eyes! There’s a split of cheers and jeers directed towards the ring as this massive crowd is completely split down the middle in regards to support when it comes to both of these two evils’.
Baxter: That’s one way to break it!
Slater is shown grabbing at his eyes as he rolls towards the ropes and out to the floor while Alyce starts to work her way to a vertical base showing the effects of the Dragon Sleeper. Alyce comes towards the ropes where she sling shots herself over the top rope and down on top of Slater with a Cross Body block taking both participants down to the floor!! Alyce is shown reaching under the ring apron where she pulls out a black steel chair! The crowd responds favorably as Alyce works her way back to her feet.
Diamond: It was only a matter of time before weapons came into the picture anyway.
Alyce measures Slater who is getting back to his feet near a ring post and as he turns around Alyce comes forward swinging the chair at Slater’s face! Tristan ducks out of the way and Alyce smacks the chair into the ring post which echoes throughout Mercedes Benz Stadium! Alyce drops the chair to the mat and it’s Slater who comes up behind Starchylde and delivers a release german suplex on the protective padding that surrounds the ring to a massive gasp upon impact of Starchylde’s body folding up as she lands.
Baxter: Slater might have just broken her neck!!
Diamond: I think that’s exactly what he was trying to do!
Tristan gets back to his feet where he picks Alyce up off the floor and hurls her back into the ring under the bottom ropes. Tristan slides into the ring where he gets to a crouching position seeming measuring Starchylde who slowly starts to push herself up off the mat and as she does Slater comes forward locking in the GLORIOUS CROSSFACE!
Baxter: NO! NO! NO!!
Tristan starts cranking back on the head and neck while scissoring Alyce’s right arm between his legs as the referee is in perfect position and starts asking Alyce to surrender.
Diamond: This could be it!!!
Alyce is trapped in the center of the ring as she shakes off the referee! Tristan cranks back on the head and neck while screaming out for Starchylde to “TAP!”. Alyce starts working her way towards the ropes where she is able to reach out and take ahold of the bottom rope which forces a break. The crowd starts to boo loudly as Slater doesn’t release the hold and the referee starts laying his five count on him. Slater breaks at the four count and is admonished by the referee as he works his way to his feet.
Baxter: The Queen found a way to save herself!
Slater comes forward where he reaches down to pick Alyce up off the mat and as he does Alyce comes up with a low blow!!
Baxter: No Disqualifications in a Submission Match!
Slater clutches his junk as he falls backwards to the mat! The referee can simply look on as Alyce starts to work her way back to her feet using the ropes for assistance. There’s a pop from the crowd as Alyce now measures Slater and as Tristan rolls over to his chest and starts to push himself up off the mat Alyce springs into action locking Slater in the GLORIOUS CROSSFACE!! There’s a loud pop from the crowd as Alyce now cranks back on the head and neck of the World’s Champion!!
Diamond: Alyce now has Slater locked in his own submission!!
The referee is in position and starts asking Slater to surrender, he refuses as we see Alyce crank back as hard as she humanly can on Slater’s head and neck! The crowd responds as Tristan raises his right hand up off the mat.
Baxter: HE’S GOING TO TAP! SLATER’S GOING TO TAP!!
Suddenly the loud horn goes off again as we see Donald Masters stand to his feet and raise the microphone.
Masters: THIS MATCH IS NOW AN AMBULANCE MATCH!!
A loud ambulance siren is heard as an Ambulance backs out on to the top of the ramp!!
Masters: The only way to win this contest is to throw your opponent in the back of the Ambulance and slam the door shut!
Diamond: Slater was saved by the bell!!
Baxter: I see what you did there!!
AMBULANCE MATCH:Starchylde releases the Glorious Crossface knowing the chances of a tap out are long gone as she pushes herself back to a vertical base and with Slater laying on his back we see Alyce runs towards the ropes spring boarding off with a moonsault across the back of Slater! The crowd applauds loudly as a chant of “THIS IS AWESOME! THIS IS AWSOME! THIS IS AWESOME! echoes throughout the entire stadium! The challenger gets to one knee before stepping up to a vertical base where she reaches down snatching Slater up by the hair before hurling him over the top rope and out to the floor!
Diamond: Alyce is picking up right where she left off in the Submission Match! I’m still wondering how she’s even walking after that sick landing earlier on the floor with that Release German by Slater.
Baxter: Because inside that body beats the heart of a warrior!
Alyce makes her way towards the set of turnbuckles where she scales to the top rope looking down at Slater who is nearing his feet! The Queen sets sail delivering a double axe handle across the head of Slater knocking him back to the floor with Starchylde crashing down next to him!
Diamond: Alyce Starchylde is throwing everything she’s got at Slater! She’s throwing caution to the wind and is laying it all on the line to leave Wrestle Wars Twelve as the new WGWF World Heavyweight Champion!
The crowd is on fire as Alyce slowly begins to work her way back to her feet where she reaches down picking Tristan up off the floor and starts taking him up the ramp towards the Ambulance! The closer they get to the top of the ramp the louder the fans seem to get when suddenly Slater stops the momentum with an elbow to the ribs breaking Alyce grasp! Slater drives a boot to the midsection before snatching a front face lock before snapping Alyce over with a suplex on to the ramp!!!
Baxter: Alyce’s body violently smashing into whatever that ramp is made out of!
Slater is the first to stir as he shakes the cobwebs loose once he reaches a vertical base. He looks down at Starchylde and the up towards the top of the ramp which is a long way away before glancing back down at Starchylde. Slater stomps forehead of Starchylde before turning his attention and sprinting up the ramp!
Diamond: What the hell is he doing?
Tristan reaches the top of the ramp where he flings the driver side door of the Ambulance open and tosses the EMT occupying the front seat out and down to the ramp. Slater proceeds to get inside the Ambulance before closing the door behind him. He throws the Ambulance in reverse and starts to back it down the ramp!!
Baxter: Slater has commandeered the Ambulance and is bring the Ambulance to Starchylde!!
Diamond: That’s one way to outsmart the system!
The fans are eating this shit up as Slater backs the Ambulance down the ramp coming to stop some five feet away from Starchylde who is now nearing her feet. The back of the ambulance doors swing open and out jumps Slater in a white lab coat! Alyce lungs towards Slater who side steps the Queen sending her sailing into the back of the Ambulance!
Diamond: She’s in! Shut the doors!!
Slater jumps out and shuts one door of the Ambulance before grabbing the other and as he starts to close it, it’s nearly closed when suddenly Slater is shot backwards some five or six feet!!
Baxter: What the hell!?!?!?!
Suddenly the door swings back open as Alyce is shown with defibrillators and some char marks on the backside of the ambulance door!!
Diamond: She shocked the shit out of Slater!!!
Another massive “THIS IS AWESOME! THIS IS AWESOME! THIS IS AWESOME!” chant breaks out from all over the Stadium as Alyce tosses the defibrillators to the side and makes her way out of the Ambulance. She makes her way over to Slater removing the white lab coat from his body before throwing it on herself!! Alyce reaches down picking Slater up off the floor where she drives him head and face first into the closed Ambulance door!! Slater drops to one knee as Alyce takes his head and places it between the open and unopened door!
ALYCE- “OFF WITH HIS HEAD!!”
Alyce takes the unopened door and attempts to slam it on the side of Slater’s head and face!! It’s not until the last second that Slater pulls his head out of harm’s way and the door slams shut!
Diamond: She tried to kill him!
Baxter: Well, yeah.
Alyce reaches down picking Slater up off the floor where she smashes him head first into the back ambulance door before she opens one of the doors before taking Slater and hurling him inside the Ambulance! Alyce takes the door and looks to slam it shut only to have the gurney shove the door backwards into Alyce knocking her back several feet and down to the ground allowing Slater to crawl out of the Ambulance falling down to the floor.
Diamond: Slater’s out of the Ambulance!
Both Alyce and Slater lay on the floor as the horn sounds once again.
Masters: The match is now a LAST PERSON STANDING MATCH!
LAST PERSON STANDING:With both Champion and Challenger down the referee begins to lay the count to both competitors.

Both Slater and Starchylde start pushing themselves up off the floor.

Starchylde and Slater each reach a vertical base breaking the referee’s count and it’s Starchylde swinging a right hand that Slater blocks and counters with a knee to the midsection before taking Starchylde down with a double leg take down! Slater falls backwards catapulting Alyce face and body off the closed door of the Ambulance! Starchylde crumbles to the floor as Slater reaches his feet where he comes forward to attack only to have the referee step in the way informing Slater the match stipulation before turning back and starting to execute the count to Starchylde.

Alyce pushes herself up off the floor.

Alyce is back to a vertical base breaking the referee’s count as Slater comes forward with a boot to the midsection before bringing Alyce back to ringside. Slater looks for an Irish Whip into the security barricade, Alyce counters and its Slater that’s sent crashing off the barricade and into a Superkick by Starchylde! Slater falls backwards into the security wall which holds him up off the floor.
Baxter: The security railing is supporting the Champion!!!
Alyce throws the ring apron back where she pulls out a Kendo Stick!! Slater walks off the guardrail and is met in the ribs with a baseball like swing with the Kendo Stick that doubles Slater over for Starchylde to use the Kendo Stick as she delivers a Side Russian Leg Sweep with Kendo Stick across the throat! Alyce reaches her feet where she throws the Kendo Stick into the ring as the referee starts to lay the count to Slater.

Slater starts to stir.
“SEVEN!”
He rolls over to his stomach and pushes himself up off the floor.

Diamond: Starchylde was a mere second away from realizing her dream.
Alyce comes forward with a boot to the midsection on the Champion before hurling him into the ring. Alyce goes back under the ring where she pulls out a TABLE to a roar from the crowd! Alyce slides the table into the ring before sliding into the ring herself. Alyce reaches her feet where she picks the Table up off the mat and lays it back against a neutral corner before shifting her attention back towards Slater. Alyce comes forward reaching down picking Tristan up off the mat only to have Slater counter with a jaw breaker that sends Alyce back into a neutral corner! Tristan picks up the Kendo Stick. He looks at the Kendo Stick before throwing it out to the floor!
Baxter: Slater had a chance to use that Kendo Stick but he threw it away?
Diamond: I’m a little confused over that myself.
Slater charges across the ring delivering a running knee to the face of Starchylde in the corner, Slater finishes off the combination with a running bulldog headlock driving Alyce face first into the mat! Slater quickly gets to his feet where he charges towards the ropes springboarding off the middle rope with a legdrop across the throat of Starchylde!! The crowd is on fire as Slater rolls towards the ropes using them to help his self to get to his feet as the referee starts to lay the count to Starchylde.

Diamond: How much more can either of these two take?
Baxter: I don’t think this is going to end until one of their bodies completely gives out!

Alyce begins to stir as she rolls towards the ropes.

Alyce starts pulling herself up off the mat.

Alyce reaches her feet breaking the referee’s count! Slater charges towards the ropes where Alyce ducks down pulling the top rope down causing Slater to spill out over the top rope and down to the floor!! Starchylde stands back to her feet as she measures Slater who is getting back to his feet! Alyce spring boards off the top rope with a Shooting Star Press down on top of Slater taking both participants down to the floor to a HUGE ovation from the crowd!
Diamond: My god!!
The referee rolls out to the floor as both Alyce and Slater are down!

Baxter: What happens if they’re both counted out?!?!
“FIVE!”
“SIX!”
Alyce pulls herself to her feet using the security barrier as Slater rolls over and pushes himself up off the floor.

Slater is up before the referee’s count of ten.
Diamond: Slater barely got to his feet but this match will continue.
Alyce comes forward rocking Slater with a hard forearm shot to the jaw before she takes him and attempts to send him into the steel steps! Slater reverses and it’s Starchylde that is sent crashing right shoulder first into the steel steps with such force that they separate with the impact! The official comes forward where he starts to make the count.

Masters: This contest is now a FALLS COUNT ANYWHERE MATCH!
FALLS COUNT ANYWHERE:Slater immediately makes a cover on the floor!

Alyce kicks out to a mixed ovation from the crowd! Slater reaches down picking Alyce up off the floor where he drives her head first into the German Announce Table! The World Champion drives his challenger face first into the announcers table a second time before picking up some camera cord where he wraps it around her neck choking away at the challenger!
Diamond: Slater tried to capitalize on this Falls Count Anywhere stipulation right off the bat but now he’s choking the life out of Alyce Starchylde!
Starchylde counters with a mule kick to the groin! Slater drops to one knee as Alyce yanks a camera off the shoulder of a cameraman where she comes forward smashing Slater in head and face with the camera which shatters into pieces upon impact while busting Tristan Slater wide open! Starchylde makes the cover hooking the nearest leg of the Champion.
REFEREE: ONE…. TWO….. THRE….
Slater kicks out to a mixed ovation from the crowd as we see Alyce starting to hammer down into the open wound on Slater’s head and face!!
Baxter: This is a SMART strategy by our Queen! If this match shifts to a First Blood Match before it ends we’re going to have a new World Heavyweight Champion!
Alyce lands six hard shots to the bloody forehead of Slater before she reaches her feet. They’re right out in front of the broadcast team as Alyce reaches down where she peals up a layer of the protective padding exposing the football turf!! The crowd pops as Alyce reaches down where she picks Slater up and positions him for a Piledriver! Slater counters with a back body drop sending Starchylde crashing down on to the football turf!!
Diamond: Slater has got to find a way to put this away!
Tristan wipes the blood from his face before taking both of the legs of Starchylde where he falls backwards catapulting the Queen face first off the ring post! The sickening thud of Alyce’s face meeting the post echoes throughout the stadium as she crumbles to the floor! Slater rolls Alyce over making the cover.
Baxter: ALYCE IS BUSTED OPEN TOO!!
REFEREE: ONE…. TWO….. THRE….
Alyce kicks out to a massive mixed reaction from the crowd!! Now it’s Slater who starts hammering down with right hands to the open wound of Alyce’s forehead!!
Diamond: They’re both screwed if it shifts to First Blood!
Slater is relentless with his shots to her head before he reaches his feet and actually throws up a GLORIOUS POSE! The Atlanta fans eat it up as they throw out a “GLORIOUS” as he poses for old times sake. Slater reaches down picking Alyce up off the padding where he hurls her back into the ring. Tristan climbs up on the ring apron before climbing up the turnbuckles. In the ring Alyce starts to work her way back to her feet and once she’s nearly standing Slater leaps off the top rope with a Blockbuster Neckbreaker!
Baxter: NO!
Diamond: Slater’s going to retain!
Slater makes a cover hooking the nearest leg!!
REFEREE and CROWD: ONE….. TWO….. THRE…
Alyce kicks out to another massively huge mixed reception!
Baxter: THE QUEEN IS STILL ALIVE!!!
Slater cuts his eyes towards the referee as he now starts to get back to his feet! The Champion reaches down picking up his challenger as he shifts his eyes towards the table that’s still positioned in the corner. Tristan scoops Alyce up over his shoulder as he points towards the table to a pop from the crowd! Slater starts to run towards the table!! Alyce manages to slide down Slaters back while shoving him forward towards the table!! Slater puts on the breaks at the last possible second before turning around where he eats a Spear from Starchylde driving Slater back and crashing through the Table!!
Diamond: SPEAR THROUGH THE TABLE!!!
Alyce drags Slater out towards the center of the ring to a huge ovation from the crowd!! She makes a cover hooking the leg of the World Heavyweight Champion!!
REFEREE and CROWD: ONE…. TWO…. TH
The horn sounds once again as Donald Masters is heard before the referee’s hand slaps the mat for a three count drawing a massive gasp from the crowd.
Masters: The following match is now a TABLES MATCH!!!
Baxter: NO!!!
Diamond: The Queen was literally seconds too soon with putting Slater through the table!!!!
TABLES MATCH:Alyce with sheer determination in her eyes starts to roll towards the ropes where she rolls out to the floor. She tosses the ring apron back and pulls out a TABLE to another roar from the crowd. Alyce sets the table up on the floor half way from the foot of the ramp and the ring before going back under the ring where she brings out a second table and slides it into the ring.
Diamond: Alyce already has the wheels in motion!
Alyce slides back into the ring where she uses the ropes to get to her feet. She then reaches down opening up the legs of the table before turning it over and on to the mat. Alyce reaches down picking Slater up off the mat where she rocks him with a forearm smash to the jaw rocking Slater backwards and on to the table.
Baxter: Our Queen is about to be crowned World Heavyweight Champion!
Alyce, exhausted, steps out to the ring apron before starting to climb up to the top turnbuckle while inside the ring Slater rolls off the table and crotches Starchylde on the top turnbuckle just as she reaches it! Slater laces Alyce across the chest with an open handed chop drawing a smack that echoes throughout the Stadium. The World Heavyweight Champion steps up to the middle ropes where he latches on to a front face lock! Slater steps up to the top turnbuckle where he stands Alyce up!! Slater hoists the challenger in the air before falling backwards looking to deliver a Superplex through the Table when at the last second THE JACKDAW hits the ring throwing the table out of the way causing Slater to deliver the Superplex with both participants landing hard! The crowd boos intently as The Jackdaw immediately starts stomping away at Slater!
Diamond: I knew it was too good to be true!
There’s nothing the referee can do as he watches the assault from The Jackdaw on to Slater! The Jackdaw picks Tristan up off the mat before hoisting him up with a Military Press where he then drops Slater down across his shoulder before slamming him violently down into the mat!! The Jackdaw pops back up to a vertical base with loud boos from the crowd with a smattering of cheers. He turns and begins to help his Queen back to her feet where she gathers herself before instructing The Jackdaw to put Slater through the Table with a chokeslam motion.
Baxter: The Queen has once again outsmarted you all!!! ALL HAIL THE QUEEN!!
The Jackdaw positions the Table in the center of the ring as a bloody Champion lays on the mat. The Jackdaw comes forward where he reaches down snatching Slater up by the throat bringing him to his feet. The Jackdaw then hoists Slater up in the air before driving him down through the table!!!
Baxter: NEW CHAMPION! NEW CHAMPION!!
Alyce throws her arms up in the air in victory as she starts to skip around the table and The Jackdaw.
Baxter: RING THE BELL!!!
The referee waves it off causing Alyce to stop in her tracks!!! The referee is shown having a small conversation with Donald Masters before Donald makes the following announcement.
DONALD MASTERS- “Ladies and Gentleman, the referee has informed me that The Jackdaw isn’t in this match and thus Alyce Starchylde MUST put THE Tristan Slater through a table for this match to finish!”
Alyce is seething as she screams at the referee which garners the attention of the Jackdaw who makes his way over towards the official. The two of them back the referee up into a neutral corner as they get closer and closer when they’re attention is interrupted by the sound of the horn!!!
DONALD MASTERS- “The following contest is now… A HANDICAP MATCH featuring THE JACKDAW and ALYCE STARCHYLDE versus THE TRISTAN SLATER! If either the Jackdaw or Alyce defeats THE Tristan Slater, ALYCE STARYDE will be crowned WGWF World Heavyweight Champion!!”
Diamond: Who the hell made that call!!?!?!

Baxter: I don’t know but I’m in love with it and it also probably just saved the referee’s life.
Slowly Alyce and The Jackdaw start to turn their attention around back towards Slater who lays in the rumble of the table. Alyce quickly comes over making a cover on the World Champion!! The referee slides into position.
REFEREE: ONE……. TWO…….. THRE!
Slater pops out at the last possible second to a nice ovation from the crowd!!
Diamond: I don’t know how the hell he kicked out!!!!
Alyce shakes it off as she gets back to her feet where she reaches down picking Slater up off the mat where she hurls him towards The Jackdaw who catches Slater and holds him by both arms so that he’s defenseless for his majesty. Alyce, with confidence struts over slapping Slater across the face! She slaps him again before taking several steps back looking to deliver a Superkick! Slater wiggles free ducking out of the way as Starchylde connects with a Superkick to the jaw of The Jackdaw sending him sailing backwards and against the far side ropes! Alyce charges towards Slater who elevates her over the top rope and out to the ring apron! The Jackdaw charges forward looking to knock Slater’s head from his shoulders with a running boot to the face! Slater evades and ducks out of the way causing the Jackdaw to connect with the face of Starchylde which sends Alyce sailing backwards off the ring apron and THROUGH THE TABLE previously set up at ringside!!
Baxter: NO! NO! NO!!!
The crowd is on fire as the Jackdaw looks on in horror at what’s just taken place before turning around and eating a boot to the midsection following by THE FLIP PILEDRIVER!!! Atlanta comes unglued as Slater rolls the Jackdaw over making the cover while hooking the near leg!!
REFEREE and CROWD: ONE….. TWO…… THREE!!!!!
DING…. DING…. DING….
MASTERS: The winner of the ADVENTURES IN WONDERLAND match… and still WGWF WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION, THE TRISTAN SLATER!!!
Baxter: HE DIDN’T BEAT THE QUEEN!!! HE DIDN’T BEAT STARCHYLDE!
The referee awards THE TRISTAN SLATER with the World Heavyweight Championship as he raises his arm in the air while out on the floor Starchylde has made it to one knee looking up in the ring at Slater’s arm going up in victory.
Diamond: He didn’t have too! You heard the stipulation, it was a Handicap Match! Stop with the excuses!
THE Tristan Slater pulls himself to his feet, his face a crimson mask as he turns his attention towards Starchylde while holding up the World Heavyweight Championship where he’s audibly heard from the cameras saying.
THE TRISTAN SLATER- “Your match, your rules.”
The Jackdaw is shown rolling out to the floor as THE Tristan Slater throws up a Glorious Pose for old times sake before hurling the World Title over his right shoulder where he walks towards the ropes stepping out to the ring apron where he turns towards the camera holding up two fingers while stating.
THE TRISTAN SLATER- “Two years, two successful title defenses. Who’s next for MR. WRESTLEWARS!?!?!”
Slater drops down to the floor where he walks around Alyce shaking his head as he passes her. Alyce is seething as she’s yet to get back to a vertical base. THE Tristan Slater turns around walking backwards up the ramp where he hoists up the WGWF World Heavyweight Championship…
Atlanta, Georgia erupts!! All eyes shift towards the top of the ramp as MDK emerges out with a referee beside him!
Diamond: Wait just a minute!!
Baxter: PLEASE SAY IT’S TRUE! PLEASE CASH IN!!
THE Tristan Slater turns around looking the rest of the way up the ramp at MDK and his referee before slowly raising the WGWF World Title up off his shoulder where he hoists it up in the air with his left hand while motioning for MDK to “bring it” with his right hand.
Diamond: Atlanta, Georgia is on fire!!!
MDK glances towards his referee before turning his attention back towards Slater before simply applauding him with a “golf clap”. The King motions back towards the curtain as he then points at Slater before turning his back to him as he walks back through the curtain with the scene fading.
DING…. DING… DING….
Masters: The following contest is NON-SANCTIONED by the WGWF…
Mercedes Benz Stadium completely erupts!
Masters: Introducing first, making his way to the ring from LAS VEGAS, NEVADA he is the WGWF TELEVISION CHAMPION… “THE EVERYDAY NORMAL GUY” ANDY JOHNSON-PAGE!
All eyes shift towards the massively long entrance ramp as Andy Johnson emerges out to the top of the ramp on a white Segway! He has the TV Title fastened around the neck of the Segway as he starts to ride it towards the ring!
Diamond: Over 100,000 fans are on their feet as this personal issue between father and son is going to come full circle in front of our very eyes. This thing goes back nearly a year and a half and has gotten to the degree that the WGWF would not sanction this match. They want nothing to do with it!
Baxter: Would you want anything to do with this? Chris Page is about to take his son to the woodshed, again.
Andy rides the Segway down to the ringside area before driving it around the ring!!
Baxter: Look at Andy, riding a segway to the ring. Does this look like someone that has taken anything about the situation he finds himself in serious?
Diamond: He’s having a little fun Baxter, when that bell rings I have a feeling we’re going to see a different kind of Andy Johnson.
Andy parks the Segway getting off it and climbing up on the ring apron where the sold-out Mercedes Benz Stadium is on their feet! Andy steps through the ropes and into the squared circle and as he does his demeanor shifts to a more serious one.
Baxter: Andy made the worst mistake of his life, he should have stayed home. Stepping into the ring against Chris Page is bad enough, non-sanctioned even worse but to have concussion symptoms on top of it is sheer suicide.
The music fades out as Andy slowly paces back and forth as over 100,000 fans are solidly behind him.
Masters: And his opponent….
The stadium lights dim to darkness as spotlights shine down on to the top of the ramp. A massive, thick cloud of smoke starts to rise from the entrance ramp from the ring all the way to the top of the ramp.
Masters: About to make his way to the ring, he hails from the motor city of Detroit, Michigan… He is a seven times WGWF World Heavyweight Champion and the 2018 West Coast Rumble Winner; “CHRONIC” CHRIS PAGE!
The massive audience boo intently as seen walking through the smoky haze and out to the top of the ramp is none other than Chris Page. Chris isn’t dressed in ring gear, oh no. He’s in black combat boots, jeans and white tank top that reads “ANDY JOHNSON IS MY BITCH” written in black bold lettering.
Diamond: Nobody has appeared at more Wrestle Wars events than that man right there. As he walks to the ring tonight he’s making his seventh appearance at Wrestle Wars with a record of four wins and two losses. MDK, James Raven the only two men to topple Chris Page on a stage of this magnitude.
Chris starts taping up his fists as he looks down the massively long ramp towards the ring at Andy Johnson who stares right back up at Chris Page who wraps his right wrist and knuckles heavily with the white sports tape before tossing it to the side as he starts to make the long walk towards the ring.
Baxter: Here comes the man that’s going to destroy his son on a national setting. Parents out there take note because THIS is how you handle a bastard!
As Chris is half way to the ring we see Andy roll out to the floor garnering a massive ovation as he comes up the ramp towards Page! They meet on the ramp with Chris swinging with a right hand that Andy blocks and counters with a double leg take down on to the ramp!!
DING…. DING….DING….
Diamond: This non sanctioned fight is underway!!!
The crowd roars loudly as Andy takes a mount position on his father and starts hammering down with hard, hard right hands to the face with each shot landing harder than the one previous! Andy lands six or seven piston like rights to Page’s head before he gets up off his chest picking Chris up off the ramp before driving him head first off the barricade!! Andy brings Page to ringside and as he looks to send him into the steel steps but it’s Page who reverses and sends Andy crashing right shoulder first into the steps! Page takes a moment to gather his self as the crowd boo’s intently. Chris makes his way over to Andy where he reaches down picking him up off the floor and hurling him into the ring. Chris drops to one knee and goes under the ring apron where he pulls out a Kendo Stick before rolling into the ring as we see Andy rolling over to his chest before pushing his self to one knee. Page comes forward raising the Kendo stick in the air and as he starts to swipe down Andy bursts with a Spear to the ribs! The Stadium erupts as Andy takes a side mount with the head of Page before hammering down with even more right hands before he starts biting the forehead of Chris Page!!!
Diamond: Andy Johnson cut off Page with a spear and now he’s all over his father like white on rice!!!
Andy stops biting Page’s forehead as he gets to his feet to a massive ovation which transitions into an “ANY! ANDY! ANDY!” chants from the Wrestle Wars faithful. Page breaks free with a gouge to the eyes of Johnson! Page comes forward lacing Andy across the chest with an open handed chop that sends Andy back against the security railing. Page charges forward with a clothesline attempt only to see Andy elevate Page over the barricade and into the front row with a back body drop!!!
Baxter: Johnson just sent Page into the crowd!!
Andy climbs over the barricade where he meets Page with a right hand to the face as he reaches one knee. Andy snatches Page by the hair yanking him down to the end of the aisle where he takes a beer from one of the fans. Andy takes a swing from the cup before spitting into the eyes of his father!! The fans rejoice as Page is blinded for Andy to take down to the concrete with a clothesline!! Security surrounds Andy and Page on the floor as we see Andy reach down picking Chris up off the floor but as he picks him up Page counters the attempt with a jaw breaker!
Diamond: That could be the break Page needs to turn this thing around!
Page reaches his feet where he boots Andy in the midsection doubling him over. A soft drink vender happens to be nearby as we see Chris snatch the tray of drinks from the vendor before driving the steel tray across the back of Johnson causing at least twenty drinks to sail all over the place! Andy is driven down to the field as Chris starts unloading with boots to the back of the head!
Baxter: Page is already laying some stiff shots to the back of Johnson’s head! I told you and the rest of the free world that Andy made a huge mistake by signing for this Non-Sanctioned bout, and now we’re all about to find out exactly why I was right.
Chris reaches down snatching Andy up off the Astroturf before delivering a swinging neckbreaker! Page is back to his feet as he flips off some fellow Andy Johnson supporters that are screaming out at him. Andy is shown rolling over to his chest where he pushes himself up to all fours which allows Page to charge forward punting him in the ribs! The crowd roars with loud boos as Chris raises his arms in the air taunting the crowd.
Diamond: Page has Andy right where he wants him.
Baxter: How many years have you called Chris Page matches? And you don’t know by now he enters every match with a game plan… and then executes it. What you’re all about to witness is the public execution of one Andy Johnson-Page.
Andy pulls himself to his feet at the guardrail only to be sent over the railing and back to ringside with a running boot to the face by Chris Page! The crowd starts a massive “FUCK YOU PAGE! FUCK YOU PAGE! FUCK YOU PAGE!” chant directed towards CCP as he climbs over the barricade with a smirk firmly etched across his face. Chris shifts his eyes to the Kendo Stick that lays on the floor. He makes his way over to it where he picks it up off the floor. Andy is shown pulling himself to his feet where he is backed against a steel ring post. Page comes forward swinging for Andy’s head only to see Andy duck out of the way and Page crack the ring post to a huge ovation from the crowd!
Diamond: COME ON ANDY!!
Andy reaches down picking the Kendo stick up where he uses it to deliver a White Russian Leg Sweep ala The Sandman on the floor!!! The crowd roars as Andy is slow but starts to get back to his feet. He picks Chris up off the floor before hurling him into the ring! Andy slides into the ring with Kendo Stick in hand as he reaches his feet where he raises the Kendo Stick in the air to a thunderous ovation while Chris Page rolls over to his chest and pushes himself up to all fours. Andy comes forward cracking the Kendo Stick across the back of Page! He does a second and then a third time to an even louder ovation!
Baxter: Get that Kendo Stick out of that man’s hands!
Andy tosses the Kendo Stick to the mat where Andy picks Page up off the mat where he drives his father back into a neutral corner where he points at the shirt Chris is wearing. Andy rips off the shirt off Page before lacing him across the chest with a knife edge chop that echoes throughout the Stadium! Andy wraps the t-shirt around Pages neck and starts to choke him with it!!!
Baxter: Who is in the ring with Page and where is Andy Johnson?!?!?!
Diamond: You’re looking at Andy Johnson! Andy is taking twenty three years of aggression out on Chris Page!!
The fans are so loud it’s not even funny before suddenly the cheers shift to jeers when Page counters the choke with the t-shirt into a jaw breaker that breaks Andy’s grasp and sends Andy back against the ropes. Chris recovers and charges forward towards Andy who drops down while yanking the top rope down sending Chris Page spilling over the top rope and out to the floor getting the fans back to an ovation as CCP lands hard on the protective padding!
Baxter: Andy Johnson has been one step ahead of Chris Page at every turn thus far within the opening moments of this non-sanctioned affair!
Diamond: There’s no fear, no intimidation being shown by Andy Johnson! He’s going right after CCP!
Andy slides out to the floor where he reaches down picking Chris up off the floor where Andy latches on to a front waist lock! Atlanta completely explodes as Andy Johnson delivers a Release Over Head Belly to Belly Suplex on to the protective padding that surrounds the ring to Chris Page!!
Baxter: Johnson just suplexed the king of suplexes!!!
Andy reaches his feet where he points into the ring at the Kendo Stick that lays in the ring near the ropes garnering a massive ovation from the over 85,000 fans. Andy reaches down picking Chris up off the floor and hurls him back into the ring under the bottom rope!! Andy slides into the ring where he gets to his feet and picks up the Kendo Stick! Chris pushes himself up off the mat where he comes up behind Andy with a low blow as Andy picks the Kendo Stick up off the mat. The crowd boos intently as Andy crumbles to the mat dropping the Kendo Stick in the process.
Diamond: A low blow from Papa Page just stopped all the momentum Andy was building!!
Chris is sucking a little wind as he looks at his son who lies on the mat clutching at his junk. There’s a smirk that graces the face of Chris Page as he starts getting back to his feet.
Diamond: Chris Page is smiling!
Baxter: Because he just realized he weathered the storm of his bastard son!
Chris stands up to massive boos which break out into a “CCP SUCKS! CCP SUCKS! CCP SUCKS!” chant. Page once again picks up the Kendo Stick as we see Andy roll over to his chest where he pushes himself up to all fours for Chris Page to whack across the middle of the back with a shot from the Kendo stick that echoes throughout Mercedes Benz Stadium and knocks Andy back down to the mat! Chris raises the kendo stick up in the air smashing it down across the bare back of Johnson to massive boos from the crowd!! Chris reaches down picking Andy up off the mat where he delivers a Front Russian Leg Sweep with the Kendo Stick going across Andy’s throat!! Page makes the first cover of this contest.
REFEREE: ONE….. TWO…… THR
Andy kicks out to a massive ovation from the crowd as we see Chris start to get back to a vertical base where he reaches down picking Andy up off the mat where he takes a front waist lock where he peels off an overhead release Belly to Belly Suplex to Johnson! Andy rolls out to the floor under the ropes with the momentum of the move. Chris reaches out taking the Kendo Stick once again before he rolls out to the floor and he starts to measure his son who starts getting to his feet using the ring post and ropes to help him get up. Andy leans back against the ring post as we see Chris come forward swinging for the fences with the kendo stick!!! Andy ducks out of the way causing Chris to whack the ring post with the Kendo Stick again!!
Diamond: Page missed! He struck the ring post for a second time!!
The reverberation cause Page to drop the Kendo Stick and allows Andy to pick it up where he sizes his father up and as he spins around Andy cracks Page over the head with a Kendo Stick shot that causes a massive ovation as the Kendo Stick shatters into pieces upon impact!! Page falls backwards to the floor as a “HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT!” chant breaks out all over Mercedes Benz Stadium!!
Baxter: Page could be concussed!!!
Diamond: Andy is giving Chris Page a receipt for all the years of neglect! This is far more personal than any of us will ever imagine!! The brutality of this contest thus far is unimaginable. Think about what Donna Johnson of Julie Page must be thinking as they watch this unfold!
Andy reaches down picking Page up off the floor before bringing him around the ring where the German Announce Table sits and it’s Andy who bounces Page face first off the table before he clears is sending the German Announce team scrambling.
Baxter: There’s a killer instinct in Andy I haven’t ever seen before!
Andy takes his father and rolls him on top of the German Announce table before he climbs up on it himself. The crowd gets louder and louder with anticipation as to what is going to unfold! Andy picks Chris up before placing the head of Page between his legs where he looks to double under hook the arms of his father.
Diamond: PAGE….
Chris counters the Page Plant attempt with a back body drop sending Andy crashing through the SPANISH ANNOUNCE table!!! The crowd pops for the brutality as we get a shot of Page dropping to one knee on the German announce table while Andy is being checked on by an official! The crowd breaks out into a thunderous “THIS IS AWESOME! THIS IS AWESOME! THIS IS AWESOME!” chant!! Page rolls off the German Announce table before coming around the table shoving the referee out of the way that is checking on Andy!
Baxter: That could be the one moment that CCP was looking for!
Chris calls for the microphone and we see Donald Masters make his way over to the carnage and hands Page the microphone. Chris looks down at Andy, he raises the microphone while looking at his son.
CHRIS PAGE- “If you thought the concussion I gave you was bad… You haven’t seen ANYTHING, yet.”
Page throws the microphone at Masters before reaching down picking Andy from the debris of the Spanish Announce Table where he holds Andy by his head with both hands before viciously unloading with a hard right hand from the heavily taped right fist of Chris Page knocking Andy down to the protective padding that surrounds the ring. Chris walks forward where he reaches down taking both legs of his son. He turns them so that Chris’s back is to the ring post. Chris falls backwards catapulting Andy head and face first off the ring post!!
Diamond: The sickening sound of Andy’s skull smacking off that post!!
The referee comes back around the ring to check on Andy as he kneels down grabbing at Andy’s hand. Chris kicks the referee’s hand away before snatching him up to his feet! Page drops the referee with a hard shot from the heavily taped right fist!
Baxter: That’s what he gets! This is NON-SANCTIONED!! Stay out it! You’re just there to count a pin or submission, hoe!
Diamond: Did you just call the referee a hoe?
Baxter: Yes, yes I did.
Page turns his attention back to Andy who is laid out with a glossy look in his eyes. Page walks over and kneels down waving the palm of his right hand in front of the eyes and face of his son as he waves it back and forth followed by snapping his fingers over Andy’s eyes. Chris smirks as he stands back up with movement from Andy who starts to move his legs. Page reaches down picking Andy up off the floor where he takes a back waist lock before delivering a Release Belly to Belly Suplex on the floor!!
Baxter: Page just folded his son up like an accordion with that German Suplex on the floor!
Chris turns towards the ring and walks over to it where he tosses the ring apron back; he goes under the ring retrieving a Steel Chair.
Diamond: Chris Page has weathered the Andy Johnson initial onslaught and now is taking this to a completely different level! He could end his son’s career!
Baxter: This is what Andy wanted! He knew he had post-concussion syndrome which is why the WGWF would not sign off on this… ANDY is the one who said Non-Sanctioned!! CCP is about to do nothing but act within the accordance of the rules, and in this case… there aren’t any!
The crowd starts to rally behind Andy as a massive “ANDY! ANDY! ANDY!” chant erupts from all over the Stadium as we see a groggy Andy start to maneuver his way over to his stomach where he slowly begins to push himself up off the padding around the ring; he reaches up grabbing a hold of the bottom rope and starts to pull himself up to a vertical base where he staggers backwards before turning around to walk right into a vile, unprotected shot over the top of the skull by a Chris Page chair shot! Johnson hits the floor as camera’s pick up blood pouring from an open wound at the top of his forehead.
Diamond: Someone needs to stop this!!
Baxter: Nobody can! You can’t stop something that isn’t; technically, happening.
Diamond: The referee needs to stop this! Andy’s proved his point and was tough enough to show up but enough is enough! He’s got a career to worry about!!
The crowd roars with loud boo’s as Page points down at his bloody son with his left hand as he raises the dented steel chair in the air. Chris shifts his attention towards the fans at ringside.
CHRIS PAGE- “WHAT ABOUT EM’ NOW? HUH! CHANT HIS NAME!”
Chris shifts his attention back towards Andy as he continues.
CHRIS PAGE- “GET UP SON! GET UP BITCH!”
Chris tosses the chair into the ring as the blood continues to pour out of Andy Johnson. Chris looks around where his eyes fixate on the White Segway. The crowd is all over Page with a massive “YOU SUCK! YOU SUCK! YOU SUCK!” chant as Chris walks around the ring where he comes to the Segway which still has the TV title strapped around the middle neck of the Segway. Chris gets on the Segway and turns it on before driving is around the ring where he parks it four or five feet from Andy with the TV Title facing the bloody champion.
Diamond: Chris Page isn’t going to stop until his breaks Andy Johnson once and for all.
Chris gets off the Segway where he now walks over to where his bloody son lays. Chris reaches down picking Andy up from a pool of his own blood that accumulated on the padding that surrounds ringside. Chris holds his son by the head and begins to scream into his face.
CHRIS PAGE- “YOU DID THIS! THIS IS YOUR FAULT!”
Chris takes Andy by the head where he takes him towards the Segway and the TV Title! Chris looks to send Andy face first into the TV Title that’s strapped around the front of the Segway! Andy reverses at the last moment and its Page who faces smashes into the Television Title with such force the Segway is knocked over! Andy drops to one knee as he wipes the blood away from his eyes as the ovation from the sold out stadium is insane!
Diamond: Page’s face just smacked into the gold plate of the Television Championship!
Andy is shown standing back up to a vertical base where he walks over to the Segway and unstraps the TV title from the front of it. The crowd gets louder and louder as Chris starts to stir and push himself up off the floor. Andy looks at the TV title before folding it up and as Chris Page reaches a vertical base Andy unload with a running belt shot off the forehead of Page! The sounds of Chris’ body smacking down on the padding surrounding the ring is heard!! Andy drops the title as Page has now been busted open as well!
Baxter: The blood has started to flow!!!
Andy drops to one knee where he begins unloading with right hands to the open wound on the forehead of his father! The crowd gets louder and louder with each and every shot landed!! Andy reaches a vertical base where he makes his way towards the time keepers table!
Diamond: What’s Andy thinking here??
Andy snatches the ring bell from the time keeper to a massive ovation from the crowd as he turns his attention back towards his father who is starting to work his way back to his feet. Andy measures Page before charging forward smashing the ring bell upside Chris’s skull!!!
Baxter: NO! NO! NO!!
Andy staggers over towards Page where he picks him up off the floor and hurls him back into the ring!
Baxter: Andy’s taking it back into the ring!
As Andy hurls Chris back into the ring he drops to one knee briefly before getting back to his feet where he slowly rolls back into the ring and manages to execute a cover.
Diamond: The referee’s still down!!
The crowd boo’s as Andy has the cover. There’s a sudden pop as a second referee sprints down the lengthy entrance ramp and down to ringside. He dives under the ropes and into position!
REFEREE: ONE…. TWO…. THRE
Page throws the right shoulder up off the mat at the last possible second to a massive gasp from the crowd. The gasp shifts into another “ANDY! ANDY! ANDY!” chant as the Television Champion starts to work his way back to a vertical base. Andy reaches down and holds his father up to both his knees while holds his head out facing the camera showing the blood flowing down from his forehead and he draws a loud ovation as he starts hammering down into the forehead of Page with stiff right hands!!
Diamond: Andy Johnson is STILL fighting! He’s hammering down into the bloody forehead of his father! Each shot harder than the previous!!
Baxter: Andy Johnson is going to have to take it a few extra steps to the dark side if he’s going to topple the legend, the icon that is Chris Page.
Andy lands several more vicious straight right hands before slamming Page face first back down to the canvass. The crowd erupts as Andy throws his arms up in the air while screaming out as loud as he can. The crowd suddenly starts to roar with massive boo’s when RAGE is shown jogging down towards the ring!!
Diamond: RAGE IS HERE!
Rage rushes down to ringside and climbs up on the ring apron. The referee comes forward barking for Rage to get out of here. Andy turns his full attention towards Rage and points directly at him. Rage fakes like he’s going to get into the ring; instead he drops down to the floor. With Andy distracted Chris Page digs in the front left pocket of the jeans he’s wearing.
Baxter: Rage hasn’t interfered and even if he did it wouldn’t matter as its NON-SANCTIONED!
Andy turns his attention back towards Chris who is now to one knee. Andy walks across the ring reaching down to pick his father up… Page throws a handful of POWDER in the eyes of Johnson!
Diamond: Powder thrown into the eyes of Andy Johnson!
Baxter: Got to love the baby powder!!
Andy is blinded as he walks into a T-Bone Suplex by Chris Page! Chris makes the cover hooking the near leg.
REFEREE: ONE….. TWO….. THRE
The ovation is sick as Johnson kicks out moments before the fatal and final three count!!!
Diamond: Johnson is still alive!!!
Baxter: It’s not a matter of if but a matter of when.
Rage is shown separating the top portion of the steel steps. He picks them up and slides them into the ring. He then starts to scream out towards Chris getting Chris’s attention. Page is back to a vertical base where he makes his way over to the steel steps and drags them out towards the center of the ring. Page shifts his attention back towards Andy. He reaches down picking him up off the mat before positioning Andy for a Powerbomb! Chris reaches down looking to hoist Andy up only it’s Andy who counters with a back body drop sending Page crashing back first on to the steel steps!!
Diamond: Johnson with a reversal and its Page’s back that meets the steel steps! That one back fired!
Andy stands up from one knee and turns his attention towards Page. Andy comes forward where he reaches down picking Chris up off the mat, he locks in a front face lock before delivering a suplex on to steel steps!! Rage slides into the ring where he spins Andy around and swings with a right hand! Andy ducks and as Rage spins around he drilled with a boot to the midsection where Andy drives Rage into the mat with a PAGE PLANT! Atlanta erupts as Page is down and Rage is down as Andy reaches a vertical base as the crowd is roaring before breaking out into a massive “ANDY! ANDY! ANDY!” chant from the sold-out Mercedes Benz Stadium.
Baxter: Andy’s standing tall.
The crowd is getting louder and louder as Chris Page rolls off the top portion of the steel steps before starting to work his way to his feet where Andy comes forward with a boot to the midsection of Page where he drives him into the mat with the PAGE PLANT which blows the roof off the Mercedes Benz Stadium!!!
Diamond: PAGE PLANT TO PAGE!!
Andy rolls Chris over making the cover while hooking the near leg.
REFEREE: ONE….. TWO….. THRE….
Page fires a shoulder up off the mat to a massive gasp from the crowd! Andy cuts his eyes towards the referee as he starts to get back to his feet before he backs up towards the ropes where he steps through the ropes and drops down to the floor. Andy throws the ring apron back before dropping down to one knee where he reaches under the ring and produces a Barbwire Wrapped Steel chair that blows the roof off the Stadium!
Diamond: ANDY’S GOT A BARBWIRE WRAPPED CHAIR!!!
Baxter: How fitting we see its appearance!! The son has brought the fathers favorite girl Barbi to the dance!!!
Andy slides the Barbwire Wrapped Chair into the ring where he slides into the ring as well. Andy is back to a vertical base where he reaches down picking up the Barbwire Wrapped Chair as Chris Page is pushing himself up off the mat where he reaches out taking a hold of the ropes using them to pull himself up to a vertical base. Mercedes Benz Stadium is rocking as Chris slowly spins around as we see Andy raise the Barbwire Wrapped Chair where he smashes it down into the top of the skull of Page!! Page crashes to the mat!!

Andy Johnson begins to push himself up off the steel steps and as he turns around CCP comes forward running the Barbwire Wrapped Chair into the face of Johnson!! Andy crashing to the mat where he rolls over to his chest! Page raises the chair in the air before driving it down into the back of Johnson before ripping is across his back shredding it wide open in several places where he raises the chair into the air a second time and crashing it down across Andy’s back a second time where he shreds it across the back a second time! Andy starts to roll over onto his back where Page bounces off the ropes where he uses the Barbwire Wrapped Chair as an elbow and drives it into forehead of Johnson!
Baxter: This is getting out of hand; coming from me that means something. This is going way to far.

It’s so loud inside the Stadium as both men are bleeding like stuffed pigs! Page gasps for breath as his shifts his attention towards the referee who shows him two fingers. The official defends his count before taking a boot to the midsection before being driven face and chest first into the mat with a thunderous PAGE PLANT!

Andy lays on the mat looking up at the lights as the crowd rallies behind him as they start to chant his name “ANDY! ANDY! ANDY! ANDY!”!! The chant gets louder and louder as Chris reaches down snatching Andy up by the hair where he takes him back into the ropes and sends him across the ring with an Irish Whip, Andy bounces off the ropes and into a Tilt-A-Whirl slam by Page driving Andy’s spine into the top portion of the steel steps to a sickening gasp from the crowd!
Diamond: There’s no referee to even try to stop this thing now!!!
Chris Page looks down at the broken, bloody body of his son where he screams down at him.
CHRIS PAGE- “YOU DID THIS!!”

For the first time in the contest our screen is split into three sections; the center displays the ring, the left displays Julie Page who can hardly look at what her ex-husband is doing to his own flesh and blood and on the right is Donna Johnson who’s head is buried into the shoulder of the gentleman seated next to her.
Diamond: They can’t bare to watch anymore of this bloodbath.
We go full screen on the ring as Chris reaches down picking Andy up off the top portion of the steel steps where he places him in position for a Powerbomb. Chris hoists Andy up in the air before driving him down on to the Barbwire Wrapped Chair with a Powerbomb!!! Andy screams out in sheer pain upon impact as a massive “HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT!” chant breaks out from all over Mercedes Benz Stadium!!!
Baxter: Good God Almighty!!
The “Holy Shit” chant starts shifting into a “THAT’S FUCKED UP! THAT’S FUCKED UP! THAT’S FUCKED UP!” chant from the crowd as Andy Johnson spills blood all over the ring. He rolls over off the barbwire wrapped chair revealing deep gashes in several places across his back from the chards of Barbwire pouring blood. Chris rolls out to the floor before going under the ring where he pulls out a TABLE!! Page slides the Table into the ring where he slides into the ring after it.
Baxter: It doesn’t look like it’s going to get any better if your name is Andy Johnson.
Chris uses the ropes to assist himself to his feet where he picks up the Table and takes it back into a neutral corner where he leans it against the buckles. Page turns his attention to Andy who is starting to stir as his face is a crimson mask, his back a crimson mask. Chris comes forward where he picks Andy up off the mat where he lines him up with the table before putting Andy’s head between his legs. Chris hoists Andy up in the air before running towards the Table where he looks to deliver a Running Buckle Bomb through the Table! The crowd erupts as Andy reverses by hopping out of Page’s grip where he lands on his feet behind Page! Chris puts on the breaks only to turn around where he’s SPEARED through the Table by Andy Johnson with sheer desperation to a thunderous ovation from the crowd!!
Diamond: CCP goes through the table!!
The massive ovation continues as Andy drags Chris Page out towards the center of the ring where he falls on top of him making the cover!!!
Baxter: There’s no referee you idiot!

There’s commotion heard from the crowd as a female is shown jumping the barricade and climbing up on the ring apron.

The crowd EXPLODES as Andy fires a shoulder up off the mat at the very last possible second!!

The entire WGWF universe is in shock as Andy somehow, some way kicked out of the referee’s count. Chris Page rolls towards the ropes where he rolls out to the floor and over towards the Segway that’s been knocked over. Chris reaches down picking up the WGWF Television Championship as he then slides back into the squared circle as the crowd gets louder and louder.
Baxter: How fitting Andy’s reign as Television Champion ends curtesy of the Television Championship!
Page backs up into a neutral corner where he measures Andy who starts to stir, his eyes glazed over as he rolls over to his chest and starts pushing himself to his feet. He reaches a vertical base where Page charges forward swinging the Television Championship at Andy’s face! Andy catches Page with a boot to the midsection at the last possible second causing the title to drop down on the mat with the gold plate faced up and it’s Andy who drives Page down into the gold plate of the TV Title with a Double Arm DDT!! The fans erupt as Andy rolls Page’s limp body over making a cover while using all the energy he can to hook the near leg.

Page fires a shoulder up off the mat at the last second to yet another massive gasp from the crowd! There’s a chant of “THAT WAS THREE! THAT WAS THREE! THAT WAS THREE!” that starts to echo out towards the ring from the fans as both men lay on the mat.
Diamond: The fans are certainly giving it to the referee as they thought it was three.
Baxter: They can think whatever the hell they want but ultimately the official in the ring counted two; it was a close three but you know they say close only counts in horse shoes and hand grandees. This isn’t either of those.

HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT!” fills the Stadium as Chris Page slowly crawls into the cover draping his right arm over the chest of his son!

Baxter: Or stupidity depending on how you look at it.
Chris gets back to his feet where he picks up the TV Title and tosses it to the floor, he kicks the Barbwire Chair out to the floor before pushing the top portion of the steel steps out to the floor. Chris turns his attention back towards Andy Johnson who still lays on his back.
Diamond: What is Chris Page thinking about here?
Chris comes forward where he reaches down picking Andy up off the mat before latching on to a back waist lock. Chris delivers a German Suplex! He doesn’t release the grasp before rolling through where he picks both himself and Andy up off the mat. Chris delivers a second German Suplex!! He doesn’t release his grasp where he rolls through picking both himself and Andy up off the mat where a third German Suplex!!
Baxter: That’s three German Suplexes!!

Both men lay on the mat as the referee simply looks on as Chris Page slowly starts to stir as he rolls over to his chest and pushes himself up off the mat and back to a vertical base. Page slowly starts to climb the buckles where he reaches the top rope. Page stands up on the top turnbuckle looking down at his son before setting sail leaping off the top rope delivering a Diving Headbut to the collar bone of his son! Chris makes the cover hooking he near leg!!

Andy lifts the left shoulder up off the mat to by far the loudest reaction of the night from the Mercedes Benz Stadium!

Both men lay on the mat for several seconds as the ovation from the crowd reaches a fever pitch before Chris starts to stir as begins to get back to his feet where he looks down at Andy before screaming out at him.

The crowd gets louder and louder as Andy starts to stir which only seems to enrage Page as he comes forward stomping down on the forehead of his son with vicious and violent stomps.
Diamond: The referee needs to stop this! Shot after shot to the head of Andy Johnson!!
Chris drops down to his knee’s where he starts hammering down with piston like right hands to the forehead of Johnson! Shot after shot after shot starts to get unsettling as Chris forces Andy down to the mat.

Andy kicks out once again!! Once again Chris starts hammering down with right hands after right hands before standing back to a vertical base where he reaches down picking Andy up off the mat where he under hooks the arms before putting Andy’s head between his legs looking to deliver a second Page Plant! Andy drops down to one knee not even able to support his own weight. The referee comes forward to check on Andy when suddenly Andy delivers a low blow to his father!!

The crowd roars as Page falls backwards to the mat clutching at his balls! The referee checks on Andy who has a glazed over look in his eyes. Andy drives a boot into the chest before putting Page’s head between his legs where Andy hoists Page upside down before driving him down into the mat with a Style’s Clash! Johnson rolls Page over with the cover as the crowd roars!

Chris positions the Ladder so that its leaning against the ring before taking both legs of Andy, he falls backwards catapulting Andy into the Ladder!!
Baxter: They’ve used any and everything that’s not bolted to the ground!
Andy drops down to the floor as Chris sets takes the Ladder and places it from the ring apron across to the security railing. His attention goes back to Andy where he reaches down picking him up off the floor. Chris hurls Andy back into the ring before shifting his attention back towards the Ladder as he mentally ponders his next move. A smirk comes across his face before he turns back towards the ring apron where he drops down to one knee tossing the ring apron back where he pulls out a DOUBLE SIDED STAINESS STEEL KITCHEN SINK!
Diamond: Can’t say they didn’t use everything but the kitchen sink!!
Page throws the kitchen sink over the top rope and into the ring. He rolls back into the ring where he uses the ropes to get to a vertical base. Chris walks forward reaching down picking up the kitchen sink as he starts to measure Andy! A bloody and beaten Television Champion slowly starts to push himself up off the mat, using the ropes in the process as he’s physically spent. Page charges forward looking to mow over Andy with the Kitchen Sink only to see Andy counter with a drop toe hold of his own driving Page face first into the Kitchen Sink!! The fans go completely ballistic as they once again try to rally behind Andy feverishly chanting “ANDY! ANDY! ANDY! ANDY!”.
Diamond: Just when you think Andy Johnson is done he surprises us all!!

Andy counters with a Sit Out Face Buster on Page in the ring! The crowd roars with a thunderous ovation as Andy rolls Page over making a cover hooking the near leg!

Page hoists Andy up to a seated position on the top turnbuckle before nailing Andy with a right hand to the jaw. Page steps up on the middle turnbuckle where he locks in a front face lock!! Suddenly the crowd roars as Andy hip tosses Chris Page from inside the ring outside CRASHING THROUGH THE LADDER!!! “HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT!” chant echoes throughout the crowd as the sounds of Page’s body crashing through the steel Ladder!!
Baxter: CHRIS PAGE COULD BE BROKEN IN HALF!!
Andy manages to fall back down into the ring where he rolls out to the floor! Andy picks his father up out of the twisted metal of the ladder where he hurls him back into the ring. Andy slides into the ring making a cover as he is barely able to hook a leg.

Page barely kicks out before the fatal and final count of three!!! The crowd gasps as we see Andy roll off his father as he pushes himself back up to a vertical base. Andy doesn’t hesitate in picking Chris up off the mat where he positions his father before driving him down into the mat with a PAGE PLANT that blows the retractable roof off the Mercedes Benz Stadium before rolling Page over making a cover with an arm over the chest.

Andy pushes himself to both knee’s as the referee raises his arm in the air for all to see!! Andy is in a state of shock as not even he can believe it!!!
Diamond: Andy Johnson-Page would not be denied! He would not stay down! Tonight Andy Johnson-Page has officially arrived as a major player in the WGWF!!!
Andy can hardly stand as he collapses back down to the mat. With what should be a massive celebration is cut extremely short as EMT’s quickly flood the ring tending to both Andy Johnson-Page and Chris Page.
Baxter: At what cost did this take on both of these men! I can’t believe the degree they both went too in order to put the other one away, but on this night Andy Johnson-Page has done the unthinkable by beating his father, the legendary Chris Page in the middle of the ring! If I didn’t see it I wouldn’t believe it!
